Description
本發明係有關一種觸控板,特別是關於一種改善黏合固化製程的透明觸控板。
如圖1所示,習知透明觸控板10包括透光的氧化銦錫(Indium Tin Oxide;ITO)感應器12,在ITO感應器12的邊緣(border)區則是由多條金屬導線14組成的走線區,這些金屬導線14連接ITO感應器12用來傳送ITO感應器12產生的感應值。圖2係圖1中透明觸控板10的走線區的剖面圖,其中金屬導線14在透光基板16上,為了保護金屬導線14,利用黏合固化材料18將保護層22黏合到金屬導線14上,其中保護層22是供物件碰觸的觸控面,為了美觀,保護層22上形成不透光的框膜20以讓使用者看不到導線14。透光基板16及保護層22可以是玻璃。
然而,由於保護層22上具有不透光的框膜,因此在黏合固化製程中,如圖2所示UV(ultraviolet)光只能從透光基板16這面照射黏合固化材料18,黏合固化材料18在充份吸收能量後形成了固化的層間結構體24,黏合固化材料18可以由透明光學水膠(Liquid Glue)或光學透明膠(Optically Clear Adhesive;OCA)來實現。但是透光基板16上的金屬導線14無法透光,因而使金屬導線14下方的黏合固化材料18未能在UV光照射時充份吸收能量,故金屬導線14下方的黏合固化材料18無法固化而形成黏稠狀的結合物26沿著導線14流動,造成觸控板厚薄不均或是形成氣泡使產品發生外觀上的不良。再者,金屬導線14下方的黏合固化材料18因照射能量不足造成黏合強度不足,這可能使得金屬導線14與保護層22的結合性不足而在後續的製程中剝離。
因此,一種改善黏合固化製程的觸控板,乃為所冀。
本發明的目的,在於提出一種改善黏合固化製程的透明觸控板。
根據本發明,一種改善黏合固化製程的透明觸控板包含透光基板、金屬導線在該透光基板上、保護層以及黏合固化材料用以黏合該金屬導線及保護層,該金屬導線上設有透光區域,用以改善該黏合固化材料之固化情況。
圖3顯示本發明實施例,其中左圖為透明觸控板10的剖面圖,右圖為左圖中局部位置30的放大圖。圖3的觸控板10與圖2同樣具有金屬導線14、透光基板16、黏合固化材料18、框膜20及保護層20,但是每一條導線14上設有多個圓形的透光區域142,使UV光在黏合固化製程中可以穿透這些透光區域142照射到導線14下的黏合固化材料18,以形成較為固定的層間結構體24,阻擋黏稠狀結合物26流動,以改善觸控板厚薄不均、形成氣泡及金屬導線14與保護層22剝離的情況發生。另外,在保護層22上的框膜20可以使用反射材質,用以反射UV光使黏合固化材料18加快反應。由於UV光的光源可來自各方向加上UV光在不同材質介面中會形成些許折射,因此由反射材質構成的框膜20能將UV光反射至原本無法照射的地方,令層間結構體24的範圍加大。
金屬導線14的透光區域142可以在光罩上先行預留,在製程中即可形成需要的透光區域142,因此不會增加製程的步驟。為了避免造成原有金屬導線14的阻抗性變異,可適度調整的透光區域142。透光區域142的形狀除了圖3所示的圓形之外,也可以是橢圓形、方形或長條形等規則圖形或是其他任意形狀的不規則圖形,如圖4所示。金屬導線的材料為鉻、銅、鈦、錫或鋁合金等金屬材質其中之一,而該透光區域可以為穿孔,也可以填充可穿透可見光的材質或可穿透非可見光的材質,如玻璃、塑膠、有機物、無機物或橡膠等透光的非金屬材質。

Claims (21)
- 一種改善黏合固化製程的透明觸控板,包含:透光基板;金屬導線,在該透光基板之走線區上,其上設有透光區域;保護層,在該金屬導線上;以及黏合固化材料,在該保護層及金屬導線之間;其中,該透光區域的形狀包括圓形、橢圓形、方形或長條形等規則圖形。
- 如請求項1之透明觸控板,其中該透光區域的材料為可穿透可見光的材質或可穿透非可見光的材質。
- 如請求項2之透明觸控板,其中該透光區域的材料包括玻璃、塑膠、有機物、無機物或橡膠等非金屬材質。
- 如請求項1之透明觸控板,其中該導線的材料包括鉻、銅、鈦、錫或鋁合金等金屬材質。
- 如請求項1之透明觸控板,更包括不透光的框膜在該保護層及黏合固化材料之間。
- 如請求項5之透明觸控板,其中該框膜包括反射材質。
- 如請求項1之透明觸控板,其中該黏合固化材料包括光學水膠或光學透明膠。
- 一種改善黏合固化製程的透明觸控板,包含:透光基板;金屬導線,在該透光基板之走線區上,其上設有透光區域;保護層,在該金屬導線上;以及黏合固化材料,在該保護層及金屬導線之間; 其中,該透光區域的形狀包括不規則圖形。
- 如請求項8之透明觸控板,其中該透光區域的材料為可穿透可見光的材質或可穿透非可見光的材質。
- 如請求項9之透明觸控板,其中該透光區域的材料包括玻璃、塑膠、有機物、無機物或橡膠等非金屬材質。
- 如請求項8之透明觸控板,其中該導線的材料包括鉻、銅、鈦、錫或鋁合金等金屬材質。
- 如請求項8之透明觸控板,更包括不透光的框膜在該保護層及黏合固化材料之間。
- 如請求項12之透明觸控板,其中該框膜包括反射材質。
- 如請求項8之透明觸控板,其中該黏合固化材料包括光學水膠或光學透明膠。
- 一種改善黏合固化製程的透明觸控板,包含:透光基板;金屬導線,在該透光基板之走線區上,其上設有透光區域;保護層,在該金屬導線上;以及黏合固化材料,在該保護層及金屬導線之間;其中,該透光區域為穿孔。
