Description
本發明涉及一種卡扣,特別設計一種方便組裝及拆卸的卡扣。
在機殼的組裝結構設計中,常利用螺絲為固定件以鎖定機殼。鎖緊或松脫螺絲時,需採用額外的附加工具——螺絲刀完成,而且,因螺絲尺寸需選用對應大小的螺絲刀,由此產生諸多不便。
鑒於此,本發明提供了一種組裝、拆卸方便的卡扣。
一種卡扣,用於將第一殼體固定於第二殼體,該卡扣包括第一卡扣件及第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件設置於第一殼體上,第二卡扣件設置於第二殼體與第一卡扣件相背的一側,第一卡扣件包括彈性的卡扣部,第二卡扣件形成有與第二殼體上的通孔相通的卡扣孔,卡扣孔周圍環繞有彈性的卡持部,卡持部用於在卡扣部穿過通孔及卡扣孔後將卡扣部阻擋于卡扣孔外以固定第一殼體與第二殼體。
上述卡扣由於第一卡扣件、第二卡扣件分別固定於第一殼體、第二殼體上,不需要借助附加工具就可完成第一殼體與第二殼體的組裝及拆卸。
請同時參閱圖1至圖4,卡扣10包括第一卡扣件20及第二卡扣件30。多個第一卡扣件20設置於第一殼體40上,多個第二卡扣件30設置於第二殼體50與第一卡扣件20相背的一側。第一卡扣件20包括垂直設置於第一殼體40上的連接部22及位於連接部22一端的彈性的卡扣部24。第二殼體50上形成有與卡扣部24對應的通孔52。第二卡扣件30形成有與通孔52相通的卡扣孔32,卡扣孔32周圍環繞有彈性的卡持部34。卡持部34用於在卡扣部24穿過通孔52及卡扣孔32後將卡扣部24阻擋于卡扣孔32外以固定第一殼體40與第二殼體50。
請參閱圖3及圖4,卡扣部24為一球體,第一卡扣件20為中空結構,形成有自連接部22延伸至卡扣部24的盲孔26,從而允許該第一卡扣件20受到擠壓時發生彈性形變。本實施方式中,第一卡扣件20與第一殼體40一體成型。
卡持部34形成有多個缺口36,缺口36將卡持部34分隔成相互獨立的卡持塊38,從而使卡持部34在受到外力作用時產生彈性形變。卡扣孔32的直徑小於卡扣部24的球徑。請同時參閱圖4及圖5,卡扣部24插入卡扣孔32時,卡持塊38受到卡扣部24的推力發生彈性變形向外擴張,使卡扣部24穿過卡扣孔32。請參閱圖3,卡扣部24穿過卡扣孔32,卡持塊38及卡扣部24均恢復原狀,卡扣部24被卡持塊38阻擋于卡扣孔32外以將第一殼體40與第二殼體50固定。卡持部34端部形成有倒角39,以便拆卸第一殼體40與第二殼體50時使卡扣部24在外力作用下易於回至卡扣孔32內。
上述卡扣10的第一卡扣件20、第二卡扣件30分別固定於第一殼體40、第二殼體50上,卡扣部24穿過通孔52及卡扣孔32後可被卡持部34阻擋于卡扣孔32外以固定第一殼體40與第二殼體50。由於第一卡扣件20、第二卡扣件30分別固定於第一殼體40、第二殼體50上,不需要借助附加工具就可完成第一殼體40與第二殼體50的組裝及拆卸。

Claims (6)
- 一種卡扣,用於將第一殼體固定於第二殼體,其改良在於,該卡扣包括第一卡扣件及第二卡扣件,第一卡扣件設置於第一殼體上,第二卡扣件設置於第二殼體與第一卡扣件相背的一側,第一卡扣件包括彈性的卡扣部,第二卡扣件形成有與第二殼體上的通孔相通的卡扣孔,卡扣孔周圍環繞有彈性的卡持部,卡持部用於在卡扣部穿過通孔及卡扣孔後將卡扣部阻擋于卡扣孔外以固定第一殼體與第二殼體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡扣,其中,第一卡扣件包括垂直固定於第一殼體上的連接部,所述卡扣部固定於連接部一端。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之卡扣,其中,所述第一卡扣件為中空結構,第一卡扣件形成有自連接部延伸至卡扣部的盲孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡扣,其中,卡扣部為一球體,卡扣孔的直徑小於卡扣部的球徑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡扣,其中,所述卡持部形成有多個缺口,缺口將卡持部分隔成相互獨立的卡持塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之卡扣,其中,卡持部端部形成有倒角。
