Description
本發明係關於一種LED燈,尤其是一種具有風扇模組的LED燈。
習知LED燈結構係如中華民國發明I316121號「燈具」專利案,請配合參照第1圖所示,該習知LED燈8係包含有一外殼81,該外殼81係由一第一殼體811及一第二殼體812所組成,其中該第一殼體811設有一出風部811a及一進風部812a;又,該外殼81內部設有一散熱器82、一發光元件83及一散熱風扇84,且該散熱器82位於該發光元件83及散熱風扇84之間。藉此;當該散熱風扇84運轉時,可將外界氣流經由該進風部812a吸入,並導引氣流通過該散熱器82後再由該出風部811a吹出,以降低該發光元件83運作時所產生之熱能。
然而,習知LED燈8之外殼81係由該第一殼體811及第二殼體812組合而成,不僅造成零組件數量增加,使整體結構相對較為複雜外,由於該散熱器82、發光元件83及散熱風扇84係被包覆於該外殼81內,故必須在該外殼81另外開設數個孔洞以形成該出風部811a及進風部812a,因此,容易破壞該LED燈8之外觀完整性及美觀性,且具有加工不便及製造成本增加等缺點。再者,為了配合裝潢之整體美觀性需求,而必須將該LED燈8內嵌隱藏如裝潢隔層之天花板等地點時,由於習知LED燈8之出風部811a及進風部812a係設置於該外殼81,使得該出風部811a及進風部812a亦會埋入於裝潢隔層之天花板上方,僅保留該發光元件83顯露於天花板表面,然而該天花板上方與建築物本身之水泥樓層板之間的空間一般為封閉,該空間不易與外界空氣循環,影響空氣流通效果及散熱效能,進而產生積熱問題,影響該習知LED燈8之使用壽命。
另一種習知LED燈結構係如中華民國新型M346745號「燈具」專利案,請配合參照第2圖所示,該習知LED燈9係包含有一外殼91、一散熱器92、一風扇93及一LED燈組94。該外殼91係由一上殼911及一下殼912組成,該上殼911設有數個通氣孔911a,且該下殼912設有一穿透孔912a。該散熱器92位於該外殼91內並與該下殼912之穿透孔912a之間形成有通風道95,該風扇93亦位於該外殼91內並結合於該散熱器92,該LED燈組94則結合於該散熱器92。藉此當該風扇93運轉時,可將外界氣流經由各該通氣孔911a吸入後再由該通風道95經該穿透孔912a排出,以驅散該LED燈組94所產生之熱能。
然而,習知LED燈9之外殼91係由該上殼911及下殼912組合而成,同樣存在有造成零組件數量增加及破壞外觀完整性及美觀性,使整體結構相對較為複雜之缺點;又,該習知LED燈9之散熱器92與該穿透孔912a之間雖然形成有通風道95,但仍必須於該上殼911開設有數個通氣孔911a,故該習知結構同樣具有加工不便及製造成本增加等缺點。再者,該習知LED燈9內嵌隱藏如裝潢隔層之天花板等地點時,雖然該通風道95係顯露於天花板表面,但是各該通氣孔911a仍埋入於天花板上方,故仍存在有空氣流通及散熱效能不佳,而容易產生積熱,因此,習知LED燈9之散熱效果不佳,無法有效提升整體使用壽命。
本發明主要目的係提供一種LED燈,使該LED燈無須於外殼另行加工開設任何進風孔或出風孔,以有效降低結構複雜度,並便於加工製造者。
本發明次一目的係提供一種LED燈,藉由該LED燈外殼無須開設進風孔或出風孔之結構設計,以維持其外觀完整性及美觀性者。
本發明之另一目的係提供一種LED燈,當該LED燈呈內嵌隱藏式安裝時,係供外界氣流能夠順利進出該LED燈,以提升整體散熱效果,確保該LED燈能夠正常運作。
根據本發明LED燈,係包含一外殼、一風扇模組及一發光二極體。該外殼之一端設有一組裝口,另一端設有一電連接部,該外殼鄰近該組裝口之內側周壁係為一導風壁;該風扇模組結合於該外殼之組裝口,使該風扇模組與該外殼的組裝口及導風壁之間形成至少一風道,且該風扇模組設有一導風口,該導風口連通至該外殼內部;該發光二極體係結合於該風扇模組。其中該風道係為徑向進風口或徑向出風口,該導風口係對應該風道為徑向出風口或徑向進風口;或者,基於相同技術概念下,該風道係為徑向進風口或徑向出風口,該導風口係對應該風道為軸向出風口或軸向進風口。
為讓本發明之上述及其他目的、特徵及優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉本發明之較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下:請參照第3及4圖所示,本發明LED燈至少包含一外殼1、一風扇模組2及一發光二極體3。該外殼1係用以供該風扇模組2結合,使該風扇模組2容置於該外殼1內部;該發光二極體3係結合該風扇模組2。
該外殼1係為一中空殼體,該外殼1之一端設有一組裝口11,另一端設有一電連接部12;該組裝口11係連通該外殼1內部,以供該風扇模組2可順利組裝於該外殼1內部,且該外殼1鄰近該組裝口11之內側周壁係為一導風壁13;而該電連接部12係為各種能夠電性連接外部電源之結構設計,以作為本發明LED燈之主要電力來源。
該風扇模組2係經由該外殼1之組裝口11結合於該外殼1之內部,使該風扇模組2與該外殼1的導風壁13之間形成至少一風道4,該至少一風道4可作為進風或出風功能;其中該風扇模組2與該外殼1之結合方式可採用如螺接、卡固、膠黏或焊接等。
更詳言之,該風扇模組2可包含一散熱器21及一散熱風扇22。該散熱器21係由可導熱之材質所製成;該散熱風扇22係結合該散熱器21,該散熱風扇22可選擇為軸流式風扇或離心式風扇,較佳係選自一軸流式風扇;藉此,該散熱風扇22係能夠搭配該散熱器21提供預定之散熱效果。又,基於上述該風扇模組2與該外殼1的導風壁13之間形成至少一風道4的技術概念,該風扇模組2可選擇利用該散熱器21或散熱風扇22之外周表面與該導風壁13之間形成該風道4。
該發光二極體3係結合該風扇模組2,以便利用該風扇模組2降低該發光二極體3實際運作時之溫度,達到更佳之散熱效果;又,該發光二極體3可電性連接該外殼1之電連接部12,以提供運作時之主要電力來源。
本發明LED燈實際使用時,可裝設於如牆壁、天花板或其他欲進行照明等地點;舉例而言,係可將該LED燈之外殼1埋入於裝潢隔層之天花板上方,僅保留該外殼1之組裝口11及該發光二極體3裸露於天花板表面;另由於鄰接該組裝口11之導風壁13與該風扇模組2之間係形成有該風道4,該風道4亦可相對裸露於天花板表面,當該風扇模組2之散熱風扇22運轉時,即利用該風道4導入或導出氣流,用以驅散該發光二極體3所產生之熱能。又,該外殼1之電連接部12則可與一般供電系統電性連接,以提供電源至該發光二極體3,使該發光二極體3可通電後投射燈光。
藉由前揭之結構特徵,本發明LED燈的主要特點在於:本發明LED燈之外殼1可直接藉由該組裝口11與該風扇模組2兩者之間的結構空間規劃形成該風道4;因此,本發明LED燈之外殼1無須另外加工開設任何進風孔或出風孔,可有效降低整體結構複雜度,以提升加工便利性及降低製造成本,並兼可維持其外觀完整性及整體美觀性。再者,倘若本發明LED燈內嵌隱藏如裝潢隔層之天花板等地點時,該風道4亦可配合裸露於該天花板表面;因此,使該風扇模組2可順利導入及導出氣流,以提升整體散熱效能,進而有效提升本發明LED燈之使用壽命。
藉由上述本發明LED燈的結構設計概念,本發明LED燈之外殼1與該風扇模組2之間,更可配合該風道4之設計,進一步規劃形成〝徑向進風及徑向出風〞、〝軸向進風及徑向出風(或徑向進風及軸向出風)〞等數種實施態樣,其中:請參照第4圖所示,係揭示〝徑向進風及徑向出風〞之實施態樣。本實施態樣中,該風扇模組2定義有一軸向基準線L(依圖式為主),該風扇模組2之散熱風扇22係具有一扇框221,該扇框221內部設置藉由一馬達所驅動旋轉的一扇輪222,且該扇框221底緣形成一徑向延伸部223,該徑向延伸部223係朝該風扇模組2之軸向基準線L的徑向方向(該徑向方向係指垂直於該軸向基準線L之方向)延伸;藉此,該風道4係形成於該徑向延伸部223與該外殼1的組裝口11及導風壁13之間,而該徑向延伸部223與該散熱器21之間則形成一導風口221a,該導風口221a係透過該扇框221而連通至該外殼1內部。
基於前述〝徑向進風及徑向出風〞之實施態樣,在該風扇模組2之軸向基準線L的徑向方向上,該風道4可作為徑向進風口或徑向出風口,該扇框221之導風口221a則對應該風道4作為徑向出風口或徑向進風口;例如:當該風道4作為徑向進風口時,該導風口221a可作為徑向出風口;反之,當該風道4作為徑向出風口時,該導風口221a可作為徑向進風口。更詳言之,如第4圖所示,該風扇模組2之扇輪222運轉的過程中,可將外界氣流經由該風道4(作為徑向進風口)導入至該外殼1及扇框221內部,再進一步將該氣流自該導風口221a(作為徑向出風口)導出且通過該散熱器21,以降低該發光二極體3所產生之高溫。
請參照第5圖所示,係揭示〝徑向進風及軸向出風(或軸向進風及徑向出風)〞之實施態樣。本實施態樣中,該風扇模組2同樣定義有一軸向基準線L(依圖式為主),該風扇模組2之散熱風扇22係具有一扇框221,該扇框221內部設置藉由一馬達所驅動旋轉的一扇輪222,且該扇框221底緣形成一徑向延伸部223,該徑向延伸部223係朝該風扇模組2之軸向基準線L的徑向方向(該徑向方向係指垂直於該軸向基準線L之方向)延伸;藉此,該風道4係形成於該徑向延伸部223與該外殼1的組裝口11及導風壁13之間,又,該扇框221之內周面則與該散熱器21之間形成一導風口221a,該導風口221a係透過該扇框221而連通至該外殼1內部。
基於前述〝徑向進風及軸向出風(或軸向進風及徑
向出風)〞之實施態樣,在該風扇模組2之軸向基準線L的徑向方向上,該風道4可作為徑向進風口或徑向出風口,而在該風扇模組2之軸向基準線L的軸向方向上,該扇框221之導風口221a則對應該風道4作為軸向出風口或軸向進風口;例如:當該風道4作為徑向進風口時,該導風口221a可作為軸向出風口;反之,當該風道4作為徑向出風口時,該導風口221a可作為軸向進風口。更詳言之,如第5圖所示,該風扇模組2之扇輪222運轉的過程中,可將外界氣流經由該風道4(作為徑向進風口)導入至該外殼1及扇框221內部,再進一步將該氣流自該導風口221a(作為軸向出風口)導出且通過該散熱器21,以降低該發光二極體3所產生之高溫;又,當該扇輪222運轉方向相反時,則可將外界氣流經由該導風口221a(作為軸向進風口)導入至該扇框221及外殼1內部,再進一步將該氣流自該風道4(作為徑向出風口)導出,同樣可降低該發光二極體3所產生之高溫。
本發明LED燈之風道4亦可選擇改變為軸向進風口或軸向出風口,該導風口221a同樣可對應該風道4為軸向出風口或軸向進風口〔未繪示〕。然而,該〝軸向進風及軸向出風〞之實施態樣,係可能容易在進風及出風的過程中產生擾流現象,因此,本發明LED燈仍以前述〝徑向進風及徑向出風〞、〝軸向進風及徑向出風(或徑向進風及軸向出風)〞等實施態樣為較佳實施方式。
又,前述〝徑向進風及徑向出風〞、〝徑向進風及軸向出風(或軸向進風及徑向出風)〞等數種實施態樣,較
佳另可設置一透光罩5。再以第4圖所示之實施態樣提出說明,該透光罩5係結合該風扇模組2之散熱器21,使該透光罩5可結合該風扇模組2共同與該外殼1的組裝口11及導風壁13之間形成該風道4;另外,該透光罩5具有一開口部51,該發光二極體3透過該開口部51容置於該透光罩5內部;藉此,該發光二極體3透過該透光罩5投射燈光,且該透光罩5可依需求選擇如不同顏色或種類的光罩,以產生不同的燈光效果,另外,該透光罩5亦兼可用以保護該發光二極體3;整體而言,藉由該技術特徵,以達到提升燈光投射效果及保護該發光二極體3等功效。
綜上所述,本發明LED燈係無須於該外殼1另行加工開設任何進風孔或出風孔,而可直接藉由形成於該外殼1與該風扇模組2之間的風道4結構設計,用以提供進風或出風等功能,以有效降低結構複雜度進而達到方便加工製造之功效,更兼具有維持該LED燈之外觀完整性及美觀性之功效。再者,當本發明LED燈呈內嵌隱藏式安裝時,亦可利用該風道4之設計,以確保該風扇模組2能夠導引外界氣流進行散熱,以達到增加LED燈使用壽命之功效。
雖然本發明已利用上述較佳實施例揭示,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍之內,相對上述實施例進行各種更動與修改仍屬本發明所保護之技術範疇,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (8)
- 一種LED燈,其包含:一外殼,該外殼之一端設有一組裝口,另一端設有一電連接部,該外殼鄰近該組裝口之內側周壁係為一導風壁;一風扇模組,該風扇模組包含一散熱器及一散熱風扇,該散熱風扇係結合該散熱器,該風扇模組結合於該外殼之組裝口,使該風扇模組與該外殼的組裝口及導風壁之間形成至少一風道,且該風扇模組設有一導風口,該導風口連通至該外殼內部;及一發光二極體,係結合於該風扇模組;其中該風道係為徑向進風口或徑向出風口,該導風口係對應該風道為徑向出風口或徑向進風口,該風扇模組係定義有一軸向基準線,該風扇模組之散熱風扇係具有一扇框,該扇框內部設置一扇輪,且該扇框底緣形成一徑向延伸部,該風道係形成於該徑向延伸部與該外殼的組裝口及導風壁之間,而該徑向延伸部與該散熱器之間形成該導風口。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之LED燈,其中該徑向延伸部係朝該風扇模組之軸向基準線的徑向方向延伸。
- 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之LED燈,其中該LED燈另設置一透光罩,該透光罩係結合該風扇模組,該發光二極體容置於該透光罩內部。
- 依申請專利範圍第3項所述之LED燈,其中該透光罩 係結合該風扇模組共同與該外殼的組裝口及導風壁之間形成該風道。

- 依申請專利範圍第5項所述之LED燈,其中該徑向延伸部係朝該風扇模組之軸向基準線的徑向方向延伸。
- 依申請專利範圍第5或6項所述之LED燈,其中該LED燈另設置一透光罩,該透光罩係結合該風扇模組,該發光二極體容置於該透光罩內部。
