Description
本發明有關用於在密封那些包裝之前處理眼科鏡片包裝之方法及裝置。
隱形眼鏡自五十年代已使用在商業上,以改善視力。該等最早的隱形眼鏡係由硬材料、玻璃及硬塑膠所製成。於該領域中後來開發者基於水凝膠造成軟性隱形眼鏡,這在今日是非常流行的。該等眼科鏡片通常係包裝在個別之包裝中,一般已知為罩殼包裝(blister pack)。典型之罩殼包裝包括一覆蓋以層疊箔片之塑膠承杯,以容置該透鏡。看美國專利第D458,023;5,467,868;及5,656,362號,所有該等專利係全部以引用的方式併入本文中。由於這些鏡片之舒適性及流行,其係藉著包含於一主要包裝中密封眼科鏡片及消毒那些鏡片之自動化製程大規模地製成。看美國專利第6,054,090;6,018,931;5,696,686;5,577,367;5,488,815號及美國專利申請案第2004/0112108、2005/0013729號,所有該等專利係全部以引用的方式併入本文中。

Claims (15)
- 一種處理眼科鏡片包裝之方法,於以一蓋子密封該包裝之前,該包裝包含一眼科鏡片及一包裝液體,該方法包含由該包裝之密封部份移去該包裝液體;其中真空係施加至該包裝之密封部份;其中該真空係藉著一在每分鐘大約4至大約8立方呎之空氣流速下運轉的真空所施加。

- 如申請專利範圍第6項之設備,其中該眼科鏡片包裝之密封部份包含一升高之密封環。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之設備,其中該構件另包含第三表面及第四表面,其中該構件係在該第三表面及該第四表面上樞轉地附接至該支座。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之設備,其包含至少三個第一孔口。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之設備,其包含至少二十個第二孔口。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之設備,其包含至少三個第一孔口。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之設備,其包含至少二十個第二孔口。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項之設備,其中該等第一孔口之每一個係大約5毫米。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項之設備,其中該等第二孔口之每一個係大約1毫米。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之設備,其中該構件係由鋁所製成。
