Claims (1)

1336022 七、申請專利範圍: 1. 一種數位相機鏡頭模組,包括:, 一積體電路晶片,其包括一承載體、一晶片、一第一粘著物及一遮蓋, 其中,該承載體具有一容室,該晶片固設於容室底部,該第一粘著物設 置於晶片頂面周緣,該遮蓋設於承載體頂面並與第一粘著物粘结;及 一鏡筒,其内封設固持有一鏡片,該鏡筒一端具有一凸緣,該鏡筒具凸 緣一端套設於積體電路晶片之遮蓋上,並與承載體粘結,該鏡片與所述 晶片位置對正。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之數位相機鏡頭模組,其中所述承載體進一 步包含複數頂部焊墊及底部焊墊,該頂部焊墊係環繞佈設於承載體頂
