1303689 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 此發明,是有關可安裝在將門開閉的既有鎖的門鎖作 動用電動圓筒鎖心。 【先前技術】 開閉門的既有的鎖,一般是使用鑰匙,但將鑰匙帶在 身上會遺失,或者是在鎖的鑰匙孔被插入特殊工具或撬鎖 用具解鎖等而被撬鎖,但將無鑰匙孔的鎖設置在門上的話 ,對於其設備等多會伴隨費用高的工事。 在最近,防止非適合鑰匙的不正當解鎖的鎖構造(參 照專利文獻1 ),是提案使這些鎖在建築時就設置於門, 或者是需將門改建。 [專利文獻1]日本特開2002-2762 1 5號公報 【發明內容】 (本發明所欲解決的課題) 在此,期望:藉由取下既有的門鎖的圓筒鎖心將可輸 入電動訊號的電動圓筒鎖心安裝於其門鎖,就可將可送出 電動訊號的暗號操作或遠隔操作地將電動圓筒鎖心簡單地 安裝在既有的門鎖,而達成可以完全地防止撬鎖。 此發明的目的,是提供一種在既有的門鎖簡單地安裝 電動圓筒鎖心就可以完全地防止撬鎖的門鎖作動用電動圓 筒鎖心及無鑰匙孔的電動圓筒鎖心式門鎖。 -4- 1303689 (2) (用以解決課題的手段) 此發明的門鎖作動用圓筒鎖心,是對於門鎖作動用電 動圓筒鎖心’其特徵爲:藉由馬達的動作使馬達軸移動而 連動旋轉筒及圓板’馬達軸的一端是被收容在形成於殼的 底部的孔部’電動圓筒鎖心零件的全部是被收容於殻內, 方疋轉商被一分割’兩者是一起連動,藉由彈簧圓板而移動 可能地設置於殻內,馬達是藉由切換電極使馬達軸伸縮, 由其伸縮作動使尾塊連動來作動栓桿。 依據此發明的門鎖用圓筒鎖心,可以提供:可簡單地 安裝在既有的門鎖,使用電話,或從高級公寓的自己的房 間遠隔操作,且,可使用作爲由指紋或數字按鍵等的解鎖 操作的鎖的非常便利的圓筒鎖心式鎖。 依據發明的門鎖作動用電動圓筒鎖心,讓軸伸縮的馬 達’即歩進馬達的配線索線因爲是配置於與旋轉筒板的旋 轉無關的位置,所以可對應歐洲等的外國的圓筒鎖心式鎖 等地使圓筒鎖心3 6 0度以上旋轉可能。 此發明的門用圓筒鎖心式鎖,是藉由在既有的門開閉 用鎖從既有的門表將電動圓筒鎖心螺絲旋緊就可簡單地安 裝’就可容易獲得無鑰匙孔的電動圓筒鎖心式門鎖。 【實施方式】 第1圖是顯示分解電動圓筒鎖心的整體的零件分解圖 ’第2圖是顯示將電動圓筒鎖心的全部的零件收容於殼並 -5- (3) 1303689 與既有的門開閉用鎖的栓桿組裝連動的立體圖,第3圖是 顯示將電動圓筒鎖心設置在既有的門開閉用鎖的平面圖, 第4圖是顯示使用形成有螺紋的馬達軸的旋轉防止下筒的 部分立體圖,第5圖是顯示分解具備可將電動圓筒鎖心 3 6 0度以上旋轉的態樣的馬達及旋轉筒板的電動圓筒鎖心 整體的部分立體圖。 第1圖,是分解電動圓筒鎖心的整體的零件的分解立 體圖。對於電動圓筒鎖心機構是依據此分解立體圖說明。 在殼1的底部是固定有捲附有彈簧3的桿2。在桿2的周 圍設置有彈簧3,圓板4是讓桿2通過孔1 8,並藉由環5 而被固定於桿2。設置於殻1的底部的中空桿3 0是插入 圓板4的中央孔3 2。 在旋轉下筒6的底部中心孔2 8插入有與馬達8連動 的軸9,藉由設置在切入於軸9的二條溝3 3的停止環3 4 及3 5使旋轉下筒6及馬達8連結,軸9是插入設置於殼 1的底部的中空桿3 0的孔3 1,馬達8及殼〗是成爲一直 線上的位置關係。此馬達8是其軸9可朝箭頭5 0及4 5的 方向伸縮的歩進馬達。 馬達8是與固定圓筒15成爲一體,索線是通過突出 部的索線通溝1 2從固定圓筒1 5的孔1 7拉出。馬達8是 被固定件1 〇捲住,藉由螺絲1 1被安裝於固定圓筒1 5。 旋轉上筒1 3是藉由與門鎖栓桿24連動的尾塊1 4及筒零 件3 8而成爲一體。此旋轉上筒1 3,是讓尾塊1 4通過開 口於固定圓筒1 5的孔]6,藉由將環20旋緊於筒零件3 8 冬 (4) 1303689 的溝而被固定於固定圓筒1 5。 藉由環20使與旋轉上筒13成爲一體的固定圓筒15 是由圓環5 5按壓並收納於殼1內,使螺絲2 2通過圓環 5 5的孔並固定於殼丨的螺絲孔27。此時,圓環5 5是接觸 固定圓筒15的段溝面37,與殼1完全成爲一體。在裝飾 座2 5使成爲一體的電動圓筒鎖心的固定圓筒〗5通過裝飾 座2 5的中央孔5 3,使裝飾座2 5的面4 1接觸門面。門鎖 內殼2 1是藉由螺絲2 3通過門鎖的栓桿2 4安裝於固定圓 筒1 5的螺絲孔3 6。 接著,對於電動的動作說明的話,在馬達8使用電源 供給用的二條的索線3 9及4 0,在索線3 9連接正極,在 索線4 0連接負極的g舌’與馬達8連動的軸9會朝箭頭5 0 方向移動,按壓與軸9連動的旋轉下筒6,在開口於被收 納於殼1內的圓板4的多數的孔2 6可插入與旋轉下筒6 一體的突起7。在此狀態下,由手將殻1旋轉的話,旋轉 下筒6及旋轉上筒1 3是與兩者的溝面42接觸連動而傳到 尾塊1 4,將鎖定揷銷(栓桿)24動作就可以解鎖。但是, 鎖定揷銷24是接觸門的承受口(無圖示)的情況時,不會 朝正常位置作動。在此情況將圓筒鎖心殼1由手旋轉的話 ,因爲彈簧3會縮短’使旋轉筒及圓板的連動卡止部分, 即突起7及孔2 6的任一方會形成具有傾斜角’所以施加 固定以上的力量的話’突起7會從孔26脫落’圓筒鎖心 殼1是當由手的力量旋轉時會發生滴答滴答音。 在索線3 9連接負極,在索線40連接正極的話,其動 (5) 1303689 作會反轉,馬達8的軸9是往箭頭4 5方向返回,使旋轉 下筒6及圓板4切離而無法連動。彈簧3的功能是當軸9 是朝箭頭5 0方向移動時且旋轉下筒6及圓板4的嚙合差 時,使圓板4被押壓來防止遊隙。然而,在上鎖時’開口 於圓板4的多數的孔2 6及與旋轉下筒6 —體的突起7是 因爲未卡止連結,所以圓筒鎖心殼1是隨時可以自由旋轉 〇 第2圖及第3圖是顯示將電動圓筒鎖心的全部的零件 收容在殻1並與既有的門開閉用鎖的栓桿2 4組裝連動的 立體圖及平面圖,門的開閉是將開閉鎖44藉由手指加以 旋轉,並藉由移動門內的栓桿24進行,栓桿24是通過門 用栓桿導引1 9插入設在壁上的鎖停止孔的話,會成爲上 鎖狀態。且,藉由開閉鎖44旋轉,將栓桿24從鎖停止孔 脫離的話,會成爲解鎖狀態。然而,栓桿導引1 9是藉由 螺絲5 4固定在門的端面。 第4圖是顯示使用形成有螺紋的馬達軸9的旋轉上下 筒的部分立體圖,因爲在馬達8的軸9形成有螺紋且旋轉 下筒6的孔2 8形成有螺紋,所以軸9旋轉的話,與軸9 嚙合的旋轉下筒6當正電極時是朝前進並與圓板4連動。 且,當電極爲負的話,旋轉下筒6是從圓板4遠離,即馬 達8的軸9是不需要伸縮。在軸9、及旋轉下筒6的孔2 8 因爲形成有螺紋,所以旋轉下筒6是朝前後移動地與圓板 4連動。 第5圖是顯示分解具備可與電動圓筒鎖心3 6 〇度以上 1303689 (6) 旋轉的態樣的馬達8及旋轉筒板46的電動圓筒鎖心整體 的部分立體圖。歩進馬達8的軸9是與尾塊組裝體並列地 配置,因爲與旋轉筒板4 6的表面接觸,所以藉由歩進馬 達8的作動使其軸9移動,而移動旋轉筒板4 6。旋轉筒 板46是在一方具備可動連動直方體桿51,在他方具備通 過彈簧4 3插入中空桿3 0的孔3 1的圓筒狀桿5 2。一方的 可動連動直方體桿5 1是與具有尾塊組裝體的可動溝4 9的 筒體4 7,以活塞-圓筒的關係連動。 與旋轉筒板4 6連動的尾塊1 4是與歩進馬達8並列配 置,從歩進馬達8伸出的索線3 9、4 0因爲不會阻撓旋轉 筒板4 6的旋轉,且索線3 9、4 0是不會阻礙因電動圓筒鎖 心的旋轉的解鎖上鎖操作所產生的旋轉筒板4 6的旋轉, 所以電動圓筒鎖心可以3 6 0度以上旋轉。尾塊1 4通過孔 1 6插入固定圓筒1 5之後,藉由將環2 0旋緊固定在設置 於尾塊組裝體的筒體4 7的環狀溝4 8,就可使尾塊組裝體 被固定於固定圓筒1 5。圓板4、旋轉筒板4 6、尾塊組裝 體固定的圓筒1 5是呈一直線關係配置地收容於殼〗內。 在索線3 9連接正極,在索線4 0連接負極的話,與馬 達8連動的軸9是朝如第〗圖的箭頭5 〇方向移動,按壓 與軸9連動的旋轉筒板46,在開口於收納於殼1內的圓 板4的多數的孔2 6使與旋轉筒板4 6 一體的突起7插入。 在此狀態下,由手將殼1旋轉的話,旋轉運動會連動圓板 4及旋轉筒板4 6並通過設置在旋轉筒板4 6的直方體桿5 1 及尾塊組裝體的筒體47可動溝49而傳到尾塊1 4,讓鎖 -9-
