Description

第圖 是意 且示 而的 , 形 圖清 式的 模方 的上 態至 狀成 之形 片央 Φ 中 紙之 濕器 出容 抽裝 是外 圖從 ο 艾 1 域 第區 □ 開 的 態 形 施 實 他 其 之 體 裝 包 用 Φ 紙 濕 之 明 發 本 是 圖 1 1 ο 第圖 視 斜 明 說 號 符 件 元 要 主 100 :外裝容器 11 〇 :主體部 -19 - [Prior Art] A soft package for containing a moisture-containing content such as a wet tissue is 'being a flexible package that is easy to carry, easy to remove, and resealable to prevent the remaining wet tissue from being washed out when it is used again. body. In the case of the flexible package, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cosmetic fiber material in which a slit is formed in a packaging bag to form an opening, and a cover member which can be peeled off from the upper side via an adhesive is provided. The sealed bag is disclosed, and a film flexible package having an opening and allowing the opening to be sealed again is disclosed. On the other hand, in the case of a rigid container for accommodating a wet tissue, a container which is easy to take out of a wet tissue and which has an openable and closable cover to prevent the remaining wet tissue from being dried when it is used again is being sought. For example, in the following Patent Document 2, a container having a structure in which a sheet-like wet sheet which is connected by a suture is directly accommodated and a sheet is taken out from a take-out port disposed on a top surface of the container is disclosed. Further, Patent Document 3 below discloses a container in which a plurality of separated wet sheets are folded and laminated, and the wet sheets are vertically formed to directly receive the wet sheets, and are taken out from the top of the container. A rigid container constructed of sheets. -4 - (2) 1285177 Further, in the case where the above-mentioned flexible package and rigid container are combined, for example, in the following Patent Document 4, a wet tissue which is used for accommodating a sheet is folded and laminated. a film-shaped flexible package having a flat wet tissue; and a package formed by a rigid container in which the wet tissue is horizontally placed and the flexible package is housed in a horizontal state. The rigid container is called a so-called pop-open container. And on the top surface of the container, there is a package for taking out the outlet for continuous extraction of the wet tissue sheet. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. 48-33587 (Patent Document 3). [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] The container of the above Patent Document 2 is produced by passing a sheet φ connected by a suture through a small slit provided in the lid portion of the container. The resistance separates the sheets. Therefore, (A) the user needs to make a force capable of separating the suture at the time of use, and the suture of the sheet cannot be cut depending on the extraction method, so that a plurality of sheets are unnecessarily taken out, (B) when the suture is In the case where the inside of the container is cut, there is a trouble that the lid of the container must be removed again, and then the end portion of the sheet is again passed through the slit portion, and at that time, since the user mostly touches the entire sheet with the hand, The possibility of contamination by bacteria and the like is increased, and there is a problem of so-called unsanitary. Further, in the container of Patent Document 3, since the sheet laminated body receives the so-called vertical structure in which the sheet laminated body is accommodated in a vertical state, there is an advantage that the installation area can be saved compared to the horizontally placed structure. However, in order to pull up and take out the sheet from the opening portion located on the top surface of the container, the positional relationship between the opening portion and the end portion of the sheet to be taken out is usually shifted, and it is difficult for the user to put the finger from the opening portion and then Grab the original sheet. Further, each of the sheets has a certain overlapping state, and when the first sheet is taken out, the end portion of the second sheet is overlapped and pulled by the φ structure exposed from the opening. However, in the container of Patent Document 3, since the structure is drawn in the vertical direction with respect to the overlapping direction of the sheet, the overlap of the two sheets corresponding to the take-out direction disappears, and when the sheet is taken out, there is a next sheet. The problem that the end portion of the sheet cannot be stably exposed from the opening portion. Further, in the container of Patent Document 4, a package body in which a laminate including a sheet separated by one sheet is accommodated is a structure in which a sheet is taken out from a large opening portion disposed on the top surface of the container, and Each of the accommodated sheets has a horizontal shape in which it is placed in a horizontal state, so there is a problem that it is not easy to carry, and it is necessary to have a large installation area. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vertical type package which is not required to be large in size and which is suitable for easy carrying, and which is easy to take out of a wet tissue sheet and can be stably taken out one by one. Package. [Means for Solving the Problem] More specifically, the present invention provides a package for a wet -6 - (4) 1285177 paper towel having the following structure. (1) A package for a wet tissue, which is formed by a plurality of wet tissue sheets which are formed by folding a part of a wet tissue sheet together with a part of another wet tissue sheet, and formed to remove the wet tissue sheet. a flexible package body in the first opening area; and a second flexible packaging body; and in the receiving state, in the vicinity of the position corresponding to the first opening area of the flexible package body, a second portion for taking out the wet tissue sheet is formed The φ opening region is further provided with a rigid outer casing covering the second opening region and having an openable and closable cover, and the second opening region is formed on the upper side of the outer container or from the upper side Continuously formed to the top. According to the package for a wet tissue of the present invention, since the first opening region of the flexible package in the accommodated state coincides with the second opening region of the outer container, the wet tissue sheet can be easily taken out. Then, since the second opening region of the outer container is formed on the upper side of the side surface of the outer container or from the side portion of the outer container to the upper surface, it is not from the upper surface (top surface) of the outer container but from the side Since the upper portion is taken out, it can be taken out from the front surface of the container even in the vertical direction, so that particularly excellent take-out property can be obtained. Further, when the second opening region of the outer casing is continuously formed from the upper portion of the side surface of the outer casing to the upper surface, since the fingers are more easily inserted, the take-out property can be further improved. Further, since the second opening region of the outer container is formed on the upper side of the outer container or continuously formed from the upper portion of the outer container, the wet tissue sheet drawn from the first opening region must face the outer container. Was extracted. Thereby, the ends of the lower -7-(5) 1285177 of the second opening region of the wet tissue and the outer container are pulled out while being rubbed. In the present invention, separation between wet tissue sheets can be surely performed by utilizing this friction. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a slit or a claw structure for separating the wet tissues from each other, and the separation between the wet tissue sheets can be performed with a simple structure. In the present invention, the term "upper side upper portion" means that at least a second opening region is formed at a position higher than a position at a side of a height of 1/2 of the outer container. The "soft package" is a package made of a film-like flexible packaging material φ, and the "rigid outer container" is a container in which, for example, a plastic molded article does not deform under a general external pressure. (2) The package for a wet tissue according to the above aspect, wherein the soft package is in a state in which the plurality of wet tissue sheets are housed in a vertical state. According to this aspect, it is possible to provide a package for a vertical type wet tissue which is not required to be large and which is easy to carry because the flexible package can be directly accommodated in the outer casing in a vertical state. (3) The package for wet tissue according to (1) or (2), wherein the lower end portion of the second opening region of the φ outer casing is formed at a height of 1/2 of the outer container Above, the lower end portion of the first opening region of the flexible package is located below the lower end portion of the second opening region. Usually, the first opening region of the flexible package in the accommodated state is formed in the vicinity of a substantially central portion corresponding to the flat portion of the wet tissue sheet. Therefore, when the lower end portion of the second opening region is provided above the height of 1/2 of the outer casing, the positions of the first opening region of the flexible package and the second opening region of the outer casing are easily aligned. Next, when the lower end portion of the first opening region -8 - (6) 1285177 region is disposed at a position lower than the lower end portion of the second opening region, the wet tissue sheet drawn from the first opening region is sure to be The lower end portion of the second opening region is extracted while being rubbed on one side. Therefore, it is possible to surely use this friction to more reliably separate the wet tissue sheets. (4) The package for wet tissue described in (1), (2), and (3) wherein the second opening region is continuously formed across two adjacent side faces of the outer casing. According to this aspect, by making the second opening region continuously formed across the adjacent two side faces of the outer container, the opening portion for the finger insertion can be greatly formed in a multi-faceted manner, so that the wet tissue sheet is caught. It is easy and can improve the take-out. (5) The package for a wet tissue according to any one of (1), wherein the first opening area of the flexible package is from a plane corresponding to the wet tissue sheet. The position of the substantially central portion is continuously formed to the upper end of the flexible package. According to this aspect, since the very large first opening area can be formed, the positions of the first opening area of the flexible package and the second opening area of the outer container can be easily made uniform. [Effect of the Invention] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a package for a wet tissue which is not too large in installation area, is suitable for a portable type which is easy to carry, and which is easy to take out of a wet tissue sheet, and which can be stably taken out one by one. Next, as shown in Fig. 6, the flexible package 200 is in a state in which a plurality of wet tissue sheets are erected, that is, in a so-called vertical state, after being inserted and disposed from the bottom of the outer casing 1 ,, by the bottom cover 120 and sealed. <Configuration of Outer Container> As shown in Fig. 3, the exterior container 100 is mainly composed of a main body portion 110 for accommodating the flexible package 200, and a bottom cover 120 which is airtight at the bottom of the main body portion 110. The main body portion 110 is formed in a hollow substantially cubic shape including the front surface 111, the left side surface 112, the right side surface 113, the back surface 114, and the upper surface 115. 10-1285177 (8). Further, the size of the outer container 1000 in the present invention is not particularly limited. Further, the shape is not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped, and may be cylindrical or polygonal. A second opening region 130 for taking out the wet tissue sheet is formed from the upper portion to the upper surface 115 of the front surface 111 of the main body portion 110. Then, the second opening region 130 is provided with an openable and closable lid body 140', and the second opening region 130 can be covered in an airtight state. The lid body 140 can be moved in the up and down direction with the hinge portion 141 as a fulcrum. . Further, a button 150 is provided below the end portion 131 of the second opening region 13A, so that the engaging portion 142 at the front end of the lid body 140 can be engaged with the lower end portion 131 to open and close the lid body 140. Further, a spring member (not shown) is disposed in the hinge portion 141, and the lid body 140 is pushed upward. When the button 150 is disengaged, the lid body 140 can be moved upward to expose the second opening region 130. . The outer casing 100 is preferably a plastic molded article, and can be obtained, for example, by injection molding using a polypropylene resin (PP) or the like. The use of the resin is not particularly limited. In addition to polypropylene resin and polyethylene resin (PE), polystyrene resin (PS), ABS resin, rubber, polyester resin (PET), nylon resin (PA) can also be used. ), a resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) or polycarbonate (PC). The second opening region 130 must be formed at a position higher than a position 1/2 of the outer container 1 〇〇. If the second opening area i 3 〇 is formed below the position of 1/2 of the height of the container 100, when the wet tissue sheet is to be taken out, since the friction between the second opening area and the wet tissue sheet is reduced, the wet is given. The resistance of the tissue sheet is reduced, so that the separation between the wet tissue sheets becomes unstable -11 - 1285177 Ο), so that a plurality of wet tissue sheets are ran out at a time. The size of the second opening area 130 is preferably 40x40 mm or more in consideration of the case where the user takes a finger and grabs the sheet. Further, the shape of the second opening region 130 is not limited to the angular shape shown in Fig. 2, and may be, for example, a circular shape or an elliptical shape. Further, the second opening region 130 may be formed at least on the upper side of the side surface, and may be formed continuously from the front surface 11 1 to the upper surface 1 15 or only at the upper portion of the front surface 111 in this embodiment. Further, for example, it may be formed from the front surface 111 continuously φ to the right side surface 113 or the left side surface 112. By forming such a cross over two or more faces, the opening portion for the finger can be formed in a multi-faceted manner, so that the wet tissue sheet can be easily caught and the take-out property can be further improved. <Configuration of Flexible Package> As shown in Fig. 4, the flexible package 200 is a pillow-shaped flexible package composed of a laminated film 210 made of a flexible packaging material. The symbols 23 1 and 23 2 in Fig. 4 are upper and lower transverse seal portions, respectively, and a longitudinal seal (back seal) portion (not shown) is provided at the center portion on the back side of Fig. 4 . Then, a first opening region 2 is formed from a portion corresponding to a substantially central portion on the plane of the wet tissue 250 to the lateral sealing portion 232, thereby forming a state in which one portion of the wet tissue sheet is exposed. In the flexible package 200, a plurality of sheets of wet tissue 250 which are folded and folded are accommodated, and an example of a laminated structure of the respective wet tissue sheets 251 and 25 2 is shown in Fig. 5. In Fig. 5, a part of the wet tissue sheet 25 1 is folded into a zigzag shape to overlap with a part of the other wet tissue sheets 252, and then the upper and lower wet tissue sheets are sequentially superposed and laminated. Further, the laminated structure is not limited to the specific -12-(10) 1285177, and may be a C-shape or a W-shape, or a combination folding method of these. That is, in order to obtain a function of continuously extracting a sheet called a bouncing type, it is only necessary to laminate the wet tissue sheets so as to overlap each other. The sheet material used for the wet tissue 250 is preferably a non-woven fabric or paper composed of fibers having water absorbability. Further, the wet tissue 250 may be impregnated with a substance which is appropriately mixed with alcohol, a bactericide, a detergent, a moisturizer, etc. • As shown in Fig. 4, there is no particular method for forming the first opening region 215 in the flexible package 200. For example, a flexible package 200a as shown in Fig. 7 can be used. As shown in Fig. 7, a cutting line 211 is formed in a U shape on the upper surface side of the laminated film 210 of the flexible package 200a. The area located inside the door word is then peeled off by the peeling of the cover material 220 to form a cut portion. Then, the lid member 220 having the tongue portion 212 is adhered so as to cover the region, and an adhesive layer (not shown) is provided on a portion of the tongue portion 212 on the lower surface side of the lid member 220. Then, the laminated film 210 and the lid member 220 are peelably adhered via the adhesive layer. Two parallel tear-inducing means 260 extending continuously therefrom to the transverse seal portion 23 2 are provided on the extension of the two end points of the gate line of the cutting line 211 above the laminated film 210. In this embodiment, the tearing inducing means 260 is described as an imaginary line. Actually, the extending direction of the stretched film constituting the laminated film 210 is aligned with the direction of the imaginary line, and the alignment of the stretched film is formed as the tearing inducing means 260. . The cutting line 211 is only required to be such that the first opening region 215 is generated, and the shape and length of the cutting line 211 are not particularly limited. Further, the size of the first opening region 215 forming the take-out opening can be appropriately selected depending on the size of the flexible package 200a or the size or shape of the wet tissue to be taken out. Further, in this embodiment, the dicing line 211 is a continuous line formed by penetrating the film 210, but the dicing line 211 does not necessarily have to be a continuous line, and may be formed in a suture shape. In this embodiment, the tear-inducing means 260 is described as a virtual φ line, and the extending direction of the stretched film constituting the laminated film 210 is substantially the same as the direction of the imaginary line, and the alignment of the stretched film becomes a tear-inducing means. 260. Specifically, for example, the base material layer of the laminated film 210 may be used as a stretch film, and it is preferably a highly uniaxial or biaxially stretched film having a so-called easy tearability (linear cutting property). A uniaxially stretched film is more preferred. As these stretched films, commercially available products which have been known in the past can be used. The tear-inducing means 260 is not limited to the above-described extended alignment, and for example, a suture may be formed on the laminated film 210. In this case, the suture may be formed through the laminated film 210 or in a so-called half-cut state. However, in order to maintain the sealing property of the entire flexible package, it is preferable to use a half-cut state. Further, the half cut can be formed only on, for example, a substrate layer by a well-known method such as irradiation of laser light or mechanical punching. The lid member 220 is formed of a flexible flexible film or sheet material, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive forming the adhesive layer may, for example, be an acrylic paste or a polyvinyl chloride containing a plasticizer. An adhesive which is mainly composed of a graft polymer such as a graft copolymer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer grafted with a polyvinyl chloride monomer, but is not limited to a specific adhesive-14· (12) 1285177 Here, the flexible package 200 of FIG. 4 can be obtained by peeling the cover member 220 from the tongue portion 212 side of the cover member 220 in the flexible package 200a of FIG. First, when the lid member 220 is peeled off, it is adhered by the adhesive layer on the back side of the lid member 220. Therefore, the cut line 211 of the laminated film 210 is cut off and brought up. Thereby, an opening portion is formed on the upper surface of the laminated film 2 10 to form a state in which the content can be recognized. Next, when the cover material φ 220 is further peeled off, the laminated film 210 is torn along the two parallel imaginary lines 260 formed by the two end portions of the gate-shaped cutting line 211, and as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. 4, a larger first opening area can be formed from the cutting line 211 to the transverse sealing portion 232. 2 "The role of the package for wet tissue" Next, the positional relationship between the first opening region and the second opening Φ region will be described using FIG. Fig. 2 is a side sectional view of Fig. 1 showing the state in which the wet tissue is taken out. As shown in Fig. 2, the present invention is characterized in that the second opening area A from which the wet tissue is taken out from the outer casing 1 is placed above the side surface of the outer casing 1 . Further, the lower end portion of the first opening region B of the flexible package 2Ό0 is positioned below the end portion 131 below the second opening region A. Here, when the wet tissue sheet 25 1 at the frontmost portion on the front side 111 side of the outer casing 1 is taken out, the next wet tissue sheet 2 5 2 is pulled out via the overlapping portions, but in the case of wet sheets Due to the surface tension of the moisture ( -15- (13) 1285177 liquid) existing between the sheets, the overlapping portions between the sheets are firmly adhered, so if the sheets are separated without setting appropriate resistance, they will continuously run out once. Multiple sheets. For this reason, conventionally, a structure such as a claw portion or a slit which forms various forms of resistance is provided at the outlet portion. These are in the form of protrusions at the opening portion of the extraction sheet, and the sheets are appropriately separated by imparting the resistance of the overlapping portions by passing the sheets through the claw portions or the slits. On the other hand, in the package 300 for wet tissue, since the first φ second opening area A is provided above the side surface of the outer casing 100, the wet tissue sheet 25 1 is drawn upward. In this case, as shown in Fig. 2, since the wet tissue sheet 251 is surely rubbed between it and the lower end portion 133 of the second opening region A of the outer casing 100, the friction can be thereby caused by the friction. The wet tissue 25 1 is separated from the next wet tissue 2 15 . That is, it is not necessary to form the claw portion or the slit as described above, and a simpler structure can be formed. In addition, the user does not need to have trouble getting the sheet between the elongated slits or between the claws of the mouse when the user wants to take it out. This action can be made by placing the second opening area A of the wet tissue to be taken out from the outer container 1 above the side surface of the outer container 100, and the lower end portion 215 of the first opening area B of the flexible package 200. The a is located below the lower end portion 13 1 of the second opening region A and is surely realized. That is, when the lower end portion 215a of the flexible package 200 is located above the lower end portion 133 of the outer container 100, the friction at the time of taking out the wet tissue sheet 25 1 is not at the lower end portion of the outer container 1 〇〇 131 is performed by the lower end portion 215a of the flexible package 200. Since the lower end portion 215a is formed on the end surface of the flexible packaging film, it is extremely thin and has low rigidity (hardness). Therefore, -16-(14) 1285177, the frictional resistance with the wet tissue sheet 25 1 is insufficient. Therefore, the separation effect of the wet tissue sheet becomes insufficient. On the other hand, when the lower hoisting portion i 215a of the flexible package 200 is excessively located below, the open area of the flexible package 200 may become excessively large, which may impair the airtightness, and further, due to excessive exposure of the wet tissue, due to bacteria The possibility of secondary pollution, etc., will become higher, so it is not ideal. Therefore, the position of the lower end portion 215a of the flexible package body 200 is preferably located at the same position as the lower end portion φ 1 3 1 of the outer casing 1 , or at a position lower than 5 to 15 mm from this position. Fig. 9 is a schematic view showing a state in which the wet tissue sheet is taken out, and is a schematic view showing a state in which the second opening region is formed above the outer container, and Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a state in which the wet tissue sheet is taken out, which is a second opening region. A schematic view of the situation from the center of the outer container to the upper portion. Further, in the drawing, the symbol C is a line representing the position of the 1/2 height of the outer casing 100. In the case of Fig. 9, since the second opening area A is located above, the angle Θ1 of the angle formed by the wet tissue sheet 251 and the lower end portion 131 of the outer casing 100 is small and the friction is large. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 10, when the second opening area A is located at the lower portion, since the angle Θ2 formed by the wet tissue sheet 251 and the lower end portion 131 of the exterior container 100 becomes large, the friction is small. Therefore, in this case, the separation between the wet tissues becomes unstable, so that there is a possibility that a large number of sheets are ran out at a time. Therefore, the second opening area A of the outer casing 100 must be formed above 1/2 with respect to the height from the bottom surface of the outer container 100, but formed at a ratio of 2 to the bottom surface of the outer container 100. /3 is even more ideal. • 17- (15) 1285177 In addition, the symbols a and b in Fig. 10 are pattern diagrams showing the first and last wet tissues, respectively (a is the case where the wet tissue is nearly full, and b is the wet tissue approaching) The situation is exhausted). In the case of the a state, since it is extracted with respect to the lower end portion 131 of the outer casing 1 in a shape close to a substantially right angle, it is easy to give resistance. However, as the number of wet tissues decreases, the positional relationship such as b gradually becomes, and the angle Θ 2 with respect to the lower end portion 1 3 1 becomes larger (from θ 1 to Θ 2), so the friction becomes Smaller, the separation between the wet paper φ towels becomes more unstable. <Other Embodiments> Fig. 11 is a view showing another embodiment of the package for wet tissues of the present invention. In the embodiment, the package 3 00 ′ outer container 1 of the wet tissue is of a horizontal type, and the second opening area 1300 is formed from the side surface to the top surface, which is different from the above embodiment. As described above, in the present invention, the arrangement of the package for a wet tissue is not limited to the vertical direction, and may be horizontal. In this case, although the installation area is increased as compared with the case of the vertical placement, this is a feature of the present invention, and the take-off property of the wet tissue can be obtained in the same manner and effect as in the case of the vertical placement. In other words, the wet tissue package 300' does not need to form the above-described claws or slits, and a simpler structure can be formed, and the wet tissue sheets can be stably taken out one by one. [Industrial Applicability] The package for a wet tissue of the present invention has a wet tissue removal capacity of the contents of -18-(16) 1285177. It is particularly suitable for use as a vertical container.
