TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaged wet tissue that can be pulled out and used one by one. More particularly, the present invention relates to a packaging wet tissue that can be taken out one leaf at a time when the wet tissue is pulled out and used together with a flexible packaging bag in a storage container.
[0002]
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
2. Description of the Related Art A wet tissue in which a water-resistant nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a water-based drug has recently been widely used as a body cleaning cloth and the like, and the frequency of use thereof particularly in childcare and nursing care has become extremely high.
Conventionally, a wet tissue is obtained by winding a nonwoven fabric having a break line into a nonwoven fabric in a cylindrical shape, storing the wound nonwoven fabric in a cylindrical container, pulling it out of an extraction hole provided at an upper portion of the container, and breaking the wet tissue. It was used while cutting at the point. However, the wet tissue stored in such a container has a large drawback resistance, and it is necessary to pull out the wet tissue with the other hand while fixing the container with one hand, which is very difficult to use. Was.
[0003]
There is a pop-up type wet tissue as a wet tissue that has improved such a point, and recently, this pop-up type wet tissue has been increasingly used in place of a conventional cylindrical wet tissue. In this pop-up type wet tissue, the nonwoven fabric cut in advance for each leaf is stored in a flexible bag in a state where the ends of the leaves are folded so as to overlap with each other, and the wet cloth folded in this way is used. The tissue is put in a storage box, and the wet tissue is formed so as to be able to be pulled out of the storage box with a resistance wall formed on the upper surface in a state in which the wet tissue is separated one by one. Therefore, in such a pop-up wet tissue, each leaf can be taken out independently by pulling out the wet tissue with one hand, and the next leaf is held in the resistance wall of the outlet of the storage container. Is desirable. However, when actually taking out the wet tissue, the next leaf may stick to the leaf of the wet tissue to be taken out, and two or more wet tissues may be pulled out. Such a phenomenon in which the leaves are successively extracted without separating the leaves when the wet tissue is taken out is generally called "slurry".
[0004]
When using a wet tissue, in many cases, one hand cannot be used freely, such as with one hand supporting an infant or cared person. If the next leaf is drawn out together with the wet tissue, it is difficult to use these separately.
The entrainment of the next leaf when taking out such a wet tissue (so-called "slurry") is not necessarily a problem that occurs when taking out a wet tissue, but when tens or hundreds of wet tissues are pulled out. It is a problem that occurs with a certain low probability, and it is not always clear what causes such wet tissue entrainment.
[0005]
Conversely, the wet tissue of the next leaf may not fall along with the wet tissue to be removed and may fall into the packaging bag before being held by the resistance wall. It is necessary to open the storage box and insert the leaf of the uppermost wet tissue into the outlet to hold it on the resistance wall. Such a drop of the wet tissue is also a problem that occurs with a certain low probability, and the cause of the occurrence is not always clear.
[0006]
Under such circumstances, there are a concept that the entrainment and detachment of the wet tissue is a problem of the resistance wall and a concept that the problem is a problem of the characteristics of the tissue. Various proposals have been made from these viewpoints.
For example, the present inventor believes that such entrainment of wet tissue is caused by the structure of the resistance wall. Therefore, the present inventor has proposed a structure having a resistance wall with little entrainment of wet tissue (so-called “slipping”). An application has already been filed (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-365448). By changing the structure of the resistance wall in this way, the frequency of entrainment of wet tissue is reduced, but it has not yet been possible to completely prevent them.
[0007]
In addition, based on the recognition that the entrainment or omission of the wet tissue is in the surface properties of the tissue, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-509315 discloses that "a substrate and a liquid composition are provided. At least one of at least one surface of the panel having two opposing end panels-a leading edge panel and a trailing edge panel-each of which has a first surface and a second surface. Wherein the portion has either a coefficient of dynamic friction of 1 or less or a coefficient of static friction of 1.05 or less. "
[0008]
As described above, in the invention disclosed in this publication, the friction coefficient of the front and back surfaces of the wet wipe (wet tissue) greatly contributes to entrainment and detachment of the wet tissue, and the friction coefficient is set to a specific value. Thus, the above-mentioned entrainment and dropout are prevented.
The above-mentioned publication describes that the distribution of wipes is improved when folded and stacked, due to the friction coefficient of the edge surfaces of the wet wipes.
[0009]
If the friction coefficient of the portion where the tissue (wipe) overlaps is adjusted by, for example, embossing or the like, entrainment and detachment of the next tissue when the wet tissue is taken out can be improved as compared with the conventional wet tissue. However, the improvement effect is not always sufficient only by the friction coefficient.
[0010]
For example, the leaf of the wet tissue to be removed and the next leaf are changed not only by the friction coefficient of the overlapping wipe edge, but also by the surface tension of the chemical solution present in the overlapping portion. That is, when a liquid such as water is present between two wet tissues, the two wet tissues are stuck due to the surface tension of the liquid such as water, and the wet tissues in such a state are peeled off. It takes a lot of power. In particular, when irregularities are formed on the surface of the wet tissue by embossing or the like, the amount of liquid existing between the two tissues increases, and it becomes difficult to peel off the two wet tissues. On the other hand, when the amount of the liquid is small, the surface tension of the liquid hardly functions as an engaging force between the two wet tissues, and the surface state of the wet tissue becomes dominant.
[0011]
As described above, in the pop-up wet tissue, the entrainment of the next leaf when the wet tissue is taken out cannot be adjusted by a single factor, but is performed by a number of factors interacting with each other. Therefore, it was found that it was necessary to identify a number of factors relating to wet tissues from their mutual relationships.

[Object of the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging wet tissue capable of reliably removing wet tissues one by one (one leaf at a time) from a storage box having a resistance wall formed in an opening.
In particular, the present invention is a water-impermeable wet tissue that can be securely held on the resistance wall without the wet tissue leaf to be taken out next being accompanied by the wet tissue to be taken out and accompanying withdrawal. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaged wet tissue housed in a flexible bag.
[0013]
Summary of the Invention
The packaging wet tissue of the present invention is a packaging wet tissue containing an aqueous drug, which is folded so as to be able to be taken out one leaf at a time and stored in a water-impermeable packaging bag,
The wrapped wet tissue is composed of a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric or paper to which fibers are bonded using a heat-fusible binder, and an aqueous agent, and the dry weight of the dried tissue is 40 g / m2. 2 The softness of the dried tissue in a dry state measured by a handle ometer method is more than 15 g and less than 25 g, a herringbone pattern is formed on the tissue, and the packaged wet tissue is It contains 190 to 250 parts by weight of the aqueous agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the dry tissue, and at least the end portion of the leaf of the wet tissue to be taken out overlaps at least the tip portion of the leaf of the wet tissue to be taken out next. And is housed in a flexible packaging bag body in a sealed state.
[0014]
That is, in the present invention, among the nonwoven fabrics forming the wet tissue, the basis weight of the dried tissue is 40 g / m. 2 The following nonwoven fabric is used. However, the object of the present invention cannot be achieved simply by using a tissue having the above-mentioned basis weight. In the present invention, further, the softness of the dried tissue measured by a specific method is 15 g. It is necessary to exceed 25 g. A herringbone pattern is formed on the dried tissue, and the dried tissue preferably uses a hot-melt binder made of a polyolefin resin or the like as a binder used when forming a nonwoven fabric or the like.
[0015]
Further, 190 to 250 parts by weight of an aqueous drug is blended with 100 parts by weight of such a tissue, and this is mixed so that the vicinity of the end of the wet tissue of the previous leaf and the vicinity of the tip of the wet tissue of the next leaf overlap. It is folded and used in a water-impermeable and flexible bag.
As described in detail above, the basis weight, the softness, the type of the binder, a suitable type as a pop-up wet tissue formed with a pattern formed on the tissue, etc., and the amount of the aqueous drug mixed here is also the tissue. It is set within the range of 190 to 250 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight.
[0016]
The use of certain such tissues and the addition of a specific amount of aqueous agent to such specific tissues establishes that these elements work together to independently remove wet tissues. When a so-called one-leaf wet tissue is pulled out, the probability of occurrence of a so-called “slur” that is pulled out along with the drawn-out wet tissue is increased in a conventional pop-up wet tissue. Significantly lower than the rate.
[0017]

However, in the case of a pop-up type wet tissue, the wet tissue to be taken out is stuck with the wet tissue of the next leaf, pulled out to the resistance wall, held on the resistance wall, and then the wet tissue can be separated and taken out It is necessary that the overlapping wet tissues adhere to each other with some force. In order to completely prevent the occurrence of so-called "slipping", it is necessary to balance the resistance provided by the resistance wall and the force with which the wet tissue sticks to each other, which is the most difficult problem in a pop-up type wet tissue. It has already been known that the prevention of the occurrence of such "slipping" can be reduced to some extent by changing the shape of the
[0024]
In the present invention, in consideration of such a situation, the wet tissue itself is reviewed in order to further reduce the occurrence rate of “slipping” when taking out the wet tissue without deteriorating the usability of the wet tissue. Was.
As a result, by setting the properties of the wet tissue within a suitable range, the wet tissue of the next leaf can be added to the wet tissue to be taken out without impairing the excellent usability of the conventional wet tissue. It has been found that the probability of being accompanied and pulled out (that is, the probability of occurrence of “slipping”) can be further reduced.
[0025]
That is, the packaging wet tissue of the present invention is:
By adjusting the basis weight of the dried tissue and the softness of the dried tissue, using a specific binder as a binder constituting the tissue, and further adding the amount of the aqueous drug added to the tissue with a specific pattern to a conventional wet weight By making it slightly smaller than the tissue, the probability of occurrence of "slipping" in the wet tissue can be significantly reduced.
[0026]
The wet tissue of the present invention is usually formed from a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric or a paper and an aqueous agent impregnated in the woven fabric, nonwoven fabric or paper. 2 Or less, preferably 30 to 40 g / m 2 And particularly preferably 33 to 38 g / m. 2 Within the range. 40g / m 2 When a non-woven fabric or the like having a thickness of more than 1 mm is used, the effect of reducing the probability of occurrence of “slipping” is unlikely to appear.
[0027]
Further, in the present invention, the softness of the dried nonwoven fabric measured by the handle ometer method (E method) needs to be more than 15 g and less than 25 g for the nonwoven fabric which is a dried tissue, and the softness is in the range of 16 to 24 g. , And particularly preferably in the range of 17 to 23 g. When the softness of the dried nonwoven fabric measured by the above method is within the above range, the generation of “slipping” in the packaged wet tissue of the present invention can be more effectively prevented. Also, the usability of the wet tissue is not different from the conventional one.
[0028]
FIG. 8 shows a measuring device used in the handle ometer method (E method) used here. In the handle ometer method (E method), three test pieces of 20 cm × 20 cm are sampled from the prepared sample, and the measurement direction is perpendicular to the slot (20 mm width) on the test table shown in FIG. Then, the blade of the ventilator adjusted so as to descend to 8 mm from the surface of the sample table is lowered, and when the test piece is pressed, the weight required for the blade to descend by 8 mm. In this test, measurement is performed in the vertical and horizontal directions at a position 6.7 cm (1 / of the test width) from one of the sides, and further, at different positions on the front surface and the back surface. The maximum value (weight (g)) thus obtained is read, and the average value of three samples is calculated. The value obtained in the present invention is a value measured by using a test piece of 20 cm × 20 cm and a slit width of 20 mm.
[0029]
In the case of a nonwoven fabric, for example, such a dry tissue is formed by bonding entangled portions of randomly arranged fibers with a binder. In the present invention, a hot-melt binder is used as the binder. In the present invention, it is preferable to use a heat-meltable binder having a relatively low melting point as the binder. As such a heat-fusible binder having a relatively low melting point, for example, a binder having a melting point in the range of 100 to 180 ° C. can be mentioned. In particular, examples of the binder suitably used in the present invention include polyolefin-based heat-fusible binders. Binders can be mentioned. The melting point of the polyolefin-based hot-melt binder is usually in the range of 100 to 160 ° C, preferably 120 to 150 ° C. The polyethylene / polypropylene-based hot-melt binder usually has a melting point in the range of 100 to 160 ° C, preferably 120 to 150 ° C, and the polyolefin-based hot-melt binder having such a melting point is used. By using this, the softness of the nonwoven fabric measured as described above can be easily set in the above-described preferable range.
[0030]
When a PP (polypropylene) / PE (polyethylene-based binder) is used as the polyolefin-based hot-melt binder, the blending weight ratio of both (PP / PE) is usually 1: 1.
Further, a herringbone pattern is formed on the nonwoven fabric forming the packaging wet tissue of the present invention. This herringbone pattern is specifically a cedar twill pattern as shown in FIG. 3, and in the present invention, for example, a herringbone pattern is formed on a receiving wire mesh used for receiving a nonwoven fabric when manufacturing the nonwoven fabric. It can be formed by using a receiving wire mesh. In the present invention, the width L of the ridge forming the herringbone pattern is preferably set in the range of 0.5 to 1.5 mm, particularly preferably in the range of 0.8 to 1.2 mm to form the herringbone pattern. By doing so, the effect of preventing the generation of “slurry” in the packaged wet tissue of the present invention appears more remarkably. That is, by forming a herringbone pattern in which the ridges having the width L are formed, the contact area of the overlapped wet tissue is reduced, and the leaf to be removed and the leaf are taken out together with the leaf. The joining force with the leaves is high enough to maintain the joined state until "slipping" does not occur and the leaf is securely held on the resistance wall of the storage container. Also, by forming the herringbone pattern in this manner, the nonwoven fabric tends to be bulky. That is, the nonwoven fabric constituting the packaging wet tissue of the present invention is 40 g / m2. 2 Although it has the following basis weight, its feel is equivalent to that of a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight that is approximately 1.1 times or more the actual basis weight in terms of basis weight.
[0031]
Such a tissue (such as a nonwoven fabric) is cut into a substantially square of 15 to 20 cm × 15 to 20 cm, and the cut nonwoven fabric is folded in two as shown in FIG. 2 (a) or as shown in FIG. 2 (b). The sheet is Z-folded and stacked so that the vicinity of the end of the nonwoven fabric of the previous leaf and the vicinity of the tip of the next leaf overlap. FIGS. 2A and 2B schematically show a nonwoven fabric folded in two or Z, but the present invention is not limited to such a folding method. In the present invention, the prevention of the occurrence of "slipping" is based on the aspect in which the vicinity of the end of the previous leaf and the vicinity of the tip of the next leaf overlap and are stacked rather than the method of folding the nonwoven fabric as described above. This is largely due to the area of the overlap between the previous leaf and the next leaf. In particular, in the present invention, the generation rate of "slipping" can be reduced by superimposing the next wet tissue within a range of usually 5 to 25%, preferably 10 to 20% with respect to the entire area of the wet tissue. By overlapping the previous leaf and the next leaf in this way, the joint strength of the two leaves does not cause a “slipping”, and the two leaves are held until the tip of the next leaf is securely held on the resistance wall of the storage container. To the extent that the bonding state is not released. Since the vicinity of the end of the previous leaf and the vicinity of the tip of the next leaf are joined at the above-described area ratio, when this is viewed for one leaf nonwoven fabric, 10 to 50% of the total area is other It will overlap with the non-woven fabric of the leaves.
[0032]
The superposed and folded tissue (non-woven fabric) is impregnated with 190 to 250 parts by weight, preferably 200 to 220 parts by weight of an aqueous agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the wet tissue to obtain a wet tissue. It becomes. The amount of the aqueous agent is also a very important factor in reducing the generation of "slurry" in the packaged wet tissue of the present invention. That is, the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with the aqueous drug, and the joining force of the two overlapping wet tissues depends largely on the surface tension of the aqueous drug contained in the wet tissue. Therefore, if the amount of the aqueous drug is outside the above range, the bonding strength of the folded leaves becomes unnecessarily high, and "slipping" is likely to occur. On the other hand, if it is less than the above range, the joining force of the folded leaves is insufficient, and the leaves to be taken out together with the leaves to be taken out fall before being held by the resistance wall of the storage container.
[0033]
As the aqueous agent used herein, water is a main component, a humectant, a fragrance, a bactericide, a surfactant, a polyhydric alcohol, a lower alcohol, an antihistamine, an antibacterial and antifungal agent, a pH adjusting agent, and a spasmolytic agent. An aqueous solution containing the above is used. However, some of the packaged wet tissues of the present invention are used directly on the skin, and the aqueous medicine of the wet tissue used for such a use directly on the skin does not contain a component having a skin irritating property. It is desirable. For example, it is desirable not to mix irritating components such as alcohol in a wet tissue that may come into contact with mucous membranes. On the other hand, in a wet tissue for the purpose of sterilization, disinfection, and the like, it is desirable to increase the blending amount of a lower alcohol that can be a sterilizing component, an antibacterial and fungicide, and the like.
[0034]
The wet tissue comprising the nonwoven fabric (tissue) folded and overlapped so that the end portion overlaps the end portion of the front and rear nonwoven fabrics and the aqueous agent as described above is water-impermeable and flexible. It is housed in a packaging bag having properties.

For this purpose, it is desirable that the opening formed in the packaging bag is completely closed before use, so that an opening through which a wet tissue can be taken out at the time of use can be formed. In the present invention, a break line is formed at a portion where the opening is to be formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag body, and the seal member 17 is adhered with an adhesive so as to cover the portion where the opening is to be formed at the opening line. When the sealing member adhered in this manner is peeled off, the packaging

The packaged wet tissue of the present invention can be used for wiping the body such as wiping infants and cared persons, cleaning toilets, water, maintenance of OA equipment, wiping cosmetics, etc. Can be used for various applications.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
The packaged wet tissue of the present invention has a specific weight of dried tissue, a softness of the tissue in a dry state measured by a handle-o-meter method, a herringbone pattern on the tissue, and a hot binder as a binder. It consists of a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric or a paper formed using a fusible binder, and adjusts the amount of the aqueous agent with respect to the dry tissue so that the end portion of the leaf of the wet tissue to be removed and the wet tissue to be removed next. When the wet tissue is taken out by folding and storing in a flexible packaging bag body so that at least the tip part of the leaf overlaps, the taken-out wet tissue and the wet tissue of the next leaf are stored in a container, for example. The separated web is securely separated by a resistance wall Tissue in the wet tissue for the next leaf is drawn one after another stuck, the probability of occurrence of so-called "nozzle" is significantly reduced.
[0041]
In addition, the packaging wet tissue of the present invention has a significantly reduced probability of occurrence of so-called "slurry" as described above, but the wet tissue to be taken out next is securely held on the resistance wall of the storage container for the packaging wet tissue, It hardly occurs that the wet tissue is pulled back into the packaging bag.
[0042]
【Example】
Next, the packaged wet tissue of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0043]
Examples 1 and 2, Comparative Examples 1 to 4
As shown in Table 1, a nonwoven fabric was prepared using rayon fibers and a binder, and this nonwoven fabric was cut into a size of 15 × 20 cm. 90 sheets of the nonwoven fabric were Z-folded and stacked so that each leaf was overlapped by 13% with the previous leaf.
The nonwoven fabric thus stacked and a predetermined amount of an aqueous chemical with respect to 100 parts by weight of the nonwoven fabric are stored in a packaging bag, which is a laminate (thickness: 52 μm) of aluminum-deposited PET and polyethylene, and the storage opening is heat-sealed. Sealed. On the upper surface of the storage bag, an opening forming portion having a length of 6 cm and a width of 1.8 mm is formed by a wavy line, and a sealing member having a length of 10.5 cm and a width of 4.5 mm is acrylic-coated on the opening forming portion. The wet tissue was stored in a sealed state in a packaging bag by sticking with a system adhesive (no re-adhesiveness).
[0044]
By peeling off the sealing member from this packaging wet tissue, the packaging bag in the opening-related portion of the bag body was stuck to the sealing member and removed to form an opening. The packaging wet tissue having the opening formed therein was placed in a storage container as shown in FIG. 7, and the first wet tissue was pulled out of the packaging bag via the resistance wall, and held on the resistance wall of the storage container. The total length of the
[0045]
In this manner, the wet tissues contained in the storage container were pulled out, and the number of sheets to be pulled out by connecting two or more wet tissues was measured.
The pull-out test as described above was performed five times for wet tissues having the same configuration, and the occurrence rate of “slipping” (wet tissue that was connected and pulled out) in one packaged wet tissue was determined. In addition, the rate of occurrence of wet tissue which was not held by the resistance wall and pulled back into the packaging bag was also determined. Further, the feeling of use of each wet tissue was evaluated by 15 panelists. Table 1 shows the results.
