玖、發明說明 (發明說明應敘明:發明所屬之技術領域、先前技術、内容、實施方式及圖式門單飞明 發明之技術領 本發明係概括關於閥及致動器總成。本發明尤指_閱致 動器藉其壓扣配合安裝在一閥體上,而不必拆卸任何閥部 位之一種方法及結構。 發明之先前j 閥可概括分類為手動’諸如利用一手柄,或利用一闊致 動器予以致動。閥致動器可取很多種形式,包括但不限於 氣動及電動致動器。依大小及型式而定,閥致動器可為十 伤"L重’重5:約為十至十五碎或更重。因此,一般使用_ 安裝托架將一閥致動器安裝在閥體上。 閥設計為有一個或多個閥體密封,以保證閥以一種防漏 方式操作。在閥體’體密封在閥初始組裝時予以最佳壓縮 ,並形成抗壓之強固密封。然而,有些致動器安裝,特別 疋女裝托架’需要至少部份拆卸該閥,以便將安裝托架附 著至閥體。甚至部份拆卸也必須小心進行,俾不損及閥密 封。 在有些閥έ又计因此需要一種安裝托架,其可用以將一閥 致動器支承在一閥體上,並且其安裝在閥體上,而不必拆 卸可能損及閥體密封完整性之閥之任何部份。 内容 本發明在一種實施例擬想一種用於將一闊致動器安裝至 一闊體之裝置。在此實施例,一閥及致動器總成包括一閥 體,一致動器及一壓扣固定至閥體之托架。該托架包括一 1222502 可在其上安裝一致動器之板。在一種形式,該托架成鞍形 ,有下垂之足部壓扣在閥體之一部份上面。提供諸如螺栓 之裝置,以施加握持力至諸足部,以便將托架失緊或以其 他方式安裝至該閥。本案也擬想一種用於壓扣型致動器支 座托架之安裝方法。 自本發明之下列詳細說明,考慮附圖,將會容易察知及 瞭解本發明之此等及其他諸多方面及優點。 麗式之簡單說明 圖1為本發明之一種實施例之分解立體圖;以及 圖2為圖1之總成在組裝完成狀況之另一立體圖。 發明之實施方式 請參照圖1及2,本發明係針對提供一種用於一閥致動器A 安裝至一閥B之配置。根據本發明之一方面,該安裝配置提 供一種將致動器A安裝至閥B ,而不必部份或以其他方式拆 卸閥B之方式,藉以防止可能損及閥㈣成之任何密封。雖 然在本案參照一種球閥及一種氣動致動器說明本發明,但 此說明在性質上預計為例證性,並且不應以限制性意義予 以闡釋。可利用很多不同閥及致動器設計實現本發明,而 僅需要供特定閥體致動器組態之修改。 根據本發明之一種實施例,提供一安裝托架或框架1〇 , 其用作為一將一致動器八支承在閥3上之平台。意在作為實 例,如在該項技藝上所熟知,致動器八可為一氣動或電動閥 致動器。閥B可例如為諸如SWAGELOK® COMPANY所出 品之一種60系列閥。然而,本發明也可配合任何適當閥及 1222502

Claims (1)
