背景技术
阀可以广泛地分类,不是通过例如手柄手动驱动,就是通过阀驱动装置驱动。阀驱动装置可以采用很多形式,包括但不限于气动或电驱动装置。依赖于其尺寸和类型,阀驱动装置可以相当沉重,重达10到15磅,甚至更多。由此,典型地使用安装支架,将阀驱动装置安装在阀体上。
阀设计成具有一个或多个阀体密封件,保证以防止泄漏的方式工作。在阀体中,对于阀最初组装时的压力,阀体密封件最好压缩,并形成强力密封效果。然而,一些驱动装置的安装方式,并且特别是安装支架的安装方式,至少需要部分将阀解体,而将安装支架连接到阀体上。即使是部分解体也需要小心操作,而不破坏阀的密封性。
从而在一些阀的设计中,需要设计安装支架,其中安装支架可以用于将阀驱动装置支持在阀体上,并且安装支架可以安装在阀体上,而不用将阀的任何部件解体,这样的解体会损坏阀体密封的整体性。
发明内容
在一个实施例中,本发明考虑了一种装置,用于将阀驱动装置安装在阀体上。在这个实施例中,阀及驱动装置组件包括阀体、驱动装置和支架,其中支架通过搭扣方式安装在阀体上。支架包括可以安装驱动装置的板。在一种形式中,支架是马鞍型的,具有下垂的腿,搭扣在阀体的一部分上。提供螺栓这样的装置将夹紧力施加到腿上,从而夹住支架,或者支架另外安装在阀上。本发明还对驱动装置支架上的搭扣类型考虑了安装方法。

参考图1和图2,本发明对阀B上的驱动装置A提供了安装装置。根据本发明的一方面,安装装置提供了一种方式,将驱动装置A安装到阀B上,而不必部分或以其它方式将阀B解体,由此防止对阀B中密封性的任何破坏。虽然这里特别参考球阀和气动驱动装置来描述本发明,但是这样描述实际上是示范性的,而不构成某种限定的意义。只需要对特定的阀体/驱动装置结构做一些修改,就可以通过任何不同的阀和驱动装置设计来实现本发明了。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了安装支架或框架10,用作将驱动装置A支持在阀B上的平台。通过例子的方式,驱动装置A可以是气动的,或者在现有技术中,电的阀驱动装置是众所周知的。阀B可以是例如球阀,如从SWAGELOK公司购买的60系列阀。然而,可以通过阀与驱动装置的任何适当组合来使用本发明。
支架10可以由任何适当的坚固材料制造,如铝或钢,并且在一个实施例中做成马鞍的形状。支架10包括上部基础或板12,提供有多个螺孔14。通过螺孔14及驱动装置A底部的定位孔(未显示),一系列对应的螺栓或螺钉(未显示)将支架A安装到支架10上。这个例子中的驱动装置A与阀B通过驱动连接器C有效地连接。连接器C将驱动装置A的输出轴(未显示)与阀B的阀杆D相互连接。驱动装置A可以以这种方式操纵阀B。

在这个例子中,阀B包括阀体E和两个相对末端法兰F和G。这些法兰由一系列螺栓H支持在阀体E上。如在现有技术中众所周知的,当装配阀B时,末端法兰通过阀B中一数量的阀体密封件来密封(未显示)。最好将驱动装置A安装到阀B上而不必松开或将阀B解体,由此避免了破坏阀体密封性的任何可能性。
这样,支架10的弯曲的马镫型物20分开一个距离,选择分开的距离,从而在阀体B上具有“搭扣式”的安装方式。在这个例子中,马镫型物20当扣在阀B的螺栓H上时稍许分离。然后在螺栓H下的相应凹槽22中容纳马镫型物20。这样,马镫型物20的刚性足以将驱动装置A支持在阀B上,然而其轻微的弹性足以允许将其扣在阀体E上。
在支架10安装在阀B上之后,一对支架夹紧螺栓24用作这样的装置,通过将夹紧力应用到腿18a和18b上,将支架10紧固地安装在阀体E上。夹紧螺栓24穿过支架托18a和18b中各自的螺孔而伸出,并当螺栓24关于螺母30被紧固时,夹紧力应用到腿18a和18b以及马镫型物20上,拉紧马镫型物20,其中马镫型物20彼此相向拉紧,从而将它们夹在阀体E上(见图2)。这完成了将支架10安装在阀B上的工作。驱动装置A可以首先安装在支架10上,然后,将支架10安装在阀上;或者首先将支架安装在阀B上,然后安装驱动装置A。只要任何特别的应用有所需要,其它技术也可以用于将支架紧固地夹或安装在阀B上。

Claims (22)

1.阀与驱动装置组件,包括:
阀体;
驱动装置;和
支架,它搭扣在所述阀体上,所述支架具有所述安装板,当在其上安装所述驱动装置时,所述安装板支持所述驱动装置。
2.根据权利要求1的组件,其特征在于所述支架包括所述安装板和一对突起,它们从所述安装板上共同延伸出来,所述突起紧紧夹在所述阀体的相对侧。
3.根据权利要求2的组件,其特征在于所述突起容纳在与所述相对侧的每侧相联系的各自凹槽中。
4.根据权利要3的组件,其特征在于在所述支架安装在所述阀体上之前,所述突起分开一个第一距离,并且其弹性足以分开一个更宽的第二距离,从而搭扣在所述阀体的一个部分上,而当所述驱动装置安装在所述支架上时,其刚性足以支持所述驱动装置。

6.根据权利要3的组件,其特征在于所述突起搭扣在与所述阀体相联系的两个大体平行的螺栓上。
7.根据权利要6的组件,其特征在于所述螺栓将两个末端法兰固定在所述阀体上。
8.根据权利要1的组件,其特征在于所述支架扣在所述阀体上,并固定其上,而不用将所述阀的任何部分解体。
9.根据权利要1的组件,其特征在于在所述阀体上安装所述支架之后,所述支架夹在所述阀体上。

18.将阀驱动装置安装到阀体上的方法,包括步骤:
a)在安装支架上安装驱动装置;
b)将连接器对准在驱动装置与阀之间;并且
c)将所述支架用搭扣配合安装在阀体上。
19.根据权利要17的方法,包括步骤,在所述搭扣配合安装步骤后,将力施加在所述支架上,从而将所述支架夹在阀体上。
20.根据权利要17的方法,其特征在于在所述安装支架搭扣配合安装在阀体上之后,执行在所述安装支架上安装驱动装置的所述步骤。
21.根据权利要17的方法,其特征在于所述支架和驱动装置安装在阀体上,而不需要将阀体的任何部分解体。
22.根据权利要1的组件,其特征在于所述支架包括整体的支架框架。
