【物品用途】;本物品係一種氧濃縮器用電磁閥,設在例如從大氣中之空氣生成高濃度的氧並輸出之PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption,變壓式吸附)方式的氧濃縮器之內部,可依壓力交互地切換對於反覆進行氮的吸附與排出之氮吸附材之壓縮空氣的供給、及在減壓下從氮吸附材排出之氮的排放。;本物品交互地切換在氧濃縮器內對於氮吸附材之壓縮空氣的供給、及從氮吸附材排出之氮的排放,藉此連續地生成高濃度的氧。;【設計說明】;本設計物品之氧濃縮器用電磁閥係具有:主體,係收納壓縮空氣和氮之未圖示的流路、及開放關閉該流路之未圖示的供給閥和排氣閥;蓋,設於該主體的上部及下部;供給通口,供給壓縮空氣;排氣通口,係排放從氮吸附材排出的氮;輸出通口,係往氮吸附材輸出壓縮空氣;供給閥用先導閥及排氣閥用先導閥,係控制先導氣流。供給通口、排氣通口、輸出通口係分別突出於主體側面。;本創作之特徵在於氧濃縮器用電磁閥的整體形狀。
Description
本物品係一種氧濃縮器用電磁閥,設在例如從大氣中之空氣生成高濃度的氧並輸出之PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption,變壓式吸附)方式的氧濃縮器之內部,可依壓力交互地切換對於反覆進行氮的吸附與排出之氮吸附材之壓縮空氣的供給、及在減壓下從氮吸附材排出之氮的排放。
本物品交互地切換在氧濃縮器內對於氮吸附材之壓縮空氣的供給、及從氮吸附材排出之氮的排放,藉此連續地生成高濃度的氧。
本設計物品之氧濃縮器用電磁閥係具有:主體,係收納壓縮空氣和氮之未圖示的流路、及開放關閉該流路之未圖示的供給閥和排氣閥;蓋,設於該主體的上部及下部;供給通口,供給壓縮空氣;排氣通口,係排放從氮吸附材排出的氮;輸出通口,係往氮吸附材輸出壓縮空氣;供給閥用先導閥及排氣閥用先導閥,係控制先導氣流。供給通口、排氣通口、輸出通口係分別突出於主體側面。
本創作之特徵在於氧濃縮器用電磁閥的整體形狀。
