Abstract

【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種用於模造一鑄模之有箱鑄模造模機。在本設計之使用中，本設計將一鑄模框自一輸送線載送至本設計之一軌道部分且將上鑄模或下鑄模之模型板放置於各模型板載體部分上。接著，本設計降低上疊對框部分以使該鑄模框之上部分與其對準，且降低包含一鑄模砂箱部分之一頭部部分以使該鑄模框與下疊對框部分之一上部分對準，同時該鑄模框定位於該上疊對框部分與本設計之一下疊對框部分之間。在此狀態中，在本設計自該鑄模砂箱部分內部填充鑄模砂之後，本設計藉由降低該頭部部分及其類似者而執行一擠壓以進一步壓縮該鑄模砂。接著，本設計升高該頭部部分及其類似者，藉由將該鑄模框上提至該軌道部分而移除由該鑄模模造之鑄模(具有一鑄模框之鑄模)，且將該鑄模與鑄模框一起載送至該輸送線上。本設計之該等模型板載體部分可藉由一旋轉機構而切換各自位置。;【設計說明】;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。 本設計係關於一種新穎且具創意之設計，其不僅可達成所需功能，且亦可提供先前技術中所未見且令觀察者耳目一新之一獨特外觀。
