Abstract

Una unidad de moldeo (1) para la producción de muebles sanitarios, que comprende por lo menos un marco de soporte (2), al menos una primera porción (3) y una segunda porción (4) asociada con el bastidor (2), teniendo respectivamente por lo menos un primer componente de moldeo (5) y un segundo componente de moldeo (6) conectados selectivamente entre sí, para definir por lo menos una cavidad de moldeo (7) adaptada para recibir el vaciado de por lo menos una mezcla de fluido presurizado que, una vez solidificada, forma al menos un mueble sanitario (8). La primera porción (3) y la segunda porción (4) están conectadas al bastidor (2) en la configuración colgante y pueden ser selectivamente y mutuamente accesibles en una configuración cerrada, para poner en contacto mutuo los moldes (5), (6) para definir la cavidad de moldeo (7), y se pueden mover entre sí en una configuración abierta para permitir la extracción del mueble sanitario (8) una vez formado. Por por lo menos la primera porción (3) comprende medios de sujeción (9) movibles selectivamente desde una posición inactiva, correspondiente a dicha configuración abierta, a una posición operativa, correspondiente a dicha configuración cerrada, en la que actúan en al menos una zona de apoyo (10 ) provisto en la segunda porción (4).
