Abstract

An absorbing article is capable of preventing the propagation of a deformation force from a thigh part exerted on the edges of two sides to the center region, as well as preventing the occurrence of a large wrinkle or twisting on the center region. A first group of press parts 21 and 23 are spaced along the line L1 on the inner side of the lateral edge part 1A of a thin absorbing article 1. A non-pressed region 24 surrounded by the press parts is aligned along the abovementioned lateral edge part 1A. A deformation force from a thigh part exerted on the lateral edge part 1A is absorbed and dissipated by the press parts, non-pressed region and the divided region, in order to prevent the occurrence of a large wrinkle in the center region. Moreover, a small press part is spaced along the lateral edge part 1A, such that a deformation along the crotch part will not give a stiff sense of feeling to a person.

Description

cotton pad for weekday use, an absorbent sheet for menstrual blood, a urine-absorbent sheet for incontinent patients, and as a menstrual Absorbent articles such as sanitary absorbent napkins used in relatively small amounts, and particularly absorbent articles suitable for subsequent use in underwear. [Prior art] As thin absorbent articles, there are absorbent sheets known as cotton pads for weekdays that can absorb secretions or menstrual blood. This absorbent sheet is sandwiched between the pressure-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and fixed to the inside of the lower part of the undergarment for wearing. The conventional absorbent sheet is generally a thin absorbent layer between a liquid-impervious back sheet and a surface sheet formed of a water-jet nonwoven fabric and the like, with a laminated absorbent paper and air-laminated pulp. structure. This kind of absorbent sheet is thin and the wearer can feel the same soft texture as the underwear. It must be easy to be distorted or deformed by the movement of the thigh in the wearing state, and the surface on the receiving side can be maintained at any time. Close to the state of the body excretion. [Summary of the Invention] [Technical Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, compared with the normal use of sanitary napkins, the cotton pads of this type are less frequently exchanged in a day, and a piece of cotton pads used for a long time is The general situation. Therefore, due to the movement of the thighs, the deformation stress transmitted to the flat (2) cotton pad is likely to be twisted or deformed due to continuous action for a long time. If such creases or deformations become noticeable, problems such as a substantial reduction in surface area, a decrease in liquid absorption capacity, and a decrease in adhesion with the body excretory part, and the like are not easily captured. As a person focusing on such a deformation, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 200 1 -2 76 1 26 discloses a cotton pad for daily use with an elastic layer interposed between a surface sheet and an absorbent body. In addition, in the cotton pad for weekdays, the surface sheet, the absorbent layer and the elastic layer, and the leakage-preventing sheet on the backside are formed by a plurality of compression portions formed on the inner side than the edges of both sides of the cotton pad for weekdays. Compressed and fixed. The cotton pad for weekdays uses the elastic force of the above-mentioned elastic layer to impart elastic restoring force to the distortion occurring in the wearing state to prevent the above-mentioned distortion from occurring, thereby improving the fit. However, even with the elastic layer as described above, if the deformation force is repeatedly applied from both sides while absorbing body fluid, the deformation force is directly transmitted to the central area, so it is difficult to avoid the use of cotton pads on weekdays. Large creases or deformations occur from the edges of the sides to the central area. It is also described in the above-mentioned publication that since the compression portions having a large area are formed at a wider interval than the edges of both sides of the cotton pads on weekdays, the creases or deformations are easily separated from the compression portions and the compression portions. Between the conduction to the central area. In addition, since each of the compression portions has a relatively large area, if the compression portion is a straight person, the compression portion may be blocked from a woman's sexual organs to cause discomfort, and it may easily become a person with a poor touch feeling. In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention aims to provide a soft texture that does not hinder the whole, and the pressure from the thigh is not easily transmitted to the -6-(3) (3) 592675 central area, and it is not easy to produce distortion or crepe. Wrinkled and deformed absorbent articles. [Technical Means for Solving the Problem] The first invention of the present invention is directed to a plurality of sheets that are stacked together, and are provided with left and right edge portions extending in the lengthwise direction, a leading edge portion, and a trailing edge portion and are formed in a lengthwise manner. Type absorbent article, characterized in that: it crosses the center line of the transverse direction which divides the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction and extends within a range of a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction, at the edges of the above two sides A first group of a plurality of crimping portions is provided on the inner side, and the first group of a plurality of crimping portions are arranged at a predetermined interval and arranged in a row following the shape of the edge portions on the two sides, and are arranged in an array formed on the pressure crimping portions. Non-pressing areas extending along the arrangement direction of the plurality of pressing portions are respectively provided on both sides. When the absorbent article is worn next to the inner surface of the lower part of the panties, the pressure from the thighs acts on the edges of both sides. Since the crimping portions are arranged at intervals on the inner sides of the above-mentioned two edge portions to form an array, and the non-pressing areas are arranged on both sides of the crimping portions. The non-pressed part in the middle of the pressed part and the pressed part, the non-pressed area extending on both sides of the array, and the difference in rigidity or thickness between the individual pressed parts, in the pressed part, and the above non-pressed part Subtle deformations occur between the landing and non-pressed areas, but because the power of the pressure described above is absorbed by the slight deformations, it is not easy for the pressure from the outside to have much influence on the central area. Therefore, it is possible to prevent deformation such as large creases or twists from occurring in the center area. -7- (4) (4) 592675 As mentioned above, in order to absorb the pressure acting on the two side edges by the slight deformation of the inner sides of the two side edges, the interval between the adjacent pressure parts in the above arrangement is set to 0. 5 ~ 5 mm is ideal, and the area of the bottom surface of the above-mentioned crimping portion is within 0. It is preferably 25 mm2 or more and 6 mm2 or less. Also within the range of the area, it is preferable that at least a part of the first group is a circle, an oblong, or a polygonal pressing portion in which the bottom surface is arranged along the above-mentioned arrangement with a certain interval. However, the pressing portion is not limited to the above-mentioned shape, and may have various shapes such as a star shape and a moon shape. In the present invention, the edge portions on both sides are concavely curved, and the arrangement formed by the first group of pressing portions is also preferably concavely curved. At this time, the pressure from the thighs will act on the concave curved edge, but since the pressing parts are arranged along the concave curve, the pressure from the thighs can be pressed along the concave curve. The non-crimped portion between the portion and the crimped portion is absorbed. Furthermore, it is preferable that a plurality of second-group crimping portions are provided on the inner side of the first-group crimping portion so as to sandwich the non-pressing region. With this structure, when the deformation force acts toward the center in the first group of pressing portions forming the array, the second group of pressing portions can prevent the deformation from being conducted, and it is easier to prevent creases or distortions from occurring in the central area. The area of the second group of pressing parts is also 0. It is preferably 25 mm2 or more and 6 mm2 or less. The second invention of the present invention is an absorbent article in which a plurality of sheets are overlapped, and includes edge portions extending on the left and right sides in the lengthwise direction, and a front edge portion and a rear edge portion formed in an elongated shape. Features are: -8- (5) (5) 592675 Inside the edge of the two sides, a non-compressed area with a predetermined area surrounded by a plurality of crimping sections is provided. The longitudinal direction is divided into two center lines and extends over a range of a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of the above-mentioned division areas are arranged along the edges of both sides. In this absorbent article, when the pressure from the thighs is applied to the edge portions on both sides, the rigidity of each of the crimping portions and the non-crimping portion formed between the adjacent crimping portions and the crimping portions is caused by The slight deformation caused by the difference can not only prevent the stress from being transmitted in the central area, but also in the non-compressed area surrounded by a plurality of crimped parts. Since each sheet is elastically deformable in a limited area, This zoning area will act as a buffer against pressure from the outside, and deformations such as creases or distortions in the central area will become difficult to conduct. At this time, it is preferable that a plurality of the above-mentioned division areas arranged along the edges of both sides have the same shape and the same area. With this structure, the zoning area will play an equal buffering role, and the design will be better. At this time, the shape of the bottom surface surrounding at least a part of the plurality of pressing portions in the above zoning area is preferably a circle, an oblong, or a polygon, and the area of the bottom surface of the pressing portion is in the range of 0. 25mm2 to 6mm2 is ideal. In addition, if the minimum distance in the lateral direction between the pressing portion located inside the one side edge portion and the non-pressing area sandwiched by the pressing portion located inside the other side edge portion is 20 mm or more, The crimping part is difficult to give a female organ a stiff feeling. When considering the buffering effect described above, when the cotton pad is used as a weekday cotton pad for absorbing secretions, the minimum distance is preferably -9- (6) (6) 592675, preferably 20 to 35 mm. Furthermore, in the non-pressing area sandwiched between the pressing portion located inside the one side edge portion and the pressing portion located inside the other side edge portion, it appears on the outermost sheet in the lateral direction Those having alternately arranged ridges and ditches extending in the longitudinal direction are most suitable for the present invention. As described above, if the structure is provided with a ditch structure in at least the central area of the surface, the central area is soft and can reduce physical contact irritation. However, even if the central area is so soft, the pressure applied to the edges of both sides is easily absorbed by the above-mentioned crimping portion, so it is easy to prevent large creases and distortions from occurring in the soft central area. [Embodiment] Fig. 1 is a plan view showing the front side of the absorbent sheet 1 of the cotton pad or menstrual blood absorbent sheet 1 which is called a thin absorbent article as an embodiment of the present invention, and the second figure The figure is a half cross-sectional view of the right half of the cross-sectional view viewed from the direction of the arrow II after the absorbent sheet shown in FIG. 1 is cut to divide the longitudinal direction into the transverse centerline Ox-Ox. ; Figure 3 is an enlarged sectional view showing the structure of the crimping portion in the half-section view shown in Figure 2; Figure 4 (A) (B) is a portion of the crimping portion shown on the side fixing portion Partial enlarged view of the first figure of the arrangement pattern. The absorptive sheet 1 shown by the following embodiment is a thin absorbent article used by women who fix it on the inner surface of the lower part of the panties and integrates with the panties. -10-(7) Menstrual blood etc. as the purpose. In addition, the thin absorbent article of the present invention can also be fixed to the inner surface of the lower part of the panties of women's panties and used as a urine absorber with a small amount of urine during incontinence. The planar shape of the absorbent sheet 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a longitudinal shape, and includes a right edge portion 1 A and a left edge portion 1 B extending in the lengthwise direction, and front ends facing the both sides in the lengthwise direction. The edge portion 1 c and the trailing edge portion 1 d. The right edge portion 1 A and the left edge portion 1 B are concavely curved. When the absorbent sheet 1 is attached to the inner side of the lower part of the undergarment, the right edge portion 1 A and the left edge portion 1 B will follow the opening of the underwear. Of the margin. The leading edge portion 1 c and the trailing edge portion 1 d are convexly curved. The planar shape of the above-mentioned absorption sheet 1 is a shape that extends between the longitudinal centerline 〇y-〇y of the longitudinal direction and is symmetrical to the left and right, and it is the sandwich that divides the absorption sheet 1 in the longitudinal direction into two. The shape of the center line in the transverse direction is 0x-0x and it is symmetrical. However, as this kind of absorbent sheet 1, it is also possible to sandwich the centerline OX-OX in the above-mentioned lateral direction, and the front part and the rear part are asymmetric shapes. Even the asymmetrically shaped absorbent sheet can adopt the following structure. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body portion 2 of the absorbent sheet 1 is a laminate of a back sheet 3, an intermediate sheet 4 provided on the back sheet 3, and a surface sheet 5 provided on the intermediate sheet 4. While posing. As shown in Fig. 2, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is provided on the back surface of the main body portion 2, that is, on the outer surface of the back sheet 3, to fix it to underwear. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is spaced from the -11-(8) (8) 592675 space in the wide direction (X direction), and extends in a linear strip shape in parallel to the longitudinal direction (Y direction). form. Before use, the outer surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is covered with a release sheet 7. The back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4, the front sheet 5, and the release sheet 7 all have the same planar shape. During the manufacturing process, the back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4, the surface sheet 5 and the release sheet 7 are trimmed in an overlapped state. As shown in FIG. 1, they have a right edge portion 1 A and a left edge portion 1 B. , The shape of the leading edge portion 1 c and the trailing edge portion 1 d. In this embodiment, within the range of the dimension LA in the longitudinal direction, the right edge portion 1 A and the left edge portion 1 B are concavely curved, and within the range of the LA, inside the right edge portion 1 A A right-side fixing portion 10 is formed. On the right side fixing portion 10, the pressing portion is arranged so as to imitate the concave curve of the right edge portion 1A. Similarly, within the range of the LA, the left side fixing portion 11 in which the crimping portion is arranged is formed inside the left edge portion 1 B so as to imitate the concave curve of the left edge portion 1 B. On the inner side of the front edge portion 1 c, a front fixed portion 12 is arranged in a manner similar to the convex curve shape of the front edge portion 1 c, and on the inner side of the rear edge portion 1 d, to imitate the rear The edge portion 1 d is provided in a convexly curved manner so that the crimping portion is arranged behind the fixed portion 13. The back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4 and the surface sheet 5 forming the body part 2 are hot-melt type coated by a pattern such as a mesh, a comb, or a spiral, so as not to hinder the transmission and absorption of liquid. The adhesive is fixed to each other. At the same time, at the right side fixing portion 10, the left side fixing portion Π, the front fixing portion 12 and the rear fixing portion 1 3, the sheets are -12- (9) (9) 592675 Heat pressed together. The back sheet 3 is liquid-impermeable, and is, for example, a thin polyethylene film with a basis weight in the range of 2 to 2 5 g / m2. Specifically, a polyethylene resin containing an inorganic rhenium filler is melted and extruded, and then it is extended and formed with a large number of minute vent holes by containing the inorganic rhenium filler. Alternatively, the back sheet 3 may be a hydrophobic spunbond nonwoven or a pointbond nonwoven, or a laminate of these nonwovens with an air-permeable resin film. The intermediate sheet 4 is provided with a liquid absorbing function such as a water needle (spunlace) non-woven fabric. As a hydrophilic fiber, it contains 55 mass% of a fineness of 1. 38dtex and 44mm long fiber, 30% by mass fineness is 1. 43dtex polyester fiber with a fiber length of 38mm, a fineness of 15% by mass is 1. 65dtex polypropylene fiber with a fiber length of 45mm. The basis weight is 30 ~ 50g / m2. The surface sheet 5 is formed of two liquid-permeable nonwoven fabrics of the first surface sheet 5A and the second surface sheet 2. The first surface sheet 5A and the second surface sheet 5B have the same fineness as 1. 98 ~ 2. The spunbond non-woven fabric formed of 64dtex polypropylene resin fiber has a basis weight of 5A on the first surface sheet ranging from 20 to 25 g / m2, and a basis weight of 5B on the second surface sheet to adjust from 20 to 30 g / m2. range. It is also possible to form a large number of liquid-permeable holes in the spunbond nonwoven fabric. As shown in Fig. 1, in the first surface sheet 5 A, a ditch forming extending in the longitudinal direction is provided in a range of a predetermined width WA centered on the longitudinal centerline 〇y-〇y. Sphere 1 5. As shown in Figure 13-13 (10) in Figure 2, in the above-mentioned ditch forming area 15, the same as the ridge portion 15 A extending over the full length in the longitudinal direction is the same as the groove portion extending over the full length in the longitudinal direction. The lateral direction is repeatedly formed with a certain interval. The height of the ridge portion 1 5 A, that is, the size of the first surface sheet 5A minus the thickness of the first surface sheet 5A on the ridge forming area 15 is 0. In a range of 3 to 2 mm, the distance between the ridge portions 15A and the groove portion 15B is within a range of 1 to 3 mm. The wide size WA of the ditch forming area 15 is 15 to 35 mm. In the first surface sheet 5 A, the ditch forming area 15, by extending the entire length in the lengthwise direction in the central portion within a predetermined wide WA range, it can reduce the irritation of female sexual organs when they are in contact, and become an excellent wearer. . The second surface sheet 5B becomes the ditch forming area 16 in its entirety. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, in the salt groove forming area 16 of the second surface sheet 5B, the ridge portion 16 A extending in the longitudinal direction and the groove portion 16 B extending in the longitudinal direction are also It is formed repeatedly at a certain interval in the transverse direction. The ideal range of the height dimension of the ridge portion 16 A in the ridge forming area 16 of the second surface sheet 5B mentioned above, and the ideal range of the distance between the ridge portion 16 A and the groove portion 16 B is from the first surface The ridge forming area of the sheet 5 A is the same as that of the field 15 A. As described above, by providing the ditch forming area 16 in the entirety of the second surface sheet 5B, even if the entire body portion 2 is made thin and the intermediate sheet 4 is made of a high-density structure, the cushioning property on the surface side can be improved. Further, by providing the ditch forming areas 15 and 16 on the first surface sheet 5A and the second surface sheet 5B, the central region of the absorption sheet 1 can be made soft -14- (11) (11) 592675. Part will become easy to follow the deformation of the lower part of the fit panties. Therefore, it will improve the close adherence of female sexual organs, and it will not be easy to feel discomfort when wearing the femoral palate. The forming of the above-mentioned ditch forming areas 15 and 16 is performed by combining a pair of rollers having unevenness corresponding to the shape of the ditch to supply the spunbond nonwoven fabric between the rollers heated to about 120. . By this heating and pinching, ridges and gullies are formed on the nonwoven fabric. As shown in Fig. 4 (A) (B), the right-side fixing portion 10 is formed by arranging pressing portions of three sizes. The crimping portion includes a first crimping portion 21 having a circular shape with a small diameter in a planar shape, a second crimping portion 22 having a circular shape having a slightly larger diameter than the first crimping portion 21, and a flat surface having a moon shape形 之 三 压 压 部 23。 The third pressing section 23. The first pressing portion 21, the second pressing portion 22, and the third pressing portion 23 'are formed by hot embossing. That is, 'on the outer surface of the back sheet 3', the blocking surface has a smooth roller. From the side of the first surface sheet 5 A, an embossing roller having protrusions corresponding to the above-mentioned pressing portion patterns is blocked. 2 Squeeze between the rollers heated above 120 ° C to perform the hot embossing process. 2 and 3 are sectional views of the first crimping portion 21 described above. As shown in the cross-sectional view, the bottom surface 21A of the first crimping portion 21 is flattened by the above-mentioned hot embossing. In addition, since the back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4 and the surface sheet 5 each contain a thermoplastic material, the above-mentioned bottom surface 2 1 A, the above-mentioned thermoplastic material is melted, so that it can be smoothed to the extent that there are no fiber irregularities, and the surface of the bottom surface 21A Roughly the same as the film surface -15- (12) (12) 592675 Smooth. In order to make the bottom surface 21A a smooth film surface as described above, it is desirable that the surface sheet 5 contains a thermoplastic material. However, if the bottom surface 2 1 A of the pressing portion is not restricted to a smooth film surface, the surface sheet 5 may not include a thermoplastic material. For example, when a non-heat-pressable surface sheet 5 made of cellulose fibers is used, a hot-melt adhesive is applied to the lower surface thereof and then the lower layer is subjected to heat embossing to form a high-rigidity pressure. The Ministry. This is the same for the second crimping section 22 and the third crimping section 23, and the bottom surface 22A of the second crimping section 22 can also be rounded and smoothed. The bottom surface 23A of the third crimping section 23, Can also be made into a moon shape and smooth surface. As shown in Fig. 4 (A), a first group of a plurality of crimping portions are arranged along the concave column L 1 imitating the right edge portion 1 A on the right side fixing portion 10. In the first group of the plurality of crimping portions, a first crimping portion 21 and a third crimping portion 23 are regularly arranged. The line L 1 in which the first group of crimping portions are arranged is a concave curved shape similar to the right edge portion 1 A, and has a curvature radius of 120 to 300 mm. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the width from the right edge portion 1A to the edge of the bottom surface 21A of the first pressing portion 21 is a wide dimension, that is, the non-pressure between the right edge portion 1 A to the right side fixed portion 10. The wide size WB of the landing area is about 1 ~ 8mm. In the first group of crimping portions in this embodiment, three first crimping portions 21 and one third crimping portion 23 are arranged along the line L1, and are repeatedly spaced along the line L1. A pattern arranged at intervals. Further, on the right side fixing portion 10, inside the first group of pressing portions -16- (13) (13) 592675 L1, the second group of pressing portions are arranged along the column L 2 in the first group. There are two groups of crimping portions, and the first crimping portion 21 and the second crimping portion 22 are regularly arranged along the row L 2. The second group of crimping portions' in this embodiment are formed by regularly repeating five first crimping portions 21 and one second crimping portion 2 2 along the line L 2. The second crimping portion 22, which also constitutes the second group crimping portion, is adjacent to the third crimping portion 23, which constitutes the first group of crimping portions. The above-mentioned row L2 in which the second group of crimping portions are arranged is a sudden curve R 1 between the second crimping portion 22 and the second crimping portion 22 toward the longitudinal centerline 0 y _ 0y. In the shape repeated in the longitudinal direction, the first pressing portions 21 are arranged at regular intervals on the convex curve R 1. Further, the first crimped portion 21 and the third crimped portion 23 which are the first crimped portions arranged along the column L 1, and the second crimped portions arranged along the convex curve R 1. The area surrounded by the first crimping portion 21 and the second crimping portion 2 2 forms a zoning area 2 4. In this division area 24, the back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4, and the first surface sheet 5A and the second surface sheet 5B exist in a non-pressed state without being pressed by embossing. However, as described above, in the above-mentioned division area 24, the back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4, and the first surface sheet 5A and the second surface sheet 5B are respectively formed in a mesh shape, a comb shape, or a spiral shape. The pattern is applied by a hot-melt adhesive. In the row L2, the protrusion curve r 1 is formed by overlapping the protrusion curve r 1 in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the plurality of the division areas 2 4 of the same area on the right side fixing portion 10 are along the side edge portion 1 a. Repeat settings. There are second crimping section 22 and third crimping section 23, zone area 24 and zoning area 24 between the division area 24 adjacent to -17 (14) (14) 592675, and become the sandwiching crimping section in the middle. The relationship formed by land abutment. The width dimension wc in the lateral direction of the bottoms of the first crimping part 21, the second crimping part 22, and the third crimping part 23 shown in FIG. 3 is the same as or less than the distance between the ridges 15A. Wc at 0. 5 ~ 2. The range of 5 mm is ideal, and the area of the bottom surface of the crimping part is within 0. The range of 2 5 to 6 mm2 is ideal. If the widthwise width of the crimping portion is within the above range and the area is within the above range, and the distance between the ridge portions is 15 A or less, the existence of the crimping portion is not easily felt by the skin. In the present invention, although the ridge portion 15 A and the groove portion 15 B are not prevented from being formed on the entire surface of the first surface sheet 5 A, in this case, as long as the lateral width of the pressing portion is within the above range, then Due to the existence of the crimping portion, the accuracy of flattening the ridge portion 15A becomes low, and the skin does not easily feel the existence of the crimping portion. The interval 5 of the first group of crimping sections along the column L 1 and the interval 6 of the second group of crimping sections along the column L 2 are located between the adjacent crimping sections along the above-mentioned column L 1. The size of the non-pressing portion 10A, and the size of the non-pressing portion 1 0B (5 to 0. About 5 to 5 mm is ideal. The distance Wd between the first group of crimping portions and the second group of crimping portions in the lateral direction is preferably 3 to 8 mm in the largest place, and the area of the above-mentioned zoning area 24 is preferably in the range of 15 to 50 mm2. As long as it is in this range, the elastic deformation force of the division area 24 makes it difficult for the forces acting on the side edge portions 1 A and 1 B to be transmitted to the central portion. Here, referring to the enlarged fourth figure (B), focusing on forming a plurality of crimping portions of the first group arranged along the column -18- (15) (15) 592675 L1, the crimping portions are as described above. It is arranged in a line along L 1, and at the same time, there is a non-crimped portion 10 A with a width of 5 between the crimped portions adjacent to the arrangement direction. On the left and right sides of the three first crimping portions 21 arranged along the column L1, along the arrangement direction of the three first crimping portions 21, there are extensions indicated by (i) and (Π) In the non-pressing area in the direction, the first pressing part 21 becomes an independent existence in the non-pressing area in the lateral direction, respectively. Similarly, when focusing on forming the plurality of crimping portions of the second group, as described above, the crimping portions are arranged in a row along the convex curve R 1 of the column L2, and exist between the crimping portions adjacent to the arrangement direction. There is a non-crimped portion 10B with a wide size 6. On the left and right sides of the five first pressing portions 21 arranged along the convex curve R1, there are extending along the arrangement direction of the five first pressing portions 21 to (iii) and (iv). In the non-pressed area in the direction shown, the first pressed part 21 in the second group also exists independently in the non-pressed area in the lateral direction. That is, in this embodiment, on both sides of any one of the plurality of pressing portions in the first group, a non-pressing area extending along the pressing portions is formed. Separate and independent in the crimping area, multiple crimping groups are separated separately. On the other hand, the group of independent pressing portions is arranged intermittently at plural places along the above-mentioned column L 1. This is also the same for the plurality of pressing portions in the second group along the above-mentioned column L2. The arrangement of the pressing portions on the left fixing portion 11 is symmetrical to the arrangement of the pressing portions on the right fixing portion 10. As shown in Fig. 1, the second group of the first fixed portion 10 is -19- (16) (16) 592675 the landing portion 2 1 and the second group of the left fixed portion 1 1 is the first The interval between the crimping portions 21 is We, and it is the narrowest at the position of the lateral centerline Ox-Ox. The narrowest interval We is 20 to 35 mm. If it is not within the above range, the respective crimping portions of the right side fixing portion 10 and the left side fixing portion 11 may be easily blocked against the labia, which may damage the wearing feeling. If it exceeds the above range, the distance between the first group of crimping portions arranged along the column L1 and the second group of crimping portions arranged along the L2 will be narrowed, and the area of the zoning area 24 will be too narrow. 24 can not get a sufficient buffer effect. As shown in Fig. 1, the first pressing portion 21 and the second pressing portion 22 are regularly arranged on the front fixing portion 12 along the line of the convex curve imitating the front edge portion 1c of the absorbent sheet 1. The rear fixing portion 13 is symmetrical to the front fixing portion 12 described above. Similarly, the first crimping portion 21 and the second crimping portion 22 are also regularly arranged. The ideal wide size Wc and area on the bottom surface of each pressing portion provided on the front fixing portion 12 and the rear fixing portion 13, and the ideal interval size in the arrangement direction (5 and so on, are the same as the right side fixing portion 1 above). 〇 It is the same as the left side fixing portion Π. When using the absorbent sheet 1, the release sheet 7 on the back side is peeled off, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is then fixed on the inner side of the lower part of the panty and worn. 1. Because the edges 1A and 1B on both sides are concavely curved, the concave curves of the edges 1A and 1B on the sides of the underwear will be approximately the same as the edges of the opening of the underwear when they are mounted on the lower part of the panty. If the absorbent sheet 1 is worn in the panty, the lower part of the panty will be deformed due to the movement of the femoral crotch or the tightening force of the thigh. No -20- (17) Yes, because the absorbent sheet 2 The whole is thin, and the back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4 and the surface sheet 5 are formed of a soft material. Therefore, the entire absorption sheet 1 can easily follow the deformation of the lower part of the panty that fits the panties, and it is not easy to cause discomfort in the crotch region. Especially It's all in the second surface sheet 5B A ditch forming area 16 is provided, and a strip-shaped ditch forming area 15 is formed at the center of the first surface sheet 5A. Therefore, the center portion of the absorbent sheet 1 is soft, and the center area becomes easy to follow the matching underwear. Deformation. Since the first surface sheet 5 A in the ditch forming area 15 is to block the female sexual organs, the female sexual organs are soft to the touch. However, if the entire absorbent sheet is soft, it will come from the thighs. The tight bundle pressure acting on the edges 1 A and LB on both sides will first be deformed on the edges 1 A and 1 B on the sides. This deformation force will be easily transmitted to the central area of the absorbent sheet. As a result, there will be There may be large distortion or creases in the soft central area where the ditch forming area is provided. However, the absorbent sheet 1 in this embodiment is arranged along a line L 1 imitating the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides. The first crimping portion 21 and the third crimping portion 23 with a small number of moderately spaced intervals are opened, and as shown in FIG. 4 (B), the plurality of first crimping portions 21 along L1 are in a non-pressed state. Independent areas in the field, so with the tight restraint from the thighs If the deformation force acts on the edge portion of the lower part of the panty and the above-mentioned side edge portions 1 A and 1 B at the same time, the pressing portions 2 1 and 23 existing along the line L 1 and the non-positioned portions therebetween. The difference in rigidity and thickness between the crimping portions 10A, and further, by a plurality of crimping portions 2 arranged along the column L1;! And as shown in (i) (ii) on both sides The difference in rigidity and thickness between the extended non-pressed areas will cause slight deformation between the pressed -21-(18) contact areas 2 1, 2 3 and the non-pressed areas 10A and the aforementioned non-pressed areas. As a result, the deformation pressure can be absorbed and dispersed. Therefore, the deformation force acting on the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides becomes difficult to be directly transmitted to the central area of the absorption sheet 1 and can be prevented by the force from the side. Large twists or creases occur in the central area. As described above, in order to make use of the difference in rigidity and thickness of the crimping portions 21, 23 and the non-crimping portion 10A, and a plurality of crimping portions 21 arranged along the line L 1 and on both sides thereof, such as (I) (ii) The rigidity difference and thickness difference of the non-pressing area extending as shown in (ii). The force used to disperse the deformation force from the side must be the thickness of the absorbent sheet on the bottom surface of the pressing section, and the non-pressing It is preferable that the difference between the thicknesses of the landing portion 10A and the absorbent sheet in the non-pressed area is at least 0.2 mm. The upper limit of the difference is not particularly specified, but in order to make a thin absorbent sheet, the thickness of the entire absorbent sheet is preferably about 3 mm, so the ideal range of the thickness difference is 0. 2 to 3 mm 〇 There are intermittent edges along the right side fixing part 10 and the left side fixing part of the absorption sheet 1 above the first group of pressing parts arranged along the above-mentioned column L1. The second group of crimping portions arranged in the row L2. Therefore, when the deformation stress of the first group of crimping portions is not applied to the column L2, the crimping portions 21, 22 constituting the second group, and the non-crimping portion 1 OB located between the crimping portions, In addition, the non-pressing area extending as shown in (iii) (iv) on both sides of the pressing portion 21 along the line L2 has the same function of dispersing deformation energy as the above, so it can effectively prevent The deformation force is transmitted to the central area. -22- (19) (19) 592675 Furthermore, since the zoning area 24 'surrounded by the intermittent crimping portion is arranged along the edges 1A and 1B on both sides, it acts on the edges 1 on both sides The large creases such as A and 1 B will be absorbed and alleviated in the aforementioned zoning area 24. That is, the above-mentioned zoning areas 24 are separated from each other by a predetermined area, and the inner back sheet 3, the middle sheet 4, and the front sheet 5 are in a non-pressed overlapping state. Therefore, when the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides are subjected to a large deformation force, the above-mentioned sheets are bent within a limited range within each division area 24, and then the elastic restoring force is exerted. By bending and elastic restoring force in this limited area, it is possible to prevent the deformation force acting on the edge portions 1 A ′ 1 B from being transmitted to the central area. In addition, the first group of crimping portions arranged along the column L1 and the second group of crimping portions arranged along the column L2 are smaller and arranged at intervals, because of the lateral width of each crimping portion. The width Wc is preferably smaller than the arrangement pitch of the ridge portion 15 A or the ridge portion 16 A. Therefore, each pressing portion does not give the body a rigid feeling. In addition, the smaller crimping portions are arranged in a row along the side edge portions 1 A and 1 B and are arranged intermittently, and there are non-pressing areas on the two sides. The above arrangement is independent of the non-pressing areas. In the field, the absorption sheet 1 near the edges 1 A, 1 B on both sides is not very rigid, and cannot prevent the edges 1 A, 1 B on both sides of the absorption sheet 1 from bending along the crotch region. Deformation. Therefore, the absorbent sheet 1 does not give a stiff feeling to the crotch region of the body. This will become clearer when comparing it with -23- (20) where a strip-shaped crimping portion extending linearly along the above-mentioned column L 1 or a knurling pattern shape of a predetermined width extending linearly is formed. Already. Those who have the above-mentioned linear crimping portion or knurling pattern crimping portion have edges 1A and 1B on both sides that are not easily bent and become a person who imparts a stiff feeling to the body. However, in the absorbent sheet 1 of the above embodiment, As described above, it has the effect of dispersing the tightening force acting on the edges 1 A and 1 B on both sides, and does not give the body a sense of stiffness. In addition, the absorbent sheet 1 is provided with a front fixing portion 12 and a rear fixing portion 13 inside the front edge portion 1 c and the rear edge portion 1 d, and the first pressing portions are formed with a certain interval therebetween. 2 1 and second crimping portion 22. Therefore, in the vicinity of the leading edge portion 1 c and the trailing edge portion 1 d, the absorbent sheet 1 does not give the body a stiff feeling, and acts on the crease generating force or twisting force of the underwear of the leading edge portion 1 c and the trailing edge portion 1 d. It will be absorbed and dispersed like the above. Hereinafter, a modification example of the arrangement pattern of each pressing portion will be described. In the following modification examples, the laminated sheet structure, ditch structure, etc. other than the pattern of the crimping portion, and various other ideal conditions are the same as those of the absorbent sheet 1 shown in Fig. 1 above. The absorbent sheet 1 A of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 has the same size and arrangement pattern of the pressing portions on the right fixing portion 10 and the left fixing portion 11 as the absorbent sheet 1 shown in FIG. 1. . However, in FIG. 5, the pressing portions of the front fixing portion 12 and the rear fixing portion 13 are not provided. In addition, the ditch forming area 15 of the first surface sheet 5 A may be provided in Fig. 5 or not provided. Since the absorbent sheet 1 A shown in FIG. 5 is not in the pressing portion of the front fixing portion 12 and the rear fixing portion 13, it can be pressed by the fixing portions 10 and 11 formed on both side surfaces. The pattern of the part absorbs and disperses and acts on the absorption -24- (21) (21) 592675 The tightening force of the edges 1 A and 1 B on the sides of the sheet 1 can effectively prevent large creases or distortions from occurring in the absorption. The central area of the sheet. In the absorbent sheet 1 B of the embodiment shown in Fig. 6, the right-side fixing portion 1 1 0 and the left-side fixing portion 1 1 1 are left-right symmetrically sandwiched with the longitudinal centerline 0y-〇y. Only the left side fixing portion 111 will be described. In this fixing portion 111, the dotted crimping portions 25 are formed in two rows in a wavy pattern, and the wavy patterns in each row cross each other to form the crimping formed by the dotted line. Non-pressed zoning areas surrounded by Departments 2 5 2 6. The plurality of division areas 2 6 are arranged along the left edge portion 丨 b in a manner similar to the left edge portion 1 B, and the area of each division area 2 6 is the same. The adjacent zoning area 26 and the zoning area 26 are adjacent to each other with the pressing portion 25 interposed therebetween. In this embodiment, the ideal range of the area of the division area 26 is also the same as that of the division area 24 shown in FIG. 1. Further, at a position close to the left edge 邰 1 B, two point-shaped crimping portions 27 are formed at the crossing positions of the dotted-line crimping portions 25. Therefore, when the dotted-line crimping portion 25 and the line L 3 connecting the dot-shaped crimping portion 27 are set, the crimping portion 25 and the crimping portion 27 located on the L 3 and The crimping portions located in the row L 1 shown in FIG. 4 also constitute the first group of crimping portions. In addition, a structure in which the second group of crimping portions are arranged on the inside of the first group of crimping portions arranged along L 3 is sandwiched by the above-mentioned division area 26. Therefore, the absorbent sheet 1 B can also absorb and disperse the deformation stress acting on the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides, and prevent large creases or distortions from occurring in the central area. -25- (22) (22) 592675 Also shown in the absorbent sheet 1 b shown in FIG. 6, a front fixing portion 1 i 2 is formed inside the front edge portion 1 c, and is formed inside the rear edge portion 丨 d. There are rear fixing parts Π 3. The fixed portions 丨 2 and 〖〗 3 are formed along the curve imitating the leading edge portion 1 c and the trailing edge portion 1 d, and the first pressing portion 21 and the second pressing portion 22 are formed at intervals. The absorbing and dispersing function of the deforming force is the same as that of the absorbing sheet 1 described above. The absorbent sheet 1 c shown in FIG. 7 includes a right-side fixing portion 2 1 0 and a left-side fixing portion 2 1 1 and is provided with a wavy crimping portion 2 8 ′ formed by the dotted line. The enclosing part becomes a non-pressing zoning area. In the right fixed part 2 and the left fixed part 2 丨, there are two divided areas 2 9 with the same area along the edges 1 A and 1 B. Also, a straight line is formed along the front edge portion 1 c and the rear edge portion 1 d on the inner side of the front edge portion 1 c and the rear edge portion 1 d on the front fixing portion 1 1 2 and the rear fixing portion 2 1 3. Crimping section 3 1, 31. In this absorbent sheet 1 C, similar to the above, it is also possible to absorb and disperse the deformation forces' acting on the edges 1 A, 1 B on both sides by the intermittent crimping portion 28 and the zoning area 29. Those with soft edges near the edges 1 A, 1 B on both sides. In the absorbent sheet 1 D shown in FIG. 8, a right side fixing portion 3 1 0 is formed inside the right edge portion 1 a, and a left side fixing portion 3 1 1 is formed inside the left edge portion 1 B. On both sides of the fixed portion 3〗 〇, 3〗, along the line L4 imitating the concave curve of the edge portions 1 A, 1 B on both sides, the crimping portions 3 5 with smaller diameters are arranged at equal intervals. A crimping portion of the first group is formed. The first group of crimped portions are arranged in a row along the above-mentioned column L4, and on both sides of the first crimped portion arranged in the column -26- (23) (23) 592675, there are formed extending along the above-mentioned column L4. In the non-pressing area, each of the pressing portions 35 exists independently in the non-pressing area. In addition, inside the first group of crimping portions, similarly, the crimping portions having smaller diameters at equal intervals are arranged along the line L5 that imitates the concave curve of the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides. 36, whereby a second group of crimping portions is formed. This pressing portion 36 also extends in the non-pressing area on the left and right, and each pressing portion 36 is independently present in the non-pressing area. In the above, between the first group of crimped portions and the second group of crimped portions, the non-pressed areas 3 7, 3, which are used to separate the two groups of crimped portions, are along the edges 1 A, 1 on both sides. B extends in an arc-shaped band. In this absorbent sheet 1 D, the deformation stress acting on the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides is also absorbed and dispersed by the arrangement of each of the pressing portions 35 forming the first group of pressing portions along the row L4. Then, each of the pressing portions 36 constituting the second group of pressing portions along the inner row L5 is absorbed and dispersed. In particular, in this embodiment, the arrangement period of the respective crimping portions 35 in the first group in the longitudinal direction is different from the arrangement period of the respective crimping portions 35 in the second group in the longitudinal direction by a half cycle. Therefore, the relationship between the second group of crimping portions 3 5 3 and the first group of crimping portions 3 5 3 is 3 6. Therefore, the deformation force exceeding the first group of pressing portions to be transmitted toward the center can be effectively dispersed by the second pressing portion. The structures of the front fixing portion 12 and the rear fixing portion 13 are the same as the absorbent sheet 1 of the embodiment shown in FIG. I. In the absorbent sheet 1 E shown in FIG. 9, a right-side fixing portion 4 1 0 is formed on the inner side of the right edge portion 1 a, and a left-side fixing portion is provided on the inner side of the left edge portion 1 b. 4 1 1. The right-side fixing portion 4 1 0 and the left-side fixing portion 4 1 1 are the right-side fixing portion 10 and the left-side fixing portion 1 1 in FIG. 1, and the second group of crimping portions are not formed. The crimping portions 21 and 23 of L1 form a first group of crimping portions arranged in a row, and a structure in which a plurality of crimping portions 22 are regularly dispersed is formed inside. Therefore, no zoning area is set. Moreover, neither the front fixing part nor the rear fixing part was provided. As shown in each of the above embodiments, the first group of pressing portions formed along the line L1 in the absorbent sheet 1E is not as effective as the one having the second group of pressing portions in absorbing and dispersing deformation stress. However, it can be effective in that it can absorb and disperse the deformation stress acting on the edge portions 1 A and 1 B on both sides. The structure of each layer of the absorbent sheet also has the following deformations. For example, the surface sheet 5 may have only one layer and have a liquid-absorbing ability. However, in order to smooth the bottom surface of the crimping portion into a film surface shape by heat embossing, the surface sheet 5 must contain thermoplastic fibers. For example, the above-mentioned surface sheet 5 is a water needle nonwoven fabric, and as the hydrophilic fiber, a dimensional fineness containing 55% by mass can be used. 3 8 dtex with a fiber length of 44 mm, and a fineness of 30% by mass is 1. 43 dtex polyester fiber with a fiber length of 38mm and a fineness of 5% by mass is 1. 65 dtex polypropylene fiber with a fiber length of 45mm 1 has a basis weight of about 38 g / m2. In addition, as described above, if the bottom of the pressing portion is not restricted to a thin film surface, a cellulose fiber such as cotton or paper pulp may be used as the main body, or a surface composed of only cellulose fibers may be used. Sheet-28- (25) (25) 592675 At this time, the 'intermediate sheet 4 is made of a core-sheath composite synthetic fiber with a polyester core and a polyethylene sheath, and a basis weight of about 25 g / m2 It is formed by air-through non-woven fabric. The intermediate sheet 4 is considered to be used for absorbing liquid, so it is better to regard it as a buffer layer and exert the function of reducing the pressure on the skin. Alternatively, the back sheet 3, the intermediate sheet 4, and the front sheet 5 may be formed of a hydrolyzable material or a biodegradable material. This allows the absorbent sheet to be discarded into a flush toilet after use. At this time, the back sheet 3 may be made of rayon fiber, cotton fiber, biodegradable resin fiber, etc. having a fiber length of 1 to 10 mm, and a water-jet non-woven fabric or paper using a water-soluble adhesive such as PVA resin. form. Or it can be used in the above non-woven fabric or paper coating with PVA, water-decomposable ester urethane, etc., or polylactic acid, polybutyl succinate, polybutyric acid (Poly Hydroxy Butyrate; PHB) and other biodegradable resin films. The intermediate sheet 4 can be a water-jet needle-woven fabric or paper formed by a fiber with a fiber length of 1 mm to 10 mm, such as woven fibers, cotton fibers, and biodegradable resin fibers, or polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) can be added here. Resins, etc. are used as adhesives, or air-laid non-woven fabrics that use chemical-bonding (chemical-bonding) using a small amount of water-soluble materials such as acrylate or pVA as adhesives. The surface sheet 5 may be made of the above-mentioned hydrolyzable water-jet nonwoven fabric. Alternatively, it may be one in which a large number of liquid-permeable holes are formed in the water-soluble resin film. -29- (26) (26) 592675 Also absorbs the size of the sheet, the length of the centerline 〇y-〇y in the longitudinal direction is 604 40111111, and the width of the centerline 〇χ-〇χ in the transverse direction is 45 ~ 65mm. [Effects of the invention] As described above, the absorbent article of the present invention does not impair the overall softness, and can prevent large creases or distortions from occurring in the central area. It can ensure that the area of the surface receiving liquid is wide at any time, which is a good Those with good adhesion to the excretory part of the body. Since it is soft as a whole, it is less likely to give the body stiffness from the side edges. Furthermore, it is particularly suitable for thin absorbent articles such as sheets for absorbing secretions.
