BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin or an incontinence pad, and more particularly, to an absorbent article excellent in leakage prevention.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Various types of absorbent articles that are worn between human groins and absorb body fluids, such as sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, panty liners, and paper diapers, have been proposed and used. The width of such an absorbent article has a narrowest width from the required absorbent value, while the size of the human crotch varies depending on the person, such as age and body shape, and is generally 20-30 mm. Even the panty liner has a width of 50 mm or more and a width of 2 to 3 times the size of the crotch, such as a sanitary napkin of 70 to 100 mm.
[0003]
These conventional absorbent articles, i.e. absorbent articles wider than the size of the crotch, take various forms when mounted on the crotch.
That is, the conventional absorbent article is planar with respect to the width direction of the product, and since the rigidity is uniform in the width direction, it takes various mounting forms when it is mounted between the crotch. For this reason, there existed a problem that the distance between an excretion part and an absorptive article end part will decrease depending on the wearing form, and it will become easy to carry out a horizontal run. In addition, when the absorbent body is formed of flap pulp or the like, the flap pulp loses its resilience when it absorbs the liquid, and remains in a worn state and further in a twisted shape, making it easier to laterally move. There was a problem that. In addition, depending on the mounting form, there is a problem that the fitting property is deteriorated or that the user feels uncomfortable / foreign, and that the user cannot obtain a comfortable feeling of use.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to prevent twisting due to the mounting form, there has been proposed an absorbent article including an absorbent body formed using a foamed body such as polyurethane and a nonwoven fabric made of thermoplastic fibers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester. Such an absorbent article has an elastic body having an elastic recovery property, so it is very difficult to twist. However, since this absorbent article also has a uniform structure in the width direction, When worn, it takes various wearing shapes, resulting in poor fit with the body, or depending on the wearing form, the body may feel a sense of pressure and a sense of discomfort. It was not fully resolved.
[0005]
In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-39691, a sanitary napkin having grooves provided on both the skin contact surface side and the non-skin contact surface side is proposed. There was no ingenuity, and the groove was simply provided with a groove, so that it could not take a predetermined ideal wearing state and was not excellent in usability.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that has a predetermined shape excellent in fit when attached to the crotch, is not kinky, has excellent fit, has a good feeling of use, and has excellent leakage prevention properties. There is to do.
[0007]

[0021]
The first flexible shaft and the second flexible shaft in the absorbent article of the present invention may be formed by continuous solid grooves, or may be formed by a plurality of discontinuous solid grooves divided in the longitudinal direction. The shape of the three-dimensional groove is not particularly limited. However, since such an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin is curved along the shape of the body in the longitudinal direction when used, the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment shown in FIGS. The thermoplastic fiber is not particularly limited as long as the fibers are bonded to each other by heating. Specifically, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester fiber, polyethylene-polyester composite fiber, polypropylene-polyester composite fiber, etc. Are preferably used. Further, polyvinyl alcohol fibers or the like in which fibers are bonded to each other by dissolving in hot water and drying can also be preferably used. The thermoplastic fiber may be a normal linear fiber with respect to the length direction of the fiber, but has a zigzag shape or a crimp crimped shape as the thermoplastic fiber in order to further increase the flexibility of the absorbent sheet. A thing may be used.
Moreover, although the said absorption sheet may be formed only with the said thermoplastic fiber, it is preferable to mix hydrophilic fibers, such as flap pulp and rayon, a well-known superabsorbent polymer, etc. It is preferable that the blending amount of the thermoplastic fiber when mixing these is 1 to 30% by weight with respect to the entire absorbent sheet.
[0025]
The said absorption sheet can be manufactured as follows.
That is, it can be produced by mixing and bonding thermoplastic fibers by methods such as a dry method and a wet method. Specifically, for example, a method in which flap pulp and thermoplastic fiber are piled and mixed in the air, and the thermoplastic fiber is dissolved and bonded with hot air, and the thermoplastic fiber and the hydrophilic fiber are mixed and the card method. After forming a non-woven web by a dry method such as a method of bonding thermoplastic fibers with hot air, and paper making by dispersing / mixing flap pulp, hydrophilic fibers and thermoplastic fibers in water, then using a Yankee dryer, etc. The absorbent sheet can be produced by performing a wet papermaking method in which thermoplastic fibers are bonded by heating.
Further, when a superabsorbent polymer is used as necessary, in each of the above-described methods, the superabsorbent polymer is dispersed and fixed in a sheet to form a polymer sheet, or two sheets obtained by the above method are used. By using the above, the absorbent sheet containing the superabsorbent polymer can be obtained by fixing the superabsorbent polymer or the like between the sheets with an adhesive such as hot melt to form a polymer sheet.

[0035]
Next, the second invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description, differences from the first invention will be described. For the points that are not particularly described in detail, the description given in the first invention is applied as appropriate. 15 to 19 show only the main parts so that the features of the second invention can be easily understood.
Here, FIG. 15 is a plan view showing a main part of the first embodiment of the sanitary napkin as the absorbent article of the present invention (second invention), and FIG. 16 is a plan view of the present invention (second invention). Moreover, in this form, the said absorption part comprises the absorption sheet containing a thermoplastic fiber with a thickness of preferably 0.3-5 mm, more preferably 0.3-3 mm. That is, it is preferable that the absorption portion is formed of the same absorption sheet as that of the first aspect of the first invention or a combination of the absorption sheet and another sheet. Moreover, the thickness of the absorption part at the time of forming in combination is the same as that of the 1st form of the above-mentioned 1st invention.
If the thickness of the absorbent sheet is less than 0.3 mm, the sheet itself is too rigid, and a sanitary napkin (absorbent article) cannot be maintained in a preferred form that fits well when worn, If it exceeds 5 mm, the sheet rigidity becomes excessively high or the thickness of the absorbent article becomes excessively thick, which is unfavorable when worn.
Thus, the said absorption part shall contain the said absorption sheet, and the retainability of the form with the favorable fitting property and fitting property at the time of mounting | wearing improves more.
