Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, incontinence pads, disposable diapers for absorbing menstrual blood, vaginal discharge, urine, etc., and more specifically, squeezing grooves on both sides on the skin contact surface side. With respect to the absorbent article in which the was formed.
Conventionally, as the absorbent article, an absorber is interposed between a liquid-impermeable back sheet such as a polyethylene sheet or a polyethylene sheet laminated non-woven fabric and a liquid-permeable front sheet such as a non-woven fabric or a liquid-permeable plastic sheet. It has been known.
Many improvements have been made to this type of absorbent article, and squeezing grooves are formed in various patterns on the skin contact surface side for the purpose of fitting to the body and preventing twisting when worn. Have been proposed in large numbers. However, for example, if you are wearing a panty liner or sanitary napkin before menstruation to prevent menstrual blood from adhering to your shorts, or if you keep wearing the napkin without replacing it when the amount of blood drained at the end of menstruation is low. If you continue to wear a sanitary napkin or panty liner for a long time, the movement of your body, especially the movement of your legs, may cause the absorbent article to twist, causing leakage or twisting from this twisted part. There was a problem that the part led to a sense of discomfort.
For the purpose of preventing such twisting at the time of wearing, in the following
Further, in
Further, in
In
Further, in
Further, in
Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which can prevent twisting in response to leg pressure from multiple directions and has an excellent wearing feeling.
In order to solve the above problem, as the present invention according to
The squeezing grooves are continuously formed on both sides of the region corresponding to the body fluid discharge site along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and the non-squeezing groove has a circular planar shape and is surrounded by the squeezing grooves. The portions are formed in a pattern in which a plurality of portions are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and are not formed at least in the region corresponding to the body fluid discharge site .
The size of the non-squeezed portion is small at the central portion in the longitudinal direction and is formed so as to gradually increase toward both ends in the longitudinal direction, or is large at the central portion in the longitudinal direction and gradually decreases toward both ends in the longitudinal direction. An absorbent article is provided characterized in that it is formed in such a manner .
In the invention according to
Further, since the squeezing grooves are formed on both sides of the region corresponding to the body fluid draining site and not formed in the region corresponding to the body fluid draining site, the squeezing groove that is compacted and made highly rigid at the time of wearing is used as the body fluid draining site. There will be no discomfort due to contact, and the fit will be excellent.
Since the plane shape of the non-squeezed portion is particularly circular, there is no directionality of resistance to leg pressure, and corners and sudden changes in curvature are not formed on the outer line of the non-squeezed portion, so that twisting occurs. not desirable because there is so suppressed reliably.
Further, in the present invention, the non-squeezed portion is not formed to have a constant size, but is a pattern that is small in the central portion in the longitudinal direction and gradually increased toward both ends in the longitudinal direction, or is large in the central portion in the longitudinal direction and is large in the longitudinal direction. It is one of the patterns that are gradually reduced toward both ends. In the former case, the discomfort in the crotch part can be reduced, and in the latter case, the resistance to leg pressure in the crotch part can be increased.
As the present invention according to
In the invention according to
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an absorbent article having an excellent wearing feeling while being able to prevent twisting in response to leg pressure from multiple directions.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

Next, as the liquid-
The
Examples of the pulp include cellulose fibers such as chemical pulp and dissolved pulp obtained from wood, and artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate, and coniferous pulp having a longer fiber length has more functions than broadleaf pulp. It is preferably used in terms of price. Basis weight of the pulp, 100g / m 2 ~600g / m 2, and it is preferably a 100g / m 2 ~300g / m 2 .
The water-absorbent polymer is mixed in the pulp constituting the absorber, for example, as granular powder. Examples of the highly water-absorbent polymer include a polyacrylic acid crosslinked product, a self-crosslinked polyacrylic acid salt, a saponified product of an acrylic acid ester-vinyl acetate copolymer crosslinked product, and an isobutylene / maleic anhydride copolymer crosslinked product. Examples thereof include a crosslinked polysulfonate and a partially crosslinked water-swellable polymer such as polyethylene oxide and polyacrylamide. Of these, acrylic acid or acrylate-based ones having excellent water absorption and water absorption rate are preferable. In the manufacturing process, the highly water-absorbent resin having the water-absorbing performance can adjust the absorption ratio (water absorption capacity) and the absorption rate by adjusting the cross-linking density and the cross-linking density gradient.
Further, synthetic fibers may be mixed with the

The squeezing

In the squeezing
On the skin contact surface of the
The
On the other hand, the squeezing
In this way, the squeezing
Explaining the twist due to the leg pressure at the time of wearing in more detail, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Further, since the squeezing
Next, the size of the
Further, it is preferable that the dimension b in the longitudinal direction of the napkin is substantially the same as the dimension a in the width direction of the napkin. By forming the
It is preferable to arrange 6 to 45, preferably 10 to 45,
Next, the position of the squeezing
Further, the separation distance d between the longitudinal edge of the
The squeezing
The squeezing
As shown in FIG. 1, it is desirable that the planar shape of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the
Further, the size of the
Further, as a modification of the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9A, when the squeezing
Further, as shown in FIG. 9B, when the squeezing
Further, as shown in FIG. 9C, when the squeezing
