Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a female incontinence pad, and a panty liner (cage sheet).
Conventionally, as an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a surface sheet that forms a skin-facing surface, a back sheet that forms a non-skin-facing surface, and an absorbent body positioned between both sheets are provided. It is known that a peripheral seal portion is formed by heat-sealing a top sheet and a back sheet at a portion extending in the direction.
However, when the side seal portion is formed by thermally fusing the top sheet and the back sheet in the portion extending outward from the side edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body, the side seal portion of the absorbent article Easily deformed in a wave shape when viewed from the side. As such, when the side seal part is deformed in a wavy shape, when the pressure is applied from the outside in the width direction to the absorbent article, the side seal part deformed in a wavy shape is worn as a compression resistance. It is easy to give the person a sense of discomfort and discomfort. The reason why the side seal part is deformed in a wave shape when the side seal part is formed by heat sealing is that the nonwoven fabric used as the top sheet, the resin film used as the back sheet, or a sheet such as a laminated sheet including the resin film It is thought that there is a difference in heat shrinkage rate.
Therefore, the subject of this invention is providing the absorbent article which can prevent that a side seal part deform | transforms into a wave shape, and was excellent in a mounting feeling and an external appearance.
The present invention is a longitudinal absorbent article comprising a top sheet that forms a skin facing surface, a back sheet that forms a non-skin facing surface, and an absorber positioned between both sheets, the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article The top sheet and the absorbent body are integrally compressed and formed into a vertically long double compressed groove, and the top sheet and the back sheet are from both side edges of the absorbent body. It has a side seal portion that is extended and heat-sealed, and the side seal portion is formed at a peripheral portion of the absorbent article, and the side seal portion along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article The elastic member is fixed in a stretched state along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and the elastic member is fixed at a stretch rate of 105 to 130% between the top sheet and the back sheet. , In parallel with the vertical double squeezing groove Is location, there is provided an absorbent article.
The absorptive article of the present invention can prevent a side seal part from changing into a wave shape, and is excellent in a feeling of wearing and appearance.
Below, this invention is demonstrated, referring drawings based on the preferable embodiment.
A sanitary napkin (hereinafter also simply referred to as a napkin) 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a
In the
The skin facing surface P of the absorbent article is a surface directed to the skin side of the wearer when worn in the absorbent article, and the non-skin facing surface Q is the side opposite to the skin side when worn in the absorbent article, Usually, the surface is directed to the clothing side such as shorts.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
In addition, a pair of left and right
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Since the
As shown in FIG. 1, the double
二重の圧搾溝6,7が縦長であるとは、二重の圧搾溝6,7の長さL2(吸収性物品長手方向の長さ,図1参照)が、二重の圧搾溝6,7の幅W2(吸収性物品幅方向の長さ,図1参照)よりも長い形状を有することを言う。
When the double
The inner
The
The
The
The
Moreover, it is preferable that the number of protrusions of the pressing portion with protrusions is about 50 to 150 per 1 cm 2 . Moreover, it replaces with what was provided with the smooth press part with the smooth surface as a 2nd seal, what was provided with the press part with a protrusion similar to the press part with a protrusion of a 1st roll, and the some extended in the circumferential direction of a roll Having a groove, and heating the sheet between the groove and the protrusion of the first roll, and having a pressing portion having a recess in a portion corresponding to each protrusion of the pressing portion with the protrusion of the first roll Etc. can also be used.
A thread-like
According to the
From the viewpoint of obtaining such an effect, the thread-like
From such a viewpoint, the
When the elongation ratio is 105% or less, the effect of using the elastic member is thin, and wavy deformation is likely to occur. On the other hand, if the elongation ratio is more than 130%, the elastic effect is strongly developed, and bending occurs, leading to deterioration of the wearing feeling.
(A/a)×100=伸長率(%) ・・(1)
The elongation rate of the elastic member in the absorbent article completed as a sanitary napkin or the like can be measured, for example, as follows.
When the length of the elastic member on the product is A and the length of the elastic member taken out from the product is a, the following equation (1) is obtained.
(A / a) × 100 = Elongation rate (%) (1)
The length L2 (see FIG. 1) of the double squeezing
Moreover, it is preferable that the length L1 (refer FIG. 1) of the
Further, the total width W (see FIG. 1) of the
The total width W of the
The
In the
By making the length L1 of the
In addition, in the expression that the length L1 of the
In addition, the length L1 of the
In addition, the length L1 of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Further, by fixing the

In this invention, it is also preferable to use what has a linear recessed part on the surface which forms a skin opposing surface as the
An example of such a
According to the
The
The
The
The
The
The
