本発明は、生理用ナプキン、パンティライナー等の吸収性物品に関し、更に詳しくは、使用前において嵩張らず、使用の際に、着用者の肌側に凸の形状に変形させ、良好なフィット性を得ることのできる吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、生理用ナプキンの全体又はその一部の形状を、着用者の肌側に凸の形状に変形させ、着用者の肌の形状(局部や臀裂の形状等)に対するフィット性を向上させる技術が知られている。
例えば、特許文献1〜3には、ナプキンの幅方向に弾性部材を伸張状態で固定し、該弾性部材の収縮力により、ナプキンの断面形状を、着用者の肌側に凸の形状に変形させるようにしたナプキンが開示されている。
しかし、これらのナプキンにおいては、使用前の状態においても弾性部材の収縮力が働くため、ナプキンが嵩張り、例えば、複数のナプキンを包装袋に圧縮充填して包装体とする場合に、弾性部材がないと仮定した場合に比較して、充填可能な枚数が減少したり、同じ枚数を充填する場合には、より大きな包装袋が必要で包装体のサイズが大きくなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。
本発明の吸収性物品の第1実施形態としての生理用ナプキン1は、図1〜図4に示すように、液保持性の吸収層12及び液不透過性の裏面層15を具備する縦長の吸収性本体11と、吸収性本体11の長手方向の両側に設けられた一対のウイング部21とからなる。吸収性本体11の非肌当接面には、ショーツとの接合に用いられる本体粘着部17が設けられている。
