561189 Α7 Β7 五、發明説明( 本發明係關於一種淸洗水之處理方法,其中此淸洗 水係用於冶金製程中之作用氣體的淸洗,此方法係將淸 洗水與作用氣體做密切之接觸,並且在固體分離之後將 其再環循使用。 在一種用以將塊狀鐵礦石直接還原成高熱金屬之方 法中,其間係藉由焦煤及含氧氣體而將鐵礦石在一直接 還原髙爐中直接還原成海綿鐵,且其間用以還原鐵礦石 之產生器氣體亦同時產生,如可由德國專利第DE-PS 3034539號中所得知者。此產生器氣體係經冷卻及除塵, 並且將其一部份之流體噴射進入直接還原爐之還原區, 而在該處將其轉變及抽取出來成爲頂端排氣。 專利第EP-PS 0210435號中描述一種裝置,其係用以 淨化一鐵還原設備中所產生之氣體,其中該冷卻及淨化 裝置係由一配備之淸洗器所組成。此作用氣體係在一連 接有一除霜器之文氏管淸洗器內加以剝離及淸洗,以獲 得一殘留灰塵含量爲大約5mg/Nm3。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 Γ請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填Ρ頁) 可進一步由”F.T5dt ;腐蝕及腐蝕預防”中得知產生 器氣體必須具有一相當高之純度,尤其係關於其鹼之總 量而言,因爲這些鹸性化合物會在氣體渦輪機上造成腐 融。 在"R.H.Perry,D.Green ;化學工程師手冊”一書中 已有發表,由冶金製程中所產生之頂端排氣係可以在一 氣體渦輪機中做爲電能發電之產生器氣體。而離開氣體 渦輪機之燃燒氣體之殘留熱含量則可做爲蒸氣發電。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) 561189 A7 __B7_ 五、發明説明($ ) ^ 一種用以淨化由鐵礦石還原設備之氣體淸洗器所產 生之淸洗水的方法,係可由德國專利第DE-OS 4032288號 中得知,其中,在與作用氣體密切接觸之後,該固體係 由淸洗水中分離出來,且淸洗水在冷卻後係再循環使 用。 在此方法中,以及在大部分其他再循環方法中,水 溶性化合物,尤其係鹼金屬及鹸土金靥化合物,會自然 地累積在淸洗水中。 因此本發明之一目的係提供一方法及一裝置,其可 防止鹼金屬及鹼土金屬化合物之累積,且不增加再循環 水之體積,且不援用額外之廢水裝備,對於工廠設備而 言,這些都係必須加以處理且爲主要的結構修改。 依照本發明,這些問題係藉由將淸洗水之一部分流 體抽出,將淡水添加於其中,且將其使用於作用氣體之 再淸洗而解決。 本發明首先係將作用氣體,其係已經預先淨化且已 由可淸洗之構成成分之大部分中釋放出來,與一淸洗水 密切地接觸,且由於在最後之淸洗工站中定量的淡水係 添加至淸洗水之部分流體中,使得其中整體之鹽份含量 可儘可能地降低。 依照本發明之一特別之特徵,其係將淡水以一2 : 1 至4 : 1,且最好係3 : 1之混合比例,混合至淸洗水之部 分流體中。在這些混合比例中,所需之低的鹽份含量仍 _5 )A4規格(210X 297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事 -裝. 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 561189 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 A7 _B7_ 五、發明説明(+ ) 可維持而不會增加循環水之體積,而僅有充塡因蒸發而 散失之水量。 依照一用以實現本發明之方法的裝置,其包含數個 淸洗作用氣體之工站、一用以分離所洗出之固體的沉澱 盆、一用於再循環之淸洗水的淸洗水盆,以及一用於淸 洗水之傳送管路。 依照本發明之一發展,在淸洗水盆與最好係氣體淸 洗器之最後淸洗工站之間,裝設有一用於淸洗水之一部 分流體的額外傳送管路,而一用於淡水之供應管路則係 導入至該傳送管路中。此裝置可確保該作用氣體之鹽份 含量可以降至最低,此乃藉由添加含一大部分之淡水的 淸洗水,而使得在該最後淸洗工站增加了溶解力所達 成。 依照本發明之一獨特之發展,一流量控制器係安裝 在該淡水供應管路中,以控制該循環之淸洗水的體積, 且因而有考量到該淸洗水循環之淡水需求的變化。 依照本發明之進一步的發展,一淡水供應管路係導 入至淸洗水貯存槽,且一傳送管路係安裝在第二腔室與 最好係該氣體淸洗器之最後淸洗工站之間。依此,可預 期該循環中之淸洗水的總體積得以維持,而不需要援用 一相當高之控制花費。因此,其亦可確保在最後之淸洗 工站中的淸洗水具有很低之鹽份含量,且因而具有一高 溶解力。 6 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) 「請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填i頁) 11
