五、發明説明( 1 本發明係關於白色發光光源具有一陣列紅、綠及藍色發 光二極體(LED)與一調整個別部分光輸出以維持所需色平衡 (色品)之一控制系統,尤其是關於此種光源具有光裂授之特 定光感測器配置。 白色發光光源具有紅、綠及藍LEDs(亦稱為RGB LED光 源)係其重要性有幾項原因,包括效率及低成本,及調整光 輸出、色品之能力。 待解決中心問題之一是由晶片至晶片LED光輸出之變 化’以及透過每晶片之壽命。LED光輸出亦隨溫度反向變 化,但非每種顏色一致。此外,光輸出係隨LEd陣列内個 別晶片之故障而變化。 美國專利案6,127,783,揭示一白色發光光源有電子調整 之顏色平衡。此光源包括在每一紅、綠及藍顏色内諸多 LED間每色之一單獨電源及所配置之一光二極體以測量所 有LED之光輸出。每色之光輸出係由可關斷在序列時脈内 未被測量顏色之LED之一電子控制電路予也測量。每一顏 色之測量光輸出係與一所需輸出比較,其輸出可由使用者 輸入決定之,且因而完成改正每一顏色之電流。美國專利 案6,127,783之規格因此被併入本規格内作參考之。 欲準確控制此種光源之輸出,必須準確地監控總輪出 光。此需要按此種方式放置光二極體:由每一 LED抽樣光 之相等部份同時讓來自LED之足夠分散光照落在光二極體 上以確保回授環路之滿意操作。 本發明可提供定位一個或多個光二極體之幾種光學配 -4 - ^紙張尺度通用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210X297公釐)
