A7 446553 __B7____ 五、發明說明(1 ) 〔發明之所屣技術領域1 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本發明爲’彈性伸縮性之複合薄片之製造方法,較詳 述之’爲關於使用在拋棄式尿片或生理衛生棉、抛棄式醫 療用外袍等舒適且觸感佳之前所記載複合薄片之製造方法 〔習知技術〕 於已開示在曰本專利特公平7 — 3 7 7 0 3號公報上 不織彈性薄片之製造方法,將連續性供給之彈性波浪往供 給方向伸長並在其表面上置放纖維質波浪,根據熱或超音 波將該兩波浪結合之後收縮彈性波浪,而使纖維質波浪形 成褶撊。所得到的不彈性薄片,因彈性波浪的存在而具有 伸縮性,因纖維質波浪的存在而具有柔軟的觸感,可使用 做爲拋棄式尿片或生理衛生棉之外覆材。 [發明所欲解決之問題〕 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 於前述習知之方法,乃針對伸長狀之彈性波浪供給纖 維波浪,由兩波浪結合之後收縮彈性波浪,而得到之複合 薄片中的纖維波浪坪量,比供給該波浪時之坪量爲大》如 此,在前述公知之方法中,有無法使於複合波浪之纖維波 浪坪量,和纖維供給時之坪童相同的困難點。 本發明之課題爲,解除前述昔知之方法的困雖點,即 能使於複合波浪之纖維波浪坪量和纖維供給時之坪Μ大致 相同地提供彈性之伸縮性複合薄片之製造方法。 本紙張尺度適用中國g家棵準(CNS>A4規格(210 X 297公》) 446553 Α7 Β7 五、發明說明(2 ) [解決問題之手段 爲解決前述問題而做爲本發明之前 塑性合成纖維構成之往一方向非彈丨生地 ’至少接合於-由·熱可塑性合成纖維構成 向彈性地可伸長之第2波浪的單面上且 彈性伸縮性之複合薄片的製造方法。 於如此之前提中,本發明之特徵爲 浪之合成纖維,使用至少具有7 0%之 續纖維,而做爲前述第2波浪使用其延 浪還高之連續纖維,將這些第1、第2 進行接合而得到前述彈性伸縮性之複合 a ·使前述第1波浪往前述一方向 驟。 提的是,使由熱可 可伸長之第1波浪 之至少往前述一方 具有往前述一方向 ,做爲前述第1波 延伸率可延伸之連 伸率比前述第1波 波浪用下述之步驟 薄片》 連續性地供給之步 b ·使前述第2波浪往前述一方向連續性地供給且重 請 閱 讀 背 面 之 注 意 事 項 η 填 寫 本 頁 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印s 疊於前述第1波浪之步驟》 c ·使重疊後之前述第1 和垂直於該一方向之中至少於前述一方向中間歇性地進行 接合之步驟。 d 使接合後之前述第1 、第2波浪在前述第2波浪 之彈性界限內,以前述第1波浪之延伸率以下的範圍,往 前述一方向和垂直於該一方向之中至少往前述一方向進行 延伸之步驟。 e ·使延伸後之前述第 第2波浪,於前述一方向 第2波浪彈性地收縮而得 本紙張尺度適用4*困國家棵準(CNS)A4规格(210 X 297公;ί ) -5 446553 Λ7 B7 五、發明說明(3) 到前述複合薄片之步驟。 於本發明中,有以下最佳之實施樣態。 (1 )前述第2波浪爲’不織布、織布及伸縮性薄膜 中之任一項者。 (2 )前述第2波浪爲由彈性伸縮性之線而構成者。 (3 )前述第2波浪爲由熔融吹製纖維而構成者。 C 4 )前述第1波浪爲由熔融吹製纖維而構成者。 (5 )於前述步驟d中,使前述第2波浪彈性地伸長 的一方面,使前述第1波浪之合成纖維伸長且 往該長度方向進行塑性變形。 (6 )於前述步驟d中,除了在前述步驟c與第2波 浪接合之部份外,使前述第2波浪之合成纖維 相互間之溶解黏合被分離。 (7 )使前述第1、第2波浪根據熱溶解黏合、超音 波溶解黏合、針刺法、高壓柱狀水流處理之任 一方式進行接合。 (8 )使前述第1波浪接合於前述第2波浪之兩面上 〇 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 (9 )接合於前述第2波浪之兩面上之前述第1波浪 的各別爲,其坪量、使用纖維及外觀之任一項 均互不相同者。 ί發明之實施形態) 參考附件之圆面,有關本發明之彈性仲縮性涅合碑片 本紙張尺度適用中困0家標準(CNS)A4规格(210x 297公« ) ~ 446553 Α7 Β7 五、發明說明(4) 的製造方法之詳細說明如下β (請先間讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 於第1圖以透視圖所示之彈性伸縮性複合薄片1爲, 具有上層2和下層3者,這兩層2、3在接合部4溶解黏 合,形成一體。複合薄片1爲,互相垂直的雙向箭頭X — X ' Υ — Υ之中,至少往雙向箭頭Υ — Υ方向以假想線所 示之可彈性地伸縮。 複合薄片1之上層2爲,X — X、Υ — Υ方向之中, 至少往雙向箭頭Υ — Υ方向非彈性地可伸長之層。該上層 2爲,熱可塑性合成樹脂之連續纖維6之集合體,最好僅 於接接合部4上纖維與纖維互相溶解黏合,而在接合部4 與接合部4之間並不接合。在接合部4以外,連續纖維6 一邊描繪著不規則之曲線,一邊遍佈在下層3的上面。在 複合薄片1往Υ — Υ方向及/或X — X方向伸長時,相對 其伸長使描繪著曲線之連續纖維6在接合部4與接合部4 之間朝往Υ — Υ方向延伸地改變朝向,使上層2非彈性地 伸長。在如此之連續纖維6上,有由聚丙烯系或聚酯、聚 乙烯等之合成樹脂所構成之纖維。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 複合薄片1之下層3爲,具有往Υ — Υ方向’最好是 往Υ — Υ方向和X — X方向彈性伸縮性之薄片,可伸長往 Υ — Υ方向至少2 0 0%,最好至少4 0 0%,在伸長 1 0 0 %之後,能彈性地收縮至原長度的1 · 3倍以下。 於如此之薄片上,有由彈性線所構成之棉網;由彈性線所 構成之熱黏型不織布或短纖維網眼不織布等之不織布;由 弾性線所構成之織布;由熱可塑性合成橡膠所構成之萌股 -7- 本紙張尺度適用中國困家梯準(CNS>A4规格(210 X 297公« ) 4 46553 A7 B7 五、發明說明(5) 等’ 這些上層2和下層3爲,除了在接合部4加熱加壓形 成一體外,亦可以超音波處理成一體。此外,將上層2之 連續纖維6和下層3之組織機械性地交織可使兩者形成一 體之狀況下,爲使其交織之手段可採用針次法、高壓柱狀 水流處理等。接合部4爲,各個之面積在0 · 0 3〜1〇 mm2左右之範圍者,占複合薄片1之面積比率最好在1〜 5 0%左右之範圍。 以如此之複合薄片1爲例,當將其往Y-Y方向拉伸 時,下層3會朝往Y — Y方向彈性地伸長,跟隨著其之伸 長而描繪著曲線之上層2的連續纖維6會一邊改變方向一 邊往Y — Y方向進行非彈性地伸長。拉伸複合薄片1所需 之力,主要是爲拉伸下層3之力,因上層2僅改變連續纖 維6之朝向已,對拉伸複合薄片1之力幾乎沒有影響。當 再次地使下層3 —邊彈性變形一邊拉伸複合薄片1時,使 描繪過曲線之連續纖維6在與下層3形成一體之接合部4 和接合部4之間呈直線狀延伸。要拉伸在該狀態下之複合 薄片1 ,需要拉伸下層3之力,和拉伸直線狀連續纖維6 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作杜印製 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •線 之力。 第2圖爲,表示複合薄片1之製造步驟的一例之圖面 。於圖,從左至右無端邊地皮帶3 0行走於中。在圖之左 方部份’在皮帶3 0之上方設置第1熔融吹製纖維成形機 3 1,在皮帶3 0之下方設置抽吸機構3 1 A »第1成形 機3 1具有並排在皮帶3 0之寬度方向的多數之喷嘴,從 本紙張尺度適用中aa家標準(CNS>A4規格(210X 297公« > -8- 4 46553 A7 B7 經濟部智慧財產局員Μ消費合作社印製 五、發明說明(6 ) 這些噴嘴中,由非仲縮性之熱可塑性合成樹脂所描成之第 1熔融吹製連續纖維3 5以實質性地未延仲之狀態被喷出 ,在皮帶3 0之上方一邊描繪著不規則曲線一邊堆積而形 成第1波浪4 1。於第1波浪4 1 ’爲不使堆積重疊之連 續纖維3 5彼此熔解黏合地’或著縱然是熔解黏合,於之 後之步驟亦可容易地使其分離地’可選擇第1成形機3 1 之噴出條件和皮帶3 0之行走條件。如此之未延伸之第1 連續纖維3 5爲,至少具有7 〇%的延伸率者。 在第1成形機3 1之右方’設置第2熔融吹製纖維成 形機3 2和抽吸機構3 2A。第2成形機3 2亦具有並排 在皮帶3 0之寬度方向的多數之噴嘴’從這些噴嘴中噴出 由彈性伸縮性之熱可塑性合成樹脂所構成之第2熔融吹製 連續纖維4 0,在第1波浪4 1之上方一邊描繪著不規則 曲線一邊堆積而形成第2波浪4 2。堆積且重疊之第2連 續纖維4 0彼此互相熔解黏合,爲了於第2波浪4 2往皮 帶3 0之行走方向,最好是比其之行走方向和與其之行走 方向垂直之方向上形成具有彈性伸縮性之薄片,可選擇第 2成形機3 2之噴出條件。如此之第2纖維4 0爲’具有 比第1連續纖維3 5還高之延伸率者。 重疊之第1 、2波浪4 1 、4 2爲,經過軋紋滾筒 3 4與軋紋滾筒3 4之間者,其在做爲這些波浪4 1、 4 2之行走方向的較長之方向和與該較長之方向垂直之寬 度方向之中,至少往較長之方向間歇性地加熱加Μ瓦相熔 解黏合,以形成第1複合波浪4 3。 L._____ 本紙張尺度適用中國困家標準(CNS>A4规格<210 X 297公釐) ~ ' 請 先 閱 讀 背 面 之 注 意事 項 !裝 訂 線 46553 Λ7 ____B7 五、發明說明( 第1複合波浪4 3爲,經過延仲用之第]_、2 、3 ί哀 fei36 、37、38者。雖然第1 、3滾筒36 、38之 轉動速度相同’但比弟2滾筒3 7之轉動速度還慢。第1 滚筒3 6和第2滾筒3 7之轉動速度差爲,將第1複合波 浪4 3於1 〇〜6 0”C ’最好是於接近室溫之1 5〜 4 0 y C設定延伸至所要倍率者。延伸後之第1複合波浪 4 3爲’在第2滾筒3 7和第3滾筒3 8之間彈性地收縮 至原來的長度以形成第2複合波浪4 4。 於第1複合波浪4 3之延伸,在以軋紋滾筒3 4熔解 黏合之部位與部位之間,第1連續纖維3 5在其延伸率以 內的範圍進行延伸’往其長度方向塑性變形而伸長尺寸, 使徑變細。由第2連續纖維4 0所構成之第2波浪4 2, 於熔解黏合後之部位與部位之間在第2連續纖維4 0之彈 性界限內彈性地伸長。於如此之延伸過程,.除了以軋紋滾 筒3 4熔解黏合之部位外,形成第1波浪4 1之第1連續 纖維3 5們之間大體上沒有熔解黏合或機械性的扭捻交織 ,又最好大體上亦避免該第1連續纖維3 5和第2波浪 4 2之溶融黏合。第1複合波浪4 3之最好延伸倍率爲, 5 0 〜3 0 0 %。 第2複合波浪4 4被捲繞 '之後被裁切成適宜的尺寸 而成爲複合薄片1 =於第2複合波浪4 4中之第1波浪 4 1和第2波浪4 2,成爲第1圖之複合薄片1的上層2 和下府3。於第2複合波浪4 4中以軋紋滾筒3 4熔解黏 合之部位,成爲複合薄片1之接合部4 - (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁j W;裝 訂. 線. 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中困國家標準(CNS)A4规格<210 X 297公釐) -10- 446553 A7 B7 玉、發明說明(8) 請 先 閱 讀 背 面 之 注 意 事 項 再 填、 寫 本 頁 於該少驟中,所謂第1連給纖維35以實質性地未延 伸之狀態被噴出之事是指•該第1連續纖維3 5,因大體 上簡直完全未延伸地被噴出在皮帶3 0之上,故在之後的 步驟爲於10〜6 0"C ,最好是於接近室溫之15〜 4 ◦ ” C中邊塑性變形邊被延伸之狀態。第1連續纖維3 ί 爲,其若是未延伸線則在接近室溫之溫度可容易地延伸。 但是,若用已延伸線替代未延伸線時至少使用具有7 0 % 之延伸率者亦能實施該發明。 硬濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 如此狀況下所得到之第2複合波浪4 4,即使用複合 薄片1做爲拋棄式穿著物品時,即使於第2波浪4 2中含 有橡膠材質之材料,只要使用第1波浪4 1直接觸及肌膚 ,也就不會因橡膠材質之材料對肌膚特有之不滑順而刺激 到肌膚。由於第1連續纖維3 5是伸長後而徑變細的關係 ,比剛剛被噴出之連續纖維3 5還柔軟,爲觸感良好之物 。第2複合波浪44之第1連續纖維3 5 ,除了接合部4 外若亦無藉由軋紋加工對連續纖維3 5彼此進行熔解黏合 的話,也沒和第2波浪4 2融解黏合時,其延伸第2複合 波浪4 4時之初期之力’較其僅延伸第2波浪4 2本身之 力爲弱即足夠。如此,第2複合波浪4 4,其雖然爲由上 下2層所構成者’但其亦構成伸縮容易且柔軟之薄片。若 爲圖例之步驟時,於第2複合波浪4 4中第1 、2波浪 4 1 、4 2之各別坪量爲’剛剛從各成形機3 1 ' 3 2噴 出時之坪量。又,第1 、2波浪4 1 、4 2 ,因各別邰罡 纖維集合體,故之後所得到得笫2複合波浪4 4 一般而甚 11 - 本紙張尺度適用中困困家橾準(CNS>A4規格(210 X 297公a > 446553 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(9) 爲通氣性良好者。 該發明於實施時,可對第2圖之步驟做各式各樣的變 化。例如,第2波浪4 2,可比第1波浪4 1先供給予皮 帶3 0。第1、2波浪4 1、4 2之接合,亦可替代軋紋 滾筒3 4採用針刺法或高壓柱狀水流處理等手段。此外, 於第2成形機3 2之下游側設置第3成形機,以該成形機 所噴出之非伸縮性的第3溶融吹製纖維於第2波浪4 2上 形成和第1波浪4 1相同之第3波浪,亦可製造由第1、 2波浪4 1、42和第3波浪構成之3層構造之複合薄片 1。第1波浪4 1和第3波浪爲相同者亦可行,亦或是樹 脂之種類或纖度、顏色等之外觀不同者亦可行。 第3圖爲|表示和該發明之實施樣態的一例第2圖同 樣之步驟圖。於該例中,由熱可塑性合成橡膠構成之具有 往皮帶3 0方向彈性伸縮性之薄膜5 2做爲第2波浪4 2 從圖之左方供給出來,由第1連續纖維3 5構成之第1波 浪41被供給於該薄膜52上。第1、2波浪41、42 爲,和第2圖同樣地經過軋紋滾筒3 4和軋紋滾筒3 4之 間間歇性地熔解黏合而形成第1複合波4 3,加上在第1 〜3滾筒36、37、38被延伸後收縮而形成第2複合 波4 4。如此於採取薄膜5 2形態之第2波浪4 2上熔解 黏合第1波浪4 1而形成第1圖之接合部時,因第1波浪 4 1形成於第1連續纖維3 5,故縱然其熔解黏合部4之 各個的面桢,例如縮小爲0 0 3〜1 m m ΰ左右程度,成 者是各個的面Μ總合縮小爲第2複合波浪4 4之表面桢的 I_ 本紙張尺度適用+國困家標準(CNS)A4规格(210 *297公釐〉 -12 -
