M432082 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關於一種導光膜片結構,特別是指-種 發光鍵盤之單層式導光膜片結構。 【先前技術】 按目前筆記型電腦由於具有便於隨身攜帶及處理文 =料和即時通訊之功能,故而廣受市場業者及使用者之 月疋及㈣,而目前部份筆記型電腦鍵盤係採用薄型觸控 鍵盤結構’有關筆記型電腦鍵盤其主要係於字鍵之鍵帽與 j板間組裝連結有-架橋式支撐結構,而該等習知筆記型 電腦之薄型架橋式鍵盤結構具有體積超薄、重量輕巧及操 作精確之優點;經查,本國相關專利前案中,申請人公司研 發並申請獲准有:發光鍵盤之導光板及背光模組(本國專 利證書號數:M306689號)專利案,該專利案主要係於導 光板上凸設有卡合構造以利於直接組裝架橋元件,然其並 無對各別按鍵及LED光源間距作加強導光之設計,故使得 距離LED光源較遠之按鍵則顯得透光亮度明顯不足;繼而, 有關習知發光鍵盤係利用三層式導光板架構以作為鍵盤之 背光元件,即其係於一導光板之下方黏貼有一反射片纤 Χ增加向上反射之光量,而於該導光板之上方則係黏貼有 一柵格狀之遮光片(ΡΕΤ)以阻隔並導引投射光線,惟於實務 上,該下層反射片及上層遮光片之結構除了增加整體導光 板之厚度及成本外,且其在組裝時需要將三層遮光片、導 3 M432082 光板及反射片逐對準疋位並膠合成一體,其明顯增加習 知導光板組裝上的困難度,實有加以改良之必要; 有鑑於此,本案創作人遂以其多年從事電腦鍵盤之製 每及叹4貫務經驗,而積極研究改良,並經多次實物樣品 製作及測試,進而具體改良習知電腦鍵盤之導光板的上述 缺點’終致完成本創作。 【新型内容】 i 賴作絲供—種導光膜片結構,其欲解決之主要問 •題係針利知三層式導妹㈣較為㈣及多層厚度的 缺點;其欲解決之次要問題係針對習知導光鍵盤距離光源 較遠之按鍵係顯得透光亮度不足的缺點,而本創作即針對 習知發光鍵盤之導光板的問題點,而加以研發改良突 俾達到大幅簡化其導光結構及增進其鍵盤之透光效果; 本創作係一種發光鍵盤之導光膜片結構,其係將一 導光膜片組裝於一鍵盤之底面位置,纟中於該導光膜片之 #底面係印刷塗覆有一反射層,於該導光膜片之頂面係印刷 塗覆有-柵格狀之遮光層,且於該導光膜片上之適處係陣 .列佈設有複數個環凹穴構造,其中該遮光層對應於鍵盤字 鍵之適處係具有穿孔構造,俾能有效導引投射光線至字鍵 位置,本創作之單層式導光膜片具有降低厚度及組褒簡易 之效能,進而能具體增進整體發光鍵盤之均勻導光效果。 有關於本創作之構造特徵及實際功效,兹舉一較=之實 4 M432082 施例並佐以圖式”細說明如后,期使審查Μ能深入瞭解 本創作。 【實施方式】 請參閱圖1至圖3之本創作較佳施例所示,本創作係 -種發光鍵盤之導光膜片結構,其係'將—導光膜片扣組 裝於一鍵盤10之底面位置;其中, 該導光膜片20係屬於-透明塑性材質之薄膜片,於 •該導光膜片2Q之底面係'印刷塗覆有-反射層21’俾能集 春t增加反射光線之向上投射光量,於該導光膜片2〇之頂 面係印刷塗覆有-概呈栅格狀之遮光層22,且其對應於 子鍵位置係具有穿孔221構造,俾能有效遮光阻隔並導引 技射光線至其上端之字鍵,繼而,於該導光膜片Μ上對 應於字鍵位置係分別陣列佈設有複數個不同深淺度之環 凹穴201,而該複數個陣列狀之環凹穴2〇1係分別具有不 同之涑淺度及佈設密度,俾能因應其與發光源之不同距離 • 以適度地調整產生出相同的垂直反射光亮度,即由於當該 -複數個環凹穴201距離發光源較遠之狀況時,而該較遠之 複數個環凹穴201則係因應設計成具有較深之外環周面 以增加其向上垂直反射光亮度,同理,依光線亮度與光源 距離之關係,則各該環凹穴2〇1之深淺度係因應其與光源 距離而由淺至深之比例遞增,俾能調整達到使各個按鍵具 有均勻之垂直反射光亮度,俾具體增進整體鍵盤之均勻導 5 M432082 光效果;至於,該導光膜片2〇上之環凹穴2〇1導光構造 亦可以由印刷塗覆複數個油墨反光點構造替代之,其同樣 可以藉由陣列佈設複數個油墨反光點構造以達到增進其 導光效果者。 該鍵盤10係包括:數個架橋丨丨、數個透光鍵帽12、數個 透光彈性7L件14、一透光薄膜電路板15及一按鍵框板16 ; 其中,該透光鍵帽12係一概呈方形之透光按壓元件,於該 . 鍵帽12底面成型有二對稱之樞接槽121及二導滑槽122,而 鲁於其令央位置則成型有一按壓部125,且該二摇接槽121 及一導μ槽122係對應枢接於該架橋11頂緣之樞軸111及 二滑軸112,而該架橋π底緣之二滑軸113及樞軸U4則係 對應樞接在該按鍵框板丨6上之二導滑槽丨63及承接槽丨 内,而該透光之彈性元件14係頂掣於該透光鍵帽12底面之 按壓部125,其中該複數個彈性元件14係對應固設於一墊 片1 3上,而於該墊片13上係穿設有複數個透孔131,俾使該 • 墊片13得以组設於該按鍵框板16之頂面,且該彈性元件14 係對應位設於該透光薄膜電路板15及該按鍵框板16之透 孔161頂面,故而該彈性元件14内之按壓柱141係可向下按 壓觸動導通該薄膜電路板15,而該按鍵框板16之透孔i6i 則係具有導光作用; 該薄膜電路板15係一透光薄膜板上形成有若干電路 以控制按鍵輸入訊號,於該薄膜電路板15對應該透光鍵 6 M432082 帽12之中心點位置係分別形成有—電路之斷路畔⑸ 且於各該電路之斷路點151二端係分別形成有對岸之導 觸端,於該薄膜電路板15底面端緣適當位置係電性連結 有數個發光二極體LED153光源,俾提供鍵盤之導光效^ 者》 >月匕 有關本創作之主要構造特徵及實際使用效能,則謹作 扼要說明如下:本創作的單層式導光膜片2〇係組装於一 發光鍵盤H)之底面,其主要係於該導光膜片2〇之頂面印 _刷塗覆有-概呈柵格狀之遮光層22,且於該導光膜片加 之底面係印刷塗覆有-反射層2卜俾能集中反射光線之 投射光量,本創作之單層式導光膜片2〇則具有降低厚度 及組裝簡易之效能,且其亦能藉由該導光膜片2〇上陣列 佈設之複數個不同深淺度之環凹穴2〇丨或印刷塗覆之油 墨反光點構造,俾能因應其與發光二極體LEDi53光源之 不同距離以適度地調整產生出相同的垂直反射光亮度’進 • 而能具體增進整體鍵盤之均勻導光效果者。 綜上所述,本創作係於發光鍵盤内組裝有一導光膜 片,且其係屬於一單層式導光膜片構造,俾達到降低整體 鍵盤厚度及增進其組裝和導光效果,是以,本創作確實具 有創新性和進步性,實已符合我國專利法有關新型專利之 申請要件的規定,爰乃依法提起專利申請。 7 M432082 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1 ··係本創作發光鍵盤之導光結構的立體分解 顯示一導光膜片組裝於一鍵盤上。刀 圖2··係圖1發光鍵盤之導光結構的局部放大 圖,其係顯示單一按鍵之組裝構造。 圖3.係圖1之導光膜片構造的剖面示意_ ° • 【主要元件符號說明】 10 :鍵盤 11 :架橋 111 ·彳區轴 112 :滑軸 113 :滑軸 114 :樞車由 12 .透光鍵帽 121 :樞接槽 籲122 :導滑槽 125 :按壓部 "13 :墊片 131 :透孔 14 :彈性元件 141 :按壓杈 15 :薄膜電路板. 151 :斷路點 M432082 ---- aV λΡ 4- 新型專利說明書 (本說明書格式.順序,請勿任意更動,※記號部分請勿填寫) ※申請案號:θ q2qv3^ ※申請曰:胤2.
