M432054 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係關於一種眼鏡夾,尤指一種吸附式眼鏡夾。 【先前技術】 國人配戴眼鏡的人口數不斷攀升’且其配戴眼鏡的年 -齡層逐年下降’又部分配戴眼鏡的人常常不是只有使用一 Φ 種類型的眼鏡,如近視眼鏡、墨鏡或老花眼鏡等,故出門 在外經常會帶多款不同功能的眼鏡,以視需求使用。 又近年來國人對於生活品質要求愈來愈高,故會常常 安排外出旅遊,然出門在外,經常會搭乘交通工具,如火 車、公車或汽車等,且多數人於搭乘交通工具時,會將眼 鏡取下並藉機閉目養神或休息,此時眼鏡會擺放於眼鏡盒 並置於包包内、直接將眼鏡放置於口袋内或直接置於窗邊 若任一平台處。 ^外出旅遊時’其包包的攜帶物通常會盡可能地減 夕’故通常會刻意選擇不攜帶眼鏡盒或是採取共用一個眼 鏡農的方式以減少體積’因此當旅遊過程中,經常性地配 戴於眼睛則的眼鏡取^下杜a —、丄 &取下時會無法置於眼鏡盒中,僅能放置 於口袋中或置於平台處。 前述使用者將目民# $ & 良鏡置於口袋中時,極易因不小心而壓 壞損毀,又置於平a未η士 t ’極易因無固定而造成隨意滑動, 進而掉落地面而損耖 、足鑑於上述問題,如何於攜帶便利之 下,且可使眼鏡暫時面〜a、τ f 口疋於平台處,實有必要提出一解決 方案。 【新型内容】 〜有鑑於前述現有技術的缺點,本創作主要目的係提供 種吸附式眼鏡夾,可使眼鏡暫時固定於一平面處,如^ 來即可使眼鏡免於無法固定而意外損毀。 為達成上述目的所採取的技術手段係令前述便利夾 含有: 一炎體,其上依序形成有一開口區、一夾止區及一 置區; 一吸盤,具有一結合部,用以與前述夾體連接; 依照上述構造所構成的便利夾,其主要係以眼鏡上的 特定部位(例如中樑、鏡架)由夹體的開口區滑入,經由夾止 區至容置區後,藉由夾止區恢復原狀,將眼鏡的特定部位 限制在容置區内,再由吸盤吸附在任一平面上,即可在適 當場合利用便利夾達到暫時固定眼鏡的目的。由於前述夾 體僅須夾住眼鏡上一狹小扁平部位,故其體積可遠比眼鏡 。為】了免於彳占據過多的體積’如此一來即可攜帶方便, 並在任何可供吸盤吸附的場所達到暫時固定眼鏡的目的。 【實施方式】 關於本創作之一實施例,請參閱圖1,該便利夾包含有 一夹體10’該夹體10係與一吸盤20 一體成形連接,其中: 該夾體10由側邊視之係概呈r形狀,其由下而上依序 料οζυΜ 4 形成有-開口區13、一夾止區”及一容置區12,亦即該 夾止區11係介於容置區12及開口區13之間,又前述夾體 ^具有一較小寬度,可供夾持於一眼鏡上的特定部位,所 "月的特疋部位尤指眼鏡上狹小扁平的部位例如介於兩鏡 框之間的中樑、鏡框鄰近鏡腳延伸形成的鏡架(如圖2所 不)’於本實施例中,將前述鏡架經由夾體】〇的開口區,3 滑入至容置區12,同時藉由失止區彳彳恢復原狀以夾住該等 邛位,可將眼鏡固定其上,並保持眼鏡平穩而不晃動。 該吸盤20外侧係具有一結合部21,係用以與前述夾體 10連接,相對地内側係可與任一平面固定,如窗戶、桌子 或任一可藉由吸盤20固定的平面。 上述吸盤20請參閱圖3所示,其係藉由吸附於任一平 面上時,透過擠壓可使位於内部的空氣排出,進而使吸盤 2〇固疋於平面上’因此連帶與結合部21相連接的夾體’〇 得以固定。 依上述構造所構成的便利夾,藉由夾體1〇的夾止區U 將眼鏡的鏡架固定後’並透過該吸盤2〇固定於一平面上, 如此一來即可將眼鏡暫時固定,其中,因便利夾.僅由夾體 1 0與吸盤2 0所構成,且其夾體】〇係匹配眼鏡的狹小扁平 部位’故其體積遠較一般眼鏡盒為小,因此可達到縮減體 積且此方便攜帶的目的,並可免於如現有技術中將眼鏡置 於平面時,無法固定而掉落地面使得眼鏡損毁的缺點。 關於本創作之另一使用方式,請參閱圖4,本創作的夾 體1 〇係將眼鏡的中樑經由開口區1 3置於容置區彳2,並由 該失止區1 1限止固定,如此一來,利用前述便利夾可方便 M432054 地固定目前坊間常見的各種眼鏡,使能應用地更為廣泛 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1 :係為本創作之一立體圖。 圖2 :係為本創作之一使用狀態示意圖。 圖3 :係為本創作之使用狀態剖面圖。 圖4 :係為本創作之另一使用狀態示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 1 夾止區 13開口區 21結合部 10夾體 12夾置區 20吸盤
