M431939 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 一種淋浴間拉門之改良結構,尤指一種組裝方便、不易故 障,且可節省施工成本之淋浴間拉門之改良結構。 【先前技術】 按;一般之淋浴間的拉門結構,通常係於門框的上、下方 分別設有滑軌,並於玻璃門的上、下緣分別設有滑輪或滑槽, 藉由滑輪或滑槽沿滑執的移動,以構成拉門之啟閉。該等習知 之拉門結構不但組裝較為麻煩,且由於長時間使用後,常造成 滑輪或滑槽與滑轨的偏差,使得拉門的啟閉不順,甚至卡住無 法動作,殊不理想。申請人有鑑於此,乃秉持從事該項業務多 年之經驗,經不斷研究、實驗,遂萌生改良一種淋浴間拉門之 改良結構,祈使淋浴間拉門之組裝及使用更為方便。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,即在提供一種淋浴間拉門之改良結 構,使淋浴間拉門之組裝更為方便,使用不易故障,且可節省 施工成本。 前述之淋浴間拉門之改良結構,係包含供固定於牆面之滑 軌桿,以及置於該滑軌桿,可沿滑執桿移動之複數個夾持件。 其中,該滑軌桿的兩端係分別設有套筒,以供鎖合設於牆面之 固定件,該等夾持件係設有一片體,於片體上緣設有第一及第 二滑輪,下緣則設有複數之鎖合件,使玻璃拉門鎖固於該鎖合 件後,將第一及第二滑輪掛置於滑執桿,藉由滑輪沿滑執桿之 滑動,構成玻璃拉門之啟閉,從而使淋浴間之拉門的組裝更為 方便,且不易故障。 3 M431939 前述之淋浴間拉門之改良結構,其中該滑執桿之適當位置 係設有止擋件,使玻璃拉門於拉動時,藉由止擋件對夾持件之 止擋,以防止玻璃拉門拉動過頭。 【實施方式】 凊同時參閱第一圖及第二圖,係為本創作之立體分解圖及 夾持件立體圖。如圖所示,本創作係包含供固定於牆面之滑軌 桿1,以及置於該滑執桿1,可沿滑軌桿1移動之複數個夾持 件2。其中,該滑轨桿1的兩端係分別設有套筒1 1,以供鎖 • 合設於牆面之固定件(如螺栓等固定件),滑轨桿1的適當位 置,係設有複數個呈片狀之夾固體i 2,以及止擋件丄3 ; 該等夹持件2,係設有一片體2 1,於片體2 1的上緣設 有上、下排列概呈凹弧狀之第一滑輪2 2,以及較小徑之第二 滑輪2 3 ’下緣則設有複數之鎖合件2 4 ; 藉由前述構件的組合,該滑軌桿1之夾.固體1 2係供夾持 固定玻璃門3,且將玻璃拉門4鎖固於夾持件2之鎖合件2 4 後,將夾持件2之第一及第二滑輪2 2、2 3掛置於滑軌桿1 (使滑軌桿1置於第一及第二滑輪2 2、2 3之間),以構成淋 • 浴間°俾藉由第一、第二滑輪2 2、2 3沿滑執桿1之滑動, 構成玻璃拉門4之啟閉,從而使淋浴間之拉門的組裝更為方 便,且不易故障。 請同時參閱第三圖及第四圖,係為本創作之淋浴間拉門組 裝元成立體圖及俯視圖。如圖所示,本創作於組裝後,其中之 固疋玻璃門3係藉由滑軌桿1之夾固體1 2,以及側邊之固定 件5夾持固定。該玻璃拉門4則於鎖固夾持件2之鎖合件2 4 後’將夾持件2之第一及第二滑輪2 2、2 3掛置於滑執桿1, 如此’第一、第二滑輪22、23因夾置於滑軌桿1,使第一、 第二滑輪2 2、2 3得以沿滑軌桿1滑動,進而構成玻璃拉門 4 M431939 4之啟閉。 請同時參閱第五圖及第六圖,係為本創作之淋浴間拉門側 視圖及動作實施例圖。如圖所示,本創作於組裝後,該玻璃拉 門4係被夾持件2所鎖合固定,且藉由第一、第二滑輪2 2、 2 3夾置於滑軌桿1,使玻璃拉門4得以左、右的水平移動。 如本實施例,當玻璃拉門4向左拉動時,其係隱沒於固定玻璃 門3的後方’以構成開啟之狀態,且於開啟時藉由止擋件丄3 對夾持件2之止擋,以防止玻璃拉門4拉動過頭而損壞故障β 而整個拉門之動作,係藉由吊掛狀之夾持件2沿滑軌桿1所達 φ 成,較之傳統以軌道式之玻璃拉門,其滑移之動作更為順暢, 且不會輕易因長期使用造成偏差而導致拉動不順。又由於該第 、第一滑輪2 2、2 3係呈凹弧狀,故而其凹弧面可確實的 夾置貼於滑軌桿1,於滑移過程中不會偏斜或脫落,確保產品 之最佳品質。 請參閱第七圖,係為本創作之另一實施例立體圖。如圖所 示,本創作除了前述之雙門設計外,係可設為兩片固定玻璃門 3及兩片玻璃拉門4,並增加了夾固體1 2及止檔件丄3以及 夾持件2。同樣的,藉由夾持件2之第一、第二滑輪2 2、2 3夾置於滑軌桿1,使玻鴻拉門4得以左、右的水平移動。如 擊本^例,當兩玻璃拉門4分別向左、右拉動時,其係隱沒於 固疋玻璃門3的後方,以構成開啟之狀態,且於開啟時藉由止 f件1 3對央持件2之止擒,以防止玻璃拉門4拉動過頭而損 ,,障、。而整個拉門之動作,係藉由吊掛狀之夾持件2沿滑軌 、干所達成,使滑移之動作更為順暢,且不會輕易因長期使用 造成偏差而導致拉動不順。 前述各實施例,僅為說明本創作之較佳實施方式,而非限 2本創作之|&圍,凡㈣些微修飾、變更,仍不失本創作之要 義所在,亦不脫本創作之精神範疇。 斤述本創作以供固定於膽面之滑執桿,配合夾置於 1V14J1939 ς軌^鎖固玻璃拉門之夾持件,構成淋浴間拉Π之改良结 2組裝更為方便、使用不易故障,且可節省施 出專=祈=誠f-俱新賴性之創作,爱依法提 ° 局予以審查,早曰賜准專利,至感德便。 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖係本創作之立體分解圖。 第一圖係本創作之夾持件立體圖。 第三圖係本創作之淋浴間拉門組裝完成立體圖。 • 第四圖係本創作之淋浴間拉門組裝完成俯視圖。 第五圖係本創作之淋浴間拉門組裝完成側視圖。 第六圖係本創作之動作實施例圖。 第七圖係本創作之另一實施例立體圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 1 ·套筒 13·止播件 2 1 ·片體 2 3 ·第二滑輪 3·固定玻璃門 5 ·固定件 1 ·滑執桿 12·夾固體 2 ·夾持件

- M431939 六、申請專利範圍: 1 ·一種淋浴間拉門之改良結構,包含: 滑轨桿,其兩端係分別設有套筒,以供鎖合設於牆面之固 定件,其適當位置係設有複數個呈片狀之夾固體,以供夾持固 定玻璃門; 複數之夾持件,係設有一片體,於片體的上緣設有上、下 排列之第一滑輪,以及較小徑之第二滑輪,下緣則設有複數之 鎖合件,使玻璃拉門鎖固於夾持件之鎖合件後,將夾持件之第 一及第二滑輪掛置於滑軌桿,俾藉由第一滑輪及第二滑輪沿滑 執桿之滑動,構成玻璃拉門之啟閉。 2 ·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之淋浴間拉門之改良結 構,其中,該滑轨桿之適當為位置係設有止擋件,使玻璃拉門 於拉動時,藉由止擋件對夾持件之止擋,以防止玻璃拉門拉動 過頭。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之淋浴間拉門之改良結 構,其中,該夾持件之第一滑輪及第二滑輪係呈凹弧狀,以利 夾置於滑軌桿沿滑軌桿移動。
