Abstract

An amino resin composition for cleaning mold which in a small tablet form removes stains stains on the surface of the mold at the molding of a hardening resin molding material; which is characterized in that: based on 100 parts by weight of the amino resin composition for cleaning mold, the composition comprises 0.1~1.5 parts by weight of a metallic soap, and 0.1~1.5 parts by weight of nonmetallic fatty amide-based lubricant; the total amount of the metallic soap and the nonmetallic fatty amide-based lubricant is less than 1.5 parts by weight; furthermore, the metallic soap is calcium stearate, zinc stearate, or zinc myristate; the nonmetallic fatty amide-based lubricant is a fatty acid bis-amido having a hardening speed, T90 value, of 220~420 s when measured with a curing meter at a mold surface temperature of 145℃; and the amino resin composition for cleaning mold is in a small tablet configuration.
