Abstract

A process of producing decorative plates with 3-D pattern on the surface, which comprises the following steps: (a) preparing an arbitrary emplacement plate (such as triple plate) capable of housing the working plate on which desired pattern is to be formed, coating a layer of adhesive on the emplacement plate, laminating a layer of pad with appropriate buffer property (for example, paper with appropriate thickness) on the emplacement plate with the adhesive in between; (b) preparing a wooden decoration plate (can also be a triple plate) with appropriate thickness above the emplacement plate to emphasize pre-designed pattern, coating a layer of adhesive on the emplacement plate, laminating a layer of pad with appropriate buffer property (for example, paper with appropriate thickness) on the decoration plate with the adhesive in between; (c) printing marks on the emplacement plate for the purpose of laminating the decorative plate, coating a layer of adhesive on the pad layer of decorative plate and laminating the decorative plate on the emplacement plate by pressing the adhesive layer on the marked place; (d) imposing pre-designed pattern on the surface layer of the emplacement plate and the decorative plate by embroidery means to show 3-D image; (e) coating a layer of adhesive on the pad layer of the emplacement plate so as to laminate the composite on the furniture; (f) spraying a layer of resin solvent on the surface of the composite laminated on the furniture so as to fill the unevenness caused by the pattern on the decorative plate; (g) spraying another layer of resin solvent on the surface of the composite laminated on the furniture; (h) polishing the surface of the composite coated with resin solvent; (i) spraying a layer of glossy lacquer on the polished surface of the composite.
