Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vein-embossment decorative board with high qualitative stability and a conduit groove embossment of resemblance to real natural wood and at a low cost. SOLUTION: This vein-embossment decorative board is composed of a synthetic resin layer of at least, one layer with a total thickness of 50-700μm formed on a base. In addition, a conduit groove is formed on the surface of the synthetic resin layer using an embossment die with a reversed conduit aperture shape of the surface of a natural wood formed on the surface of the die or an embossment die with a similar conduit groove shape formed on the surface of the die. The conduit groove provided on the surface of the decorative board is reproduced to the degree of about 10-80% of the depth of the conduit groove, from the top level, of the surface of a natural wood.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, there is known an embossed decorative plate that imitates or faithfully reproduces the shape of a conduit groove on a wood surface, which has been reviewed as a substitute for natural wood, which is becoming difficult to obtain due to exhaustion. In particular, in the field of polyester decorative boards using unsaturated polyester resins, many products and attempts have been made so far due to the difference in the embossing method, but when roughly classified, (a) from natural wood manuscripts,
An embossing type (film type) that faithfully molds the uneven shape of the surface such as conduit grooves using a curable resin with good mold release
Or (b) using an embossing roll obtained by electroforming such as (b), or (c)
A natural wood manuscript made of a thermoplastic film or the like, or an embossed die (film form) formed by inverting and casting from a mother die by a hot press or a high frequency press, or (d) It is widely known that an arbitrary plate obtained by making a plate based on a positive or negative manuscript of the natural wood conduit part and using an embossed type (film form) of a raised printing method by gravure printing or silk screen printing is widely known. Has been.
Among the above-mentioned four kinds of giving methods, (a),
With regard to (b) and (c), it is possible to realistically reproduce the shape of the conduit groove of natural wood due to its technical characteristics.

However, in order to reproduce this realistic conduit groove shape, the thickness of the emboss-forming resin layer of the decorative plate tends to be large, and any synthetic resin widely used at present should be used. However, it is an undeniable fact that, when the decorative plate is cut, the resin layer is cracked or chipped, and the secondary processability is lowered, and the cost is increased due to an increase in the amount of resin used. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of these problems, and an object thereof is to provide a wood grain embossed decorative board having a more stable, inexpensive, and realistic embossment of a conduit groove of natural wood. Especially.

By using the base film (11) and the emboss-shaped resin layer (10), the shape of the opening of the conduit on the surface of natural wood is cast and inverted. At this time, as a feature of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the embossed resin layer (1
It is not necessary to reproduce the conduit depth of 0) 100% of the natural wood conduit depth, and if it is reproduced to about 10-80% from the surface side of the natural wood surface conduit depth, a design-satisfactory appearance is obtained. Therefore, even if the thickness of the synthetic resin layer (6) is about 50 to 700 μm, a design effect very similar to the shape of the conduit groove on the surface of natural wood and a significant saving of the resin layer are possible. For example, FIG. 3 (a) is an embossed type in which the surface of a natural wood is inverted / cast to reproduce almost 100% of its conduit groove, and FIG. 3 (b) is obtained by inverting / casting the surface of a natural wood. The depth of the embossed conduit is adjusted to about 50% of that of natural wood. Figure 3 (c) shows the embossed conduit depth obtained by inverting and casting the surface of natural wood. It was adjusted to about 10%. The design effect (similarity to natural wood) of the embossed decorative board that is rolled and hardened using these three types of embossing dies.
Shows no significant difference in any of FIGS. 3 (a), (b), and (c). However, the thickness of the resin layer (6) required at this time is as shown in FIG. 3 (a)>(b)> (c), and in the case of FIGS. 3 (b) and 3 (c), its designability is secured. The resin layer (6) can be largely saved as it is.

The wood grain embossed decorative board according to the present invention, when the wood grain emboss is formed by using an embossed type in which the opening shape of the conduit portion on the surface of natural wood is formed by inversion, or an embossed type having a similar conduit groove shape, By adjusting the obtained embossing type to about 10-80% from the surface of the groove depth of the natural wood surface, a transparent or translucent resin for embossing is formed without impairing the realistic expression of the wood grain conduit. It is possible to reduce the total layer thickness to 50-700 μm.

EXAMPLES Examples will be described in detail below. First, as a base material for the wood grain embossed decorative board, a size of 920 mm × 18
Using a plywood having a thickness of 30 mm and a thickness of 2.5 mm, a vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive was applied to one surface of this substrate with a natural coater at an application amount of 80 g / m 2 wet to form an adhesive layer. Further, a decorative sheet having a grain pattern previously printed by gravure printing on a base paper having a basis weight of 60 g / m 2 is laid on the adhesive layer, and 100 ° C. × 60 se
Under the condition of c, it is adhered and cured by hot pressing, and a decorative sheet is attached to the above base material. Next, 1.5 parts of Permec (manufactured by NOF CORPORATION) as a catalyst was added and stirred to the unsaturated polyester resin (Epolak, manufactured by Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd.) on the upper side of the decorative sheet. The product was immediately applied with an appropriate application amount, an embossing die prepared separately was superposed on this, and rolled with a rubber roll. At this time, as the embossing mold to be used, a vinylon film having a thickness of 25 μm is used for the base film, and a polyvinyl alcohol resin is used for the emboss-forming resin layer,
The embossed manuscript uses North American white oak wood grain, the surface shape is inverted and cast, (a) the conduit groove is reproduced almost 100%, (b) the conduit depth is that of the embossed manuscript. On the other hand, two types were prepared, which were adjusted to about 50%. In this way, the unsaturated polyester resin is cured and dried, the embossing mold is removed from the mold, and the surface of the embossed decorative plate obtained has a wiping colored layer and urethane on the flat surface around the conduit groove. A top coat layer was provided with a resin to obtain a wood grain embossed decorative board.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The wood grain embossing board according to the present invention forms a wood grain emboss by using an embossing type in which the opening shape of the conduit portion on the surface of natural wood is formed in reverse, or an embossing type having a conduit groove shape similar to this. In doing so, the obtained embossed mold is applied to the natural wood surface from the surface side of the groove depth of the conduit for 10 to 80
%, It is possible to reduce the thickness of the transparent or translucent resin layer that is embossed without impairing the realistic expression of the wood grain conduit, giving embossing to the wood grain embossed decorative board. Resin layer thickness of 50 to 70
It became possible to reduce to 0 μm.
