Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention particularly relates to a thin wooden veneer and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a method for forming a composite layer of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin in which small pieces of wood are dispersed on one surface of a metal substrate. Laminated, in a wooden decorative board provided with a coating film of an unsaturated polyester resin thereon, by disposing a fiber base material impregnated with a synthetic resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin on the other surface of the metal substrate, Before the formation of the coating film made of the unsaturated polyester resin, the metal substrate is warped so that the composite layer side is convex, and the buffing operation is easily performed so that the coating film side made of the unsaturated polyester resin does not warp. It was done.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when an unsaturated polyester resin paint is applied and cured, the volume shrinkage accompanying the curing is large, and the shrinking force causes the plate 2 to move as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. In addition, the unsaturated polyester resin coating surface 2a side is warped concavely, and it becomes difficult to polish the buff 1 with the flat polishing surface.

In order to prevent the unsaturated polyester resin coating surface from warping concavely, even a highly rigid plate using a hard substrate requires a thickness of 12 mm or more, and a thin thickness of 1 to 4 mm. , The board cured by applying unsaturated polyester resin,
Since the surface of the unsaturated polyester resin coating surface warps concavely, buffing cannot be performed efficiently, resulting in high cost.

In addition, a method for producing a wooden decorative board is a method in which a metal substrate is placed on a fiber base material impregnated with an uncured synthetic resin, and small pieces of wood are dispersed on a reinforcing fiber base material impregnated with the uncured synthetic resin on the metal substrate. After the substrate is placed and heated and pressurized to cure the resin to obtain an integrated product, an unsaturated polyester resin paint is applied on the composite base material of the integrated product.

[Operation] The shrinking force of the fiber-reinforced synthetic resin layer and the shrinking force of the unsaturated polyester resin coating cancel each other out, so that the coating film side does not warp after the unsaturated polyester resin coating is formed. By adjusting the resin impregnation amount and the thickness of the fiber-reinforced synthetic resin layer, the coating film surface side can be slightly warped to be convex, and buff polishing or the like can be easily performed.
