Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to mass-produce a product of such high quality as is equivalent to that of a lacquer ware, by bonding a paper impregnated with thermosetting resin onto the surface of a base material and providing a coating layer of lacquer thereonto. CONSTITUTION:A paper 2 impregnated with thermosetting resin and, a lacquer transfer material 3 are sequentially laminated and thermally pressed onto the surface of a sheet-like base material 1. Then, a separating film 32 of the transfer material is peeled off. The base material 1 is provided with a coating layer 31 of lacquer. Moreover, the base material is preferable to be woody material, so that natural wood-like patterns can be formed on a decorative material. Various kinds of plastic films, papers, metallic foils and inorganic boards may be used for the base material. The impregnated paper is obtained by impregnating and drying a paper with various kinds of thermosetting resin. The lacquer transfer material is such that is provided with a lacquer coating layer formed of natural lacquer produced in Korea or Southeast Asia, etc. or the natural lacquer with an extending agent added in a permissible range.

2. Description of the Related Art Various decorative materials are used to make the surfaces of houses beautiful, such as wall materials and furniture. Most of the most luxurious furniture is coated with natural lacquer, and furniture made with commonly used decorative materials is inevitably inferior in comparison. The only way to apply lacquer is by hand, one by one, by a craftsman.
When handling natural lacquer, it is necessary to take measures to prevent lacquer rash.
Only experienced people can produce good products. Therefore, it was proposed to form a lacquer layer using transfer technology (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 61-10497M>. Separately, the applicant has proposed a veneer sheet (actual) in which a natural lacquer coating is provided on the surface of a veneer material. (Gan No. 62-102557) was prepared.
I suggested that you stick it on and use it. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] One object of the present invention is to provide lacquer decorative materials with various textures by expanding the base material other than veneer. Another object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method that does not require handling natural lacquer when manufacturing lacquer decorative materials. (Means for Solving the Problems) The lacquer decorative material of the present invention has a base material (1
), a thermosetting resin-impregnated paper (2) is pasted on the surface, and a lacquer coating layer (31) is provided thereon. If the base material is a thin sheet, a suitable backing material may be attached to the back surface thereof using an adhesive. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the method for manufacturing a lacquer decorative material of the present invention includes a base material, and a sheet-like base material (
1) The thermosetting resin-impregnated paper (2) and the lacquer transfer material (3) are successively superimposed and thermocompressed on the surface of the paper (1), and then the release film (32) of the transfer material is peeled off. The base material is preferably a wood-based material, especially a sheet-like wood-based material, which allows a natural wood grain pattern to be formed on the decorative material. It may be made of veneer material or plywood. 8 scale plastic film, paper, metal foil, and even #M-free board can also be used. Thermosetting resin-impregnated paper is made by adding melanin resin to the paper. Preferred is overlay paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin such as unsaturated polyester resin, diallyl phthalate resin, or phenolic resin and dried, and used in the production of thermosetting resin decorative laminates. Use a base sheet with a lacquer coating layer made of natural lacquer from Japan, China, Korea, or Southeast Asia, or with a filler added within the allowable range. . Lacquer is made to the extent that it takes advantage of the characteristics of the base material.
Must be transparent. The backing material may be a nonwoven fabric or cloth as in the past, and its selection, adhesive used, and bonding method may follow known techniques.

[For production] Beneath the deep layer is a hardened layer of thermosetting resin. The hardened thermosetting resin of the impregnated paper is transparent or semi-transparent, and the above-mentioned transparent deep layer and the surface of the substrate can be seen through this layer, giving it a deep and, of course, high-class appearance. In this way, a product is obtained with a raw lacquer coating that is comparable to traditional, direct-applied products. Since the method for manufacturing decorative lacquer materials of the present invention uses a lacquer transfer material, there is no need to handle natural lacquer itself not only when manufacturing decorative wall materials and furniture, but also when manufacturing decorative materials. 【Example】

According to the steps shown in Figures 1 and 2, the melamine resin-impregnated overlay paper (made by Daifuku Paper Co., Ltd.) and lacquer transfer material (transparent black lacquer, 30μ, made by Kuzuyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.) are used.
Layer them in order, place a mirror plate on them, and heat them to 130℃ and 10'J/a.
i. Hot-pressure lamination was carried out for 10 minutes, and the release film of the transfer material was peeled off.

The decorative material of the present invention has a wood grain pattern, a luxurious color and gloss unique to lacquer, which are unique to each base material, so if this decorative material is used for furniture etc., it can be used as a lacquer-coated product. You can get something comparable. Furthermore, as mentioned above, natural lacquer itself is not handled in the production of decorative materials, so there is no need to worry about lacquer rash, and skilled technicians are not required. As mentioned above, since a single lacquer coating is sufficient, costs can be reduced. In this way, it is possible to mass-produce products of high quality ν1 equivalent to lacquer-coated products and provide them to consumers at low prices.
