Description
本發明關於一種乙烯環己烯的二醛的製備方法。
US 2009/0171125 A1描述一種環烯烴的氫甲醯化方法。在該文獻中,使用Rh觸媒。
本發明的目的係提供一種新穎氫甲醯化方法。與先前技術已知的方法相比,本文的方法提供增加的產率。
該目的係藉由根據請求項1之方法實現。
一種方法,其包含以下方法步驟:
a) 首先進料乙烯環己烯;

實驗說明
將乙烯環己烯轉化成二醛 將10 mmol的4-乙烯環己-1-烯、10 ml的無水甲苯(absolute toluene)、0.5 mol% PtI
2、2.2當量的xantphos (
1)(基於Pt)置於氬氣下之Parr Instruments的25 ml鋼製高壓釜中。將高壓釜與合成氣體(CO/H
2=1:1)加壓至40 bar,並藉由加熱至120℃和攪拌開始反應。此反應在40 bar/120℃下進行3.5小時。然後冷卻高壓釜,釋放壓力並採集GC樣品。
在一比較實施例中,添加Rh(acac)(CO)

將 二醛轉化成二醇 將30 mmol的二醛異構混合物(isomeric mixture)、25 ml的無水甲苯、176 mg的「Shvo’s觸媒」(CAS 104439-77-2)在氬氣下轉移至100 ml Parr壓力高壓釜中。將高壓釜與氫氣加壓至50 bar,且反應在攪拌下在100℃下進行1小時,並在110℃下再攪拌30分鐘。然後停止反應(冷卻高壓釜並釋放壓力)。將反應溶液轉移至Schlenk瓶。形成兩相,分離下層相並在真空中除去甲苯。此得到二醇(
