Abstract
本發明提供一種氯化苄烷銨之長期穩定性或對物品之附著性良好之消毒劑組合物。
本發明係關於一種消毒劑組合物,其含有以下之成分(A)~(D),且pH值為6.0~7.0:
(A)氯化苄烷銨 0.06質量%以上0.2質量%以下;
(B)對羥苯甲酸酯類 0.005質量%以上0.2質量%以下;
(C)乙醇 5質量%以上30質量%以下;及
(D)pH緩衝劑 0.3 mM以上且未達10 mM。
Description
本發明係關於一種可對各種消毒對象賦予長期消毒效果之消毒劑組合物。
人們對生活環境、企業之工作環境、飲食店環境、商店環境等之衛生意識有所提高,並且不僅對人之手指,對門把手、書桌、椅子、各種工具及器具類、桌子、餐具、眼鏡、行動電話、廚房、居室、衛生間、浴室、盥洗室、車內、纖維製品、服裝等之衛生意識亦有所提高。又,亦主要由於新型冠狀病毒、新型流行性感冒之全球流行,人們期望不僅簡便地使細菌或黴菌等真菌類失活,亦簡便地使各種病毒失活,對生活環境中之物品等進行抗菌化、抗病毒化,藉此降低被感染或二次感染之風險。
作為該等物品或人之手指之消毒劑,市場上銷售有許多液狀、噴霧劑、片狀之消毒劑。作為其等之有效成分,使用乙醇、氯化苄烷銨、西吡氯銨、苯氧基乙醇、銀離子、異丙基甲基苯酚、苯甲酸鈉等。
其中,氯化苄烷銨之抗菌效果較高,廣泛用於醫藥品、准藥品中(各種消毒劑及非專利文獻1)。又,氯化苄烷銨亦應用於除臭劑組合物(專利文獻1)或痤瘡治療劑(專利文獻2)中。

[發明所欲解決之問題]
若有效成分未長期穩定地附著於塗佈有消毒劑之物品之表面,則不能穩定地獲得該消毒劑所帶來之效果。
因此,本發明之課題在於提供一種消毒有效成分、尤其是氯化苄烷銨之長期穩定性或對消毒對象之附著性良好之消毒劑組合物。
[解決問題之技術手段]
對此,本發明人於氯化苄烷銨中調配各種成分,對其組合物之對消毒對象之附著性、性狀之長期穩定性進行了研究,發現藉由調配特定量之氯化苄烷銨、對羥苯甲酸酯類、乙醇及pH緩衝劑,並將組合物之pH值調整至6.0~7.0,可獲得組合物之乾燥速度較快、且氯化苄烷銨之長期穩定性或對消毒對象之附著性良好之消毒劑組合物,從而完成本發明。
即,本發明提供以下之發明[1]~[8]。
[1]一種消毒劑組合物,其含有以下之成分(A)~(D),且pH值為6.0~7.0:
(A)氯化苄烷銨 0.06質量%以上0.2質量%以下;
(B)對羥苯甲酸酯類 0.005質量%以上0.2質量%以下;
(C)乙醇 5質量%以上30質量%以下;及
(D)pH緩衝劑 0.3 mM以上且未達10 mM。
[2]如[1]記載之消毒劑組合物,其中對羥苯甲酸酯類為選自對羥基苯甲酸甲酯、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯、對羥基苯甲酸丙酯及對羥基苯甲酸丁酯中之1種或2種以上。
[3]如[1]或[2]記載之消毒劑組合物,其中pH緩衝劑為選自檸檬酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、琥珀酸、富馬酸、馬來酸、三羥甲基胺基甲烷、乳酸、磷酸、硼酸及其等之鹽中之1種或2種以上。
[4]如[1]至[3]中任一項記載之消毒劑組合物,其進而含有(E)苯氧基乙醇。
[5]如[4]記載之消毒劑組合物,其中(E)苯氧基乙醇之含量為0.01質量%以上1質量%以下。
[6]如[1]至[5]中任一項記載之消毒劑組合物,其係消毒液組合物。
[7]如[1]至[5]中任一項記載之消毒劑組合物,其係物品用消毒劑組合物。
[8]如[1]至[7]中任一項記載之消毒劑組合物,其形態為片材或噴霧劑。
[9]如[1]至[8]中任一項記載之消毒劑組合物,其中pH緩衝劑為檸檬酸或其鹽。
[10]如[1]至[9]中任一項記載之消毒劑組合物,其係含有物品用消毒液之噴霧劑。
[發明之效果]
根據本發明,可提供一種消毒劑組合物,其中氯化苄烷銨之長期穩定性良好,於作為消毒對象之物品(以下,亦稱為物品等)上之乾燥速度較快,且對該物品之附著性優異,能夠長期維持對物品等之消毒效果。
本發明之消毒劑組合物含有特定量之(A)氯化苄烷銨、(B)對羥苯甲酸酯類、(C)乙醇、及(D)pH緩衝劑。
已知成分(A)氯化苄烷銨對真菌、革蘭氏陽性菌、革蘭氏陰性菌發揮殺菌效果,其作用機理為使細菌之細胞膜表面之蛋白質改性而使其失去活性,該作用起到殺菌、消毒效果。
又,亦已知氯化苄烷銨藉由作用於病毒之膜而實現無毒化(厚生勞動省主頁)。氯化苄烷銨之消毒作用係基於此種抗菌作用、抗病毒作用,本發明之消毒作用包括抗菌作用、除菌作用、抗病毒作用、除病毒作用。
就消毒作用、對物品等之附著性、長期穩定性之觀點而言,本發明消毒劑組合物中之成分(A)之含量較佳為0.06質量%以上0.2質量%以下。又,成分(A)之含量更佳為0.08質量%以上0.2質量%以下,進而較佳為0.1質量%以上0.2質量%以下。
成分(B)對羥苯甲酸酯類通常作為防腐劑使用,於本發明中,不僅有助於組合物之長期穩定性,而且尤其有助於提昇氯化苄烷銨對物品等之附著性。基於該氯化苄烷銨對物品等之附著性之提昇效果而言,各種防腐劑中,對羥苯甲酸酯類尤其優異。
作為對羥苯甲酸酯類,可例舉對羥基苯甲酸甲酯(Methylparaben)、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯(Ethylparaben)、對羥基苯甲酸丙酯(Propylparaben)及對羥基苯甲酸丁酯(Butylparaben),可使用選自其等中之1種或2種以上。
就消毒作用、對物品等之附著性提昇、長期穩定性之觀點而言,本發明消毒劑組合物中之成分(B)之含量較佳為0.005質量%以上0.2質量%以下。又,成分(B)之含量更佳為0.01質量%以上0.2質量%以下,進而較佳為0.05質量%以上0.2質量%以下。
就對物品等之附著性提昇效果優異之觀點而言,本發明之消毒劑組合物中之成分(A)與成分(B)之質量比(A/B)較佳為0.5以上20以下,更佳為0.5以上10以下,進而較佳為0.5以上5以下,進而更佳為0.5以上4以下。
成分(C)乙醇不僅作為成分(A)及成分(B)之溶劑發揮功能,亦具有組合物之長期穩定性、以及在組合物塗佈於物品等上後迅速地揮散而使成分(A)及成分(B)以附著於物品等之表面上之狀態殘存之功能。
就消毒作用、對物品等之附著性提昇、物品表面不會發生改性、及乾燥速度、組合物之長期穩定性、刺激性之觀點而言,本發明消毒劑組合物中之成分(C)之含量較佳為5質量%以上30質量%以下。若成分(C)之含量超過30質量%,則組合物之快乾性得到提昇,但存在作為消毒對象之物品之表面發生改性之情況。又,成分(C)之含量更佳為5質量%以上25質量%以下,進而較佳為5質量%以上20質量%以下。
成分(D)pH緩衝劑不僅發揮調節組合物之pH值之功能,亦有助於組合物之長期穩定性及成分(A)之附著性之提昇。
作為成分(D)之pH緩衝劑,具體而言,可例舉選自檸檬酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、琥珀酸、富馬酸、馬來酸、三羥甲基胺基甲烷、乳酸、磷酸、硼酸及其等之鹽中之1種或2種以上。就成分(A)之附著性之提昇效果之方面而言,較佳為選自檸檬酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、琥珀酸、富馬酸、乳酸及其等之鹽中之1種或2種以上,更佳為選自檸檬酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、乳酸及其鹽中之1種或2種以上,進而較佳為選自檸檬酸及其鹽中之1種或2種以上。其中,作為鹽,較佳為鹼金屬鹽,更佳為鈉鹽。
就組合物之長期穩定性及成分(A)之附著性之提昇之觀點而言,本發明消毒劑組合物中之成分(D)之含量較佳為0.3 mM以上且未達10 mM。又,成分(D)之含量更佳為0.5 mM以上且未達10 mM,更佳為1 mM以上且未達10 mM,進而更佳為2 mM以上且未達10 mM。
就組合物之長期穩定性及成分(A)之附著性之提昇之觀點而言,本發明之消毒劑組合物之pH值較佳為6.0~7.0。更佳之pH值為6.0~6.8,進而較佳之pH值為超過6.0且為6.8以下。pH值之調整較佳為利用上述成分(D)進行。
本發明之消毒劑組合物中,除上述成分以外,亦可含有西吡氯銨、苯氧基乙醇、銀離子、異丙基甲基苯酚、苯甲酸鈉等防腐、殺菌成分。就維持殺菌消毒作用、確保組合物之長期穩定性、確保成分(A)之附著性之提昇效果之觀點而言,較佳為含有該等防腐、殺菌成分中之(E)苯氧基乙醇。
就維持上述殺菌消毒作用、確保組合物之長期穩定性、確保成分(A)之附著性之提昇效果之觀點而言,本發明消毒劑組合物中之(E)苯氧基乙醇之含量較佳為0.01質量%以上1質量%,更佳為0.1質量%以上1質量%,進而較佳為0.3質量%以上1質量%。
本發明之消毒劑組合物中,除上述成分以外,亦可含有水、薄荷腦等清涼劑、及綠茶萃取物、柿單寧等植物萃取物等。
又,就成分(A)對物品等之附著性之觀點而言,較佳為實質上不含甘油、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、戊二醇、山梨糖醇等多元醇、羧基乙烯基聚合物等陰離子性高分子、矽酮、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氫化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯異鯨蠟基醚、聚氧乙烯山萮醚、N-椰子油脂肪酸醯基-L-精胺酸乙酯-DL-吡咯啶酮羧酸鹽等界面活性劑。就成分(A)對物品等之附著性之觀點而言,尤佳為實質上不含界面活性劑。此處,所謂實質上不含,意指含量未達0.1質量%或未含有。
關於本發明之消毒劑組合物,基於均勻液體狀會發揮本發明之效果之方面、以及藉由利用噴霧器噴霧至物品等並快速地乾燥而使組合物有效地殘留之方面而言,較佳為無黏性之液狀。
本發明之消毒劑組合物由於如上所述含有作為消毒成分之氯化苄烷銨,長期穩定,且對物品等之附著性優異,故而可用作各種物品之消毒劑。此處,如上所述,消毒作用包括抗菌作用、除菌作用、抗病毒作用、除病毒作用。
物品只要為除人體以外之有必要進行消毒之物品即可,例如為生活環境、企業之工作環境、飲食店環境、商店環境、醫療環境等中存在之物品。具體而言,可例舉:門把手、書桌、椅子、桌子等傢俱類、各種工具及器具類、餐具、眼鏡、行動電話、廚房、居室、衛生間、浴室、盥洗室、車內、纖維製品、服裝、醫療器具、手術器具等。
如上所述,本發明之消毒劑組合物較佳為可塗佈於物品等之形態,例如較佳為浸透有液體狀之組合物之片材、噴霧劑,就可無浪費地使用組合物等便利性而言,更佳為噴霧劑。作為噴霧劑,可為泵式噴霧劑、氣霧劑中之任一種。
藉由使用該等形態之消毒劑組合物,使組合物附著於物品等,而可對該物品進行消毒。
[實施例]
以下,例舉實施例對本發明進一步詳細地進行說明,但本發明並不限定於該等實施例。
實施例1~22及比較例1~18
將表1~表4所記載之成分混合,獲得均勻之液狀組合物。
(1)附著性試驗(氯化苄烷銨對離心管之附著性)
a.準確地量取試樣各2 mL至離心管中,將離心管以直立之開口狀態放置於80℃之恆溫槽內並使其完全乾燥。
b.將5 mL之精製水沿離心管之壁面緩慢地添加至已乾燥之離心管中後,利用振盪機振盪1分鐘。(振盪速度100 rpm)
c.利用振盪機進行振盪後,準確地量取試樣各1 mL至量瓶中,添加精製水,稀釋50倍。
d.對於稀釋50倍而得之產物,使用高效液相層析法(HPLC,High Performance Liquid ChromatograpH值y)進行氯化苄烷銨之定量。
評估標準(氯化苄烷銨之殘存率)
:殘存率為90%以上
○:殘存率為70%以上且未達90%
Δ:殘存率為50%以上且未達70%

(2)穩定性試驗
於剛製造組合物後及冷處(約5℃)保存1週後,藉由目視對外觀(有無析出物)進行評估。

Δ:感覺透明度略有下降,但幾乎無法辨別出變化
×:觀察到析出物
(3)對噴霧後之物品表面之影響
向黑色之樹脂版表面噴霧0.75 mL之液狀組合物,觀察樹脂版表面是否析出成分之結晶等。
(4)噴霧至物品表面之液狀組合物之乾燥速度
將0.1 mL之液狀組合物噴霧至磨砂狀之樹脂版(7.5 cm×14 cm)表面,以不會形成積液之方式塗開後,放置於25℃之恆溫槽內,目視確認乾燥狀態,評估表面之乾燥速度。
藉由該方法,將於5分鐘以內乾燥之情形評估為快,將至乾燥為止超過5分鐘之情形評估為慢。
(5)抗菌試驗
將1 mL之試驗試樣滴加至聚乙烯板上並使其乾燥,於其上放置0.4 mL之菌液(黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus),約400,000個/mL),進行5分鐘之接觸。同時,於未加工之聚乙烯板上放置0.4 mL之菌液。於培養基上培養各菌液,測定菌減少率。

評估結果示於表1~表4中。
自表1~表4可知,含有(A)氯化苄烷銨0.06質量%以上0.2質量%以下、(B)對羥苯甲酸酯類0.005質量%以上0.2質量%以下、(C)乙醇5質量%以上30質量%以下、及(D)pH緩衝劑0.3 mM以上且未達10 mM,並且pH值為6.0~7.0的消毒劑組合物之長期穩定性優異,且對物品表面之附著性優異。

Claims (10)
- 一種消毒劑組合物,其含有以下之成分(A)~(D),且pH值為6.0~7.0: (A)氯化苄烷銨 0.06質量%以上0.2質量%以下; (B)對羥苯甲酸酯類 0.005質量%以上0.2質量%以下; (C)乙醇 5質量%以上30質量%以下;及 (D)pH緩衝劑 0.3 mM以上且未達10 mM。
- 如請求項1之消毒劑組合物,其中對羥苯甲酸酯類為選自對羥基苯甲酸甲酯、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯、對羥基苯甲酸丙酯及對羥基苯甲酸丁酯中之1種或2種以上。
- 如請求項1之消毒劑組合物,其中pH緩衝劑為選自檸檬酸、蘋果酸、酒石酸、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、琥珀酸、富馬酸、馬來酸、三羥甲基胺基甲烷、乳酸、磷酸、硼酸及其等之鹽中之1種或2種以上。
- 如請求項1之消毒劑組合物,其進而含有(E)苯氧基乙醇。
- 如請求項4之消毒劑組合物,其中(E)苯氧基乙醇之含量為0.01質量%以上1質量%以下。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之消毒劑組合物,其係消毒液組合物。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之消毒劑組合物,其係物品用消毒劑組合物。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之消毒劑組合物,其形態為片材或噴霧劑。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之消毒劑組合物,其中pH緩衝劑為檸檬酸或其鹽。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之消毒劑組合物,其係含有物品用消毒液之噴霧劑。
