In the era of rapid technological development, display devices have gradually become an indispensable part of life. Generally speaking, in the light-emitting diode display, the pins of the light-emitting diodes are assembled and soldered to the printed circuit board (PCB) through surface-mount technology (Surface-mount technology, SMT). However, at present, since the LED lamp grains and the IC chips are respectively disposed on two opposite surfaces of the printed circuit board, if one side is damaged, the other side cannot be used. Furthermore, the bending characteristic thickness of printed circuit boards is mostly 2 mm, and the production cost of double-sided printed circuit boards is relatively high, and there are gaps between the LED lamp grains of current LED light boards.

In addition, the current design of the LED display cannot solve the problem that the LED or the pads on the printed circuit board fall off and be damaged when the LED display is hit. When the light-emitting diode display screen encounters a collision, it can only be maintained passively by disassembling the printed circuit board and the light-emitting diode, or the damaged printed circuit board is scrapped.

In other words, the lighting module 120 shown in FIG. 3A of this embodiment is specifically designed as a common anode circuit. In another embodiment, please refer to FIG. 3B , the first end R1 of each light emitting element LE is specifically an N-type electrode, and the second end R2 of each light emitting element LE is specifically a P-type electrode. That is to say, the lighting module 120A is specifically designed as a common cathode circuit, which still belongs to the protection scope of the present invention.

Furthermore, please refer to FIG. 1B and FIG. 2A again. In each light-emitting unit, the common pole of the first end R1 of each light-emitting element LE and the second end R2 of each light-emitting element LE are respectively connected in parallel. It is electrically connected to one of the side contacts SC among the side contacts SC. For example, as shown in FIG. 2A , the first end R1 of the red light emitting diode R, the first end R1 of the green light emitting diode G and the first end R1 of the blue light emitting diode B of the first light emitting unit 121 The common pole of terminal R1 is electrically connected to the side contact SC on the left side of the first light-emitting unit 121 in parallel, and the second terminal R2 of the red light-emitting diode R and the second terminal R2 of the green light-emitting diode G are connected in parallel. The terminal R2 and the second terminal R2 of the blue light-emitting diode B are electrically connected in parallel to the other three side contacts SC on the top side of the first light-emitting unit 121 . Similarly, the first end R1 of the red light emitting diode R, the first end R1 of the green light emitting diode G and the blue light emitting diode of the second light emitting unit 122, the third light emitting unit 123 and the fourth light emitting unit 124 The common pole of the first end R1 of the body B, the second end R2 of the red light-emitting diode R, the second end R2 of the green light-emitting diode G, and the second end R2 of the blue light-emitting diode B are all the same way is electrically connected to the side contact SC. Here, it should be noted that, as shown in FIG. 1B , adjacent light-emitting modules 120 are connected to each other via side contacts SC to blind holes 126 , and the corresponding two side contacts SC All are electrically connected in parallel to the common poles of the first end R1 of the red light-emitting diode R, the first end R1 of the green light-emitting diode G, and the first end R1 of the blue light-emitting diode B, respectively. , one of the second end R2 of the red light-emitting diode R, the second end R2 of the green light-emitting diode G, and the second end R2 of the blue light-emitting diode B. For example, the left side contact SC of the upper light emitting module 120 in FIG. 1B and the corresponding right side contact SC of the upper left light emitting module 120 in FIG. 1B are both electrically connected in parallel. To the common pole of the first end R1 of the red light-emitting diode R, the first end R1 of the green light-emitting diode G, and the first end R1 of the blue light-emitting diode B of the light-emitting unit where it is located.

Please refer to FIG. 1B and FIG. 2A at the same time. In this embodiment, each light emitting module 120 has sixteen side contacts SC, and the first light emitting unit 121, the second light emitting unit 122, the third light emitting unit 123 and Each of the fourth light emitting units 124 corresponds to four side contacts SC. The multi-layer boards 125 of adjacent light emitting modules 120 are spliced together, so that the blind holes 126 of adjacent light emitting modules 120 are arranged correspondingly. As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B, the light-emitting module 120 located on the first surface S1 of the multilayer board 125 is a complete rectangle, and the second surface S2 of the multilayer board 125 has the design of the blind hole 126, so it looks There are notches, but no contact pads. The shape of the blind holes 126 is embodied as a semicircle, and the blind holes 126 of adjacent light emitting modules 120 may form a circle due to splicing, but not limited thereto. In particular, adjacent light emitting modules 120 are connected to each other through the conductive material 140 filled in the blind holes 126 . Here, the conductive material 140 is, for example, tin or copper. The conductive material 140 can be melted by heating, and can be electrically connected to the side contacts SC of the light emitting module 120 . Adjacent lighting modules 120 can be electrically connected to each other.

More specifically, please refer to FIG. 1C and FIG. 2A at the same time. The display device 100 further includes a plurality of pins 150 disposed in some of the blind holes 126 , and the conductive material 140 covers the pins 150 . In adjacent light emitting modules 120 , the first end R1 or the second end R2 of each light emitting element LE emitting light of the same color is electrically connected to each other through the blind hole 126 provided with the pin 150 . As shown in FIG. 1C , the spliced blind holes 126 are connected with solidified conductive materials 140 , which can also be called nodes, and are used to fix the light emitting modules 120 together. Among them, at least a part of the nodes will be connected with the wiring inside the light emitting module 120, and inserting pins 150 at these nodes can form a contact point between the light emitting modules 120 (that is, a signal input port, and the flexible circuit board and The signal port is connected), so that the side electrical connection between the light emitting modules 120 can be achieved. On the other hand, the spliced light-emitting module 120 and the driving substrate 110 are also electrically connected through the pins 150 .
