Abstract
本發明之課題在於提供一種於感染症或花粉症之預防中具有特別顯著之效果之口罩。
本發明之口罩具有:本體部(2),其具有透氣性且覆蓋穿戴者之臉之至少一部分;及固定部(3),其將本體部(2)相對於穿戴者之臉固定;進而,本體部(2)具有放射線產生層,該放射線產生層將與空氣中所含之水分子反應而生成羥基自由基等之放射線向周圍放射。而且,藉由自放射線產生層放射出之放射線而生成之羥基自由基、以及自羥基自由基進一步生成之過氧化氫會使周圍之病毒、細菌等失活。
Description
本發明係關於一種口罩。
流行性感冒等呼吸系統感染症係由於病毒及細菌等侵入呼吸道而產生。因此,為了防止上述病毒及細菌等侵入呼吸道,以及為了防止因咳嗽或噴嚏等而產生之飛沫等之擴散,推薦穿戴口罩。又,近年來,亦使用口罩作為花粉及PM2.5之對策。
於此,口罩包括:本體部,其具有透氣性且覆蓋穿戴者之臉之至少一部分(主要係鼻及口);及固定部,其將本體部相對於穿戴者之臉固定。先前之口罩中,於本體部一般使用不織布或織布。而且,一面藉由不織布或織布之透氣性確保穿戴者之呼吸,一面藉由作為過濾器之功能捕集以花粉及PM2.5為代表之粒子狀物質、飛沫病毒、細菌等(例如日本專利特開2014-198165號公報)。藉此,防止該等侵入呼吸道及向周邊飛散。

[發明所欲解決之問題]
然而,於上述專利文獻1所記載之口罩中,於本體部中能夠捕集粒子狀物質、飛沫病毒、細菌等(以下,統稱為病毒等),但捕集之病毒等殘存有活性。其結果,一旦捕集於本體部之病毒等借某種機會向周圍飛散,則有進入周圍之人或口罩穿戴者之呼吸道而引起感染症及花粉症等症狀之虞。
本發明係為了消除上述先前之問題點而成立者,其目的在於提供一種口罩,該口罩藉由於本體部具備產生微弱之放射線之層,而使於本體部捕集之病毒等及周圍之病毒等失活,並且於感染症或花粉症之預防中具有特別顯著之效果。
[解決問題之技術手段]
為了達成上述目的,本發明之口罩之特徵在於具有:本體部,其具有透氣性且覆蓋穿戴者之臉之至少一部分;及固定部,其與上述本體部結合,將上述本體部相對於穿戴者之臉固定;且上述本體部具有放射線產生層,該放射線產生層向周圍產生與空氣中所含之水分子反應而生成羥基自由基之放射線。
又,本發明之口罩之特徵在於:上述放射線產生層係至少於一面塗佈有向周圍產生上述放射線之放射線產生物質之不織布。
又,本發明之口罩之特徵在於:上述放射線產生層係混練有向周圍產生上述放射線之放射線產生物質之不織布。
又,本發明之口罩之特徵在於:上述不織布包含聚丙烯。
又,本發明之口罩之特徵在於:上述本體部具有積層有上述放射線產生層、及與上述放射線產生層不同體之不織布之積層構造。
[發明效果]
根據具有上述構成之本發明之口罩,藉由向本體部之周圍產生之微弱之放射線,周邊之空氣中之水分子被離子化或激發而生成羥基自由基,進而亦可自羥基自由基生成過氧化氫。繼而,所生成之羥基自由基及過氧化氫能夠使於本體部捕集之、或位於本體部之周圍之病毒、細菌等失活。尤其,能夠使如下細菌及病毒失活,即,作為細菌,可列舉黃色葡萄球菌、綠膿菌、沙氏桿菌、大腸桿菌(O-157)、莫拉氏菌;作為病毒,可列舉流行性感冒病毒(例如,A型流行性感冒病毒、禽流感病毒)等具有包膜之病毒。
進而,自本體部產生之微弱之放射線藉由所謂之刺激效應,具有使穿戴者之免疫系統穩定並提高免疫功能之效果。其結果,提高對花粉症或感染症等之抵抗力,藉由與上述病毒等之失活組合而可期待於花粉症或感染症等中之極大之效果。
另一方面,自本體部產生之微弱之放射線亦具有減少氨氣、乙酸氣體、三甲胺氣體、異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體等成為惡臭之原因之各種成分之效果。因此,於滯留在有惡臭之空間之情形時能夠緩解口罩穿戴者之不適感。又,亦可防止穿戴者自身從口內發出之惡臭之成分污染口罩。
以下,針對本發明之口罩,基於具體化之一實施形態,一面參照圖式一面詳細地進行說明。尤其,於以下之說明中,針對將本發明之口罩應用於衛生口罩(面罩)之例進行說明。但本發明並非僅應用於衛生口罩,亦可應用於醫用口罩或防塵口罩。
首先,使用圖1對本實施形態之口罩1之概略構成進行說明。圖1係本實施形態之口罩1之外觀圖。
如圖1所示,本實施形態之口罩1具備:本體部2,其覆蓋穿戴者之臉之一部分、更具體而言係鼻及口;及固定部3,其用以將本體部2相對於穿戴者之臉固定。
本體部2使用不織布、織布等具有透氣性之素材,即使於使本體部2密接於穿戴者之臉之狀態下,亦能夠確保穿戴者之呼吸。另一方面,該等不織布及織布亦具有作為過濾器之功能,捕集以花粉及PM2.5為代表之粒子狀物質、飛沫病毒、細菌等。再者,本體部2為提高上述捕集功能及耐久性,較佳為設為多層構造。尤其,於本實施形態中,針對多層構造中之至少一層,如下所述設為向周圍產生微弱之放射線(或電磁波)之放射線產生層。但本體部2之多層構造並非為必需,亦可設為僅放射線產生層之單層構造。
又,圖1所示之口罩1係於橫向上對本體部2施加了褶加工之褶加工型口罩,但褶加工並非為必需,又亦可為依照穿戴者之臉之形狀製成立體形狀之立體成形型口罩。
另一方面,固定部3於本體部2之左右邊緣部與本體部2結合。固定部3係繩狀之構件,於本體部2之左右邊緣部將上端與下端環狀連接。例如可使用具有伸縮性之橡皮繩及彈性不織布等。繼而,藉由將固定部3戴在穿戴者之左右耳而將口罩1配戴於穿戴者之臉。
接下來,針對口罩1之本體部2之構造更詳細地進行說明。圖2係將本實施形態之口罩1之本體部2於上下方向切斷時之剖視圖。
如圖2所示,於本實施形態之口罩1中,本體部2具有4層構造。包括穿戴者穿戴時成為最外側之第1層10、位於第1層10之內側之第2層11、位於第2層之更內側之第3層12、位於最內側(即,與穿戴者之臉接觸之層)之第4層13。繼而,藉由熔接各層之周緣部而構成本體部2。但層之數量可適當變更,亦可設為3層以下或5層以上。
於本實施形態中,針對上述第1層10、第2層11、第3層12、第4層13中特別是第2層11,設為向周圍產生微弱之放射線之放射線產生層。繼而,剩餘之第1層10、第3層12、第4層13無特別限定,可使用包含天然纖維、合成纖維、該等之混合纖維之任意之不織布或織布。作為天然纖維,可為棉、麻等植物纖維,毛、絲等動物纖維中之任一種。另一方面,作為合成纖維,可列舉聚醯胺系、聚酯系、聚烯烴系、聚丙烯腈系、聚胺酯系纖維等,但聚烯烴系、聚酯系纖維較佳。尤其於本實施形態中,設為包含聚丙烯纖維之不織布。再者,尤其針對位於內部之第3層12,較佳為使用與其他層相比最大孔徑較小之具有高性能之過濾器功能之不織布。例如,針對第3層12之不織布,設為於VFE、BFE、PFE、花粉捕集之各試驗中具有99%以上之遮斷率(捕集效率)之不織布。再者,針對花粉捕集試驗之試驗方法及條件,設為下述之圖6所揭示之條件及方法。
另一方面,作為放射線產生層之第2層11設為至少於一面塗佈有放射線產生物質之不織布、或混練有放射線產生物質之不織布。放射線產生物質係指向周圍產生微弱之放射線之物質,多數稀土元素礦石系成為對象。例如,有氧化釷。繼而,將氧化釷與包含放射遠紅外線之鋯、氧化鋯、氧化鋁、矽等之陶瓷粉碎混合,並將粉碎至非常微細之直徑(例如0.8 μm以下)之粉碎混合物混合於黏合劑後塗佈於不織布,藉此,製造第2層11。或者,於不織布之原料中混練上述粉碎混合物後,自該原料製造不織布,藉此,製造第2層11。
再者,作為第2層11所使用之不織布,可列舉聚醯胺系、聚酯系、聚烯烴系、聚丙烯腈系、聚胺酯系纖維等。聚烯烴系、聚酯系纖維較佳。就與其他層熔接之必要性而言,較佳為設為與其他層相同之種類。尤其於本實施形態中,設為包含熔接各層時能夠於低溫(160℃左右)下進行之聚丙烯纖維之不織布。又,放射線產生層亦可非不織布,而係設為於織布塗佈有放射線產生物質者。又,針對第2層11所使用之不織布,為了即便於塗佈有放射線產生物質之狀態下亦確保充分之透氣性,較佳為使用較普通之口罩所使用之不織布更薄之不織布。具體而言,單位面積重量設為20 g/m2
以下,更佳為設為17 g/m2
以下。又,塗佈有放射線產生物質之狀態之單位面積重量設為32 g/m2
以下,更佳為設為27 g/m2

接下來,使用圖3對具有上述放射線產生層之口罩1之作用效果進行說明。圖3係對本實施形態之口罩1之作用效果進行說明之圖。
如圖3所示,於本體部2中,當以花粉或PM2.5為代表之粒子狀物質、飛沫病毒、細菌等(以下,將該等統稱為捕集對象物20)自外側與外部氣體一同進入時,於第1層10~第4層13中之任一者將捕集對象物20捕集。尤其,針對第3層12,由於如上所述般具有較高之過濾器功能,故更確實地將捕集對象物20捕集。
於此,作為放射線產生層之第2層11向周圍產生微弱之放射線。繼而,所產生之放射線之能量被周邊之空氣中之水分子吸收,水分子被離子化及激發。其結果,如以下之式(1)、(2)所示般產生水分子之離子(H2

由於對第2層11之周圍1 m~2 m以內具有上述失活之效果,故能夠確實地使於第1層10~第4層13捕集之捕集對象物20失活。再者,圖3示出捕集對象物20自外側向穿戴者側與外部氣體一同侵入之情形之例,但相反地,於因穿戴者之咳嗽或噴嚏而捕集對象物20自穿戴者側向外側侵入之情形時,亦能夠期待同樣之效果。
進而,自作為放射線產生層之第2層11產生之微弱之放射線藉由所謂之刺激效應,亦具有使穿戴者之免疫系統穩定而提高免疫功能之效果。其結果,提高對花粉症或感染症等之抵抗力,藉由與上述捕集對象物20之失活組合而可期待於花粉症或感染症等中之極大之效果。
另一方面,自水分子生成之羥基自由基如下述之式(7)所示,亦具有除臭效果。

進而,除氨氣以外,還具有減少乙酸氣體、三甲胺氣體、異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體等成為惡臭之原因之各種成分之效果。因此,於滯留在有惡臭之空間之情形時能夠減輕口罩1之穿戴者之不適感。又,亦可防止穿戴者自身從口內發出之惡臭之成分污染口罩1。
[實施例]
以下,針對本發明之實施例,一面與比較例進行比較,一面進行說明。
(實施例)
藉由將第1層10設為紡黏不織布(20 g/m2
)、將第2層11設為對聚丙烯纖維之不織布(17 g/m2
)塗佈有10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質之不織布、將第3層12設為熔噴不織布(22 g/m2
)、將第4層13設為紡黏不織布(20 g/m2
),並將各層之周緣部熔接,而製造口罩1。繼而,對所製造之口罩1進行以下之各試驗。
(對粒子狀物質之捕集效果試驗)
使具有0.1 μm之粒徑之真球狀聚苯乙烯系標準粒子以28.3 L/min之流量自第1層10層側進入至本體部2。詳細之試驗方法如圖4所示。而且,將真球狀聚苯乙烯系標準粒子之捕集結果(捕集效率)示於圖4。
如圖4所示,共進行5次試驗,真球狀聚苯乙烯系標準粒子均顯示出99.4%以上之捕集效率,平均值亦為99.6%。即,實施例之口罩顯示出對粒子狀物質具有極高之捕集效果。
(對細菌及病毒之捕集效果試驗)
進行對細菌之BFE試驗(供試菌:黃色葡萄球菌)及對病毒之VFE試驗(供試病毒:噬菌體,主要細菌:大腸桿菌)。詳細之試驗方法如圖5所示。而且,將各試驗之捕集結果(捕集效率)示於圖5。
如圖5所示,各進行3次(共6次)試驗,於BFE試驗中,顯示出99.0%以上之捕集效率,平均值亦為99.4%。又,於VFE試驗中,顯示出99.2%以上之捕集效率,平均值亦為99.5%。即,實施例之口罩顯示出對細菌及病毒具有極高之捕集效果。
(對花粉之捕集效果試驗)
使作為花粉之代替粒子之石松子以28.3 L/min之流量自第1層10層側進入本體部2。詳細之試驗方法如圖6所示。繼而,將花粉之代替粒子之捕集結果(捕集效率)示於圖6。
如圖6所示,共進行3次試驗,花粉之代替粒子均顯示出99.4%以上之捕集效率,平均值亦為99.8%。即,實施例之口罩顯示出對花粉具有極高之捕集效果。
(對A型流行性感冒病毒之失活試驗)
再者,於以下之試驗中,作為實施例,使用能夠用作口罩之第2層11之“對聚丙烯纖維之不織布(17 g/m2
)塗佈有10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質之不織布”,作為比較例,使用“100%棉之織布”。對實施例及比較例接種作為試驗病毒液之A型流行性感冒之病毒液。繼而,分別檢測30分鐘後及2小時後之抗病毒活性值。詳細之試驗方法及試驗結果如圖7及圖8所示。再者,將30分鐘後之結果示於圖7,將2小時後之結果示於圖8。
如圖7所示,於30分鐘後檢測出之抗病毒活性值Mv(log(Va)-log(Vc))為0.7。另一方面,如圖8所示,於2小時後檢測出之抗病毒活性值Mv(log(Va)-log(Vc))為3.7。又,圖12中表示根據log(Va)與log(Vc)之值算出之理論上之病毒之數量之減少率。於此,對於抗病毒活性值Mv,一般,若為2.0以上則判定於病毒之失活(病毒之數量之減少)中效果較高,若為3.0以上則判定具有極高之效果。30分鐘後雖與2小時後相比,值較低,但如圖12所示,病毒之數量減少近80%,確實減少。而且,於2小時後,抗病毒活性值Mv顯示出3.7之極高之值,理論上之病毒之減少率為99.98%。即,實施例之口罩顯示出對A型流行性感冒病毒之失活具有極高之效果。
(對細菌之失活試驗1)
對實施例及比較例接種添加了作為試驗菌懸濁液之界面活性劑(Tween80)之黃色葡萄球菌、綠膿菌、大腸桿菌O157。繼而,分別檢測18小時後之抗菌活性值。詳細之試驗方法及試驗結果如圖9所示。
如圖9所示,關於在18小時後檢測出之抗菌活性值,黃色葡萄球菌為5.8,綠膿菌為6.0、大腸桿菌O157為5.0。又,圖12中表示根據生菌數之常用對數值算出之理論上之菌之數量之減少率。於此,對於抗菌活性值,一般,若為2.0以上則判定於菌之失活(菌之數量之減少)中效果較高,若為3.0以上則判定具有極高之效果。於18小時後,抗菌活性值均顯示出5.0以上之極高之值,理論上之菌之減少率均為99%以上。即,實施例之口罩顯示出對上述細菌之失活具有極高之效果。
(對細菌之失活試驗2)
對實施例及比較例接種添加了作為試驗菌懸濁液之界面活性劑(Tween80)之莫拉氏菌、沙氏桿菌。繼而,分別檢測18小時後之抗菌活性值。詳細之試驗方法及試驗結果如圖10及圖11所示。
如圖10及圖11所示,關於在18小時後檢測出之抗菌活性值,莫拉氏菌為6.0,沙氏桿菌為3.3。又,圖12中表示根據生菌數之常用對數值算出之理論上之菌之數量之減少率。於此,對於抗菌活性值,一般,若為2.0以上則判定於菌之失活(菌之數量之減少)中效果較高,若為3.0以上則判定具有極高之效果。於18小時後,抗菌活性值均顯示出3.0以上之極高之值,尤其是莫拉氏菌,理論上之菌之減少率為99.9%以上。沙氏桿菌與莫拉氏菌相比,減少率較低,但減少了60%以上。即,實施例之口罩顯示出對上述細菌之失活具有極高之效果。
(對禽流感病毒之失活試驗)
於以下之試驗中,尤其試驗了對禽流感病毒之失活效果。作為本試驗之實施例1,使用“對單位面積重量為17 g/m2
之不織布塗佈有10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質之不織布”。實施例2使用“對單位面積重量為17 g/m2
之不織布塗佈有15 g/m2
之放射線產生物質之不織布”。實施例3使用“對單位面積重量為50 g/m2
之不織布塗佈有10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質之不織布”。各不織布係能夠構成口罩1之第2層11之構件。又,作為比較例,使用“100%棉之織布(標準布)”。
[使用病毒]
使用禽流感病毒(A/小天鵝/島根/499/83(H5N3))株。
將該病毒接種於10日齡發育雞蛋之尿囊腔內,於35℃下培養2日後,採取尿囊腔液作為病毒液。供於本試驗之病毒液算出50%之發育雞蛋感染力價(EID50
)並用於試驗。又,本病毒株係大槻等人自1983年飛到島根縣之小天鵝之糞便分離之低病原性禽流感病毒,確認藉由以小雞累代繼代而獲得高病原性。
[使用雞蛋]
使SPF有精卵孵卵,於10日齡時供於試驗。
[預備試驗內容]
為了確認於來自不織布之包含SCDLP培養基之沖洗液中不殘存病毒不活化作用,如以下般實施對照試驗。
(1)將實施例1、3及比較例之各不織布及標準布裁剪成1.5 cm見方,分別重疊0.2 g,放入聚乙烯製之帶夾頭之袋中(註:於試驗前未藉由高壓蒸氣滅菌器等對試樣實施殺菌)。
(2)使2 mL之SCDLP培養基滲入各受檢品,自聚乙烯袋之外側充分揉搓,回收擰出之液體作為沖洗液。
(3)於各試驗管分別放入900 μL各沖洗液。
(4)於各試驗管加入100 μL病毒液(107.5
EID50
/0.2 mL),進行於室溫下靜置30分鐘後之混合液之病毒力價之測定,比較各殘存病毒力價。
[預備試驗結果]
將試驗結果示於圖13。作為比較對象,亦示出於室溫下靜置30分鐘後之病毒液之殘存病毒力價。如圖13所示,對於病毒液之殘存病毒力價,獲知各試驗管之殘存病毒力價未大幅降低。即,於任一情況下,於包含SCDLP培養基之沖洗液中,未確認到對禽流感病毒之不活化作用。綜上所述,可確認於本試驗中能夠將SCDLP培養基用作沖洗液。
[本試驗內容]
對實施例1~3及比較例之各不織布及標準布之對禽流感病毒之失活效果進行試驗。
(1)將各不織布及標準布裁剪成1.5 cm見方,分別重疊0.2 g,放入聚乙烯製之帶夾頭之袋中(註:於試驗前未藉由高壓蒸氣滅菌器等對試樣實施殺菌)。
(2)將病毒液以磷酸緩衝生理食鹽水(PBS)進行稀釋,將病毒力價製備成約107.5
EID50
/0.2 mL。
(3)使200 μL病毒液滲入各受檢品,按照慣例於室溫下靜置2小時、1小時、30分鐘及10分鐘之各時間使其反應。
(4)反應後,加入1.8 mL之SCDLP培養基,使反應結束。
(5)自聚乙烯袋之外側充分揉搓,回收擰出之病毒液,進而以PBS進行10倍連續稀釋。
(6)於每一稀釋階段在3個10日齡發育雞蛋尿囊腔內分別接種0.2 mL,於35℃下培養2日。
(7)培養後冷卻一晚後,採集尿囊腔液並使之與0.5%雞紅血球浮游液反應。根據凝聚反應之結果判定有無病毒增殖。殘存病毒力價藉由Reed and Muench之方法算出EID50
。
(8)試驗病毒之殘存病毒力價以如下方式求出:將病毒液於室溫下靜置2小時、1小時、30分鐘及10分鐘之各時間後,以SCDLP培養基稀釋10倍後,以PBS進行10倍連續稀釋。
[本試驗結果]
將試驗結果示於圖14。為確認再現性而於相同條件下進行2次試驗。再者,不織布為撥水性,吸水性欠佳,因此,於反應時滴加病毒液後,充分地揉搓試驗不織布,使病毒液與試驗不織布融合。
實施例1之不織布(對單位面積重量為17 g/m2
之不織布塗佈10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質)於反應2小時之情形時,使殘存病毒力價減少至約10萬分之1以下。又,確認即便於將反應時間縮短為10分鐘、30分鐘及1小時之情形時,亦使殘存病毒力價減少為自約10分之1至100分之1之程度。
又,實施例2之不織布(對單位面積重量為17 g/m2
之不織布塗佈15 g/m2
之放射線產生物質)與實施例1相比,確認即便於將反應時間縮短為30分鐘及1小時之情形時,亦使殘存病毒力價減少至約10萬分之1以下。又,確認即便於將反應時間縮短為10分鐘之情形時,亦使殘存病毒力價減少至約1萬分之1以下。
又,實施例3中使用之不織布(對單位面積重量為50 g/m2
之不織布塗佈10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質)與實施例1、2相比,雖然失活效果較小,但與比較例中使用之標準布(100%棉之織布)相比,可確認到輕微減少效果。
考察以上結果,認為本實施形態之口罩1能夠實現對禽流感病毒之不活化效果。再者,當比較實施例1~3時,認為塗佈於不織布之放射線產生物質與病毒液之接觸容易度對不活化效果有較大影響。即,認為單位面積重量輕之不織布、且放射線產生物質之塗佈密度高之不織布由於放射線產生物質與病毒液容易接觸,故顯示出更高之不活化效果。例如,於單位面積重量為17 g/m2
以下之不織布中,顯示出較高之不活化效果。又,於放射線產生物質之塗佈密度為10 g/m2
以上之不織布中,顯示出較高之不活化效果。但,若放射線產生物質之塗佈密度過高,透氣性會惡化,而降低作為口罩之功能性。具體而言,塗佈有放射線產生物質之狀態之不織布之單位面積重量較佳為設為32 g/m2
以下,更佳為設為27 g/m2
以下。因此,對於不織布之單位面積重量、以及放射線產生物質之塗佈密度,當然要考慮對上述禽流感病毒之不活化效果,但除此以外,還需要考慮其他作為口罩之功能而適當選擇。
於此,禽流感病毒原本係對水鳥及雞等鳥類感染之病毒,對人感染之可能性極低。又,即使感染了人,從人向人感染之可能性亦極低。然而,卻隱藏有因引起基因之突變或基因之雜交而成為適應於人之病毒(即,從人向人感染之病毒)之可能性。該禽流感病毒與其他流行性感冒病毒相比,由於大部分人不具免疫,故而於形成適應於人之病毒(新型流行性感冒病毒)之情形時,有引起感染爆發(泛流行)之虞。一旦引起感染爆發(泛流行),則不會輕易結束,預想全世界都會遭受極其巨大之損失。因此,認為構建用以使由禽流感病毒所致之感染爆發(泛流行)不致引發之手段係世界性之重要課題。
而且,作為用以使由禽流感病毒所致之感染爆發(泛流行) 不致引發之有效之手段,可列舉防止從鳥類向人、或從人向人之禽流感病毒之感染。若能夠防止從鳥類向人之感染,則可預先除去禽流感病毒成為適應於人之病毒之可能性。又,若能夠防止從人向人之感染,則即便於禽流感病毒成為適應於人之病毒之情形時,亦能夠防止感染之擴大。
於此,參照對上述禽流感病毒之失活試驗之結果,本實施形態之口罩達成對禽流感病毒之不活化效果。因此,藉由穿戴口罩,可期待防止從鳥類向人、以及從人向人之禽流感病毒之感染。即,本實施形態之口罩能夠成為用以使由禽流感病毒所致之感染爆發(泛流行) 不致引發之有效之手段。
又,例如,若於養雞場等成為於鳥類間之禽流感病毒之感染擴大之原因之場所使用實施例1~3之不織布,亦可期待防止於鳥類間之禽流感病毒之感染。例如,可考慮於養雞場之地板及壁紙等配置實施例1~3之不織布等之方法。
再者,於上述實施例中,尤其針對A型流行性感冒與禽流感進行了確認失活之效果之試驗,但除A型流行性感冒及禽流感以外,針對具有包膜之病毒(例如B型流行性感冒、新型流行性感冒)亦可期待與上述A型流行性感冒及禽流感一樣高之效果。
(對惡臭成分之試驗)
於以下試驗中,作為實施例,使用能夠用作口罩之第2層11之“對聚丙烯纖維之不織布(17 g/m2
)塗佈有10 g/m2
之放射線產生物質之不織布”。以氨氣、乙酸氣體、三甲胺氣體、異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體為對象氣體進行了試驗。針對氨氣、乙酸氣體、三甲胺氣體,使用以SEK標記纖維製品認證基準規定之探測管法,使用將實施例中使用之不織布裁剪成200 cm2
者作為試樣。另一方面,針對異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體,於5 L氣囊投入將實施例中使用之不織布裁剪成100 cm2
者,注入3 L調整為特定濃度之測定對象氣體,藉由探測管測定2小時後之氣體濃度。將2小時後之氣體濃度以及減少率示於圖15。
如圖15所示,於任一對象氣體中,於2小時後都會顯示出濃度大幅降低。尤其是異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體,顯示出90%以上之高減少率。因此,可知本實施形態之口罩1具有減少氨氣、乙酸氣體、三甲胺氣體、異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體等成為惡臭之原因之各種成分之效果。
如以上詳細說明,本實施形態之口罩1具有:本體部2,其具有透氣性且覆蓋穿戴者之臉之至少一部分;及固定部3,其將本體部2相對於穿戴者之臉固定;進而,本體部2具有放射線產生層,該放射線產生層將與空氣中所含之水分子反應而生成羥基自由基等之放射線向周圍放射。而且,藉由自放射線產生層放射出之放射線而生成之羥基自由基、以及由羥基自由基進一步生成之過氧化氫會使周圍之病毒、細菌等失活。因此,能夠使於本體部2捕集之、或本體部2之周圍之病毒、細菌等失活。尤其,能夠使如下細菌及病毒失活:作為細菌,可列舉黃色葡萄球菌、綠膿菌、沙氏桿菌、大腸桿菌(O-157)、莫拉氏菌;作為病毒,可列舉流行性感冒病毒(例如,A型流行性感冒病毒、禽流感病毒)等具有包膜之病毒。
進而,自本體部產生之微弱之放射線藉由所謂之刺激效應,具有使穿戴者之免疫系統穩定而提高免疫功能之效果。其結果,提高對花粉症或感染症等之抵抗力,藉由與上述病毒等之失活組合而可期待於花粉症或感染症等中之極大之效果。
另一方面,自本體部產生之微弱之放射線亦具有減少氨氣、乙酸氣體、三甲胺氣體、異戊酸氣體、壬烯醛氣體、吲哚氣體等成為惡臭之原因之各種成分之效果。因此,於滯留在有惡臭之空間之情形時能夠緩解口罩穿戴者之不適感。又,亦可防止穿戴者自身從口內發出之惡臭之成分污染口罩。
再者,本發明並不限定於上述實施形態,當然可於不脫離本發明之要旨之範圍內進行各種改良、變化。
例如,於本實施形態中,將口罩1之本體部2設為4層構造,但亦可設為3層以下或5層以上。又,於本實施形態中,產生放射線之放射線產生層僅設為1層,但亦可為2層以上。又,放射線產生層除了不織布以外,亦可設為樹脂或具有彈性之橡膠構件。例如,藉由於樹脂材料混練放射線產生物質後成形而成形放射線產生層。又,放射線產生層並非必須為覆蓋本體部2整體之形狀,亦可僅配置於本體部2之一部分。
又,於本實施形態中,針對將本發明應用於衛生口罩之例進行說明,但亦可應用於醫用口罩或防塵口罩。例如,於防塵口罩中,設置成於過濾器之部分具有放射線產生層。

Claims (6)
- 一種口罩,其具有: 本體部,其具有透氣性且覆蓋穿戴者之臉之至少一部分;及固定部,其與上述本體部結合,將上述本體部相對於穿戴者之臉固定;且 上述本體部具有放射線產生層,該放射線產生層向周圍產生與空氣中所含之水分子反應而生成羥基自由基之放射線。
- 如請求項1之口罩,其中上述放射線產生層係至少於一面塗佈有向周圍產生上述放射線之放射線產生物質之不織布。
- 如請求項1之口罩,其中上述放射線產生層係混練有向周圍產生上述放射線之放射線產生物質之不織布。
- 如請求項2之口罩,其中上述不織布包含聚丙烯。
- 如請求項3之口罩,其中上述不織布包含聚丙烯。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之口罩,其中上述本體部具有積層有上述放射線產生層、及與上述放射線產生層不同體之不織布之積層構造。
