Abstract
本發明公開了一種遮罩層,所述遮罩層包括若干導體,所述遮罩層還包括與所述導體混合之纖維,以增強遮罩層之抗彎折能力。
Description
本發明涉及一種遮罩層及設有該遮罩層之線纜,尤其涉及一種抗彎折之遮罩層及設有該遮罩層之線纜。
與本發明相關之先前技術,請參考2013年12月4日公告之中國第CN203325542U號專利,其公開了一種線纜,其包括若干芯線、圍繞在上述芯線外之遮罩層以及包覆在金屬遮罩層外之絕緣外皮,所述遮罩層由金屬材料構成,不利於線纜之抗彎折性。
本發明所要解決之技術問題在於:提供一種抗彎折之遮罩層。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明之技術方案係:
一種遮罩層,其包括若干導體,所述遮罩層還包括與所述導體混合之纖維。
相對於先前技術,本發明在導體中混合纖維增強了遮罩層之抗彎折能力。
本發明所要解決之另一技術問題在於:提供一種抗彎折之線纜。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明之技術方案係:
一種線纜,其包括線束、包覆在所述線束外側之遮罩層及包覆在所述遮罩層外側之絕緣外皮,所述遮罩層包括若干導體,所述遮罩層還包括與所述導體混合之纖維。
相對於先前技術,本發明在導體中混合纖維增強了線纜之抗彎折能力。
請參照第一圖,為符合本發明第一實施例之遮罩層10。所述遮罩層10包括若干導體101及與所述導體101混合之纖維102。所述遮罩層10包括第一方向及與所述第一方向垂直之第二方向,所述導體101混合纖維102沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉編織形成所述遮罩層10。
請參照第二圖,為設有該遮罩層10之線纜100。所述線纜100為USB 2.0或USB 3.0線纜。所述線纜100包括若干線束11、包覆在線束11外側之麥拉層12、包覆在麥拉層12外側之遮罩層10及包覆在遮罩層10外側之絕緣外皮13。所述線束11包括若干導線111及包覆在導線111外側之內麥拉層112,所述導線111可為電源線、地線或資料傳輸線。所述麥拉層12為鋁箔麥拉層,所述麥拉層22由AL(Aluminium Foil,鋁箔)和PET(Polythylene terephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料構成。所述遮罩層10包括若干導體101及與所述導體101混合之纖維102以增強線纜之抗彎折能力。所述遮罩層10包括第一方向及與所述第一方向垂直之第二方向,所述導體101混合纖維102沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉編織形成所述遮罩層10。所述導體101為銅絲或鋁鎂合金,所述纖維102為克維拉或尼龍。
請參照第三圖,為符合本發明第二實施例之遮罩層20。所述遮罩層20包括若干導體201及與所述導體201混合之纖維202。所述導體201混合纖維202沿遮罩層20中心位置之軸向方向排列。
請參照第四圖,為設有該遮罩層20之線纜200。所述線纜200為USB 2.0或USB 3.0線纜。所述線纜200包括若干線束21、包覆在線束21外側之麥拉層22、包覆在麥拉層22外側之遮罩層20及包覆在遮罩層20外側之絕緣外皮23。所述線束21包括若干導線211及包覆在導線211外側之內絕緣層212,所述導線211可為電源線、地線或資料傳輸線。所述麥拉層22為鋁箔麥拉層,所述麥拉層22由AL(Aluminium Foil,鋁箔)和PET(Polythylene terephthalate,聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料構成。所述遮罩層20包括若干導體201及與所述導體201混合之纖維202以增強線纜之抗彎折能力。所述導體201混合纖維202沿遮罩層20中心位置之軸向方向排列。所述導體201為銅絲或鋁鎂合金,所述纖維202為克維拉或尼龍。

- 一種遮罩層,其包括: 若干導體; 其中,所述遮罩層還包括與所述導體混合之纖維。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之遮罩層,其中,所述遮罩層包括第一方向及與所述第一方向垂直之第二方向,所述導體混合纖維沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉編織形成所述遮罩層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之遮罩層,其中,所述導體混合纖維沿遮罩層中心位置之軸向方向排列。
- 一種線纜,其包括: 線束; 遮罩層,其包覆在所述線束外側,所述遮罩層包括若干導體;及 絕緣外皮,其包覆在所述遮罩層外側; 其中,所述遮罩層還包括與所述導體混合之纖維。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜,其中,所述遮罩層包括第一方向及與所述第一方向垂直之第二方向,所述導體混合纖維沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉編織形成所述遮罩層。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜,其中,所述導體混合纖維沿遮罩層中心位置之軸向方向排列。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜,其中,所述導體為銅絲或鋁鎂合金。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜,其中,所述纖維為克維拉或尼龍。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜,其中,所述線束包括導線及包覆在導線外側之內絕緣層。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜,其中,所述線纜還包括包覆在所述線束外側且位於遮罩層內側之麥拉層,所述麥拉層為鋁箔麥拉層。
