Abstract
一种屏蔽层及设有该屏蔽层的线缆,所述线缆包括线束、包覆在所述线束外侧的绝缘层、包覆在所述绝缘层外侧的屏蔽层及包覆在所述屏蔽层外侧的绝缘外皮,所述屏蔽层包括若干导体,所述屏蔽层还包括与所述导体混合的纤维,以增强屏蔽层的抗弯折能力。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种屏蔽层及设有该屏蔽层的线缆,尤其涉及一种抗弯折的屏蔽层及设有该屏蔽层的线缆。
【背景技术】
与本发明相关的现有技术,请参考2013年12月4日公告的中国第CN203325542U号专利,其公开了一种线缆,其包括若干芯线、围绕在上述芯线外的屏蔽层以及包覆在金属屏蔽层外的绝缘外皮,所述屏蔽层由金属材料构成,不利于线缆的抗弯折性。
【发明内容】
本发明主要目的是提供一种抗弯折的屏蔽层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种屏蔽层,其用于设有该屏蔽层的线缆中,所述屏蔽层包括若干导体,所述屏蔽层还包括与所述导体混合的纤维。
相对于现有技术,本发明在导体中混合纤维增强了屏蔽层的抗弯折能力。
本发明另一主要目的是提供一种抗弯折的线缆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种线缆,其包括线束、包覆在所述线束外侧的绝缘层、包覆在所述绝缘层外侧的屏蔽层及包覆在所述屏蔽层外侧的绝缘外皮,所述屏蔽层包括若干导体,所述屏蔽层还包括与所述导体混合的纤维。
相对于现有技术,本发明在导体中混合纤维增强了线缆的抗弯折能力。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,为符合本发明第一实施例的屏蔽层10。所述屏蔽层10包括若干导体101及与所述导体101混合的纤维102。所述屏蔽层10包括第一方向及与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向,所述导体101混合纤维102沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉编织形成所述屏蔽层10。
如图2所示,为设有该屏蔽层10的线缆100。所述线缆100为USB 2.0或USB 3.0线缆。所述线缆100包括若干线束11、包覆在线束11外侧的绝缘层12、包覆在绝缘层12外侧的屏蔽层10及包覆在屏蔽层10外侧的绝缘外皮13。所述线束11包括若干导线111及包覆在导线111外侧的内绝缘层112,所述导线111可为电源线、地线或数据传输线。所述绝缘层12为铝箔麦拉层,所述绝缘层12为AL(Aluminium Foil,铝箔)或者PET(Polythyleneterephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料。所述屏蔽层10包括若干导体101及与所述导体101混合的纤维102以增强线缆的抗弯折能力。所述屏蔽层10包括第一方向及与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向,所述导体101混合纤维102沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉编织形成所述屏蔽层10。所述导体101为铜丝或铝镁合金,所述纤维102为克维拉或尼龙。
如图3所示,为符合本发明第二实施例的屏蔽层20。所述屏蔽层20包括若干导体201及与所述导体201混合的纤维202。所述导体201混合纤维202沿屏蔽层20中心位置的轴向方向排列。
如图4所示,为设有该屏蔽层20的线缆200。所述线缆200为USB 2.0或USB 3.0线缆。所述线缆200包括若干线束21、包覆在线束21外侧的绝缘层22、包覆在绝缘层22外侧的屏蔽层20及包覆在屏蔽层20外侧的绝缘外皮23。所述线束21包括若干导线211及包覆在导线211外侧的内绝缘层112,所述导线211可为电源线、地线或数据传输线。所述绝缘层22为铝箔麦拉层,所述绝缘层22为AL(Aluminium Foil,铝箔)或者PET(Polythyleneterephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料。所述屏蔽层20包括若干导体201及与所述导体201混合的纤维202以增强线缆的抗弯折能力。所述导体201混合纤维202沿屏蔽层20中心位置的轴向方向排列。所述导体201为铜丝或铝镁合金,所述纤维202为克维拉或尼龙。

Claims (10)
1.一种屏蔽层,其用于设有该屏蔽层的线缆中,所述屏蔽层包括若干导体,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层还包括与所述导体混合的纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽层,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层包括第一方向及与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向,所述导体混合纤维沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉编织形成所述屏蔽层。
3.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽层,其特征在于:所述导体混合纤维沿屏蔽层中心位置的轴向方向排列。
4.一种线缆,其包括线束、包覆在所述线束外侧的绝缘层、包覆在所述绝缘层外侧的屏蔽层及包覆在所述屏蔽层外侧的绝缘外皮,所述屏蔽层包括若干导体,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层还包括与所述导体混合的纤维。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层包括第一方向及与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向,所述导体混合纤维沿第一方向和第二方向相互交叉编织形成所述屏蔽层。
6.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述导体混合纤维沿屏蔽层中心位置的轴向方向排列。
7.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述导体为铜丝或铝镁合金。
8.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述纤维为克维拉或尼龙。
9.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述线束包括导线及包覆在导线外侧的内绝缘层。
10.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为铝箔麦拉层。
