Abstract

一种光电混合传输线缆,其包括:绝缘外被层、位于绝缘外被层内的金属遮蔽层及位于金属遮蔽层内的一对信号传输线缆、一电源传输线缆及一接地线缆,所述光电混合传输线缆金属遮蔽层内还包括两根裸光纤及填充物。该光电混合传输线缆能够同时传输光信号及电信号从而使线缆的传输速率大大提高,因此这种光电混合传输线缆满足了PC与PC或PC与外部设备之间数据传输速率越来越高的要求。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种线缆,尤其涉及一种光电混合传输线缆。
【背景技术】
随着业界对PC与PC或PC与外部设备之间数据传输速率的要求越来越快,传统的连接PC与PC或PC与外部设备之间的线缆已不能满足数据传输速率越来越快的要求。
是以,需要一种改进的线缆来克服现有技术的不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种传输速率高的光电混合传输线缆。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种光电混合传输线缆,其包括:绝缘外被层、位于绝缘外被层内的金属遮蔽层及位于金属遮蔽层内的一对信号传输线缆、一电源传输线缆及一接地线缆,所述光电混合传输线缆金属遮蔽层内还包括两根裸光纤及填充物。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型光电混合传输线缆的优点在于:本实用新型光电混合传输线缆能够同时传输光信号及电信号从而使线缆的传输速率大大提高,因此这种光电混合传输线缆满足了PC与PC或PC与外部设备之间数据传输速率越来越高的要求。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,本实用新型光电混合传输线缆100呈圆形,其由外至内包括一绝缘外被层2、包括一金属编织层3和一金属麦拉层4的金属遮蔽层及共同组设于金属麦拉层4内的两根裸光纤5、一对绞合在一起的信号传输线缆6、一根电源传输线缆7、一根接地线缆8以及填充物9。其中金属麦拉层4将两根裸光纤5、一对信号传输线缆6、一根电源传输线缆7、一根接地线8及填充物9捆绑在一起。
要说明的是,填充物9为若干股纤维,本实施方式中为凯夫拉(Kevlar)材质,且离散的设置于金属麦拉层4内的线缆与线缆之间,填充物9这样设置不仅可以保持了整个光电混合传输线缆100的圆整度,而且当光电混合传输线缆100受到沿其延伸方向的拉力时,也可以保护光电混合传输线缆100内的光缆5不会被拉坏。
金属麦拉层4为一铝箔麦拉层且缠绕于线缆5、6、7、8的外围,这样金属麦拉层4可以防止光电混合传输线缆100外面的电磁干扰信号影响光电混合传输线缆100内信号的传输,也可以防止光电混合传输线缆100内信号的传输影响光电混合传输线缆100外电子设备信号的传输。
金属编织层3形成于金属麦拉层4的外围,这样可以进一步保护光电混合传输线缆100内不受外部电磁信号的干扰及影响到外部电子设备信号的传输。
两根裸光纤5主要用于传输光信号。
信号传输线缆6为一对非屏蔽双绞线(UTP,Unshielded Twisted Paired),每一信号传输线缆6内包括若干铜导线61及包覆于若干铜导线61外的绝缘层62。电源传输线缆7包括若干铜导线71及包覆于若干导线71外的绝缘层72。接地线缆8包括若干铜导线81及包覆于若干导线81外的绝缘层82。信号传输线缆6、电源传输线缆7及接地线缆8都主要用于传输电信号。
由于光电混合传输线缆100不仅可以传输光信号还可传输电信号,因此光电混合传输线缆100的传输速度相对于只能传输电信号的线缆会快很多,因此这种光电混合传输线缆100满足了PC与PC或PC与外部设备之间数据传输速率越来越高的要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种光电混合传输线缆,其包括:绝缘外被层、位于绝缘外被层内的金属遮蔽层及位于金属遮蔽层内的一对信号传输线缆、一电源传输线缆及一接地线缆,其特征在于:所述光电混合传输线缆金属遮蔽层内还包括两根裸光纤及填充物。
2.如权利要求1所述的光电混合传输线缆,其特征在于:所述金属遮蔽层包括位于绝缘外被层内侧的金属编织层及位于金属编织层内侧的金属麦拉层。
3.如权利要求2所述的光电混合传输线缆,其特征在于:所述一对信号传输线缆为用来传输差分信号的一对非屏蔽双绞线。
4.如权利要求2所述的光电混合传输线缆,其特征在于:所述填充物为离散设置的若干股纤维。
5.如权利要求2所述的光电混合传输线缆,其特征在于:所述光缆传输光信号,所述信号传输线缆、电源传输线缆及接地线缆传输电信号。
6.如权利要求1所述的光电混合传输线缆,其特征在于:所述两根裸光纤被一对信号传输线缆、电源传输线缆及接地线缆所隔开。
7.如权利要求2所述的光电混合传输线缆,其特征在于:所述填充物为凯夫拉材质。
