Abstract

本發明涉及一種在玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法及其製品(具三維或浮雕效果),包含步驟:i用酸或鹼溶液(12)預處理該玻璃製品,在該製品上塗上一層組合物(14),在室溫或環境溫度下老化該製品表面(16),利用至少一種雷射印刷裝置在該玻璃製品表面上雷射印刷及利用加熱法(18)表面精加工該玻璃製品表面。表面精加工也可以通過紫外線照射、流體清洗、層壓或其組合來實現。

Description

在玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法及其製品
本發明係關於一種雷射印刷,特別係關於一種在玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法及其製品。
雷射印刷眾所周知是將CMYK(青、紅、黃和黑)印刷4色墨粉轉移到帶電製品表面的技術,通過雷射照射使4色墨粉印刷於帶電製品表面。然而,這種技術僅限於纖維基板,如:紙、塑膠或金屬等。直接在玻璃上彩色印刷只能通過絲網印製法來實現,而彩色印刷僅輸出有限種類的顏色,更無法描繪出較高的照片解析度。
其他已知的方法,如:JP2009083281 (A) 和 CN 103042875 A揭露的通過水進行水轉印或水印刷的方法。然而,這種印刷方法需要大量的處理步驟,且無法描繪出較高的照片解析度。另外,使用上述技術的印刷表面將會光滑亮澤,與本發明能夠產生三維(3D)或浮雕印刷圖像不同。
因此,本發明可通過在玻璃製品表面上直接雷射照射與彩色印刷來提供一個解決上述習知玻璃製品印刷缺點的解決方案。
本發明的主要目的在於提供一種直接在玻璃製品表面上雷射印刷照片圖像和文字的方法。
本發明的另一目的在於提供一種在玻璃製品上印刷單色或彩色圖像或文字的方法。
本發明的另一目的在於取代間接和傳統的玻璃製品印刷方法,如,水印刷或絲網印刷。
本發明的另一目的在於將雷射印刷應用到玻璃製品表面。
本發明的另一目的在於可在玻璃製品上雷射印刷解析度超過至少每英寸3000像素(每毫米118像素)的圖像。
本發明的另一目的在於對玻璃製品表面進行抗人工光、日光、烴類物質例如酒精、芳香烴例如香水和水的雷射印刷。
為了達成前述目的,本發明提供
一種玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法,包含:
步驟一:在玻璃製品表面上塗上一層組合物,該組合物包括油墨/顏色顏料、稀釋劑、催化劑、潤濕劑、溶劑、粘合劑、助流劑、消泡劑、樹脂或上述的組合;
步驟二:使該玻璃製品表面在室溫或環境溫度下進行老化;
步驟三:利用一雷射印刷裝置在該玻璃製品表面上雷射印刷;及
步驟四:利用加熱、紫外線光照射、用流體清洗、層壓或上述的組合在該玻璃製品表面進行精加工;
本發明較佳實施例提供一種玻璃製品雷射印刷照片裝置,包含:
一玻璃製品;
一組合物,塗覆於該玻璃製品上;
該組合物由一雷射印刷裝置塗覆,該雷射印刷裝置可接收來自一電腦裝置的照片資料檔案或格式。
請參見圖1,本發明為一種玻璃製品雷射印刷照片1的一種實施方法,在欲處理的一玻璃製品20表面先以一預處理步驟12進行處理,該預處理步驟12是在該玻璃製品表面以酸或鹼溶液進行預處理,而該玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法,包含:
步驟一14:在該玻璃製品表面上塗上一組合物24;
步驟二16:使該玻璃製品表面在室溫或環境溫度下進行老化;
步驟三18:利用一雷射印刷裝置26在該玻璃製品表面上雷射印刷;以及
步驟四19:利用加熱、紫外線光照射、用流體清洗、層壓或上述的組合在該玻璃製品表面進行精加工。
該組合物包括油墨/顏色顏料、稀釋劑、催化劑、潤濕劑、溶劑、粘合劑、助流劑、消泡劑、樹脂或其組合。
該玻璃製品表面可在執行步驟二14前進行乾燥處理。
請參見圖2,其為本發明的示意圖;一種玻璃製品雷射印刷裝置2,包含:該玻璃製品20,該組合物24塗覆於該玻璃製品20,該雷射印刷裝置26抵頂該層組合物24用以轉移彩色墨粉。該雷射印刷裝置2接收來自一電腦裝置28的照片資料檔案或格式,該電腦裝置28的格式,例如:光柵和/或向量格式,該電腦裝置28的檔案,例如:JPG, GIF, PNG, BITMAP(BMP), TIFF, SVG等;塗佈一層酸或鹼溶液22設於該玻璃製品20表面,該層酸或鹼溶液22位於該玻璃製品表面20與該層組合物24之間。
該雷射印刷為彩色墨粉類型則較佳,包括CYMK(青、黃、紅和黑)彩色墨粉;然而,其可在該玻璃製品表面上產生單色或彩色印刷或其組合。較佳地,玻璃製品為一具平面、彎曲或不平坦表面的瓶子、罐子、容器或其他相似物品。該雷射印刷裝置可印刷解析度至少超過每英寸3000像素(每毫米118像素)的圖像。然而,描繪出一個清晰的圖像後,其他圖像的解析度亦可描繪。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種玻璃製品雷射印刷照片裝置,包含: 一玻璃製品; 一組合物,塗覆於該玻璃製品上,並利用一雷射印刷裝置在該玻璃製品表面上雷射印刷,該雷射印刷裝置能夠印刷圖像解析度超過每英寸3000像素(每毫米118像素)的圖像,最後,再加熱該玻璃製品。
  2. 如請求項1所述之玻璃製品雷射印刷照片裝置,其中,玻璃製品上塗覆組合物後,使該玻璃製品表面在室溫或環境溫度下進行老化。
  3. 如請求項1所述之玻璃製品雷射印刷照片裝置,其中,在該玻璃製品表面進行精加工。
  4. 如請求項3所述之玻璃製品雷射印刷照片裝置,其中,該精加工為加熱、紫外線光照射、用流體清洗、層壓或前述的組合。
  5. 一種玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法,包含: 步驟一:在玻璃製品表面上塗上一層組合物; 步驟三:利用一雷射印刷裝置在該玻璃製品表面上雷射印刷;以及 步驟四:在該玻璃製品表面進行加熱。
  6. 如請求項5所述之玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法,其中,步驟一及步驟三之間另具有一步驟二,步驟二:使該玻璃製品表面在室溫或環境溫度下進行老化。
  7. 如請求項5所述之玻璃製品雷射印刷照片的方法,其中,在該玻璃製品表面進行精加工。
