Abstract
Description
写真画像のガラス製品レーザ印刷方法(1)であって、
i.処理済みのガラス製品表面に組成物層を被覆するステップ(14)と、
ii.室温または環境温でステップ(14)から前記ガラス製品表面をエージングするステップと、
iii.少なくとも一つのレーザ印刷手段を用いて前記ガラス製品表面をレーザ印刷するステップ(16)と、
iv.加熱工程によって前記ガラス製品表面を表面仕上げするステップ(18)と、
を備え、
前記組成物が、インク/カラー顔料、希釈液、触媒、湿潤剤、溶剤、結合剤、流動化剤、脱泡剤、樹脂、またはそれらの組み合わせを含み、
ステップ(18)において、前記ガラス製品表面仕上げが、紫外光照射、流体での洗浄、ラミネーション、またはそれらの組み合わせをさらに含む、写真画像のガラス製品レーザ印刷方法(1)である。
写真画像のガラス製品レーザ印刷物(2)であって、
ガラス製品(20)と、
前記ガラス製品(20)の表面に塗布される組成物層(24)と、
を備え、
前記組成物層(24)が、演算手段(28)から画像データファイルまたはフォーマットを受信することができるレーザ印刷手段(26)によって塗布され、
前記レーザ印刷手段(26)が写真画像を印刷することができる、写真画像のガラス製品レーザ印刷物(2)である。

- レーザ印刷された写真画像のガラス製品であって、
ガラス製品と、
前記表面に設置された組成物の層と、
前記組成物の層の上に設置された写真画像と、
を有し、
前記写真画像は、演算手段から画像データファイルまたはフォーマットを受信できるレーザー印刷手段により、前記組成物の層の上に設置され、
前記レーザ印刷手段は、写真画像を印刷することができる、レーザ印刷された写真画像のガラス製品。 - 前記写真画像は、3000画素/インチを超える解像度を有する、請求項1に記載のレーザ印刷された写真画像のガラス製品。
- 前記写真画像は、三次元またはエンボスカラー画像である、請求項1に記載のレーザ印刷された写真画像のガラス製品。
