滅多威((E,Z)-甲基N-{[(甲基胺基)羰基]氧基}甲硫基甲醛肟),也被稱為Larnate、Mesomile、Methomex和Nudrin,是一種屬於胺基甲酸酯、硫醚和亞胺類的植物防護劑。其通常被用作殺蟲劑以對抗鱗翅目昆蟲害蟲以及鞘翅目和某些半翅目昆蟲害蟲。其藉由使殺蟲的乙醯膽鹼酯酶可逆地失活來起作用。常用商品名包括Acinate、Agrinate、DuPont 1179、Flytek、Kipsin、Lannate、Lanox、Memilene、Methavin、Methomex、Nudrin、NuBait、Pillarmate和SD 14999。

本發明還提供一種控制昆蟲的方法。所述方法包括向植物、植物的部位或其位置施用上述農藥組成物的步驟。
可被本發明農藥組成物控制的昆蟲包括鱗翅目的種類。優選的昆蟲包括來自夜蛾科的種類。
本發明還提供一種製造上述農藥組成物的方法。所述方法包括提供滅多威和虱蟎脲,以及以約40:1到約2:1、優選約40:1到約6.5:1、更優選約8:1的重量比混合滅多威和虱蟎脲的步驟。
所述方法還包括添加一種或多種農業上可接受的佐劑和/或一種或多種其他農藥的步驟,其中一種或多種佐劑優選是一種或多種溶劑、載劑或表面活性劑或其組合。
本發明人驚訝地發現滅多威與虱蟎脲約14:1到約2:1的重量比提供了無法由將兩個組分簡單組合所預期的協同效果,從而即使使用較低量的活性成分,也有效減少各種已建立的農業植物上昆蟲的數量。該兩種組分的重量比為約14:1到約2:1,尤其為14:1、13:1、12:1、11:1、10:1、9.5:1、9:1、8.5:1、8:1、7.5:1、7:1、6.5:1、2:1,更優選14:1、13:1、12:1、
11:1、10:1、9.5:1、9:1、8.5:1、8:1、7.5:1、7:1、6.5:1。特別優選的滅多威與虱蟎脲的重量比為約8:1。
組成物中滅多威和虱蟎脲的濃度可在0.0005到95重量%的範圍內。優選兩個活性組分各自的濃度為約1重量%到約95重量%、約2重量%到約92重量%,約3重量%到約91重量%,約4重量%到約90重量%,約5、6、7、8、9或10重量%到約90重量%,約15到約85重量%,約20到約80重量%,約25到約75重量%,約30到約70重量%,約35到約65重量%,約40到約60重量%,約45到約55重量%,在組成物中更優選為約50重量%。組成物中的滅多威濃度優選為1%到70%,更優選15%-50%;進一步優選約20%-50%。組成物中的虱蟎脲濃度可為約0.005%-20%,更優選約0.1%-7.5%;進一步優選約0.5%-5%。
本發明的組成物可含有以各種不同的物理形式如固體或液體形式之兩種化合物滅多威和虱蟎脲。或者,可提供容易製備的組成物,如含有兩種化合物的預混合物。典型的液體組成物包括乳液、懸浮液(包括含有微囊的懸浮液)、溶液、乳劑和流動劑。優選為含有各種比例之兩種化合物的乳劑,或在每相中有一種化合物的兩相乳劑(或微乳劑)。特別合適的組成物形式是乳劑(EC)和水懸劑(SC),其一般配製劑為本領域的技術人員所知。根據所欲的目的和當時環境,本發明的農藥組成物也可以可直接噴射或稀釋的溶液、可塗覆的糊料、稀釋的乳劑、可濕性粉劑、水溶性粉劑、可分散性粉劑、粉劑的形式提供,可作為顆粒或作為在一種或多種聚合物中的包囊提供。特別優選的形式是水分散性粒劑、水懸劑、乳劑、和可濕性粉劑。
本發明的組成物亦可與一種或多種其他殺蟲劑、除草劑、殺真菌劑、殺線蟲劑和/或一種或多種肥料結合而提供和/或施用。因此,在與
一種或多種殺蟲劑、除草劑、殺真菌劑、殺線蟲劑和/或一種或多種肥料一起使用時,所述組成物可包含一種或多種殺蟲劑、除草劑、殺真菌劑、殺線蟲劑和/或一種或多種肥料;或可進行配製,使得包含本發明比例的農藥的組成物在一種或多種其他殺蟲劑、除草劑、殺真菌劑、殺線蟲劑和/或一種或多種肥料之前、同時或之後被施用。
虱蟎脲以及滅多威在各自的配製劑中以純的形式被使用。它們的固體化合物通常是以特定的顆粒大小被使用,或優選與農藥配製技術中常用的至少一種或多種佐劑一起使用。各農業上可接受的佐劑例如包括增量劑如溶劑、固體載劑、和表面活性劑。亦考慮使用佐劑組合以製備本發明的農藥組成物,例如一種或多種(例如2或3種)溶劑、一種或多種(例如2或3種載劑)和/或一種或多種(例如2或3種)表面活性劑的組合。
合適的溶劑包括但不限於芳烴或部分氫化的芳烴如二甲苯混合物、烷基化的萘或四氫萘,脂肪族或脂環族烴如石蠟或環己烷,醇如乙醇、丙醇或丁醇,二醇以及它們的醚和酯如丙二醇、二丙二醇醚、二甘醇或2-甲氧基乙醇或2-乙氧基乙醇,酮類如環己酮、異佛爾酮或雙丙酮醇,強極性溶劑如N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲亞碸或N,N-二甲基甲醯胺,水,植物油或環氧化植物油如菜籽油、蓖麻油、椰子油或大豆油或環氧化菜籽油、蓖麻油、椰子油或大豆油,和矽油、石油餾分或烴類如礦物油、芳香族溶劑、石蠟油等,植物油如來自大豆、菜籽、橄欖、蓖麻、葵花籽、椰子、玉米、棉籽、亞麻、棕櫚、花生、紅花、芝麻、桐樹等的油,上述植物油的酯,一元醇或二元醇、三元醇或其他低級多元醇的酯如2-乙基己基硬脂酸酯、油酸正丁酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、二油酸丙二醇酯、琥珀酸二辛酯、己二酸二丁酯、鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯等,一元、二元和多元羧酸的酯等。特別優選的有機溶劑包括但不限於甲苯、二甲苯、石腦油、作物油、丙酮、甲
乙酮、環己酮、三氯乙烯、全氯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸戊酯、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇單甲醚和二甘醇單甲醚、甲醇、乙醇、異丙醇、戊醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基烷基醯胺、二甲亞碸和SolvessoTM200、芳烴及其組合。在某些具體實施例中,水是用於稀釋濃縮物的載劑。
合適的固體載劑包括但不限於天然礦物填料、矽酸、碎磚、海泡石、方解石、沙子、滑石、葉蠟石黏土、二氧化矽、綠坡縷石黏土(attapulgus clay)、高嶺土(也稱為中國黏土)、矽藻土(kieselguhr)、白堊、矽藻土(diatomaceous earth)、石灰、碳酸鈣、膨潤土、漂白土(Fuller's earth)、棉籽殼、小麥粉、大豆粉、浮石、木屑、核桃殼粉、木質素、纖維素及其衍生物如羧甲基纖維素、粉狀植物殘體等,以及其組合。
合適的表面活性劑包括但不限於具有良好乳化、分散和潤濕性質的非離子、陽離子和/或陰離子表面活性劑或表面活性劑混合物。非離子表面活性劑優選為脂肪族或脂環族醇、飽和或不飽和脂肪酸和烷基酚的聚乙二醇醚衍生物。陽離子表面活性劑優選是季銨鹽,其含有作為N-取代基的至少一種C8-C22烷基,和作為其它取代基的未取代或鹵代的低級烷基、苄基或羥基-低級烷基。合適的陰離子表面活性劑可以是水溶性皂以及水溶性合成表面活性化合物,例如月桂基硫酸鈉。此外,可以使用合成表面活性劑,優選脂肪磺酸鹽、脂肪硫酸鹽、磺化的苯並咪唑衍生物或烷基芳基磺酸鹽。
農業上可接受的佐劑還包括但不限於抗凍劑、消沫劑如木質素磺酸鈉、增容劑(compatibilizing agent)、螯合劑、中和劑和緩衝劑、腐蝕抑制劑、著色劑或染料、香味劑、滲透助劑(penetration aids)、潤濕劑、鋪展劑、黏著劑(sticking agents)、分散劑、增稠劑、凝固點抑制劑、抗微生物
劑、作物油、安全劑、黏合劑(例如,用於種子配製劑)、保護膠體、乳化劑、增黏劑和其混合物。示例性的農業上可接受的佐劑包括但不限於作物油濃縮物(礦物油(85%)+乳化劑(15%))、壬基苯酚乙氧基化物、苄基椰油烷基二甲基季銨鹽(benzylcocoalkyldimethyl quaternary ammonium salt),以及石油烴、烷基酯和有機酸的摻混物。優選的乳化劑是三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物。
所述組成物對保護作物免受侵擾或處理已受昆蟲侵擾的作物特別有用。可被本發明農藥組成物保護的優選作物是選自纖維植物、豆科植物和穀類組成之群組的作物。可被本發明農藥組成物保護的優選作物是選自棉花、玉米,大豆和稻米組成之群組的作物。
滅多威和虱蟎脲可同時施用或短間隔的連續(例如在同一天中)施用於植物、植物部位和/或需要進行控制的周圍。滅多威和虱蟎脲可以任何順序施用於植物、植物的一個或多個部位(例如葉子或種子)、或周圍。
為了控制不利的昆蟲和保護作物,所述農藥組成物可以在要保護或處理的作物種植前、種植過程中或種植後施用。特別優選是在種植或播種1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15和/或20天後施用組成物。特別優選是僅施用一天,如在種植或播種後第10天一次施用。當然,所述組成物可在任何認為需要的時候被施用,例如多於一次或兩次,例如在各植物的生長週期中施用三次、四次、五次或更多次。優選是向植物、植物部位或其位置施用所述農藥組成物。
可藉由習用的地面或空中撒粉機、噴霧器和撒粒器,藉由添加到灌溉水或稻田水中以及本領域技術人員已知的其它習用手段來施用本發明組成物。
所述組成物對控制鱗翅目的昆蟲特別有效。所述組成物尤其
可用於控制夜蛾科(Noctuidae)的昆蟲。優選的夜蛾科目標為棉葉蟲(棉葉波紋夜蛾,Alabama argillacea)、天鵝絨豆毛蟲(黎豆夜蛾,Anticarsia gemmatalis)、煙芽夜蛾(綠棉鈴蟲,Heliothis virescens)、和貪夜蛾(草地貪夜蛾,Spodoptera frugiperda)。
亦揭示製備各個上述農藥組成物的方法。所述方法包括提供任意合適的形式、如以上揭示的形式之滅多威和虱蟎脲。所述方法還包括以約14:1到約2:1的重量比混合滅多威和虱蟎脲的步驟。所述方法還可進一步包括添加一種或多種揭示的農業上可接受的佐劑和/或一種或多種揭示的其他農藥的步驟。特別優選的佐劑如上所揭示者,且包括一種或多種溶劑、載劑或表面活性劑。也可以使用這些佐劑的組合。

在以下實施例中,8個不同對照試驗中使用的20個樣品顯示了滅多威與虱蟎脲的約14:1到約2:1的特定重量比的協同效應。在此處所揭示的特定的比例下,與不同比例時較多量的活性組分相比,可使用較少量的活性組分(滅多威和虱蟎脲)有效地控制昆蟲。
A.配製劑
a)水分散性粒劑配製劑:
藉由以下方法來製備水分散性粒劑(WG):將細研磨的活性成分與助劑(0.5重量% SUPRALATE®(月桂基硫酸鈉,威特克公司(Witco Inc.,Greenwich))、5重量% REAX®88B(木質素磺酸鈉,維實偉克公司(Westvaco Corp))、碳酸鉀(補足至100%))混合,且隨後擠壓並在氣流式乾燥機中乾燥。

b)水懸劑:
藉由以下方法來製備水懸劑(SC):將細研磨的活性成分與助劑(10重量%丙二醇、5重量%三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物、1重量%木質素磺酸鈉、1重量%羧甲基纖維素、1重量%矽油(以在水中75重量%乳液的形式)、0.1重量%黃原膠、0.1重量% NIPACIDE BIT 20(克萊恩亞洲公司(Clariant,Asia))、水(補足至100重量%))混合。

藉由以下方法來製備乳劑(EC):將活性成分與助劑(50g三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物、1g矽油、300g N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、SOLVESSO 200(補足至1kg))混合。

d)可濕性粉劑:
藉由以下方法來製備可濕性粉劑(WP):將細研磨的活性成分與助劑(50g Dispersogen 1494、高嶺土(補足至1000g))混合,然後用噴射研磨機進行空氣研磨。

B.實際應用
在以下所示的8個獨立實施例中已測試表1所示的樣品1-20的效果。滅多威和/或虱蟎脲的實際施用量係表示為克/公頃(g/ha)。昆蟲侵擾的百分比數值已參照各植物上所置初始群體量而確定。
生物學實施例1-棉-棉葉蟲(棉葉波紋夜蛾(Alabama argillacea))
在實驗室中分別培養棉葉蟲(棉葉波紋夜蛾(Alabama argillacea))。對昆蟲的數量進行計數,收集昆蟲,然後分別施加至健康的幼年棉花植物上。稀釋各配製劑,且隨後噴灑到植物上。在溫室中於21-25℃和80%相對大氣濕度下保持10天之後,檢測剩餘的昆蟲群體。(表2)
生物學實施例2-大豆-天鵝絨豆毛蟲(黎豆夜蛾,Anticarsia gemmatalis)

滅多威和虱蟎脲的組合係在滅多威與虱蟎脲的約1:0.1-0.3、優選1:0.2的特定重量比所限定的小範圍內提供一種意料不到的協同效應。如上述實施例所示,與其他配製劑相比,在特定重量比下、甚至在減少量之活性組分的情況下,兩種活性組分的組合提供對抗害蟲侵擾的增強效果。進一步增加或減少滅多威與虱蟎脲的重量比導致功效的降低,因為需要更多的活性組分來達到可相比的結果。
Claims (14)
- 一種農藥組成物,其包含重量比約14:1到約2:1的滅多威(methomyl)和虱蟎脲(lufenuron)。
- 如請求項1所述的農藥組成物,其中滅多威與虱蟎脲的重量比為約14:1到約6.5:1。
- 如請求項1或2所述的農藥組成物,其還包含一種或多種農業上可接受的佐劑。
- 如請求項3所述的農藥組成物,其中該一種或多種農業上可接受的佐劑是一種或多種溶劑、載劑或表面活性劑或它們的組合。

- 如請求項1至5中任一項所述的農藥組成物,其還包含一種或多種除草劑、殺真菌劑、殺線蟲劑和/或一種或多種肥料。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述的農藥組成物,其係配製為液體或固體形式,優選為水分散性粒劑、水懸劑、乳劑或可濕性粉劑。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的農藥組成物,其中滅多威和虱蟎脲的濃度為0.5重量%到95重量%,優選約10重量%到約70重量%,更優選約30重量%到約50重量%。
- 如前述請求項中任一項所述的農藥組成物,其還包含殺真菌劑、殺線蟲劑和/或其他農藥。
- 一種如請求項1至9中任一項所述的農藥組成物在保護或處理被昆蟲侵擾的作物中的用途,其中所述作物優選自纖維植物、豆科植物和穀類組成的群組。
