背景
灭多威((E,Z)-甲基N-{[(甲基氨基)羰基]氧基}甲硫基甲醛肟),也被称为Lannate、Mesomile、Methomex和Nudrin,是一种属于氨基甲酸酯、硫醚和亚胺类的植物防护剂。其通常被用作杀虫剂以对抗鳞翅目昆虫害虫以及鞘翅目和某些半翅目昆虫害虫。其通过使杀虫的乙酰胆碱酯酶可逆地失活来起作用。常用商品名包括Acinate、Agrinate、DuPont 1179、Flytek、Kipsin、Lannate、Lanox、Memilene、Methavin、Methomex、Nudrin、NuBait、Pillarmate和SD 14999。
虱螨脲(1-[2,5-二氯-4-(1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟丙氧基)苯基]-3-(2,6-二氟苯甲酰基)-脲是一种苯甲酰脲农药,其对于通过抑制几丁质的产生来对抗杀灭幼虫是有效的。没有几丁质则幼虫蚤将不会生长出它的外骨骼。由于内部器官暴露于空气中,昆虫在孵化和蜕皮后会很快由于脱水而死去。虱螨脲用作对抗某些真菌的杀真菌剂也有效。

引用的现有技术中包含灭多威和虱螨脲的组合物应当用于对抗各种昆虫害虫,然而在很多情况下并不能有效降低昆虫数量。
因此,用于控制昆虫、特别是以鳞翅目为代表的、尤其是夜蛾科的有效的农药组合物的需求尚未得到满足。
发明内容
为了满足该需求,本发明提供一种含有灭多威和虱螨脲的农药组合物,其中灭多威与虱螨脲的重量比为约14:1到约2:1。灭多威与虱螨脲的重量比优选为约14:1到约6.5:1。灭多威与虱螨脲的重量比更优选为约8:1以上。

所述农药组合物还可包含一种或多种其他农药。
所述农药组合物还可进一步包含一种或多种除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或一种或多种肥料。
所述农药组合物可被配制为液体或固体形式。例如,可溶液剂(SL)、乳油(EC)、水乳剂(EW)、微乳剂(ME)、油基悬浮剂(OD)、悬浮种衣剂(FS)、水分散粒剂(WG)、可溶粒剂(SG)、可湿性粉剂(WP)、可溶粉剂(SP)、颗粒剂(GR)、微囊粒剂(CG)、细粒剂(FG)、大粒剂(GG)、悬乳剂(SE)、微囊悬乳剂(CS),微粒剂(MG),或优选悬浮剂(SC)。所述农药组合物优选被配制为水分散粒剂(WG)、悬浮剂(SC)、乳油(EC)或可湿性粉剂(WP)。

本发明还提供一种上述农药组合物在保护作物免受侵扰或处理已受昆虫侵扰的作物中的应用。例如谷类(小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、玉米、稻谷、高粱、黑小麦和相关作物);水果,例如梨果、核果和无核小水果,例如苹果、葡萄、梨子、李子、桃子、杏、樱桃,和浆果,例如草莓、覆盆子和黑莓;豆科植物(菜豆、小扁豆、豌豆、大豆);油料植物(油菜、芥菜、向日葵);葫芦科(葫芦、黄瓜、西瓜);纤维植物(棉花、亚麻、大麻、黄麻);柑橘,例如橘子、柠檬、柚子和柑桔;蔬菜(菠菜、莴苣、芦笋、甘蓝、胡萝卜、洋葱、番茄、马铃薯、红辣椒);咖啡;以及观赏植物(花,例如玫瑰、灌木、阔叶树和常绿植物,例如松柏类)。优选的可被本发明农药组合物保护的作物是选自纤维植物、豆科植物和谷类的作物。更优选的可被本发明农药组合物保护的作物是选自棉花、玉米,大豆和稻的作物。
本发明还提供一种控制昆虫的方法。所述方法包括向植物、植物的部位或其场所施用上述农药组合物的步骤。
可被本发明农药组合物控制的昆虫包括鳞翅目的种类。优选的昆虫包括来自夜蛾科的种类。
本发明还提供一种生产上述农药组合物的方法。所述方法包括提供灭多威和虱螨脲,以及以约40:1到约2:1、优选约40:1到约6.5:1、更优选约8:1的重量比混合灭多威和虱螨脲的步骤。
所述方法还包括添加一种或多种农业上可接受的佐剂和/或一种或多种其他农药的步骤,其中一种或多种佐剂优选是一种或多种溶剂、载体或表面活性剂或其组合。
发明详述
本发明人惊讶地发现灭多威与虱螨脲的约14:1到约2:1的重量重量比提供了简单将两个组分进行组合所意料不到的协同效果,从而即使使用了较低量的活性成分,也有效减少了各种确定的农业植物上昆虫的数量。该两种组分的重量比为约14:1到约2:1,尤其为14:1、13:1、12:1、11:1、10:1、9.5:1、9:1、8.5:1、8:1、7.5:1、7:1、6.5:1、2:1,更优选14:1、13:1、12:1、11:1、10:1、9.5:1、9:1、8.5:1、8:1、7.5:1、7:1、6.5:1。特别优选的灭多威与虱螨脲的重量比为约8:1。
组合物中灭多威和虱螨脲的浓度可以是0.0005到95重量%的范围。优选两个活性组分各自的浓度为约1重量%到约95重量%、约2重量%到约92重量%,约3重量%到约91重量%,约4重量%到约90重量%,约5、6、7、8、9或10重量%到约90重量%,约15到约85重量%,约20到约80重量%,约25到约75重量%,约30到约70重量%,约35到约65重量%,约40到约60重量%,约45到约55重量%,在组合物中更优选约50重量%。组合物中的灭多威浓度优选为1%到70%,更优选15%-50%;进一步优选约20%-50%。组合物中的虱螨脲浓度可为约0.005%-20%,更优选约0.1%-7.5%;进一步优选约0.5%-5%。
本发明的组合物可含有以各种不同的物理形式如固体或液体形式含有两种化合物灭多威和虱螨脲。或者,可以以容易制备的组合物的方式,如含有两种化合物的预混合方式来提供。典型的液体组合物包括乳液、悬浮液(包括含有微囊的悬浮液)、溶液、乳油和流动剂。优选以各种比例含有两种化合物的乳油,或在每相中有一种化合物的两相乳液(或微乳液)。特别合适的组合物形式是乳油(EC)和悬浮剂(SC),其一般制剂为本领域的技术人员所知。根据预期的目的和当时环境,本发明的农药组合物还能够以可直接喷射或稀释的溶液、可涂覆的糊料、稀释的乳液、可湿性粉剂、水溶性粉末、可分散性粉末、粉尘的形式提供,可作为颗粒或作为在一种或多种聚合物中的包囊提供。特别优选的形式是水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、乳油、和可湿性粉剂。
本发明的组合物还能够以与一种或多种其他杀虫剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或一种或多种肥料结合的方式提供和/或施用。因此,在与一种或多种杀虫剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或一种或多种肥料一起使用时,所述组合物可包含有一种或多种杀虫剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或一种或多种肥料;或可进行配制,使得包含本发明比例的农药的组合物在一种或多种其他杀虫剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或一种或多种肥料之前、同时或之后被施用。
虱螨脲以及灭多威在各自的制剂中以纯的形式被使用。它们的固体化合物通常是以特定的颗粒大小被使用,或优选与农药制剂技术中常用的至少一种或多种佐剂一起使用。各农业上可接受的佐剂例如包括增量剂如溶剂、固体载体、和表面活性剂。还考虑将本发明的农药组合物制备为使用佐剂组合,例如一种或多种(例如2或3种)溶剂、一种或多种(例如2或3种载体)和/或一种或多种(例如2或3种)表面活性剂的组合。
合适的溶剂包括但不限于芳烃或部分氢化的芳烃如二甲苯混合物、烷基化的萘或四氢萘,脂肪族或脂环族烃如石蜡或环己烷,醇如乙醇、丙醇或丁醇,二醇以及它们的醚和酯如丙二醇、二丙二醇醚、二甘醇或2-甲氧基乙醇或2-乙氧基乙醇,酮如环己酮、异佛尔酮或双丙酮醇,强极性溶剂如N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲亚砜或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,水,植物油或环氧植物油如菜籽油、蓖麻油、椰子油或大豆油或环氧菜油、蓖麻油、椰子油或大豆油,和硅油、石油馏分或烃如矿物油、芳香族溶剂、石蜡油等,植物油如来自大豆、菜籽、橄榄、蓖麻、葵花籽、椰子、玉米、棉籽、亚麻、棕榈、花生、红花、芝麻、桐树等的油,上述植物油的酯,一元醇或二元醇、三元醇或其他低级多元醇的酯如2-乙基己基硬脂酸酯、油酸正丁酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、二油酸丙二醇酯、琥珀酸二辛酯、己二酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯等,一元、二元和多元羧酸的酯等。特别优选的有机溶剂包括但不限于甲苯、二甲苯、石脑油、作物油、丙酮、甲乙酮、环己酮、三氯乙烯、全氯乙烯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸戊酯、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇单甲醚和二甘醇单甲醚、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、戊醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基烷基酰胺、二甲亚砜和SolvessoTM200、芳烃及其组合。在某些实施方式中,水是用于稀释浓缩物的载体。
合适的固体载体包括但不限于天然矿物填料、硅酸、碎砖、海泡石、方解石、沙子、滑石、叶蜡石粘土、二氧化硅、绿坡缕石粘土(attapulgus clay)、高岭土(也称为中国粘土)、硅藻土(kieselguhr)、白垩、硅藻土(diatomaceous earth)、石灰、碳酸钙、膨润土、漂白土(Fuller's earth)、棉籽壳、小麦粉、大豆粉、浮石、木屑、核桃壳粉、木质素、纤维素及其衍生物如羧甲基纤维素、粉状植物残体等,以及它们的组合。
合适的表面活性剂包括但不限于具有良好乳化、分散和润湿性质的非离子、阳离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物。非离子表面活性剂优选为脂肪族或脂环族醇、饱和或不饱和脂肪酸和烷基酚的聚乙二醇醚衍生物。阳离子表面活性剂优选是季铵盐,含有作为N-取代基的至少一种C8-C22烷基,和作为其它取代基的未取代或卤代的低级烷基、苄基或羟基-低级烷基。合适的阴离子表面活性剂可以是水溶性皂以及水溶性合成表面活性化合物,例如月桂基硫酸钠。此外,可以使用合成表面活性剂,优选脂肪磺酸酯/盐、脂肪硫酸酯/盐、磺化的苯并咪唑衍生物或烷基芳基磺酸酯/盐。
农业上可接受的佐剂还包括但不限于抗冻剂、消沫剂如木质素磺酸钠、增容剂、螯合剂、中和剂和缓冲剂、缓蚀剂、着色剂或染料、香味剂、渗透助剂(penetration aids)、润湿剂、铺展剂、粘着剂(sticking agents),分散剂、增稠剂、凝固点抑制剂、抗微生物剂、作物油、安全剂、粘合剂(例如,用于种子制剂)、保护胶体、乳化剂、增粘剂和它们的混合物。示例性的农业上可接受的佐剂包括但不限于作物油浓缩物(矿物油(85%)+乳化剂(15%))、壬基苯酚乙氧基化物、苄基椰油烷基二甲基季铵盐(benzylcocoalkyldimethylquaternary ammonium salt),以及石油烃、烷基酯和有机酸的掺混物。优选的乳化剂是三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物。
所述组合物对保护作物免受侵扰或处理已受昆虫侵扰的作物特别有用。优选的可被本发明农药组合物保护的作物是选自纤维植物、豆科植物和谷类的作物。优选的可被本发明农药组合物保护的作物是选自棉花、玉米,大豆和稻的作物。
灭多威和虱螨脲可同时或短间隔的连续(例如在同一天中)施用于植物、植物部位和/或需要进行控制的周围。灭多威和虱螨脲可以任何顺序施用于植物、植物的一个或多个部位(例如叶子或种子)、或周围。
为了控制不利的昆虫和保护作物,所述农药组合物可以在要保护或处理的作物种植前、种植过程中或种植后施用。特别优选在种植或播种1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15和/或20天后施用组合物。特别优选仅施用一天,如在种植或播种后第10天一次施用。当然,所述组合物可在任意的认为需要的时候被施用,例如多于一次或两次,例如在各植物的生长周期中施用三次、四次、五次或更多次。优选向植物、植物部位或其场所施用所述农药组合物。
可通过常规的地面或空中撒粉机和撒粒器,添加到灌溉水或稻田水中以及本领域技术人员已知的其它常规手段来施用本发明组合物。
所述组合物对控制鳞翅目的昆虫特别有效。所述组合物尤其可用于控制夜蛾科的昆虫。优选的夜蛾科目标为棉叶虫(棉叶波纹夜蛾,Alabama argillacea)、天鹅绒豆毛虫(黎豆夜蛾,Anticarsia gemmatalis)、烟芽夜蛾(绿棉铃虫,Heliothis virescens)、和贪夜蛾(草地贪夜蛾,Spodoptera frugiperda)。
还公开了制备各个上述农药组合物的方法。所述方法包括以任意合适的形式、如以上公开的形式之一提供灭多威和虱螨脲。所述方法还包括以约14:1到约2:1的重量比混合灭多威和虱螨脲的步骤。所述方法还可进一步包括添加一种或多种上述公开的农业上可接受的佐剂和/或一种或多种上述公开的其他农药的步骤。特别优选的佐剂如上所述,包括一种或多种溶剂、载体或表面活性剂。也可以使用这些佐剂的组合。

在以下例子中,8个不同对照试验中使用的20个样品显示了灭多威与虱螨脲的约14:1到约2:1的特定重量比的协同效应。在此处所公开的特定的比例下,与不同比例时较多量的活性组分相比,可使用较少量的活性组分(灭多威和虱螨脲)有效地控制昆虫。
实施例
A.制剂
a)水分散粒剂:
通过以下方法来制备水分散粒剂(WG):将细研磨的活性成分与助剂(0.5重量%(月桂基硫酸钠,威特克公司(Witco Inc.,Greenwich))、5重量%(木质素磺酸钠,维实伟克公司(Westvaco Corp))、碳酸钾(补足至100%))混合,随后挤出并在气流式干燥机中干燥。
b)悬浮剂:
通过以下方法来制备悬浮剂(SC):将细研磨的活性成分与助剂(10重量%丙二醇、5重量%三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物、1重量%木质素磺酸钠、1重量%羧甲基纤维素、1重量%硅油(以在水中的75重量%乳液的形式)、0.1重量%黄原胶、0.1重量%NIPACIDE BIT20(克莱恩亚洲公司(Clariant,Asia))、水(补足至100重量%))混合。

c)乳油:
通过以下方法来制备乳油(EC):将活性成分与助剂(50g三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物、1g硅油、300g N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、SOLVESSO 200(补足至1kg))混合。

d)可湿性粉剂:
通过以下方法来制备可湿性粉剂(WP):将细研磨的活性成分与助剂(50gDispersogen1494、高岭土(补足至1000g))混合,然后用喷射研磨机进行空气研磨。

B.实际应用
在以下所示的8个独立实施例中测试了表1所示的样品1-20的效果。灭多威和/或虱螨脲的实际施用量表示为克/公顷(g/ha)。昆虫侵扰的百分比数值是参照各植物上初始群体量确定的。
生物学实施例1-棉-棉叶虫(棉叶波纹夜蛾(Alabama argillacea))
在实验室中分别培养棉叶虫(棉叶波纹夜蛾(Alabama argillacea))。对昆虫的数量进行计数,收集昆虫,然后分别施加至健康的幼年棉植物上。稀释各制剂,随后喷洒到植物上。在温室中于21-25℃和80%相对大气湿度下保持10天之后,检测剩余的昆虫群体。(表2)

灭多威和虱螨脲的组合在限定为灭多威与虱螨脲的约1:0.1-0.3、优选1:0.2的特定重量比的小范围内提供了一种意料不到的协同效应。如上述实施例所示,与其他制剂相比,在特定重量比下、甚至在减少了活性组分量的情况下,两种活性组分的组合提供了增强的对抗害虫侵扰的效果。进一步增加或减少灭多威与虱螨脲的重量比将导致功效的下降,需要更多的活性组分来达到相似的结果。
Claims (14)
1.一种农药组合物,其包含重量比约14:1到约2:1的灭多威和虱螨脲。
2.如权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,灭多威与虱螨脲的重量比为约14:1到约6.5:1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物还包含一种或多种农业上可接受的佐剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,一种或多种农业上可接受的佐剂是一种或多种溶剂、载体或表面活性剂或它们的组合。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物还包含一种或多种其他农药。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物还包含一种或多种除草剂、杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或一种或多种肥料。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,制剂为液体或固体形式,优选为水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、乳油或可湿性粉剂。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,组合物中灭多威和虱螨脲的浓度为0.5重量%到95重量%,优选约10重量%到约70重量%,更优选约30重量%到约50重量%。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的农药组合物,其特征在于,所述农药组合物还包含杀真菌剂、杀线虫剂和/或其他农药。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的农药组合物在保护或处理被昆虫侵扰的作物中的应用,其中,所述作物优选自纤维植物、豆科植物和谷类。
11.一种控制昆虫的方法,所述方法包括向植物或植物部位或其场所施用如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的农药组合物的步骤。
12.如权利要求10所述的用途或如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述昆虫包括鳞翅目的种类,所述昆虫优选包括夜蛾科的种类。
13.一种制备如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的农药组合物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:提供灭多威和虱螨脲,和以约14:1到2:1的重量比混合灭多威和虱螨脲。
14.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括添加一种或多种农业上可接受的佐剂和/或一种或多种其他农药的步骤,其中一种或多种佐剂优选是一种或多种溶剂、载体或表面活性剂或其组合。
