Abstract

The present invention provides a conductive element. The conductive element is formed by bending a conductive material to form the following members: a convex contact portion in contact with a contact object; a connecting portion connected with a connection object; a plate spring portion constituting at least a part of a member of a conductive path from the contact portion to the connection portion, a free end being connected to the contact portion to press the contact portion against the side of the contact object, and the plate spring portion being formed with at least one bending portion; and a housing which accommodates the plate spring portion. The conductive element is configured in such arrangement that the housing is provided with a conducting portion forming a short conductive path with an electrical length shorter than the conductive path from the front end portion of the contact portion to the connection portion. The plate spring portion is elastically deformed in response to the pressing of the contact object against the contact portion. The front end portion of the contact portion is pressed in the direction of the conducting portion by the resilience of the plate spring portion itself to press and connect the contact portion to the conducting portion.
