Description

The present invention belongs to the technical field of a contact member that is interposed between two members, for example, a printed circuit board and a casing, and electrically connects both members.

For example, in order to ground a printed circuit board to a housing or the like, a contact member that is soldered to the ground pattern of the printed circuit board and surface-mounted is used.
The registered utility model No. 3064756 (Patent Document 1) includes a spring piece extending from the substrate portion and a pair of side walls erected so as to sandwich the spring piece. A contact member is disclosed that prevents the tip portion from being deformed by inadvertent contact by a side wall.
Registered Utility Model No. 3064756 (Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration, FIG. 5)

However, the contact member of Patent Document 1 has a problem that it is difficult to visually determine whether or not the spring force of the spring piece is appropriate before mounting. There has also been a demand to visually determine whether or not the spring pieces of the contact members are in an appropriate state before being assembled after being mounted.

The contact member according to claim 1,
A substrate part whose bottom surface can be soldered;
A pair of side walls that are erected on the substrate portion and arranged to face each other;
A spring piece that is connected to one end of the base plate and extends between the side walls ;
A contact piece connected to the tip of the spring piece on the one side and arranged to face the substrate part;
A drooping piece extending from the contact piece toward the substrate part;
A loosely-fitting member provided along a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the hanging piece and connected to the hanging piece;
A guide provided on the side wall and loosely fitted with the loosely fitting member,
The spring piece has a substantially U-shaped portion that opens on the one side,
When an external force is applied to narrow the gap between the contact piece and the substrate portion, the spring piece is compressed and deformed by the elasticity of the spring piece to narrow the gap, and when the external force is released, it is expanded and deformed from the compressed and deformed state. The limit of extension is defined by the loosely fitting member locking to the upper end of the guide ,
The guide guides the loosely fitting member on a substantially linear movement locus during the compression deformation or the extension deformation .

In the contact member according to claim 1, the contact piece is connected to the tip of the spring piece so as to face the substrate portion, and the drooping piece extending from the contact piece toward the substrate portion includes an extension of the contact piece. A loose fitting member provided along a direction intersecting the direction is continuously provided, and the loose fitting member is loosely fitted to a guide provided on the side wall. When an external force that reduces the distance between the contact piece and the substrate portion is applied, the spring piece elastically compresses and deforms to narrow the distance between the contact piece and the substrate portion, and when the external force is released, the compression piece is expanded. Although deformed, the limit of the extension is defined by the loosely fitting member being locked to the upper end of the guide.

When the contact member is compressed and deformed, the position of the loosely-fitting member of the hanging piece in the guide changes, so that the amount of compression can be determined by looking at the amount of change or the position after the change, and the contact pressure can also be determined.
On the other hand, when it is not compressed and deformed, it is at the limit of extension, and the position of the connecting portion of the contact piece with the drooping piece is defined by the drooping piece in which the loose fitting member is locked to the guide. However, the connecting part with the spring piece is separated from the connecting part with the hanging piece, so if the spring force of the spring piece is too strong, this part will be pushed up excessively, and if the spring force of the spring piece is too weak, this part The part is not pushed up sufficiently. That is, it can be determined whether the amount of push-up by the spring piece is appropriate, that is, whether the spring force of the spring piece is appropriate, depending on the inclination of the contact piece.

As described in claim 3 , when the hanging piece is provided for each of the pair of side walls, that is, a pair, the stability is improved when the loosely fitting member is locked to the guide.
Further, if the hanging piece is arranged in parallel with the side wall as in claim 5 and the hanging piece moves along the side wall during compression and extension deformation, an external force that twists and deforms the spring piece is applied. Since the drooping piece is in contact with the side wall and resists, twisting deformation can be prevented. In the case of this fifth aspect , the hanging piece may be configured to slide in contact with the side wall.

On the other hand, the loosely fitting member is simple if it is formed by bending the tip of the hanging piece as described in claim 4 .

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on examples of the present invention. The present invention is not limited to the following examples and the like, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various ways without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[Example 1]
The contact member 1 of the present embodiment has the structure shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and is made of a spring metal, for example, a sheet metal such as phosphor bronze for spring, brass, and stainless steel.

The substrate portion 2 has a substantially rectangular shape, and a through hole 3 is provided in the central portion. The lower surface 2a of the substrate part 2 is a flat surface for soldering to a ground pattern or the like of the printed circuit board. The lower surface 2a (may be the entire surface of the contact member 1) may be tin-plated for good soldering. The through hole 3 is provided as a solder reservoir for accommodating excessive solder during soldering.

A long side portion of the substrate portion 2 is bent, and a pair of side walls 4 are erected. These side walls 4 face each other and are arranged in parallel. The side wall 4 has a schematic shape in which a trapezoid is rolled over, and a vertically long and substantially rectangular guide opening 5 is provided along the longer vertical side.

A spring piece 6 extends from one short side of the substrate portion 2. As shown in FIG. 1 (f), the spring piece 6 rises substantially perpendicular to the substrate portion 2 at the base end portion 6 a and bends upward from the substrate portion 2 to form the lower inclined portion 6 b. The substrate portion 2 is faced, the extending direction is reversed by the reversing portion 6c, and then an upper inclined portion 6d that is opposite to the lower inclined portion 6b is provided. A substantially vertical connecting end 6e is provided.

The width of the inverted portion 6c is narrower than the base end portion 6a and the connecting end portion 6e, the lower inclined portion 6b and the upper inclined portion 6d, tapers are provided as shown in FIG. 1 (g). Further, in the vicinity of the base end portion 6a, notches 2b and 4a are provided in the base plate portion 2 and the side wall 4. A contact piece 7 is connected to the distal end portion of the spring piece 6, that is, the connecting end portion 6e. The angle between the connecting end 6 e and the contact piece 7 is substantially a right angle, and the contact piece 7 is substantially parallel to the substrate portion 2. Further, the upper surface of the contact piece 7 is a flat surface and can be sucked by a suction nozzle of an automatic mounting machine.

From each side of the contact piece 7, L-shaped hanging portions 8 are extended toward the substrate portion 2 one by one.
The hanging part 8 is composed of a hanging piece 9 and an auxiliary piece 10, and the auxiliary piece 10 has a shorter hanging length. The drooping piece 9 extends in parallel with the side wall 4 along the inner surface of the side wall 4, and its tip is folded outward (toward the side wall 4) to form a protrusion 11 (loose fitting member). The protrusion 11 is inserted into the guide opening 5 and slightly protrudes from the outer surface of the side wall 4.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the contact member 1 is in an extended state in which the protrusion 11 is locked to the upper end 5a of the guide opening 5, and the spring piece 6 is compressed and deformed as shown in FIG. Thus, the contact piece 7 can be changed to a compressed state in which the contact piece 7 is brought close to the substrate portion 2. The raising / lowering range of the contact piece 7 is a position where the protrusion 11 is locked to the upper end 5 a of the guide opening 5 to a position where the protrusion 11 contacts the lower end of the guide opening 5.

In the extended state shown in FIG. 3A (the same extended state in FIGS. 1 and 2), the spring piece 6 is slightly compressed, and the repulsive force moves the contact piece 7 away from the substrate portion 2. However, the contact piece 7 is designed to be substantially parallel to the substrate portion 2 in a state where the protrusion 11 is locked to the upper end 5 a of the guide opening 5.

As shown in FIG. 4, the contact member 1 is used for grounding the ground pattern to, for example, a chassis 30 of the housing by soldering the lower surface 2 a of the board portion 2 to the ground pattern of the printed circuit board 20, for example. .

As is apparent from a comparison between FIG. 4 and FIG. 3A, for example, the contact member 1 is in a compressed state by compressing and deforming the spring piece 6. The contact piece 7 is brought into pressure contact with the chassis 30 by the repulsive force accompanying the compression deformation of the spring piece 6.

That is, although the board | substrate part 2 is soldered to the printed circuit board 20 (the contact member 1 is being fixed to the printed circuit board 20), the contact piece 7 and the chassis 30 are not connected, but are only contacting. It is.

When the contact member 1 is compressed and deformed as shown in FIG. 4, the protrusion 11 is displaced from the upper end 5 a to the lower end side of the guide opening 5. There which it only if it were compressed (compression amount) can be easily determined, and the contact pressure between the contact piece 7 and the chassis 30 can be easily determined.

On the other hand, when it is not compressed and deformed, it is in an extended state, and the position of the tip of the contact piece 7 (the end opposite to the spring piece 6) is a suspended piece in which the protrusion 11 is locked to the upper end 5a of the guide opening 5. 9 is defined. However, since the connecting portion of the spring piece 6 and the contact piece 7 is separated from the connecting portion of the drooping piece 9, if the spring force of the spring piece 6 is too strong, this portion is pushed up excessively, If the spring force is too weak, this part will not be pushed up sufficiently. That is, it can be determined whether or not the amount of push-up by the spring piece 6 is appropriate, that is, whether or not the spring force of the spring piece 6 is appropriate, depending on the inclination of the contact piece 7.

Therefore, in pre-shipment inspection or the like, it is possible to easily determine whether or not the spring force of the spring piece 6 is appropriate only by looking at the inclination of the contact piece 7, and a defective product can be easily detected.
Since the hanging piece 9 is provided for each of the pair of side walls 4, that is, a pair, the stability when the protrusion 11 is locked to the upper end 5 a of the guide opening 5 is improved. Appropriate judgment of spring force can be made better.

Further, the hanging piece 9 is arranged in parallel with the side wall 4 so that the hanging piece 9 moves along the side wall at the time of compression and extension deformation. Therefore, when an external force that twists and deforms the spring piece 6 is applied. Since the piece 9 contacts and resists the side wall 4, torsional deformation can be prevented. In particular, in the state of use shown in FIG. 4, even the auxiliary piece 10 has been lowered to the inside of the side wall 4, so that this torsional deformation can be prevented more reliably.

In the case of the present embodiment, since the movement trajectory of the protrusion 11 accompanying the compression and extension deformation of the contact member 1 is designed to be substantially linear, the shape of the guide opening 5 is also linear (rectangular). For this reason, there is no possibility that the movement of the protrusion 11 is hindered by contact with the inner periphery of the guide opening 5. In addition, the guide opening 5 guides the track of the protrusion 11, that is, the movement path of the contact piece 7, and the movement path of the contact piece 7 is stabilized. Thereby, the inconvenient deformation | transformation of the spring piece 6 can also be prevented.

In this embodiment, the projection 11 is used as a loose fitting member and the guide opening 5 is used as a guide. However, a convex rail is provided on the side wall to serve as a guide, and a U-shaped recess corresponding to the outer shape. A loose fitting member having a convex portion corresponding to the inner shape thereof may be recessed by providing a concave rail on the side wall and using this as a guide. It may be loosely fitted inside the rail.
[Modification]
As shown in FIG. 5, the contact piece 7 is rubbed against the chassis 30 by forcibly changing the orbit of the projection 11 by making the guide 5 into a parallelogram shape and improving the stability of the electrical contact. Is possible.
[Example 2]
Since the protrusion provided on the hanging piece 9 in the first embodiment can be replaced with a metal rod, an example thereof will be described as a second embodiment. In addition, the same part as Example 1 uses the same code | symbol as Example 1, and abbreviate | omits description.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the contact member 21 of the present embodiment, the pair of side walls 14 are raised substantially perpendicular to the substrate portion 2 (14 a), and once bent in parallel with the substrate portion 2. To (14b), the substrate portion 2 is again stretched in the vertical direction (14c). A vertically long and substantially rectangular guide opening 5 is provided on the side wall 14 (vertical extending portion 14c).

A spring piece 6 similar to that of the first embodiment is extended from the substrate portion 2, and a contact piece 7 is connected to the tip of the spring piece 6 as in the first embodiment. The tip 7a of the contact piece 7 is folded back.

From both sides of the contact piece 7, similarly to the first embodiment, one hanging portion 8 composed of a hanging piece 9 and an auxiliary piece 10 is extended one by one. A metal rod 15 (loose fitting member) is provided between both the hanging pieces 9. The metal rod 15 is inserted through the guide opening 5.

In the first embodiment, the hanging piece 9 is arranged on the inner side of the side wall 4, but in this embodiment, the hanging piece 9 is arranged on the outer side and the side wall 14 is arranged on the inner side.
Similarly to the contact member 1 of the first embodiment, the contact member 21 is also in an extended state in which the metal rod 15 is locked to the upper end 5a of the guide opening 5, and the spring piece 6 is compressed and deformed to make the contact piece 7 a substrate portion. It is variable to a compressed state approaching 2. The raising / lowering range of the contact piece 7 is a position where the metal bar 15 is locked to the upper end 5 a of the guide opening 5 to a position where the metal bar 15 contacts the lower end of the guide opening 5.

In the extended state, the spring piece 6 is slightly compressed, and the repulsive force urges the contact piece 7 in the direction away from the substrate portion 2, but the metal bar 15 is at the upper end 5 a of the guide opening 5. The contact piece 7 is designed to be substantially parallel to the substrate portion 2 in a state where the contact piece 7 is locked.

In the same manner as the contact member 1 of the first embodiment, the contact member 21 is for soldering the lower surface 2a of the substrate portion 2 to, for example, the ground pattern of the printed circuit board 20 so that the ground pattern is grounded to the chassis 30 of the housing, for example. (See FIG. 4). In that case, the contact member 21 is compressed and deformed by compressing the spring piece 6 and presses the contact piece 7 against the chassis 30 by a repulsive force accompanying the compressive deformation of the spring piece 6.

When the contact member 21 is compressed and deformed as in FIG. 4, the metal rod 15 is displaced from the upper end 5 a to the lower end side of the guide opening 5. or strip 6 is compressed only the any an (amount of compression) can be easily determined, and the contact pressure between the contact piece 7 and the chassis 30 can be easily determined.

On the other hand, when not being compressed and deformed, the contact piece 7 is in an extended state, and the position of the tip of the contact piece 7 (the end opposite to the spring piece 6) is suspended depending on the metal bar 15 locked to the upper end 5a of the guide opening 5. Defined by strip 9.

Since the hanging piece 9 is provided for each of the pair of side walls 14, that is, a pair, the stability when the metal rod 15 is locked to the upper end 5 a of the guide opening 5 is improved. It is possible to better judge whether or not the spring force is appropriate.

Further, the hanging piece 9 is arranged in parallel with the side wall 14 so that the hanging piece 9 moves along the side wall at the time of compression and extension deformation. Therefore, when an external force that twists and deforms the spring piece 6 is applied. Since the piece 9 contacts and resists the side wall 14 , torsional deformation can be prevented.

In the case of the present embodiment, since the movement trajectory of the metal rod 15 accompanying the compression and expansion deformation of the contact member 21 is designed to be substantially flat, the shape of the guide opening 5 is also linear (rectangular). For this reason, there is no possibility that the movement of the metal rod 15 is hindered by contact with the inner periphery of the guide opening 5. In addition, the guide opening 5 guides the track of the metal rod 15, that is, the movement path of the contact piece 7, so that the movement path of the contact piece 7 is stabilized. Thereby, the inconvenient deformation | transformation of the spring piece 6 can also be prevented.

Since the metal rod 15 is used as the loose fitting member, the strength against external stress can be increased. In addition, when a guide for the movement path is necessary, if a round bar or the like is used, it is less likely to be hindered by contact.
