Abstract
本發明實現一種構造簡易之加工裝置,及使用已知之旋盤便可容易地進行齒輪或栓槽軸加工的加工方法。該裝置具備有:具有在周面形成為環狀之刃部並以軸線為中心旋轉驅動的切割器、將工件保持成自由旋轉的工件保持構件、及使切割器與前述工件朝軸線方向相對性地移動的切割器驅動構件;又,使切割器與工件之相對移動以及工件之旋轉連動,並使前述切割器旋轉之狀態下,在工件之周面形成齒輪或栓槽軸;且,刃部在軸線朝雙方向並排設置複數個,切割器驅動構件使切割器在軸線周圍朝一方向旋轉且沿著軸線與工件相對性地來回移動,又,工件保持構件根據切割器之來回移動,使工件正逆旋轉,使切割器之各刃部與工件之周面接觸,並對工件切削成使其形成齒輪或栓槽軸的外形形狀。
Description
本發明是有關於一種形成齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的加工裝置及加工方法。
作為對工件製造齒輪之方法及齒輪加工裝置,習知為人所知的有以下者,其具有:在周面具有形成為環狀之切刀並以軸線為中心旋轉驅動之切割器、將工件保持成自由旋轉的工件保持構件、及沿著切割器之軸線方向並使切割與工件相對性地移動的移動構件,又,使切割器與工件的相對移動以及工件之旋轉加以連動,並以使切割器旋轉之狀態,押附至工件,藉此在工件之周面形成齒輪(例如,參照專利文獻1。)。

為專利文獻1(日本特開昭63-2609號公報)所記載之齒輪製造方法及齒輪加工裝置時,必須使工件朝一方向旋轉,並且使旋轉之切割器依序移動來製造齒輪,會有不易有效地進行齒輪之加工的問題點。
因此,有鑑於上述問題,本發明之目的在於可提供一種構造簡易之齒輪加工裝置、及使用已知之旋盤便可容易實行齒輪之加工的齒輪加工方法。
為了實現上述目的,本發明之加工裝置,其具備:具有在周面形成為環狀之刃部並以軸線為中心旋轉驅動的切割器、將工件保持成自由旋轉的工件保持構件、及沿著切割器之軸線方向使切割器與工件相對性地移動的切割器驅動構件,又,使切割器與工件之相對移動以及工件之旋轉加以連動,並使切割器以旋轉之狀態來押附至工件,藉此對工件之周面形成齒輪或是具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的外形形狀,其特徵在於:刃部是在沿著軸線之方向並排設置複數個,切割器驅動構件是使切割器在軸線周圍朝一方向旋轉,並且使切割器沿著軸線,與工件相對性地來回移動,工件保持構件是根據切割器之來回移動,使工件正旋轉或是逆旋轉,且,使切割器之各刃部與工件之周面接觸,並且對工件切削而使其形成齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的外形形狀。
又,加工裝置使具有齒輪狀斷面之軸為栓槽軸或是齒軸。
又,加工裝置更具有控制構件,而該控制構件是
控制因切割器驅動構件之切割器的來回移動及因工件保持構件之正轉或是逆轉而在切割器與工件之接觸面使因切割器之來回移動的進行方向與進行速度,以及工件之旋轉方向與旋轉速度同期。
在此,刃部可由在周面以預定間隔來圍繞設置的複數個切刀所構成。
或是,刃部可由連續地形成而使其將軸線之周圍繞一圈的切刀所構成。
又,加工方法是使沿著軸線之方向並排設置複數個在周面形成為環狀之刃部的切割器在軸線周圍朝一方向旋轉,並且在切割器之軸線方向與工件相對性地來回移動,又,根據切割器之來回移動,使工件正旋轉或是逆旋轉,來使切割器之各刃部與工件之周面接觸,對工件切削而使其形成齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的外形形狀。
又,加工方法使具有齒輪狀斷面之軸為栓槽軸或是齒軸。
又,加工方法中,在切割器與工件之接觸面,根據切割器之來回移動使工件正轉或是逆轉而使切割器之來回移動的進行方向與進行速度,以及工件之旋轉方向與旋轉速度同期。
在此,刃部可由在周面以預定間隔來圍繞設置的複數個切刀所構成。
或是,刃部可由連續地形成而使其將軸線之周圍繞一圈的切刀所構成。
根據本發明,使切割器與工件相對性連續地來回運動,並與該來回運動同期,使工件連續地正旋轉與逆旋轉,藉此連續且容易地可製造具有齒輪或齒輪狀之斷面的軸,便可有效地進行齒輪或栓槽軸或齒軸等之加工。又,切割器可使在軸線周圍形成為環狀之刃部於沿著軸線之方向複數並排設置來構成,並作為齒輪之加工工具,由於不需如習知以往之公認之滾齒刀要沿著螺旋形成切刀,因此構造較容易。
又,由於不需如上述滾齒刀要與切刀之螺旋傾斜角配合並使切割器相對於工件傾斜地配置,因此可使用一般的旋盤並容易地製造具有齒輪或齒輪狀斷面的軸。
如上所述,根據本發明,便可實現構造簡易之加工裝置、及使用已知之旋盤便可容易地實行齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸之加工的加工方法。

圖1是顯示本發明之實施例之齒輪加工裝置的概略圖。之後,在不同圖式中,附加有相同之參照符號意味著是具有相同功能的構成要素。圖2是顯示本發明之實施例之齒輪加工裝置一部分的立體圖。圖3是本發明實施例之齒輪加工裝置之切割器的擴大圖。
齒輪加工裝置1具有:切割器11、切割器驅動構件12、工件保持構件13、及控制構件14。切割器驅動構件12與工件保持構件13是由控制構件14來控制。
在切割器11之周面,在切割器11之軸線R1周圍,複數個切刀21具有預定之間隔地來圍繞設置。利用該複數個切刀21構成一個切刀21的組合,並利用一個切刀21之組合,在切割器11之周面依環狀來形成一個刃部20。刃部20會沿著軸線R1來並排設置複數個。
切割器驅動構件12例如由旋盤之刃物台所構
成,並根據控制構件14之控制,使切割器11驅動而使其在軸線R1之周圍旋轉並且在沿著軸線R1之方向來回移動。切割器11之旋轉速度會設定成切割器11之刃部20可足以切削工件W的速度。
工件保持構件13例如由旋盤之主軸所構成,並根據控制構件14之控制,使工件W保持成使切割器11之軸線R1與工件W之軸線R2交差,且旋轉驅動而使其與切割器11之來回移動同期,並以軸線R2為中心正轉或是逆轉。本實施形態中,使工件W保持成使軸線R1與軸線R2正交。
本實施例中,切割器11朝A方向進行時,工件W會朝a方向旋轉(本說明書中,便宜行事上,稱為「正轉」),切割器11朝B方向進行時,工件W會朝b方向旋轉(本說明書中便宜行事上,稱為「逆轉」),並利用控制構件14,來控制切割器驅動構件12與工件保持構件13。
圖4是說明本發明實施例之齒輪加工裝置之切割器與工件之位置關係的立體圖。在此,作為一例,切割器11相對於工件W,會位於圖4所示之紙面正前方,又,作為齒輪之外形形狀,針對形成齒形曲線是漸開線曲線之齒輪的情形來說明。
圖5與圖6是顯示切割器來回移動之進行方向為A方向時之工件旋轉方向的圖,圖5是正面圖,圖6是底面圖。控制構件14會控制切割器驅動構件12與工件保持構件13,並使切割器11之進行速度與工件W之旋轉速度同期而使其形成齒輪之漸開線曲線的狀態下,使切割器11朝一方
向旋轉並且朝A方向進行,且使工件W正轉。藉此,各刃部20與工件W之周面依序相接,在各切刀21之其中一方的面(圖5與6中,切刀21之切割器11之進行方向A側的面41)側,便可連續地切削工件W。
圖7與圖8是顯示切割器來回移動之進行方向為沿著旋轉軸R1之B方向時之工件旋轉方向的圖,圖7是正面圖,圖8是底面圖。與前述切割器11朝A方向進行,工件W為正轉時相反地,在控制構件14控制切割器驅動構件12與工件保持構件13,並使切割器11之進行速度與工件W之旋轉速度同期而使其形成齒輪之漸開線曲線的狀態下,控制構件14會使切割器11朝一方向旋轉並且朝B方向進行,且使工件W逆轉。藉此,各刃部20與工件W之周面依序相接,在各切刀21之另一方的面(圖7與8中,切刀21之切割器11之進行方向B側的面42)側,便可連續地切削工件W。
在使切割器11朝一方向旋轉之狀態下,連續地重覆使切割器11朝A方向進行並且使工件W正轉之動作(圖5與圖6)、以及使切割器11朝B方向進行並且對工件W逆轉之動作(圖7與圖8),藉此便可在工件W有效率地製造齒輪31。
如以上所說明,控制構件14會控制切割器驅動構件12之切割器11的來回移動並且控制工件保持構件13之正轉或是逆轉而在切割器11與工件W之接觸面,使沿著切割器11之軸線R1之方向之來回移動的進行方向與進行速度,以及工件W之旋轉軸R2周圍之旋轉方向與旋轉速度會一致。
將切割器驅動構件12用旋盤之刃物台來構成,並將工件保持構件13用旋盤之主軸來構成,藉此上述齒輪加工裝置1便可使用一般的旋盤,例如自動旋盤來實現。即,在旋盤之刃物台將切割器11安裝成自由旋轉驅動,並用主軸之夾頭保持工件W,只要作成以下程序即可:使切割器11在軸線R1周圍朝一方向旋轉,並且沿著軸線R1,在預定距離之範圍來回移動,使主軸如前所述地與切割器11之來回移動同期,並在軸線R2周圍使其正轉或是逆轉之旋盤動作。依據該動作程序來使旋盤動作,藉此與切割器11之來回移動同期,工件W在軸線R2周圍正轉或是逆轉,便可容易地在工件W製造齒輪31。藉此,作為切割器,如使用滾齒刀來製造齒輪時,不設置使切割器(滾齒刀)傾斜之機構的情形下,安裝切割器11而使其與主軸之軸線方向正交,藉此便可使用一般的旋盤並容易地製造齒輪。
圖9是顯示本發明實施例之齒輪加工裝置之切割器刃部之變形例的圖。如圖9所示,可構造為使刃部20將切割器11之軸線R1周圍環狀地連續地繞一圈的1片切刀所構成者。
而,上述實施例中,藉由使切割器11之軸線R1與工件W之軸線R2正交,在工件W之周面製造平齒輪。作為該變形例,切割器11之軸線R1與工件W之軸線R2只要以並非正交而是預定之角度交差的方式,來設定切割器驅動構件12之切割器11驅動軸之傾斜角度、工件保持構件13所保持之工件W旋轉軸之傾斜角度、或是這兩傾斜角度,亦
可製造螺旋齒(斜齒)齒輪。
圖5~圖8之例中,使切割器11之進行速度與工件W之旋轉速度同期而使齒輪之齒形曲線為漸開線曲線的狀態下,使切割器11朝一方向旋轉並且朝A方向及B方向來回進行,且使工件W與切割器11之來回移動同期且正轉及逆轉,將工件W切削成齒形曲線為漸開線曲線之外形形狀的齒輪。然而,不限於齒形曲線為漸開線曲線之齒輪的加工,使切割器11與工件W同期而使齒形之外形形狀為擺線曲線或角形斷面、或三角斷面等,藉此在上述實施例之齒輪加工裝置,可對工件W切削而使其具有齒形曲線為擺線曲線之齒輪、或角形斷面或三角斷面之外形形狀的齒輪。
進而,利用上述實施例之齒輪加工裝置,在工件W,可形成具有齒輪狀斷面之軸,例如形成栓槽軸或齒軸的外形形狀。此時,例如,只要在工件保持構件13,只依照形成於工件W之栓槽軸的長度分量,使工件W旋轉,並且使其朝C方向進行即可。
而,作為形成之栓槽軸或齒軸,可考慮斷面之外形形狀成為漸開線曲線、或角形、三角山等之漸開線齒型或角形齒型、三角齒等的漸開線軸或齒軸。又,可將具有齒輪或齒輪狀之斷面之軸(栓槽軸、齒軸等)加工而使在外周之一部分形成齒。
本發明可適用於使用了旋盤之齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的製造。

Claims (10)
- 一種加工裝置,其具備:具有在周面形成為環狀之刃部並以軸線為中心旋轉驅動的切割器、將工件保持成自由旋轉的工件保持構件、及沿著前述切割器之軸線方向使前述切割器與前述工件相對性地移動的切割器驅動構件,又,使前述切割器與前述工件之相對移動以及前述工件之旋轉加以連動,並使前述切割器以旋轉之狀態來押抵至前述工件,藉此對前述工件之周面形成齒輪或是具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的外形形狀,其特徵在於:前述刃部是在沿著軸線之方向並排設置複數個,前述切割器驅動構件是使前述切割器在軸線周圍朝一方向旋轉,並且使前述切割器沿著軸線,與工件相對性地來回移動,前述工件保持構件是根據前述切割器之來回移動,使前述工件正旋轉或是逆旋轉,且,使前述切割器之各前述刃部與前述工件之周面接觸,並且對前述工件切削而使其形成齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的外形形狀。
- 如請求項1之加工裝置,其中前述具有齒輪狀斷面之軸是由栓槽軸或齒軸所構成。
- 如請求項1或2之加工裝置,其更具有控制構件,而該控 制構件是控制因前述切割器驅動構件之前述切割器的來回移動及因前述工件保持構件之正轉或是逆轉而在前述切割器與工件之接觸面使因前述切割器之來回移動的進行方向與進行速度,以及工件之旋轉方向與旋轉速度同期。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之加工裝置,其中前述刃部是由在周面以預定間隔來圍繞設置的複數個切刀所構成。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之加工裝置,其中前述刃部是由連續地形成而使其將軸線之周圍繞一圈的切刀所構成。
- 一種加工方法,其特徵在於:使沿著軸線之方向並排設置複數個在周面形成為環狀之刃部的切割器在軸線周圍朝一方向旋轉,並且在前述切割器之軸線方向與工件相對性地來回移動,又,根據前述切割器之來回移動,使前述工件正旋轉或是逆旋轉,來使前述切割器之各前述刃部與前述工件之周面接觸,對前述工件切削而使其形成齒輪或具有齒輪狀斷面之軸的外形形狀。
- 如請求項1之加工方法,其中前述具有齒輪狀斷面的軸是由栓槽軸或是齒軸所構成。
- 如請求項6或7之加工方法,其中在前述切割器與前述工件之接觸面,根據前述切割器之來回移動使前述工件正轉或是逆轉而使前述切割器之來回移動的進行方向與進行速度,以及前述工件之旋轉方向與旋轉速度同期。
- 如請求項6~8中任一項之加工方法,其中前述刃部是由在周面以預定間隔來圍繞設置之複數個切刀所構成。
- 如請求項6~8中任一項之加工方法,其中前述刃部是由連續地形成而使其將軸線周圍繞一圈的切刀所構成。
