Abstract
本案係一種具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其包括一閥座,一第一頂針,一安全閥,一內套筒,及一第一彈簧,該閥座內套設該第一頂針,該第一頂針頂部裝設該安全閥,而該內套筒結合於該閥座頂部,使得該第一彈簧設於該內套筒與該安全閥之間。該瓦斯灌嘴具有在高溫環境中,可將瓦斯容器內部的高壓氣、液態混合的瓦斯通過該安全閥排放至外界,以避免發生瓦斯容器爆裂的危險。
Description
本案係有關一種用於瓦斯容器之灌嘴,尤指一種具有安全功能,例如在高溫下可避免瓦斯容器爆裂之瓦斯灌嘴。
按火在吾人之日常生活為不可或缺者,藉由它,使吾人得以熟食、照明,甚至進行金屬物品之鍛造、熔接或焊接等燃燒作業。因此,火的燃料,例如瓦斯係以氣體方式呈現,必須將之儲存於耐高壓的金屬容器內,例如桶裝瓦斯、罐裝瓦斯或具瓦斯容器之燃燒工具,以確保使用上的安全。
習知桶裝瓦斯頂部設有一旋轉式控制閥,以作為瓦斯之充填儲存及輸出使用,亦即該控制閥處於開啟狀態時係為一種雙向閥,由於桶裝瓦斯體積過於龐大,而不利於攜帶。
習知罐裝瓦斯頂部亦設有一呈常閉型態之控制閥,充填時係以高壓方式將液態瓦斯通過該控制閥並灌注於罐體內,使得該罐裝瓦斯雖具有攜帶的便利性。但該罐裝瓦斯因未設有灌嘴,因此,當該罐裝瓦斯內部液態瓦斯用罄後,只能將之丟棄,進而造成資源的浪費。因此,本案發明人即研發一種瓦斯容器,如本國第103108440號專利申請案即揭示一種具有灌嘴之瓦斯容器,使得該瓦斯容器具有可反覆充填與儲存高壓液態瓦斯
的功能外,並可供使用者握持與攜帶的優點。
而習知具瓦斯容器之燃燒工具則設有一灌嘴,使得該瓦斯容器內的液態瓦斯用罄後,可通過該灌嘴將液態瓦斯充填至瓦斯容器內儲存。
惟前述瓦斯容器若置於高溫環境中,例如焚化爐、陽光曝曬下的車輛內,當車內溫度越來越高時,將加速液態瓦斯的氣化,使得該容器內壓力驟增,容易發生瓦斯容器爆裂的危險。
因此,相關業者會在該瓦斯容器適當位置,例如頂部另設一安全閥,使當該瓦斯容器內的壓力大於該安全閥之預設壓力時,該安全閥立即開啟,以便將該瓦斯容器內部的高壓氣、液態混合的瓦斯排放至外界,以避免發生瓦斯容器爆裂的危險。
惟該安全閥須另行組裝於該瓦斯容器上,而增加組裝的工序外,若瓦斯容器面積太小,則無法裝設該安全閥,因此,如何設計出一種具有安全功能的灌嘴,乃相關業者亟待突破之課題。
本案主要目的在於提供一種具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其具有一安全閥設計,使得安裝該瓦斯灌嘴的瓦斯容器處於高溫環境中,可將瓦斯容器內部的高壓氣、液態混合的瓦斯通過該安全閥排放至外界,以避免發生氣爆的危險。
為達成前述之目的,本案所採取之技術手段係提供一種具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其包括:一閥座,其內部軸向設有一由上、下座孔構成之階級狀座孔,而外部則設有一結合部;一第一頂針,其裝設於該管孔內,且下段由該下座孔伸出,該第一頂針內部軸向設有一由上、下管孔構
成之階級狀管孔,而外周面頸部徑向設有一與該下管孔相連通之頸孔,該頸孔處於非充填狀態時係被一套設於該頸部之密封環所封閉;一安全閥,其將一第二彈簧及一第二頂針置於該上管孔內,並將一頂部軸向開設一通孔之端蓋結合於該上管孔,使該第二頂針可在該上管孔內軸向地彈性伸縮,而將該通孔封閉或開啟;以及一內套筒,其結合於該上座孔內,並將一第一彈簧設於該端蓋與該內套筒內軸向開設之筒孔之間,使該第一頂針及其頂部之安全閥可在該筒孔內軸向地彈性伸縮,而令該密封環將該下座孔封閉或開啟,以及該內套筒外周面軸向環設複數個連通於該上座孔之導槽。

為進一步揭示本案之具體技術內容,首先請參閱圖式,其中:

圖5為本案瓦斯灌嘴之安全閥進行洩壓動作之剖面圖。
如圖1及圖3所示,基本上,本案瓦斯灌嘴1包括一閥座11,一第一頂針12,一安全閥13,一內套筒14,及一第一彈簧15。
該閥座11內軸向開設一階級狀座孔111,該座孔111包括一上段內徑較大之上座孔112及一下段內徑較小之下座孔113,另將一階級狀第一
頂針12置於該座孔111內,使該第一頂針12下段由該下座孔113伸出,另將一安全閥13裝設於該第一頂針12頂部,再將一內套筒14結合,例如螺接於該上座孔112內,並在該安全閥13與該內套筒14之筒孔141頂部內壁之間設有一第一彈簧15,使得該第一頂針12及其頂部之安全閥13可在該內套筒14之筒孔141內軸向地彈性伸縮。其中,該閥座11外周面套設一第一止漏環115,以便結合於後敘瓦斯容器2後,係藉由該第一止漏環115形成氣密。
該內套筒14外周面軸向環設複數個導槽142,以便供該瓦斯
容器2內部的氣體排出,而利於液態瓦斯的充填。再者,該內套筒14頂面軸向伸出一與該筒孔141相通之出料管143,該出料管143進一步套接一延伸管144,以便將液態瓦斯注入該瓦斯容器2內。
此外,該第一頂針12內部設有一階級狀管孔121,該管孔121
包括一上段內徑較大之上管孔122及一中下段內徑較小之下管孔123,而外周面上段的頸部124徑向設有一與該下管孔121相連通之頸孔125,該頸孔125處於非充填狀態時係被一套設於該頸部124之彈性密封環126所遮蔽,使得液態瓦斯無法通過該頸孔125,以形成封閉型態。
尤有進者,該第一頂針12底部進一步套接一承接管16,且該
承接管16外周面另套設一第三止漏環161,以形成充填時的氣密作用。其中,該承接管16內設有一鄰接該第一頂針12底部設有一第一濾材17,以濾除進入該瓦斯灌嘴1內之雜質。而該出料管143則鄰接一第二濾材18,以濾除排出該瓦斯容器2內之雜質。另將一頂蓋19接裝於該閥座11頂部,藉以包覆該第二濾材18及該內套筒14頂部,而該出料管143則由該頂蓋19頂部預設之蓋孔191伸出。其中,該第一、第二濾材17、18實施時為粉末冶金燒結而成之具有細
微孔隙的燒結體或海綿墊為佳。此外,該頂蓋19於該蓋孔191外圍進一步延伸一套接環192,且該套接環192套接一限位管193。
該安全閥13包括一端蓋131,一第二彈簧132,及一第二頂針
133。該階級狀之端蓋131頂部軸向開設一通孔131a,並將該端蓋結合,例如螺接於該上管孔122,而該第二彈簧132置於該上管孔122內,並將呈十字形之第二頂針133套接於該第二彈簧132頂端,其中該第二頂針133外周面套接一第二止漏環133a,使得該第二頂針133上段穿入該通孔131a內,並藉由該第二止漏環133a恆常地將該通孔131a封閉,以形成氣密效果。而該第一彈簧15底端則套接於該端蓋131,並可隨著該第一頂針12及該安全閥13之軸向移動而壓縮該第一彈簧15。
如圖2所示,該瓦斯灌嘴1依照前述說明組立後形成一單體,
該瓦斯灌嘴1之結合部114,例如螺紋段螺接於一瓦斯容器2底面預設之螺接部2,並藉由該第一止漏環115形成氣密效果,而該瓦斯灌嘴1固接於該瓦斯容器2之詳情,則請參閱圖3。該瓦斯容器2頂部則設有一出氣部3,且該出氣部3可進一步接裝一習知的燃燒工具,例如加熱炬,惟不以此為限,該瓦斯容器2頂部亦可直接裝設一燃燒工具,使該瓦斯容器2成為一握把。
請再參閱圖1與圖3,該瓦斯灌嘴1組合成一單體後,並將其
裝設於該瓦斯容器2底面,此時,該第一彈簧15呈伸展狀態,使得該第一頂針12之密封環126恆常地將該下座孔113封閉,以形成氣密型態;此時,該瓦斯容器2內的液態瓦斯雖可由該出料管143與該蓋孔191之間的間隙進入該頂蓋19內,且經由該第二濾材18的過濾並通過該內套筒14之該等導槽142後,使該液態瓦斯充斥於該上座孔112內,但被該密封環126所阻擋,以致無法通
過下座孔113,而排放於該瓦斯灌嘴1之外。而該密封環126亦遮蔽該頸孔125,使該瓦斯容器2內的液態瓦斯亦無法通過該第一頂針12及承接管16,而排放於該灌嘴1之外。
請參閱圖4,如欲進行瓦斯的充填作業,僅需將該瓦斯容器2
倒立後,然後將習知罐裝瓦斯之出氣嘴4與該瓦斯灌嘴1之承接管16形成插接,使該第三止漏環161鄰接該出氣嘴4之開口41端部,以形成氣密效果外,並將該承接管16抵接於該閥座11,使該承接管16、該第一頂針12向著該內套筒14下移,以壓縮該第一彈簧15,而該密封環126則隨著該第一頂針12下移並抵接於該內套筒14,而將該下座孔113開啟,該頸孔125則因該承接管16與該第一頂針12下移距離大於該密封環126下移距離而露出;此時,該瓦斯容器2內空氣的由該出料管143與該蓋孔191之間的間隙進入該頂蓋19內,並通過該第二濾材18、該內套筒14之導槽142,使充斥於該上座孔112內的氣體則因該密封環126將該下座孔113開啟,而排放於外界。而該罐裝瓦斯內的液態瓦斯只能由該承接管16進入,並經由該第一濾材17過濾,使過濾後的液態瓦斯通過該第一頂針12之下管孔123、頸孔125,並進入該內套筒14之筒孔141內,而由該出料管143與延伸管144注入至該瓦斯容器2內儲存。
若該呈倒立型態瓦斯容器2內部的液態瓦斯觸及該限位管
193時,過剩的液態瓦斯將從前述空氣排出路徑,亦即由該出料管143與該蓋孔191之間的間隙進入該頂蓋19內,並通過第二濾材18、該內套筒14之導槽142、該上座孔112,而從該下座孔113洩出,此即代表瓦斯已充填至飽和狀態,可立即停止瓦斯充填作業。
事實上,該延伸管144長度越長,該限位管193長度越短時,
即代表該瓦斯容器2可充填的液態瓦斯越多;反之該延伸管144長度越短,該限位管193長度越長時,即代表該瓦斯容器2可充填的液態瓦斯越少。
請參閱圖5,當該瓦斯容器1置於高溫環境中,例如陽光曝曬
下的車輛內,且車內溫度越來越高時,將加速液態瓦斯的氣化,使得該瓦斯容器2內壓力驟增,當該瓦斯容器2內部壓力大於該第二彈簧132的預設彈力(壓力)時,使該第二頂針133及其第二止漏環133a受壓下移,並同步開啟該端蓋131之通孔131a並壓縮該第二彈簧132,而該瓦斯容器2內高壓氣、液態混合的瓦斯則經由該出料管143、筒孔141、端蓋131之通孔131a、管孔121、第一濾材17,並由該承接管16排放至外界,以避免發生氣爆的危險。
所以,經由本案之實施,其所獲致之功效在於,藉由在該瓦
斯灌嘴內之第一頂針進一步裝設安全閥,使得安裝該瓦斯灌嘴的瓦斯容器處於高溫環境中,例如陽光曝曬下的車輛內,若該瓦斯容器內部壓力大於該安全閥之預設壓力時,該安全閥立即開啟,以便將瓦斯容器內部的高壓氣、液態混合的瓦斯通過該安全閥排放至外界,以避免發生氣爆的危險,堪稱同類物品前所未見之一大佳構。
本案所揭示者,乃較佳實施例之一種,舉凡局部之變更或修飾而源於本案之技術思想而為熟習該項技藝之人所易於推知者,俱不脫本案之專利權範疇。

Claims (7)
- 一種具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其包括:一閥座,其內部軸向設有一由上、下座孔構成之階級狀座孔,而外部則設有一結合部;一第一頂針,其裝設於該管孔內,且下段由該下座孔伸出,該第一頂針內部軸向設有一由上、下管孔構成之階級狀管孔,而外周面頸部徑向設有一與該下管孔相連通之頸孔,該頸孔處於非充填狀態時係被一套設於該頸部之密封環所封閉;一安全閥,其將一第二彈簧及一第二頂針置於該上管孔內,並將一頂部軸向開設一通孔之端蓋結合於該上管孔,使該第二頂針可在該上管孔內軸向地彈性伸縮,而將該通孔封閉或開啟;以及一內套筒,其結合於該上座孔內,並將一第一彈簧設於該端蓋與該內套筒內軸向開設之筒孔之間,使該第一頂針及其頂部之安全閥可在該筒孔內軸向地彈性伸縮,而令該密封環將該下座孔封閉或開啟,以及該內套筒外周面軸向環設複數個連通於該上座孔之導槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其中該閥座之結合部為螺紋段,且在外周面套設一第一止漏環。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其中該第二頂針外周面套設一第二止漏環。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其進一步包括一承接管,該承接管外周面套設一第三止漏環,且該承接管內設有一鄰接該第一頂針底部且可濾除雜質之第一濾材。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其中該內套筒頂面進一步包括一與該筒孔相通且軸向延伸之出料管;該出料管鄰接一可濾除雜質之第二濾材,另將一頂蓋接裝於該閥座頂部,藉以包覆該第二濾材及該內套筒頂部,而該出料管則由該頂蓋頂部之蓋孔伸出。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其中該出料管進一步套接一延伸管;而該頂蓋於該蓋孔外圍進一步軸向延伸一套接環,且該套接環套接一限位管。
- 如申請專利範圍第4或5項所述之具安全功能之瓦斯灌嘴,其中該第一、第二濾材為粉末冶金燒結而成之具有細微孔隙的燒結體或海綿墊。
