火在人门的日常生活中为不可或缺的,通过它,使我们得以熟食、照明,甚至进行金属物品的锻造、熔接或焊接等燃烧作业。因此,火的燃料,例如瓦斯是以气体方式呈现,必须将之储存于耐高压的金属容器内,例如桶装瓦斯、罐装瓦斯或具瓦斯容器的燃烧工具,以确保使用上的安全。
已知桶装瓦斯顶部设有一旋转式控制阀,以作为瓦斯的充填储存及输出使用,亦即该控制阀处于开启状态时是为一种双向阀,由于桶装瓦斯体积过于庞大,而不利于携带。
已知罐装瓦斯顶部亦设有一呈常闭型态的控制阀,充填时是以高压方式将液态瓦斯通过该控制阀并灌注于罐体内,使得该罐装瓦斯虽具有携带的便利性。但该罐装瓦斯因未设有灌嘴,因此,当该罐装瓦斯内部液态瓦斯用罄后,只能将之丢弃,进而造成资源的浪费。因此,本发明发明人即研发一种瓦斯容器,如中国台湾第103108440号专利申请案即揭示一种具有灌嘴的瓦斯容器,使得该瓦斯容器具有可反复充填与储存高压液态瓦斯的功能外,并可供使用者握持与携带的优点。
而已知具瓦斯容器的燃烧工具则设有一灌嘴,使得该瓦斯容器内的液态瓦斯用罄后,可通过该灌嘴将液态瓦斯充填至瓦斯容器内储存。
惟前述瓦斯容器若置于高温环境中,例如焚化炉、阳光曝晒下的车辆内,当车内温度越来越高时,将加速液态瓦斯的气化,使得该容器内压力骤增,容易发生瓦斯容器爆裂的危险。
因此,相关业者会在该瓦斯容器适当位置,例如顶部另设一安全阀,使当该瓦斯容器内的压力大于该安全阀的预设压力时,该安全阀立即开启,以便将该瓦斯容器内部的高压气、液态混合的瓦斯排放至外界,以避免发生瓦斯容器爆裂的危险。
惟该安全阀须另行组装于该瓦斯容器上,而增加组装的工序外,若瓦斯容器面积太小,则无法装设该安全阀,因此,如何设计出一种具有安全功能的灌嘴,乃相关业者亟待突破的课题。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其具有一安全阀设计,使得安装该瓦斯灌嘴的瓦斯容器处于高温环境中,可将瓦斯容器内部的高压气、液态混合的瓦斯通过该安全阀排放至外界,以避免发生气爆的危险。
为达成前述的目的,本发明所采取的技术手段是提供一种具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其包括:一阀座,其内部轴向设有一由上、下座孔构成的阶级状座孔,而外部则设有一结合部;一第一顶针,其装设于该管孔内,且下段由该下座孔伸出,该第一顶针内部轴向设有一由上、下管孔构成的阶级状管孔,而外周面颈部径向设有一与该下管孔相连通的颈孔,该颈孔处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部的密封环所封闭;一安全阀,其将一第二弹簧及一第二顶针置于该上管孔内,并将一顶部轴向开设一通孔的端盖结合于该上管孔,使该第二顶针可在该上管孔内轴向地弹性伸缩,而将该通孔封闭或开启;以及一内套筒,其结合于该上座孔内,并将一第一弹簧设于该端盖与该内套筒内轴向开设的筒孔之间,使该第一顶针及其顶部的安全阀可在该筒孔内轴向地弹性伸缩,而令该密封环将该下座孔封闭或开启,以及该内套筒外周面轴向环设多个连通于该上座孔的导槽。

具体实施方式
如图1及图3所示,基本上,本发明瓦斯灌嘴1包括一阀座11,一第一顶针12,一安全阀13,一内套筒14,及一第一弹簧15。
该阀座11内轴向开设一阶级状座孔111,该座孔111包括一上段内径较大的上座孔112及一下段内径较小的下座孔113,另将一阶级状第一顶针12置于该座孔111内,使该第一顶针12下段由该下座孔113伸出,另将一安全阀13装设于该第一顶针12顶部,再将一内套筒14结合,例如螺接于该上座孔112内,并在该安全阀13与该内套筒14的筒孔141顶部内壁之间设有一第一弹簧15,使得该第一顶针12及其顶部的安全阀13可在该内套筒14的筒孔141内轴向地弹性伸缩。其中,该阀座11外周面套设一第一止漏环115,以便结合于后叙瓦斯容器2后,是通过该第一止漏环115形成气密。
该内套筒14外周面轴向环设多个导槽142,以便供该瓦斯容器2内部的气体排出,而利于液态瓦斯的充填。再者,该内套筒14顶面轴向伸出一与该筒孔141相通的出料管143,该出料管143进一步套接一延伸管144,以便将液态瓦斯注入该瓦斯容器2内。
此外,该第一顶针12内部设有一阶级状管孔121,该管孔121包括一上段内径较大的上管孔122及一中下段内径较小的下管孔123,而外周面上段的颈部124径向设有一与该下管孔121相连通的颈孔125,该颈孔125处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部124的弹性密封环126所遮蔽,使得液态瓦斯无法通过该颈孔125,以形成封闭型态。
尤其是,该第一顶针12底部进一步套接一承接管16,且该承接管16外周面另套设一第三止漏环161,以形成充填时的气密作用。其中,该承接管16内设有一邻接该第一顶针12底部设有一第一滤材17,以滤除进入该瓦斯灌嘴1内的杂质。而该出料管143则邻接一第二滤材18,以滤除排出该瓦斯容器2内的杂质。另将一顶盖19接装于该阀座11顶部,以包覆该第二滤材18及该内套筒14顶部,而该出料管143则由该顶盖19顶部预设的盖孔191伸出。其中,该第一、第二滤材17、18实施时为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫为佳。此外,该顶盖19于该盖孔191外围进一步延伸一套接环192,且该套接环192套接一限位管193。
该安全阀13包括一端盖131,一第二弹簧132,及一第二顶针133。该阶级状的端盖131顶部轴向开设一通孔131a,并将该端盖结合,例如螺接于该上管孔122,而该第二弹簧132置于该上管孔122内,并将呈十字形的第二顶针133套接于该第二弹簧132顶端,其中该第二顶针133外周面套接一第二止漏环133a,使得该第二顶针133上段穿入该通孔131a内,并通过该第二止漏环133a恒常地将该通孔131a封闭,以形成气密效果。而该第一弹簧15底端则套接于该端盖131,并可随着该第一顶针12及该安全阀13的轴向移动而压缩该第一弹簧15。
如图2所示,该瓦斯灌嘴1依照前述说明组立后形成一单体,该瓦斯灌嘴1的结合部114,例如螺纹段螺接于一瓦斯容器2底面预设的螺接部2,并通过该第一止漏环115形成气密效果,而该瓦斯灌嘴1固接于该瓦斯容器2的详情,则请参阅图3。该瓦斯容器2顶部则设有一出气部3,且该出气部3可进一步接装一已知的燃烧工具,例如加热炬,惟不以此为限,该瓦斯容器2顶部亦可直接装设一燃烧工具,使该瓦斯容器2成为一握把。
请再参阅图1与图3,该瓦斯灌嘴1组合成一单体后,并将其装设于该瓦斯容器2底面,此时,该第一弹簧15呈伸展状态,使得该第一顶针12的密封环126恒常地将该下座孔113封闭,以形成气密型态;此时,该瓦斯容器2内的液态瓦斯虽可由该出料管143与该盖孔191之间的间隙进入该顶盖19内,且经由该第二滤材18的过滤并通过该内套筒14的所述导槽142后,使该液态瓦斯充斥于该上座孔112内,但被该密封环126所阻挡,以致无法通过下座孔113,而排放于该瓦斯灌嘴1之外。而该密封环126亦遮蔽该颈孔125,使该瓦斯容器2内的液态瓦斯亦无法通过该第一顶针12及承接管16,而排放于该灌嘴1之外。
请参阅图4,如欲进行瓦斯的充填作业,仅需将该瓦斯容器2倒立后,然后将已知罐装瓦斯的出气嘴4与该瓦斯灌嘴1的承接管16形成插接,使该第三止漏环161邻接该出气嘴4的开口41端部,以形成气密效果外,并将该承接管16抵接于该阀座11,使该承接管16、该第一顶针12向着该内套筒14下移,以压缩该第一弹簧15,而该密封环126则随着该第一顶针12下移并抵接于该内套筒14,而将该下座孔113开启,该颈孔125则因该承接管16与该第一顶针12下移距离大于该密封环126下移距离而露出;此时,该瓦斯容器2内空气的由该出料管143与该盖孔191之间的间隙进入该顶盖19内,并通过该第二滤材18、该内套筒14的导槽142,使充斥于该上座孔112内的气体则因该密封环126将该下座孔113开启,而排放于外界。而该罐装瓦斯内的液态瓦斯只能由该承接管16进入,并经由该第一滤材17过滤,使过滤后的液态瓦斯通过该第一顶针12的下管孔123、颈孔125,并进入该内套筒14的筒孔141内,而由该出料管143与延伸管144注入至该瓦斯容器2内储存。
若该呈倒立型态瓦斯容器2内部的液态瓦斯触及该限位管193时,过剩的液态瓦斯将从前述空气排出路径,亦即由该出料管143与该盖孔191之间的间隙进入该顶盖19内,并通过第二滤材18、该内套筒14的导槽142、该上座孔112,而从该下座孔113泄出,此即代表瓦斯已充填至饱和状态,可立即停止瓦斯充填作业。
事实上,该延伸管144长度越长,该限位管193长度越短时,即代表该瓦斯容器2可充填的液态瓦斯越多;反的该延伸管144长度越短,该限位管193长度越长时,即代表该瓦斯容器2可充填的液态瓦斯越少。
请参阅图5,当该瓦斯容器1置于高温环境中,例如阳光曝晒下的车辆内,且车内温度越来越高时,将加速液态瓦斯的气化,使得该瓦斯容器2内压力骤增,当该瓦斯容器2内部压力大于该第二弹簧132的预设弹力(压力)时,使该第二顶针133及其第二止漏环133a受压下移,并同步开启该端盖131的通孔131a并压缩该第二弹簧132,而该瓦斯容器2内高压气、液态混合的瓦斯则经由该出料管143、筒孔141、端盖131的通孔131a、管孔121、第一滤材17,并由该承接管16排放至外界,以避免发生气爆的危险。
所以,经由本发明的实施,其所获致的功效在于,通过在该瓦斯灌嘴内的第一顶针进一步装设安全阀,使得安装该瓦斯灌嘴的瓦斯容器处于高温环境中,例如阳光曝晒下的车辆内,若该瓦斯容器内部压力大于该安全阀的预设压力时,该安全阀立即开启,以便将瓦斯容器内部的高压气、液态混合的瓦斯通过该安全阀排放至外界,以避免发生气爆的危险,堪称同类物品前所未见的一大佳构。
本发明所揭示的,乃较佳实施例的一种,凡是局部的变更或修饰而源于本发明的技术思想而为熟习该项技术的人所易于推知的,俱不脱本发明的权利要求范畴。

Claims (7)

1.一种具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其包括:
一阀座,其内部轴向设有一由上、下座孔构成的阶级状座孔,而外部则设有一结合部;
一第一顶针,其装设于该管孔内,且下段由该下座孔伸出,该第一顶针内部轴向设有一由上、下管孔构成的阶级状管孔,而外周面颈部径向设有一与该下管孔相连通的颈孔,该颈孔处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部的密封环所封闭;
一安全阀,其将一第二弹簧及一第二顶针置于该上管孔内,并将一顶部轴向开设一通孔的端盖结合于该上管孔,使该第二顶针可在该上管孔内轴向地弹性伸缩,而将该通孔封闭或开启;以及
一内套筒,其结合于该上座孔内,并将一第一弹簧设于该端盖与该内套筒内轴向开设的筒孔之间,使该第一顶针及其顶部的安全阀可在该筒孔内轴向地弹性伸缩,而令该密封环将该下座孔封闭或开启,以及该内套筒外周面轴向环设多个连通于该上座孔的导槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其中该阀座的结合部为螺纹段,且在外周面套设一第一止漏环。
3.如权利要求1所述的具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其中该第二顶针外周面套设一第二止漏环。
4.如权利要求1所述的具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其进一步包括一承接管,该承接管外周面套设一第三止漏环,且该承接管内设有一邻接该第一顶针底部且可滤除杂质的第一滤材。
5.如权利要求1所述的具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其中该内套筒顶面进一步包括一与该筒孔相通且轴向延伸的出料管;该出料管邻接一可滤除杂质的第二滤材,另将一顶盖接装于该阀座顶部,以包覆该第二滤材及该内套筒顶部,而该出料管则由该顶盖顶部的盖孔伸出。
6.如权利要求5所述的具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其中该出料管进一步套接一延伸管;而该顶盖于该盖孔外围进一步轴向延伸一套接环,且该套接环套接一限位管。
7.如权利要求4或5所述的具安全功能的瓦斯灌嘴,其中该第一、第二滤材为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫。
