Abstract
本发明是一种可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其包括一用以储存液态瓦斯的金属罐体,且该罐体的顶、底部各自接装一出气部及一灌嘴;其中该出气部包括一连接环及一装设于该连接环内的出气嘴;该灌嘴则与现有罐装瓦斯的出气嘴连接,以便充填液态瓦斯至该罐体内储存。该瓦斯容器具有方便握持与携带的功能,以便因应不同的燃烧需求或使用环境。

技术领域
本发明是有关一种瓦斯容器,尤指一种具有可反复充填与储存高压液态瓦斯并可供使用者握持与携带的瓦斯容器。本发明进一步涉及一种用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴。
背景技术
火是物质在燃烧过程中所进行的强烈氧化反应,并散发出的光和热,也是一种能量释放的方式。由于火在人的日常生活为不可或缺者,通过它,使人得以熟食、照明,甚至进行金属物品的锻造、熔接或焊接等燃烧作业。因此,火的燃料,例如瓦斯是以气体方式呈现,必须将之储存于耐高压的金属容器内,例如桶装瓦斯或罐装瓦斯,以确保使用上的安全。
现有桶装瓦斯顶部设有一控制阀,以作为瓦斯的充填储存及输出使用,亦即该控制阀处于开启状态时是为一种双向阀。因此,该桶装瓦斯的控制阀以可挠曲的连接管连接瓦斯炉,以作为烹煮食物之用。由于前述桶装瓦斯体积过于庞大,因此,除烹饪外,若以燃烧工具进行锻造、熔接或焊接等燃烧作业,亦大都在该桶装瓦斯周围进行,而未具携带的便利性。
基于瓦斯容器小型化的需求,因此坊间相关业者即研发出各种形式的罐装瓦斯,所述罐装瓦斯顶部亦设有一呈常闭型态的控制阀,充填时是以高压方式将液态瓦斯通过该控制阀并灌注于罐体内,使得所述罐装瓦斯具有携带的便利性。但前述罐装瓦斯是属低压,例如2kg/cm2,以致瓦斯的气化点温度较高,因此,若处于低温状态,例如摄氏0℃时,该罐装瓦斯内的液态瓦斯则因难以气化,而无法供应给瓦斯炉或燃烧工具进行燃烧。再者,现有低压型态的瓦斯容器未设有灌嘴,因此,当该容器内部液态瓦斯用罄后,只能将该容器丢弃,进而造成资源的浪费。
所以,相关业者研发出高压,例如10kg/cm2的罐装瓦斯,该罐装瓦斯内部瓦斯的气化点温度较低,因此,若处于低温状态,例如摄氏-20℃~-30℃时,该罐装瓦斯内的液态瓦斯仍可气化,而得以供应给瓦斯炉或燃烧工具进行燃烧。但该罐装瓦斯显著缺失在于,该罐体尺寸较大,例如直径为74mm、高度为274mm,且与燃烧工具组装后,重量大,容易造成手部的疲累,另因该罐装瓦斯体积较大,而不利于在狭小空间内操作。尤有进者,该高压型态的瓦斯容器亦未设灌嘴,因此,当该容器内部液态瓦斯用罄后,亦只能将该容器丢弃,进而造成资源的浪费。
因此,如何设计出一种具有可反复充填与储存高压液态瓦斯并可供使用者握持与携带的瓦斯容器,以因应不同的燃烧需求和使用环境,乃相关业者亟待突破的课题。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其具有可反复充填与储存高压液态瓦斯,以及方便握持与携带的功能,以便因应不同的燃烧需求或使用环境。
为达成前述的目的,本发明所采取的技术手段提供一种可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其包括一用以储存液态瓦斯的金属罐体,且该罐体的顶、底部各自接装一出气部及一灌嘴;该出气部包括一连接环及一装设于该连接环内的出气嘴;该灌嘴则包括一第一阀座,该第一阀座内轴向具有一由上、下座孔所构成的阶级状座孔,将一第一顶针至于该座孔内,使该第一顶针下段由该下座孔伸出,另将一内套筒结合于该上座孔内,并将一第一弹簧设于该第一顶针与该内套筒内开设的筒孔之间,使得该第一顶针可在该筒孔内轴向地弹性伸缩;其中该内套筒外周面轴向环设多个连通于该上座孔的导槽,该第一顶针内部轴向开设一管孔,而外周面上段的颈部径向设有一与该管孔相连通的颈孔,该颈孔与该下座孔处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部的密封环所封闭,以形成气密型态;当进行液态瓦斯充填时,该第一顶针沿着该内套筒上移,并压缩该第一弹簧,而该密封环则随着该第一顶针上移并抵接于该内套筒底部,而分别将该颈孔与该下座孔开启,使液态瓦斯由该颈孔进入筒孔并注入该罐体内储存,而该罐体内的气体则由该下座孔排放于外界。
本发明次要目的在于提供一种用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴,其具有充填时可将该瓦斯容器内气体排出,以利于液态瓦斯通过该灌嘴。
为达成前述的目的,本发明所采取的技术手段提供一种用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴,其包括一第一阀座,该第一阀座内轴向具有一由上、下座孔所构成的阶级状座孔,将一第一顶针至于该座孔内,使该第一顶针下段由该下座孔伸出,另将一内套筒结合于该上座孔内,并将一第一弹簧设于该第一顶针与该内套筒内开设的筒孔之间,使得该第一顶针可在该筒孔内轴向地弹性伸缩;其中该内套筒外周面轴向环设多个连通于该上座孔的导槽,该第一顶针内部轴向开设一管孔,而外周面上段的颈部径向设有一与该管孔相连通的颈孔,该颈孔与该下座孔处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部的密封环所封闭,以形成气密型态。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,基本上,本发明瓦斯容器1包括一金属罐体11,一灌嘴12,及一出气部13。如图4或图5所示,该瓦斯容器1可进一步装设一握把2内,并将该握把2套设于一底座3,使该瓦斯容器1获得该握把2的包覆与保护外,并可置放于一底座3上。
其中,该金属罐体11内部是用以储存液态瓦斯,尤其是高压液态瓦斯。该罐体11的底、顶部各自设有一灌嘴12及一出气部13。而为方便握持该罐体11,因此该罐体11经由小型化处理,使得其直径为40mm、高度为185mm,使得该罐体11有利于使用者手部握持外,且具有方便携带的功能。
如图2及图6所示,该灌嘴12包括一接装于该罐体11底面的第一阀座121,该第一阀座121内轴向开设一阶级状座孔121a,该座孔121a包括一内径较大的上座孔121b及一内径较小的下座孔121c,将一阶级状第一顶针122置于该座孔121a内,使该第一顶针122下段由该下座孔121c伸出,另将一内套筒124结合于该上座孔121b内,并将一第一弹簧123设于该第一顶针122与该内套筒124内开设的筒孔124a之间,使得该第一顶针122可在该筒孔124a内轴向地弹性伸缩。
其中,该内套筒124外周面轴向环设多个导槽124b,以便供该罐体11内的气体排出,而利于液态瓦斯的充填。
再者,该内套筒124顶面轴向伸出一与该筒孔124a相通的出料管124c,以便将液态瓦斯注入该罐体11内。
此外,该第一顶针122内部轴向开设一管孔122a,而外周面上段的颈部122b径向设有一与该管孔122a相连通的颈孔122c,该颈孔122c处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部122b的弹性密封环122d所遮蔽,使得液态瓦斯无法通过该颈部122b,以形成封闭型态。
尤有进者,该第一顶针122底部进一步套接一承接管125,且该承接管125外周面另套设一第一止漏环125a,以形成充填时的气密作用。其中,该承接管125内设有一邻接该第一顶针122底部的第一滤材126,以滤除进入该灌嘴12内的杂质。而该出料管124c邻接一第二滤材127,以滤除排出该罐体11内的杂质。另将一顶盖128接装于该第一阀座121顶部,用以包覆该第二滤材127及该内套筒124顶部,而该出料管124c则由该顶盖128顶部预设的盖孔128a伸出。其中,该第一、第二滤材126、127实施时为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫为佳。
请再参阅图2与图6,首先将该灌嘴12组合成一单体后,即可将该灌嘴12装设于该罐体11底面,此时,该第一弹簧123呈伸展状态,使得该第一顶针122的密封环122d恒常地将该下座孔121c封闭,以形成气密型态;亦即该罐体11内的液态瓦斯虽可由该出料管124c与该盖孔128a之间的间隙进入该顶盖128内,且经由该第二滤材127的过滤并通过该内套筒124的所述导槽124b后,使该液态瓦斯充斥于该上座孔121b内,并被该密封环122d所阻挡,以致无法通过下座孔121c,而排放于该灌嘴12之外。而该密封环122d亦遮蔽该颈孔122c,使该罐体11内的液态瓦斯亦无法通过该第一顶针122及承接管125,而排放于该灌嘴12之外。
请参阅图7,如欲进行高压瓦斯的充填作业,仅需将现有高压罐装瓦斯的出气嘴4供该灌嘴12的承接管125插入,使该第一止漏环125a邻接该出气嘴4的开口41端部,以形成气密效果外,并将该承接管125顶面抵接于该第一阀座121底面,使该承接管125、该第一顶针122向着该内套筒124上移,以压缩该第一弹簧123,而该密封环122d则随着该第一顶针122上移并抵接于该内套筒124底部,而将该下座孔121c开启,而该颈孔122c则因该承接管125与该第一顶针122上移距离大于该密封环122d上移距离而露出;此时,前述经由该第二滤材127过滤,并充斥于该上座孔121b内的气体则因密封环122d将该下座孔121c开启,而排放于外界。而该高压罐装瓦斯内的液态瓦斯只能由该承接管125进入,并经由该第一滤材126过滤,使过滤后的液态瓦斯通过该第一顶针122的管孔122a、颈孔122c,并进入该内套筒124的筒孔124a,而由该出料管124c注入至该罐体11内储存。
该罐体11若充填至饱和状态时,则过剩的液态瓦斯将从前述该第一顶针122、承接管125与下座孔121c泄出,即可停止瓦斯充填作业。
如图1、图3及图6所示,该出气部13包括一接装于该罐体11顶面的连接环131,及一设于该连接环131内的出气嘴132。该连接环131轴向设有一阶级状的接口131a,且该连接环131的外周面或该接口131a设有一螺纹段131b,以便供接装现有瓦斯燃烧工具。而该出气嘴132结合,例如螺接于该接口131a底部,该出气嘴132包括一第二阀座132a,该第二阀座132a顶部轴向开设一阀孔132b,将一阶级状第二顶针132c置于该阀孔132b内,使该第二顶针132c上段由该阀孔132b伸出,并由该第二顶针132c外周面所套接的第二止漏环132d恒常地将该阀孔132b封闭,以形成气密效果。
此外,该第二顶针132c底部套接一第二弹簧132e一端,另将一内端盖132f结合,例如螺接于该阀孔132b底部,使该第二弹簧132e另一端抵接于该内端盖132f顶部,而令该第二顶针132c上段可在该阀孔132a内轴向地弹性伸缩,用以控制气态瓦斯的供应。
再者,该内端盖132f内套设一第三滤材133,以滤除该罐体11内的杂质。其中,该第三滤材133实施时为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫为佳。
尤有进者,该连接环131的接口131a内部约略中段设有一阶级状的凸缘131c,该凸缘131c上方依序抵接一第三止漏环134及一导环135,以利于现有瓦斯燃烧工具的接气嘴的穿设与形成气密型态。
请参阅图8,现有瓦斯燃烧工具的接气嘴5内轴向开设一阶级状的嘴孔51,另将一阶级状第四顶针52置于该嘴孔51内,并通过该第四顶针52外周面所套接的第五止漏环53恒常地将该嘴孔51底部封闭,以形成气密效果。再者,该第四顶针52顶套接一第四弹簧54一端,另将一顶端盖55结合,例如螺接于该嘴孔51顶部,使该第四弹簧54另一端抵接于该顶端盖55底部,且令该第四顶针52下段可在该嘴孔51底部内轴向地弹性伸缩,用以控制该接气嘴5的启闭。
再者,该顶端盖55内套设一第四滤材56,以滤除进入该瓦斯燃烧工具内的杂质。其中,该第四滤材56实施时为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫为佳。
如欲进行燃烧作业,该罐体11必须供应燃气给该瓦斯燃烧工具,首先将该瓦斯燃烧工具连接,例如螺接于该连接环131的螺纹段131b,使该接气嘴5插入该连接环131的接口131a内,并穿越该导环135且被该第三止漏环134紧密包覆,以形成气密效果;而该接气嘴5底部则压掣该第二顶针132c,使该第二顶针132c与该第三止漏环132d于下移过程中,同步开启该阀孔132b并压缩该第二弹簧132e。而该罐体11内高压液态瓦斯经由该第三滤材133过滤,使过滤后的气、液态混合的瓦斯通过该第二阀座132a的阀孔132b,而进入到该瓦斯燃烧工具的接气嘴5内,由于过滤后的气、液态混合的瓦斯压力大于该第四弹簧54的弹力,使该第四顶针52与该第五止漏环53受压上移,并同步开启该嘴孔51并压缩该第四弹簧54,使该气、液态混合的瓦斯再经由该第四滤材56过滤后,而进入瓦斯燃烧工具,以便进行燃烧作业。
尤有进者,为确保该瓦斯工具1使用上的安全,请参阅图6,该罐体11适当位置,例如底面进一步接装一安全阀14,该安全阀14包括一第三阀座141,该第三阀座141顶部轴向开设一通孔142,将一阶级状第三顶针143置于该通孔142内,使该第三顶针143由该通孔142顶部伸出,并通过该第三顶针143外周面所套接的第四止漏环144恒常地将该通孔142封闭,以形成气密效果。再者,该第三顶针143底部套接一第三弹簧145一端,另将一底端盖146结合,例如螺接于该第三阀座141的通孔142底部,使该第三弹簧145另一端抵接于该底端盖146顶部,且令该第三顶针143上段可在该通孔142内轴向地弹性伸缩,用以控制该罐体11内的液态瓦斯不致外泄。
请参阅图9,当该瓦斯容器1置于高温环境中,例如阳光曝晒下的车辆内,当车内温度越来越高时,将加速液态瓦斯的气化,使得该罐体11内压力骤增,当该罐体11内压力大于该内第三弹簧145的弹力时,使该第三顶针143与该第四止漏环144受压下移,并同步开启该通孔142并压缩该第三弹簧145,而该罐体11内高压气、液态混合的瓦斯则经由该通孔142并通过该底端盖146,而排放至外界,以避免发生气爆的危险。
请参阅图4至图7,为提供防滑握持的方便性,该瓦斯容器1可进一步装设于一握把2内,该握把2包括一由弹性高分子材料,例如橡胶制成的防滑套管21,该防滑套管21底部轴向形成一供该瓦斯容器1套入的套孔211,而外周面环设多条凹凸纹212,而顶部则开设一供该出气部13穿出的穿孔213,该穿孔213圆周面连接多条辐射状的延伸槽214,以利于该出气部13的穿出。
该握把2另包括一底盖22,其亦可由前述弹性高分子材料制成,以便套接于该防滑套管21底部,以便保护该灌嘴12。如图4所示,该底盖22利用一系带221连接于该防滑套管21,使得该底盖22不致与该防滑套管21脱离。尤有进者,该握把2进一步包括一中继环23,该中继环23是由硬质高分子材料,例如塑料制成,该中继环23为阶级形环体,其上段夹设于该罐体11与该防滑套管21底部之间,而下段则供该底盖22套设,其中该中继环23上、下段交接位置对应该底盖22的系带221开设一卡接孔231,该卡扣孔231供该系带221顶部横向设置的卡榫222穿设,使该底盖22连接于该中继环23,且该底盖22与该中继环23两者的套接面相对设有可互为扣接的扣榫223与扣槽232,使该底盖22相对于该中继环23为可掀开(图7所示)或封闭(图6所示)型态。
请再参阅图4至图6所示,为提供该瓦斯容器1未使用时得以站立,因此,该瓦斯容器1进一步包括一底座3,该底座3为一盘形体,其中央的中空立柱31内设有一与该握把2底部,例如底盖22相应造形的柱孔32。如图5所示,是将该瓦斯容器1与握把2结合后并置于该底座3的立体图。
所以,经由本发明的实施,其所获致的功效在于,该瓦斯容器的出气部可直接接装瓦斯燃烧工具,且因增设灌嘴的设计,而具有可反复充填液态瓦斯的功能,用以延长瓦斯容器的使用寿命,并兼具环保诉求。再者,通过该瓦斯容器的罐体设计,使其可储存高压液态瓦斯,让使用者容易握持与方便携带,以因应不同的燃烧需求和使用环境,堪称同类物品前所未见的一大佳构。
本发明所揭示者,乃较佳实施例的一种,举凡局部的变更或修饰而源于本发明的技术思想而为熟悉该项技艺的人所易于推知者,俱不脱本发明的专利权范畴。
Claims (17)
1.一种可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,
包括一用以储存液态瓦斯的金属罐体,且该罐体的顶、底部各自接装一出气部及一灌嘴;该出气部包括一连接环及一装设于该连接环内的出气嘴;该灌嘴则包括一第一阀座,该第一阀座内轴向具有一由上、下座孔所构成的阶级状座孔,将一第一顶针至于该座孔内,使该第一顶针下段由该下座孔伸出,另将一内套筒结合于该上座孔内,并将一第一弹簧设于该第一顶针与该内套筒内开设的筒孔之间,使得该第一顶针能在该筒孔内轴向地弹性伸缩;其中该内套筒外周面轴向环设多个连通于该上座孔的导槽,该第一顶针内部轴向开设一管孔,而外周面上段的颈部径向设有一与该管孔相连通的颈孔,该颈孔与该下座孔处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部的密封环所封闭,以形成气密型态;当进行液态瓦斯充填时,该第一顶针沿着该内套筒上移,并压缩该第一弹簧,而该密封环则随着该第一顶针上移并抵接于该内套筒底部,而分别将该颈孔与该下座孔开启,使液态瓦斯由该颈孔进入筒孔并注入该罐体内储存,而该罐体内的气体则由该下座孔排放于外界。
2.如权利要求1所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该灌嘴进一步包括一承接管,该承接管外周面套设一第一止漏环,且该承接管内设有一邻接该第一顶针底部的第一滤材,以滤除进入该灌嘴内的杂质。
3.如权利要求1所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该灌嘴的内套筒顶面进一步包括一与该筒孔相通且轴向延伸的出料管;该出料管邻接一第二滤材,以滤除排出该罐体内的杂质,另将一顶盖接装于该第一阀座顶部,用以包覆该第二滤材及该内套筒顶部,而该出料管则由该顶盖顶部的盖孔伸出。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该第一、第二滤材为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫。
5.如权利要求1所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该连接环轴向设有一阶级状的接口,该连接环的外周面或该接口设有一螺纹段,而该出气嘴则结合于该接口底部,其中该接口内部设有一阶级状的凸缘,该凸缘上方依序抵接一第三止漏环及一导环。
6.如权利要求5所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该出气嘴包括一第二阀座,该第二阀座顶部轴向开设一阀孔,将一第二顶针置于该阀孔内,使该第二顶针上段由该阀孔伸出,并由该第二顶针外周面所套接的第二止漏环恒常地将该阀孔封闭;另将一内端盖结合于该阀孔底部,且该内端盖与该第二顶针之间设有一第二弹簧,使该第二顶针上段能在该阀孔内轴向地弹性伸缩。
7.如权利要求6所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该内端盖内套设一第三滤材,以滤除排出该罐体内的杂质;且该第三滤材为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫。
8.如权利要求1所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该罐体适当位置进一步包括一安全阀,该安全阀包括一第三阀座,该第三阀座顶部轴向开设一通孔,将一第三顶针置于该通孔内,使该第三顶针上段由该通孔伸出,并由该第三顶针外周面所套接的第四止漏环恒常地将该通孔封闭;另将一底端盖结合于该通孔底部,且该底端盖与该第三顶针之间设有一第三弹簧,使该第三顶针上段能在该通孔内轴向地弹性伸缩。
9.如权利要求1所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该瓦斯容器进一步包括一握把,该握把包括一防滑套管,该防滑套管底部轴向形成一供该瓦斯容器套入的套孔,而外周面环设多条凹凸纹,而顶部则开设一供该出气部穿出的穿孔;以及一套接于该防滑套管底部的底盖,该底盖以一系带连接于该防滑套管。
10.如权利要求9所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该穿孔圆周面连接多条辐射状的延伸槽。
11.如权利要求9所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该握把还包括一中继环,该中继环为阶级形环体,其上段夹设于该罐体与该防滑套管底部之间,而下段则供该底盖套接;其中该中继环对应该底盖的系带开设一卡接孔,该卡扣孔供该系带顶部横向设置的卡榫穿设,使该底盖连接于该中继环。
12.如权利要求11所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该底盖与该中继环两者的套接面相对设有能互为扣接的扣榫与扣槽。
13.如权利要求9所述的可充填的手握型瓦斯容器,其特征在于,该瓦斯容器进一步包括一底座,该底座为一盘形体,其中央的中空立柱内设有一与该握把的底盖相应造形的柱孔。
14.一种用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴,其特征在于,包括一第一阀座,该第一阀座内轴向具有一由上、下座孔所构成的阶级状座孔,将一第一顶针至于该座孔内,使该第一顶针下段由该下座孔伸出,另将一内套筒结合于该上座孔内,并将一第一弹簧设于该第一顶针与该内套筒内开设的筒孔之间,使得该第一顶针能在该筒孔内轴向地弹性伸缩;其中该内套筒外周面轴向环设多个连通于该上座孔的导槽,该第一顶针内部轴向开设一管孔,而外周面上段的颈部径向设有一与该管孔相连通的颈孔,该颈孔与该下座孔处于非充填状态时是被一套设于该颈部的密封环所封闭,以形成气密型态。
15.如权利要求14所述的用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴,其特征在于,进一步包括一承接管,该承接管外周面套设一第一止漏环,且该承接管内设有一邻接该第一顶针底部的第一滤材,以滤除进入该灌嘴内的杂质。
16.如权利要求14所述的用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴,其特征在于,该内套筒顶面进一步包括一与该筒孔相通且轴向延伸的出料管;该出料管邻接一第二滤材,以滤除排出该罐体内的杂质,另将一顶盖接装于该第一阀座顶部,用以包覆该第二滤材及该内套筒顶部,而该出料管则由该顶盖顶部的盖孔伸出。
17.如权利要求15或16所述的用于瓦斯容器的灌嘴,其特征在于,该第一、第二滤材为粉末冶金烧结而成的具有细微孔隙的烧结体或海绵垫。
