Abstract
本發明係對於將原水容器配置於較臨時貯存槽更低處之附有滑動台之開飲機,使其衛生方面優異,並且於更換原水容器時確實地將滑動台抽出。作為利用穿入棒(24)自原水容器(30)之下方連接於供水路徑(40)之構造,藉由使外罩(25)自載置於滑動台(20)之座面部(22)之原水容器(30)之上方進行覆蓋,而可防止灰塵落至座面部(22)附近,從而不易污染穿入棒(24)附近。又,即便自然收縮之原水容器(30)之側周部分(33)朝左右之任一方向橫向變形,亦可利用外罩(25)向下方導引,藉此,不可能發生伸出至側板(102)之正面前端部(103)之後方之情況。
Description
本發明係關於一種可將自更換式之原水容器預先移送至臨時貯存槽之水作為飲用水而注水之開飲機。
開飲機係於藉由使用者之推桿(lever)操作或旋塞(cock)操作而將閥打開時,已由臨時貯存槽進行溫度調整之水自注水路徑流出,可將該流出之水注入至使用者之杯子等。
其中,有將原水容器配置於較臨時貯存槽低處者。此種開飲機係於將已用完之原水容器更換為新原水容器時,當自殼體下部之抽出口將滑動台向前方抽出時,座面部露出至殼體外,且於將原水容器自上方載置於座面部後,可使滑動台返回並收納於殼體內。作業人員可無需將較重之新原水容器較高地抬起,而抑制作業負擔。配置於低處之原水容器內之原水係由屬於供水路徑之泵汲取至臨時貯存槽。當臨時貯存槽成為下限水位時,泵自動地作動,實施對臨時貯存槽之補給。此時,感測器監視汲取狀況,當檢測到成為無法汲取之狀況時,控制部使報告裝置作動而通知使用者需要更換(下述專利文獻1)。
於專利文獻1之開飲機中,以使容器口朝向上方之方式將原水容器載置於滑動台。供水路徑係自容器口插入至原水容器內。殼體具有形成抽出口之左右側板,且為了提高剛性等,該等側板具有以相互對向之方式板彎曲之正面前端部。
原水容器包括可變容器或剛性容器。可變容器包括伴隨剩餘水量之減少而發生自然收縮之側周部分。側周部分因自然收縮而壓縮,使得原水容器之體積減小,故而於廢棄時不會耗費壓縮原水容器之工夫,又,就無需使供水路徑較深地插入至原水容器內之觀點而言,較衛生。剛性容器係自然收縮微小,且具有可於用完原水容器後直接再利用之保形性,故而回收後之再利用性優異。近年來,重視衛生方面,而將可變容器作為原水容器之情況增加。

然而,於可變容器之情形時,雖然很少見,但若因外部因素、例如於側周部分碰撞到某處而變形之狀態下載置原水容器、或將原水容器略微傾斜地載置,或於原水容器之使用中因地震而大幅度地橫向地晃動,則有自然收縮未遍及周方向平衡良好地前進,而引起側周部分向水平一方向大幅度地偏移壓縮之橫向變形之可能性。若藉由於側周部分形成折痕而使壓縮方式一致,則某種程度上可防止橫向變形之發生,但本申請人反覆試驗,而明確如下內容:即便附有折痕,亦無法完全防止橫向變形之發生,於發生朝左右任一方向偏移之橫向變形之情形時,重疊多層而變硬之橫向變形部分可能伸出至殼體側板之正面前端部之後方。如此一來,於在更換作業中將滑動台朝前方抽出時,較硬之橫向變形部分卡於殼體側板之正面前端部,而難以抽出。
因此,本發明所欲解決之問題在於對於將原水容器配置於較臨時貯存槽低處之附有滑動台之開飲機,使其衛生方面優異,並且於更
換原水容器時可確實地將滑動台抽出。
為了解決上述課題,本發明係一種開飲機,其於殼體中具備:臨時貯存槽;滑動台,其自較該臨時貯存槽低處之抽出口朝前方拉出;以及供水路徑,其將原水自載置於該滑動台之原水容器汲取至臨時貯存槽;上述原水容器包含可變容器,該可變容器包括伴隨剩餘水量之減少而發生自然收縮之側周部分;上述殼體具有形成上述抽出口之左右側板,該等側板具有以相互對向之方式板彎曲之正面前端部;該開飲機採用有如下構成:上述滑動台包括:座面部,其自下方支承上述原水容器之肩部;穿入棒,其自下方朝上方穿透附在上述原水容器之頸部之栓;以及外罩,其自載置於上述座面部之上述原水容器之上方進行覆蓋;且上述供水路徑之原水取入口形成於上述穿入棒;上述外罩以將上述側周部分自載置於上述座面部之上述原水容器之至少左右兩側而可向下方導引之方式設置。
根據上述構成,由於為利用穿入棒自原水容器之下方連接於供水路徑之構造,故而可自所載置之原水容器之上方覆蓋外罩。所覆蓋之外罩防止了灰塵落至座面部附近,故而不易污染穿入棒附近,就衛生方面而言優異。又,所載置之原水容器之側周部分即便向左右任一方向橫向變形,於接觸到外罩後亦被向下方導引,故而不可能發生伸出至側板之正面前端部之後方之情況,於更換原水容器時,可確實地抽出滑動台。若將已覆蓋之外罩去除,則無需將較重之新原水容器較高地搬起,便可同時實現更換時之作業負擔減輕及側周部分之導引。如此,本發明係對於將原水容器配置於較臨時貯存槽低處之附有滑動台之開飲機,使其衛生方面優異,並且於更換原水容器時可確實地將滑動台抽出。

基於隨附圖式說明作為本發明之開飲機之一例之實施形態(以下僅稱為「該開飲機」)。如圖1所示,該開飲機係於殼體100中具備:臨時貯存槽10;滑動台20,其自較臨時貯存槽10更低處之抽出口101朝前方抽出;供水路徑40,其將原水自載置於滑動台20之原水容器30汲取至臨時貯存槽10;注水路徑50,其用以於外部注入臨時貯存槽10之水;以及進氣路徑60,其通向原水容器30內及大氣。
如圖1、圖2所示,殼體100成為具有形成抽出口101之左右側板102、102、將兩側板102、102左右連接之頂板、底板、及正面板等之縱置機殼。
如圖1、圖2、圖4所示,滑動台20可沿豎立於殼體100之底板上之導軌相對於殼體100沿水平之直線方向滑動。該滑動方向與該開飲機之前後方向對應。
設置於殼體100之下部之抽出口101係由滑動台20之正面板21覆蓋。側板102、102具有以相互左右對向之方式板彎曲之正面前端部103、103。正面前端部103係與滑動台20之正面板21於前後方向面對面。
圖1所示之臨時貯存槽10包含調整貯存水之溫度之槽。臨時貯存槽10包括:冷水槽11,其利用熱交換器將貯存水冷卻;溫水槽12,其利用加熱器將貯存水加熱;以及移流路徑13。移流路徑13之入口係設置於阻擋自供水路徑40流出之原水之下降之擋板。冷水槽11之上部之貯存水係經由移流路徑13而流向溫水槽12。亦可使臨時貯存槽10僅為冷水槽或溫水槽中之一者。
注水路徑50包含來自臨時貯存槽10之出口路徑。連接於冷水槽11之冷水系統51、及連接於溫水槽12之溫水系統52之獨立之2個系統構成注水路徑50。當藉由使用者之操作而打開成為注水路徑50之冷水系統51或溫水系統52與臨時貯存槽10之交界之閥時,冷水槽11之下部之水或溫水槽12之上部之貯存水自冷水系統或溫水系統流出,可將該流出水注入至杯子等。
如圖3、圖4所示,原水容器30包括可變容器,該可變容器包括:頸部31,其形成有容器口;肩部32;側周部分33,其伴隨剩餘水量之減少而發生自然收縮;以及栓34,其附於頸部31且進行密封。再者,原水容器30具有用於以頸部31之容器口為最上部且成為朝上之方式載置於水平面上之底部35。原水係通過頸部31之容器口而進入至容器內,藉由於頸部31安裝栓34而保持為特定量之填充狀態。肩部32成為於特定地用完上下顛倒(底部35成為最上部)之原水容器30之前由滑動台20側自下方支持之部分。對肩部32賦予用以使原水集中於頸部31之容器口之斜度。一面減少積存於頸部31之剩餘水量,一面使栓34沿上下方向壓入嵌合,故而頸部31呈具有自肩部32縮窄之筒內外徑、且具有上下方向之筒軸之筒狀而突出。較佳為於側周部分33附有用以如上所述防止橫向變形之發生之折痕。例如圖3所示,側周部分33呈蛇腹狀彎折重疊而引起體積減小之形態之自然收縮,故而可附有於上下方向以固定間隔遍及周方向之折痕。由於容易發生按照折痕之自然收
縮,故而較佳為藉由安裝肋、增大厚度等而強化底部35之剛性。此種具有頸部31~底部35之容器體例如可藉由使用有聚醯胺(PA)、聚乙烯(PET)之吹塑成形而製造。再者,如圖4所示,由於容易上下顛倒地抬起原水容器30,故而於原水容器30之底部35側安裝有手柄(grip)36。
如圖2、圖3所示,滑動台20包括:座面部22,其自下方支承原水容器30之肩部32;杯部23,其自座面部22之內周部凹陷;穿入棒24,其自下方朝上方穿透栓34;以及外罩25,其自載置於座面部22之原水容器30之上方進行覆蓋。
座面部22可於上下方向與肩部32接觸,且自下方支承原水容器30之重量。維持沿座面部22之肩部32之形態,使原水容器30之姿勢穩定直至用完為止,故而較佳為藉由附加肋、增大厚度等而強化肩部32之剛性。
杯部23係以可將頸部31自上方插入之深度而凹陷。穿入棒24成為棒狀部,該棒狀部具有突出至載置於座面部22之原水容器30內之前端部、及密接於該原水容器30之栓34之內周之外周密封面。如圖2所示,穿入棒24係朝上豎立於成為在俯視時設置為環狀之座面部22及杯部23之幾何中心部之位置。只要有杯部23,便可接收來自栓34與穿入棒24間之漏水。
於穿入棒24形成有原水取入口41。穿入棒24係於內部被分為供水路徑之一端部、及進氣路徑之一端部。原水取入口41成為用以將原水容器30內之原水取入至圖1所示之供水路徑40之開口。再者,於穿入棒24,亦形成有將進氣路徑60所吸入之空氣釋放至原水容器30內之通氣口(省略圖示)。按供水路徑40、進氣路徑60之系統而使連接管42、61之一端與穿入棒24連通。連接管42、61例如包括柔軟之具有可撓性之軟管,且具有可追隨於滑動台20之進出之變形性。於供水路徑40之中途組裝有泵43。對於泵43,例如可使用柱塞泵、或齒輪泵。進
氣路徑60係自通向大氣之空氣室62取入空氣,遍及原水容器30內與大氣之間始終開通。因此,較佳為於空氣室62中具備用以淨化大氣中之灰塵、臭氣、細菌之類之污染物之過濾器。
如圖3、圖4所示,外罩25成為可自上方覆蓋原水容器30之頂面部、並自該頂面部沿上下方向突出有周壁26之於底面敞開之箱狀。若將滑動台20朝前方抽出,則使座面部22之上方整個區域露出至殼體100之外部。周壁26之前端部可相對於連續設置在該座面部22之外罩接收口27而於上下方向插拔。可將上下顛倒之原水容器30搬運至該座面部22之上方,使頸部31自上方插入至杯部23,使肩部32自上方載置於座面部22。由於成為透明之底部35、側周部分33、肩部32、頸部31,故而作業人員可於向座面部22載置時,隔著原水容器30而確認穿入棒24之位置,以對準栓34之方式調整原水容器30之空中位置。於使原水容器30下降之期間,穿入棒24自下方朝上方穿透栓34,原水取入口41、通氣口連通至原水容器30內。穿入棒24之外周密封面密接於留在頸部31側之栓34之被貫通體部之內周。如圖3所示,若肩部32落座於座面部22,則原水容器30之載置結束。於該載置後,將周壁26之前端部插入至外罩接收口27,藉此,外罩25成為藉由外罩接收口27而於下方向及水平方向被定位之安裝狀態,又,如圖1、圖2所示,周壁26包圍側周部分33,成為形成有收納原水容器30之封閉室之狀態。外罩接收口27只要可對外罩25進行定位即可,即便如圖示般使外罩接收口27自座面部22突出,亦可使其突出高度為所載置之新原水容器30之體積之1/3以下。
當於將已蓋有外罩25之滑動台20朝後方推回並收納於殼體100後,完成圖1所示之泵43之運轉ON(接通)操作時,開始利用供水路徑40之最初之汲取。於汲取中,臨時貯存槽10內之空氣係伴隨水位上升而自與臨時貯存槽10連通之空氣室62排氣。伴隨因汲取而引起之原水
容器30內之剩餘水量減少,原水容器30內相對於大氣壓而負壓化,該差壓作用於側周部分33,故而側周部分33以自然地凹陷且體積減小之方式收縮。若正常,則側周部分33之自然收縮按照折痕逐漸進行。若圖1所示之臨時貯存槽10內成為上限水位,則汲取自動停止。此後,重複自注水路徑50之注水,當水位感測器檢測到臨時貯存槽10內之水位成為特定之下限水位時,再次自動地執行汲取。於側周部分33自然收縮之期間,無需利用泵強行地汲取。若重複汲取動作,則如圖3中二點鏈線所示,側周部分33成為複雜地彎曲重疊之狀態,故而已無法自然收縮。於側周部分33達到自然收縮之極限後,伴隨圖1所示之原水容器30內之剩餘水量減少,產生解除原水容器30內之負壓化之方向之平衡作用,原水容器30自進氣路徑60進氣。因此,無需進行利用泵43之強行之汲取,便可特定地用完原水容器30。此處,特定地用完原水容器30係相當於原水容器30內之水位低於圖3所示之原水取入口41。
如圖1所示,該開飲機係使外罩25自載置於座面部22之原水容器30之上方進行覆蓋,故而可藉由外罩25防止灰塵落至座面部22附近,進而不易污染穿入棒24附近,就衛生方面而言優異。特別是,如圖1、圖3所示,該開飲機係於由周壁26、座面部22、杯部23及外罩接收口27所形成之封閉室內收納有原水容器30,故而於衛生方面更優異。
又,側周部分33係即便於發生自然收縮時,如圖5所例示般,因外部因素而未按照折痕地向前後左右中之任一側偏移而橫向變形,若接觸於定位於外罩接收口27之外罩25之周壁26,則亦無法超出其以上地偏移,周壁26將所接觸到之側周部分33向下方導引。如圖3所示,周壁26到達較發生自然收縮之側周部分33低處,故而不會發生側周部分33伸出至側板102之正面前端部103之後方之情況。因此,該開飲機可於將圖1所示之原水容器30用完並更換時,如圖2所示確實地將滑動
台20抽出。又,於該更換時,只要如圖4所示將外罩25自外罩接收口27朝上方拔出,則可自滑動台20卸除。因此,於將較重之新原水容器30載置於座面部22時,無需將其較高地搬起,便可同時實現更換時之作業負擔減輕及側周部分33之導引。
再者,本發明之技術範圍並不限定於上述之實施形態,亦包含基於申請專利範圍之記載之技術思想之範圍內的所有變更。例如外罩25只要以將側周部分33自載置於座面部22之原水容器30之至少左右兩側而可向下方導引之方式設置,便可獲得滑動台20之確實之抽出,故而無需包圍側周部分33。又,於如外罩25般成為裝卸式外罩之情形時之定位亦可利用將周壁突片部插入至狹縫狀之外罩接收口之插拔構造而實現。又,亦可利用鉸鏈等將外罩25呈單開式安裝於滑動台20。又,穿入棒亦可如日本專利第4802299號公報般設置為利用滑動台之滑動動作之升降式。

Claims (1)
- 一種開飲機,其特徵在於:於殼體(100)中具備:臨時貯存槽(10);滑動台(20),其自較臨時貯存槽(10)更低處之抽出口(101)朝前方抽出;以及供水路徑(40),其將原水自載置於滑動台(20)之原水容器(30)汲取至臨時貯存槽(10);且上述原水容器(30)包含可變容器,該可變容器包括伴隨剩餘水量之減少而發生自然收縮之側周部分(33);上述殼體(100)具有形成上述抽出口(101)之左右側板(102),該等側板(102)具有以相互對向之方式板彎曲之正面前端部(103);上述滑動台(20)包括:座面部(22),其自下方支承上述原水容器(30)之肩部(32);穿入棒(24),其自下方朝上方穿透附在上述原水容器(30)之頸部(31)之栓(34);以及外罩(25),其自載置於上述座面部(22)之上述原水容器(30)之上方進行覆蓋;上述供水路徑(40)之原水取入口(41)形成於上述穿入棒(24);上述外罩(25)以將上述側周部分(33)自載置於上述座面部(22)之上述原水容器(30)之至少左右兩側而可向下方導引之方式設置。
