发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座及其应用,该聪明座同时具备压力传感器、水质传感器和温度传感器,压力传感器感应聪明座的重量,水质传感器感应聪明座中的水质状态,温度传感器感应聪明座内的温度状态,且感应到的重量、水质和温度可传输给主控板,主控板处理感应到的重量信息以及水质信息。

水质传感器40置于聪明座本体10的出水口位置,具体而言,水质传感器40包括水质探测头41,水质探测头41伸入聪明座本体10内感应获取桶装水的水质状态。温度传感器包括温度探测头,温度探测头也伸入聪明座本体(10)内感应获取桶装水的温度。
在本发明的一实施例中,水质传感器40选择为TDS传感器。
值得一提的是,主控板20同时获取当前桶装水的重量和水质,通过不同水质的水质信息获取准备的水密度,进而可计算出更为准确的剩余水的体积。
主控板20还可联通于上位设备,举例而言,上位设备可为管理机。管理机获取桶装水剩余水的水质,如果水质不合格则做出停用该聪明座,通知维保人员等措施;获取剩余水的水密度,结合剩余水的重量计算出剩余水的体积,如果剩余水的体积不够,则及时通知维保人员进行更换等。
另外,在本发明的一实施例中,聪明座本体10的出水管上设置有流量计,流量计计算出水管内通过水的流量,将对应的信息发送给主控板20,主控板20获知水流量计算得到剩余水的体积。值得一提的是,此时,主控板20可通过两个途径获取剩余水的体积,并校正数据,以得到更为精准的剩余水的体积,其中流量计的选择不受限制,可以是电磁阀流量计。
进一步地,聪明座本体10的出水管上设置水泵,水泵连接主控板(20)。
另外,聪明座本体10的侧壁形成排气口12,该排气口12通过管道连通大气压,保证聪明座本体10内的水能够顺利排出。
另外,本发明还提供了一种方便桶装水取放的底座结构,如图3和图4所示,根据本发明的一实施例的方便桶装水取放的底座结构被展示,该底座结构包括:基座60以及相对基座60滑动的底座50,其中底座50的顶侧设置聪明座51,边侧或底侧设置底座滑动件53,基座60上对应底座滑动件53的位置设置基座滑动件61,基座滑动件61和底座滑动件53相配合滑动。
在本发明的实施例中,基座滑动件61和底座滑动件53以抽屉抽拉的方式滑动配合,基座滑动件61和底座滑动件53中的其一为滑轨,另一个为对应的滑件,滑件在滑轨上滑动实现两者的配合滑动,滑件可以是滑块也可以是滑轮, 也可以是滑轨。在本发明的一实施例中,基座滑动件61实施为滑轨,底座滑动件53包括滑件。在一些情况下,底座滑动件53另外包括滑条,其中滑件置于滑条内,滑条置于滑轨内或位于滑轨的外侧,起到保护滑件的作用。
对应地,在另一些实施例中,底座滑动件53实施为滑轨,基座滑动件61包括滑件。在一些情况下,基座滑动件61另外包括滑条,其中滑件置于滑条内,滑条置于滑轨内或位于滑轨的外侧,起到保护滑件的作用。
另外,当底座滑动件53置于底座50的边侧时,底座滑动件53置于底座50的两侧壁的外壁上,且保证底座滑动件53和基座滑动件61接触。且底座滑动件53在基座滑动件61的上表面滑动,基座滑动件61另外起到了支撑底座50的作用。
基座滑动件61或/和底座滑动件53上至少设置一阻挡件,阻挡件阻挡滑块在滑轨上滑动,起到限位的作用。另外,在本发明的实施例中,基座滑动件61实施为单侧开口的形状,基座滑动件61阻挡底座50滑动的位置。
底座50上的底侧设置至少一滑轮52,其中滑轮52置于底侧的前边缘位置,对应地,基座60上对应的位置设置滑轮槽64,具体而言,基座60的前侧边缘向内凹陷形成滑轮槽64。另外,滑轮槽64的尺寸面积不小于滑轮52的尺寸面积,以使得滑轮52可从滑轮槽64中滑出。优选地,滑轮52置于底座50的中心位置,以保证结构的稳定性。
为了更好地实现底座的滑动,底座50上设置推拉件,以方便用户推拉底座50。推拉件选择为设置在底座50上的至少为把手、内陷手拉槽的其中一种,且推拉件的设置位置选择为底座50的至少前侧壁,边侧壁前侧壁、顶侧壁的其中一种。
基座60上另外设置有限位件62,限位件62置于基座滑动件61的侧边。在 本发明的实施例中,限位件62的前侧壁上形成抵靠底座50的凹陷位,以减少底座50的磨损,起到保护结构的作用。
另外,底座50上设置出水口,对应的水管连接于该出水口,其中水管的一端连接底座50的出水口,另一端连接有用水设备,且水管被固定在设定位置,底座50的滑动不影响该水管在固定位置的位置。
另外,基座60的底侧设置有垫脚63,在本发明的实施例中,垫脚63置于基座60的四角,进一步加强结构的稳定性。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一饮水机,该饮水机包括有以上所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构。
该便桶装水取放的底座结构的使用方式如下:用户可通过置于底座50上的推拉件相对基座60拉出底座50,从而取放底座50上的桶装水,在取放完毕后,沿着滑动方向推进底座50。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,包括:
    聪明座本体(10),水质传感器(40),压力传感器(30),温度传感器,双水口以及主控板(20);
    其中压力传感器(30)置于聪明座本体(10)的底部,感应聪明座本体(10)及内部液体的重量,传输给主控板(20),其中水质传感器和温度传感器(40)置于聪明座本体(10)中的内部液面以下的位置,感应水质状态和温度,传输给主控板(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,至少一个温度传感器安装于聪明座本体(10)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,至少一个压力传感器(30)置于聪明座本体(10)之下,或,压力传感器(30)置于聪明座本体(30)底部的支撑腿位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,聪明座本体(10)的底部设置固定板(11),压力传感器(30)置于固定板(11)的底部检测压力,或,压力传感器(30)置于固定板(11)的上部以吊装的方式检测下拉力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,固定板(11)至少为两点支撑的结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,当压力传感器(30)为1个时,压力传感器(30)直接安装在聪明座本体(10)或通过转接件安装于聪明座本体(10)底部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在 于,压力传感器(30)的一端与聪明座本体(10)相连,一端与固定板(11)相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,水质传感器(40)包括水质探测头(41),温度传感器包括温度探测头,水质探测头(41)以及温度探测头伸入聪明座本体(10)内感应获取桶装水的水质状态和温度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,聪明座本体(10)的出水管上设置有流量计,计算出水管内水流的流量,发送给主控板(20)。
  10. 根据权利要求1兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,聪明座本体(10)的出水管上设置水泵,水泵连接主控板(20)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,双水口中其中1个水口为出水口,另一个水口为回水口
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,聪明座本体(10)的侧壁形成排气口(12)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的兼备重量、温度和水质监测的聪明座,其特征在于,主控板(20)联通于上位设备。
  14. 一种方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,包括:
    基座(60)以及相对基座(60)滑动的底座50;
    其中底座50的顶侧设置聪明座(51),边侧或底侧设置底座滑动件(53),基座(60)上对应底座滑动件(53)的位置设置基座滑动件(61),基座滑动件(61)和底座滑动件(53)相配合滑动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,基座滑动件(61)和底座滑动件(53)以抽屉抽拉的方式滑动配合,基座滑动件(61)和底座滑动件(53)中的其一为滑轨,另一个为对应的滑件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,滑件选择至少为滑块、滑轮、滑轨的其中一种。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,滑件置于滑条内,滑条置于滑轨内或位于滑轨的外侧。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,当底座滑动件(53)置于底座(10)的边侧时,底座滑动件(53)置于底座50的两侧壁的外壁上,且底座滑动件(53)和基座滑动件(61)接触。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,底座50上的底侧设置至少一滑轮(52),其中滑轮(52)置于底侧的前边缘位置,对应地,基座(60)的前侧边缘向内凹陷形成滑轮槽(64)。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,滑轮(52)置于底座(50)的中心位置。
  21. 根据权利要求14所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,底座(50)上设置推拉件,推拉件选择为设置在底座(50)上的至少为把手、内陷手拉槽的其中一种,且推拉件的设置位置选择为底座(50)的至少前侧壁,边侧壁前侧壁、顶侧壁的其中一种。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构,其特征在于,基座(60)上另外设置有限位件(62),限位件(62)置于基座滑动件(61)的侧边。
  23. 一种饮料机,其特征在于,应用有其上权利要求14到22任一所述的方便桶装水取放的底座结构。
