Description

採用長玻璃纖維之絕緣體及製造此絕緣體之方法
本發明關於採用長玻璃纖維之絕緣體及製造此絕緣體之方法;更特別而言乃關於採用長玻璃纖維的絕緣體,其中堆疊和縫合了多張玻璃纖維紙,而每張紙當中水平配置了長玻璃纖維,以及關於製造此絕緣體之方法。
再者,本發明關於絕緣體,其除了家電(例如冰箱)以外還可以用於建材,且初始效能優異、製造簡單以及能夠改善絕緣效果。
一般而言,能夠抵抗熱傳導和對流的絕緣體乃通常用於壁體和天花板以便達到絕緣效果。石棉、石絨、苯乙烯泡棉、聚胺酯泡棉乃使用做為絕緣體。
然而,當廢棄這習用的絕緣體時,環境受到污染且產生致癌劑。為此緣故,最近已發展和使用採用了玻璃纖維的真空絕緣體。
這真空絕緣體是將幾張膜包圍在多孔心材外面以便減少內壓然後再處理密封所組構。當廢棄真空絕緣 體時,真空絕緣體沒有塵粒的危險,且真空絕緣體可以應用於建材和家電(例如冰箱和電鍋)。
真空絕緣體包括:殼罩材料,由於孔隙度(80%或更高)的緣故而組構成當中包括開口,並且由阻氣膜所形成以維持開口於真空狀態;心材,其由多孔材料所做成而接收於殼罩材料的開口中,且組構形成真空空間;以及吸收劑,其組構成吸附氣體和濕氣。
殼罩材料可以由層合多層聚合物和鋁所形成的膜來形成。心材是由玻璃纖維、玻璃絨或矽石核心所做成,上面則已進行了預先處理過程,如此則心材具有特定的硬度和所要的尺寸。吸收劑是一種空氣吸收劑和濕氣吸收劑,其用於吸收殼罩裡存在的或新引入的氣體和/或濕氣。
然而,這習用的真空絕緣體的麻煩在於由於心材所產生的氣體和外部濕氣和氣體的緣故,它難以維持真空狀態。結果,吸收劑是昂貴的,因而增加了單位生產成本。
再者,有的問題在於難以製造真空絕緣體,因為由玻璃纖維或玻璃絨所做的心材經歷了針織或熱壓縮過程;且真空絕緣體具有低初始效能,因為形成玻璃纖維的長玻璃纖維是以垂直、水平或傾斜的形式而彼此交錯。
同時,由習用的短玻璃纖維做成之絕緣體的麻煩在於運輸或建造過程期間或當絕緣體長時間使用時,短玻璃纖維從絕緣體脫離,且脫離的短玻璃纖維進入呼吸 器官,因此對人體有害。
鑒於上面問題而已做出本發明,且本發明的目的是要提供絕緣體及製造此絕緣體之方法,其採用玻璃纖維而能夠改善初始效能,其中長玻璃纖維乃配置於特定方向,且藉由堆疊和縫合多張玻璃纖維紙成多層而能夠使絕緣效果達到最大、改善加工性和生產力、減少單位生產成本。
本發明的另一目的是要提供絕緣體及製造此絕緣體之方法,其藉由選擇堆疊多張玻璃纖維紙的張數(如果需要的話),而能夠控制絕緣體厚度和絕緣效能。
本發明的再一目的是要提供絕緣體及製造此絕緣體之方法,其藉由採用長玻璃纖維而可以避免有毒物質進入呼吸器官。
本發明的某一方面提供用於家電和建材的真空絕緣體。真空絕緣體包括玻璃纖維紙,其中長玻璃纖維水平配置,且其中多張玻璃纖維紙堆疊和縫合。
再者,本發明的另一方面提供製造絕緣體之方法,其包括:將黏著劑輸入至包含於水槽中的水以製造出黏著溶液;將長玻璃纖維輸入至黏著溶液;將長玻璃纖 維供應至篩帶以移除濕氣,其中篩帶前後左右移動,如此則均勻分散長玻璃纖維;乾燥長玻璃纖維以製造出玻璃纖維紙;將玻璃纖維紙纏繞成卷形式;以及準備多層的玻璃纖維紙卷,堆疊供應自卷的二或更多張玻璃纖維紙,且縫合多張堆疊的玻璃纖維紙。
第一,本發明有利之處在於可以改善初始效能和絕緣效果,此乃因為多張玻璃纖維紙當中水平配置了長玻璃纖維。
第二,本發明有利之處在於可以輕易製造絕緣體、可以減少絕緣體的單位生產成本、且如果需要的話可以控制絕緣體的厚度,此乃因為堆疊和縫合了多張玻璃纖維紙,其中長玻璃纖維係配置於一方向。
第三,本發明的絕緣體有利之處在於它重量輕、可以廣泛使用且可以使環境污染降到最低。
第四,本發明的絕緣體有利之處在於纖維絕不進入呼吸器官,此乃因為使用了長玻璃纖維。

於圖式,根據本發明的絕緣體10除了建材以外還可以應用於家電,例如冰箱和電鍋,且也可以應用於幾種機器和電子產品。
根據本發明的真空絕緣體10之製造如下:將水槽或槽裝滿水;混合水和黏著劑以組成黏著溶液;將長玻璃纖維22輸入至黏著溶液,如此則長玻璃纖維附著於黏著溶液;將長玻璃纖維供應至篩帶以移除濕氣;以及將長玻璃纖維輸入至乾燥機,藉此完成玻璃纖維紙20。
完成的玻璃纖維紙20是由纏繞機纏繞成卷形式。在已掛上多張玻璃纖維紙20的狀態下,將多張玻璃纖維紙20供應至二或更多個縫合機並且縫合,因而製造出本發明的絕緣體10。
黏著劑乃混合了水,如此則將黏滯性質賦予長玻璃纖維22且長玻璃纖維22凝結在一起;該黏著劑可 以包括多種類型,除了丙烯酸樹脂系列以外,例如還有胺基甲酸乙酯樹脂、環氧樹脂、酚樹脂、聚醯胺。1到20重量%的黏著劑乃混合了100重量%的水。
長玻璃纖維22是玻璃纖維,且藉由射出呈細 絲形式的玻璃纖維所製造。也就是說,長玻璃纖維22的製造如下:以組成比例來混合儲存於原料倉中的壽山石、石灰石、硼酸;將混合原料在1,500℃或更高的高溫下加熱以製造出玻璃;以及採用抽絲坩堝而將熔融玻璃射出呈細絲的形式,其具有7微米或更高的直徑。於某些實施例,射出的細絲可以接受使用黏著劑的表面處理然後再乾燥。
於本發明,長玻璃纖維的直徑是就其長度而 言的平均直徑。
再者,長玻璃纖維22切割成1到100毫米的 長度、輸入至當中混合了水和黏著劑的黏著溶液、然後處理。
輸入至黏著溶液且凝結在一起的長玻璃纖維 22乃供應至篩帶且處理成玻璃纖維紙20。在此,具有黏滯性質的長玻璃纖維22是由通過水槽的篩帶所舀起,或者由額外的供應斗來供應至篩帶。篩帶乃前後左右移動,也就是搖晃,以均勻分散長玻璃纖維。於這過程,濕氣從篩帶底下排出。
除了篩帶以外,還可以使用其他類型的機器 和設備。
分散於篩帶的長玻璃纖維通過乾燥機,因此 變成玻璃纖維紙20。在此,乾燥溫度是30到200℃,可以使用低溫乾燥和高溫乾燥方法,且乾燥時間可以是10分鐘到3小時,此視溫度而定。
再者,玻璃纖維紙20較佳乃形成具有0.1到 2毫米的厚度。如果厚度小於0.1毫米,則會惡化玻璃纖維紙20的密度、強度、絕緣性質。如果厚度大於2毫米,則可以惡化玻璃纖維紙20的初始效能,因為可以讓長玻璃纖維歪斜或垂直站立。
於本發明,多張玻璃纖維紙20藉由縫合方法 而組合在一起,藉此完成本發明的絕緣體10。
也就是說,通過乾燥機的玻璃纖維紙20是由 纏繞機纏繞成卷形式然後保存。當製造絕緣體10時,將多層的玻璃纖維紙卷掛於縫合機或接近縫合機,且將二或更多個玻璃纖維紙卷輸入至縫合機。
同時,本發明的絕緣體可以進一步包括發色 劑和阻燃劑,如果需要的話。阻燃劑可以包括水溶性阻燃劑,例如鹵素阻燃劑、溴阻燃劑或磷阻燃劑、無機阻燃劑。佔100重量%水之5到30重量%的阻燃劑可以包括於絕緣體中。
佔100重量%水之0.1到5重量%的發色劑可 以包括於絕緣體中。二氧化鈦、氧化鋅、碳粉、鈣、鎂、鎘或鉻可以使用做為發色劑。
再者,圖3顯示本發明的另一實施例。於這 實施例,殼罩30乃包圍在縫合之絕緣體20的外面。
殼罩30的功能在於避免多張縫合玻璃纖維紙 脫離、有助於運輸、讓外表美觀。於某些實施例,殼罩可以形成為膜紙的形式。
根據本發明之絕緣體的實施例乃詳加敘述。
<實施例1>
水槽充滿水。將丙烯酸樹脂黏著劑輸入至水中然後攪拌,藉此完成黏著溶液。在此,8重量%的黏著劑乃混合了100重量%的水。
將長度切割成10到20毫米的長玻璃纖維輸入至黏著溶液,然後攪拌,如此則黏著溶液或可被吸收至長玻璃纖維裡。
其次,將長玻璃纖維供應至篩帶,如此則長玻璃纖維或可分散在前後左右搖晃之篩帶的頂面上。將分散的長玻璃纖維在70℃的乾燥溫度下乾燥2小時,藉此完成厚度1毫米的玻璃纖維紙。
其次,將多張玻璃纖維紙供應至縫合機並且縫合,藉此完成絕緣體。將十張玻璃纖維紙堆疊以完成用於家電的絕緣體。
<實施例2>
將100重量%的水、7重量%的丙烯酸樹脂黏著劑、0.5重量%的發色劑、10重量%的阻燃劑、20重量 %且長度10到20毫米的長玻璃纖維混合於水槽中。將長玻璃纖維供應至篩帶,如此則它們均勻分散於前後左右搖晃的篩帶。其次,將分散的長玻璃纖維在70℃的乾燥溫度下乾燥2小時,藉此完成厚度1毫米的玻璃纖維紙。
將多張玻璃纖維紙供應至縫合機然後縫合, 藉此完成絕緣體。堆疊25張玻璃纖維紙以完成用於建築的絕緣體。

Claims (16)

  1. 一種用於家電和建材的真空絕緣體,該真空絕緣體包括:玻璃纖維紙,其中長玻璃纖維水平配置,且其中多張該玻璃纖維紙堆疊並縫合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的絕緣體,其中:該長玻璃纖維是玻璃纖維,且該長玻璃纖維具有1到100毫米的長度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述的絕緣體,其中該長玻璃纖維具有7微米或更高的平均直徑。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的絕緣體,其中該玻璃纖維紙具有0.1到2毫米的厚度。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的絕緣體,其中:堆疊了二或更多張該玻璃纖維紙,以及縫合了該二或更多張玻璃纖維紙的邊緣。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的絕緣體,其中:堆疊和縫合了該多張玻璃纖維紙,以及該絕緣體包括由膜所形成的殼罩,其包圍該多張玻璃纖維紙的外表。
  7. 一種用於家電和建材的真空絕緣體,其中各具有1到100毫米長度和7微米或更高平均直徑的長玻璃纖維乃輸入至當中混合了水和黏著劑的混合物中,且該等長玻璃纖維凝結在一起以形成玻璃纖維紙,該等長玻璃纖維乃水平配置以形成薄的玻璃纖維紙, 以及堆疊和縫合了二或更多張該玻璃纖維紙。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的絕緣體,其中發色劑和阻燃劑乃混合於該玻璃纖維紙中。
  9. 一種製造真空絕緣體的方法,其包括:將黏著劑輸入至包含於水槽中的水以製造出黏著溶液;將長玻璃纖維輸入至該黏著溶液;將該等長玻璃纖維供應至篩帶以移除濕氣,其中該篩帶前後左右移動,如此則均勻分散該等長玻璃纖維;乾燥該等長玻璃纖維以製造出玻璃纖維紙;將該玻璃纖維紙纏繞成卷形式;以及準備多層的該等玻璃纖維紙卷,堆疊供應自該等卷的二或更多張該玻璃纖維紙,且縫合該多張堆疊的玻璃纖維紙。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的方法,其中佔100重量%水之1到20重量%的該黏著劑乃輸入至該水中。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的方法,其中該黏著劑包括丙烯酸樹脂系列、PVA系列、胺基甲酸乙酯樹脂、環氧樹脂、酚樹脂、聚醯胺當中任一者。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的方法,其中:該長玻璃纖維係採用抽絲坩堝以將熔融玻璃射出成細絲所製造,以及該長玻璃纖維具有7微米或更高的平均直徑和1到 100毫米的長度。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的方法,其中該乾燥的玻璃纖維乃製造成具有0.1到2毫米的厚度。
  14. 一種製造真空絕緣體的方法,其包括:將100重量%的水、1到20重量%的丙烯酸樹脂黏著劑、5到30重量%的阻燃劑、0.1到5重量%的發色劑混合於水槽,而製造出黏著溶液;將長度10到40毫米的長玻璃纖維輸入至該黏著溶液,如此則該長玻璃纖維凝結在一起;將該等長玻璃纖維供應至篩帶,如此則將該等長玻璃纖維均勻分散於前後左右搖晃的該篩帶;將該等長玻璃纖維在該篩帶的頂面上和在30到200℃的乾燥溫度下乾燥,而製造出具有0.5到2毫米厚度的玻璃纖維紙;以及堆疊二或更多張該玻璃纖維紙,且縫合該二或更多張堆疊的玻璃纖維紙。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的方法,其中該發色劑包括二氧化鈦、氧化鋅、碳粉、鈣、鎂、鎘、鉻當中一或更多者。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述的方法,其中該阻燃劑包括鹵素阻燃劑、溴阻燃劑或磷阻燃劑、無機阻燃劑當中一或更多者。
