Abstract

一種夾持裝置,適用於夾持一彈力帶,該夾持裝置包含一承載單元,及兩夾持件。該承載單元包括一接合部,及二由該接合部同方向延伸的自由部,該等夾持件是由具有彈性之硬質材質製成,並分別固定於相對應之自由部內側,每一夾持件包括一懸臂,該懸臂具有一夾持面,且該等懸臂是朝向該接合部。該等夾持件可以在一夾持位置與一非夾持位置間移動,當在該夾持位置時,該等夾持面能配合夾持住該彈力帶,而該等懸臂則可隨拉扯該彈力帶之力道愈強,而產生更多的彈性形變使該等夾持面能更用力地咬合夾固該彈力帶,因此使用安全性高。

Description

夾持裝置
本發明是有關於一種夾持裝置,特別是指一種用於夾持固定一彈力帶的夾持裝置。
彈性阻力訓練一般是用於運動訓練及復健治療等用途,基本上是利用外在的阻力使肌肉收縮,而達到強化肌耐力的目的。現代人工作緊張忙碌,生活中的壓力及長時間缺乏運動與肌肉訓練也容易造成腰痠背痛,此時必須正確練習身體各部位的肌力,以增加肌肉對脊椎或關節等的支撐能力,以得到更完善治療,並減少復發機會。
在彈性阻力訓練中常用到的彈力帶,是利用其具有高彈性(即高伸長率)的材料特性,因此在拉扯彈力帶時,彈力帶亦會出現一回復力,藉此能強迫肌肉收縮用力而達到訓練肌肉的功效。使用彈性阻力在訓練上需要了解如何設定訓練的劑量,以彈力帶而言,不同的彈性阻力係數有不同的顏色及厚度,一開始需由阻力係數較低階之彈力帶開始,若需增加訓練的強度,可以換成高一階強度之彈力帶,也可以對折或是重疊兩條彈力帶來使用。此外,彈力帶具有輕便、價格相對較低的優點,且沒有場地及設備的限制,對於設計病人的居家運動,或是執行團體運動與訓練,更兼具極佳的實用性與便利性。
然而在實際操作上,使用者僅是以兩手分別抓握住該彈力帶的兩端便開始各式訓練動作,有時拉扯的力道較大,彈力帶便會滑脫離手部,此時使用者的手即會沿著本來的施力方向甩去,而可能會撞擊到周邊的物品,特別是當彈力帶運用於復健治療時,可能患者本身的握持力就不足,因此在安全上更有疑慮。
市面上也有一些附有握把的固定裝置,在使用上是將彈力帶以打結的方式固定在該固定裝置上,因此固定的強度取決於打結的方式以及打結的強度,然而,在患者力量不足或是未正確執行打結動作的情況下,很可能固定強度不足、不夠牢固,因此在使用過程中亦會有彈力帶滑脫的風險。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種使用安全性高、使用便利性佳,且泛用性高的夾持裝置。
於是,本發明夾持裝置,適用於夾持一彈力帶,該夾持裝置包含:一承載單元,及兩夾持件。該承載單元包括一接合部,及二相間隔由該接合部同方向延伸的自由部。該等夾持件是由具有彈性之硬質材質製成,每一夾持件包括一固定於相對應之自由部內側的固定臂、一與該固定臂相間隔的懸臂,及一連接該固定臂及該懸臂的連接臂,每一懸臂均具有一相反於該固定臂的夾持面,且該等懸臂是朝向該接合部。該等夾持件可以在一夾持位置與一非夾持位置間移動,當在該夾持位置時,該等懸臂的夾持面相互鄰近以夾持該彈力帶,而在非夾持位置時,該等懸臂的夾持面相互遠離。
本發明之功效在於:藉由該等懸臂可隨拉扯該彈力帶之力道愈強,而產生更多的彈性形變而使該等夾持面能更用力地咬合夾固該彈力帶,因此使用安全性高,此外,由於懸臂具有彈性形變的特性,因此也適用於夾持不同厚度的彈力帶,而不會造成該夾持裝置整體結構的變形甚至損壞。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之五個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,要注意的是,在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明夾持裝置10之第一較佳實施例包含一承載單元1、兩夾持件2,及一設置於該承載單元1上之握把3。該承載單元1包括一接合部11,及二自由部12,該接合部11具有相互樞接的一第一樞接段111,及一第二樞接段112,而該等自由部12是分別由該第一樞接段111與該第二樞接段112同方向延伸。
該等夾持件2是由具有彈性之硬質材質製成,每一夾持件2包括一固定於其中一自由部12內側之固定臂21、一與該固定臂21相間隔之懸臂22,及一連接該固定臂21及該懸臂22之連接臂23,該等固定臂21、懸臂22,及連接臂23相配合,使得每一夾持件2之橫截面均呈開口朝向接合部11之U型。而每一懸臂22均具有一相反於該固定臂21的夾持面221,且該等懸臂22是朝向該接合部11。
在本較佳實施例中,該等固定臂21、懸臂22,及連接臂23相配合,使得該等夾持件2之橫截面是呈開口朝向接合部11的U型,但該等固定臂21、懸臂22,及連接臂23相互的連接關係也可以是如圖4所示,而使得每一夾持件2之橫截面均呈H型。
以手扳動該等自由部12,可使該等夾持件2在一夾持位置與一非夾持位置間移動。
參閱圖2,扳開該等自由部12,可使該等夾持件2到達該非夾持位置並帶動該等夾持面221彼此遠離,此時可將一彈力帶4的一端部41置放於該等夾持面221之間。
參閱圖3,將該等自由部12朝彼此施力壓合,則可使得該等夾持件2到達該夾持位置,並帶動該等夾持面221相互鄰近以夾持該彈力帶4。特別說明的是,該彈力帶4置放時必須覆蓋住下方夾持面221之相對內側位置處,以使得在夾持位置時,上、下兩夾持面221之相對內側位置處能夾到該彈力帶4。
重複上述動作可將另一夾持裝置10夾持於該彈力帶4的另一端部41,接著,使用者可將兩手分別握持該等夾持裝置10的握把3,並開始肌力訓練的動作。當使用者在做動作時,例如,將兩手伸直並朝身體兩側方向張開,由於彈力帶4具有彈性,因此便會因拉扯而呈緊繃狀態,並在兩端部41分別產生一朝該彈力帶4中央方向的回復力,此時便會帶動該等懸臂22分別朝箭頭方向彎曲形變,並使得該等夾持面221進一步咬合固定該彈力帶4,當使用者愈用力拉扯該彈力帶4,則該等夾持面221咬合住該彈力帶4的力道就愈大。此外,為了增加該等夾持面221與該彈力帶4的接觸面積以提升摩擦阻力,該等夾持面221均為波浪狀,且可相互配合以夾持該彈力帶4。
當使用完畢欲將該彈力帶4取出時,以手扳動開啟該等自由部12,使該等夾持裝置10之夾持件2回復到如圖2之非夾持位置,此時即可取出該彈力帶4。
以上敘述是以兩個夾持裝置10配合使用時的情況作說明,但不以此為限,當然該夾持裝置10亦可單獨使用,例如將該彈力帶4之一端部41以該夾持裝置10夾持,而另一端部41則是綁固於欄杆上的方式來使用。
藉由上述設計,本發明夾持裝置10於實際使用時具有以下所述的優點:
(1)使用安全性高:
藉由該等夾持件2是由具有彈性之硬質材質製成,且可受該彈力帶4的帶動而彎曲形變,因此夾持力道強,且隨著使用者拉扯該彈力帶4的力道越強,該等懸臂22之形變量也隨之增加,而使得夾持力道更進一步增強,因此該彈力帶4不會因拉扯力道增加而滑脫離該夾持裝置10。此外,該等夾持面221為波浪狀,藉此亦能增加該等夾持面221與該彈力帶4的接觸面積,並提升摩擦阻力,因此使用安全性高。
(2)使用便利性佳:
藉由該第一、第二樞接段111、112彼此為樞接,因此以手扳動該等自由部12,便能使該等夾持件2在該非夾持位置以供使用者放置該彈力帶4,或在該夾持位置而能夾持該彈力帶4並開始使用,操作簡單、使用方便。且本夾持裝置10不須過多的元件即可達到足夠的夾緊力,結構簡單且具有小型化、輕量化的優點,無論在使用時或是攜帶上均相當輕巧方便。
(3)泛用性高:
由於該等懸臂22具有彈性形變的特點,因此可夾持不同厚度的彈力帶4。當夾持較薄的彈力帶4時,能順利夾持而不會鬆脫,而當夾持較厚的彈力帶4時,也不容易造成該夾持裝置10整體結構的變形甚至損壞,因此泛用性高。
參閱圖5,本發明夾持裝置10之第二較佳實施例,大致與該第一較佳實施例相同,不同的地方是在於:每一固定臂21具有一與該自由部12相連之基面211,而每一夾持面221由內側朝外側方向延伸之延伸面A與相對應之基面211的延伸面B形成有一夾角θ。
在本較佳實施例中,該等夾持面221是為波浪面,因此延伸面A是延伸自該夾持面221之內側緣與外側緣的連接面,當然該夾持面221也可以為一平面,此時該延伸面A即可直接由該夾持面221向外延伸。此外,由於該夾持面221之延伸面A與相對應之基面211的延伸面B之夾角θ是落於圖面之外,為了方便說明,圖5中之延伸面B已向上平移,以與該延伸面A能在圖面內得到該夾角θ。
當該等夾持件2位於該夾持位置,但尚未放入該彈力帶4時,也就是該等懸臂22均尚未有形變發生時,該等夾持面221的內側彼此抵靠,而外側則是相隔一間距。
參閱圖6,當該等夾持件2位於該夾持位置,且夾制住該彈力帶4時,即使使用者尚未施力拉扯該彈力帶4,該等懸臂22之內側即已產生些微形變,而產生夾持力。
本較佳實施例除能達到該第一較佳實施例之優點外,藉由延伸面A與延伸面B形成有一夾角θ的設計,使得在尚未拉扯該彈力帶4時,該等懸臂22即已產生形變並有夾持力,而當使用者施力拉扯該彈力帶4時,該等懸臂22內側更可產生較大於該第一較佳實施例之夾持力,因此使用安全性更進一步提升。
參閱圖7與圖8,本發明夾持裝置10之第三較佳實施例,大致與該第一較佳實施例相同,不同的地方是在於:該夾持裝置10還包含兩個輔助夾持單元5,每一輔助夾持單元5包括一固定件51、兩設置於該固定件51上之第一結合體52,及兩分別設置於該等自由部12上的第二結合體53。
本較佳實施例除能達到該第一較佳實施例之優點外,藉由該等第一、第二結合體52、53相配合,可使該等固定件51分別為可脫離地固定於該承載單元1上,而可進一步拉緊該等該等夾持件2,使得該等夾持件2能更穩定地維持在夾持位置。
參閱圖9,本發明夾持裝置10之第四較佳實施例,大致與該第一較佳實施例相同,不同的地方是在於:該夾持裝置10還包含兩分別設置於該等夾持面221上的阻力片6,且該等阻力片6是由具高摩擦係數之材質製成,在本較佳實施例中該等阻力片6是由橡膠製成,但當然亦可以是其他同樣具有具高摩擦係數之材質,不以此為限。
本較佳實施例除能達到該第一較佳實施例之優點外,藉由該等阻力片6的設置,使得在夾持該彈力帶4時,該夾持裝置10與該彈力帶4間的摩擦力增加,進而使得夾持更加穩固。
參閱圖10,本發明夾持裝置10之第五較佳實施例,大致與該第一較佳實施例相同,不同的地方是在於:該承載單元1的接合部11是與該等自由部12的短邊相連接,而使得該承載單元1是呈側開形式,且該夾持裝置10還包含一設至於其中一自由部12上之卡扣件7。
參閱圖11與圖12,當置妥該彈力帶4(見圖9)後,可將該等自由部12壓合並將該卡扣件7卡扣於另一自由部12上。
本較佳實施例除能達到該第一較佳實施例之優點外,藉由該承載單元1是呈側開形式,因而可夾持該彈力帶4的任何位置,而不限於夾持該彈力帶4的兩端,使用上更為方便,此外,卡扣件7的卡扣方式簡單方便,也提供使用者另一種固定該等自由部12,而使該等夾持件2能穩定夾持的方式。
綜上所述,本發明夾持裝置10藉由上述設計,而具有使用安全性高、使用便利性佳,且泛用性高的優點。此外,藉由增加該等阻力片6、增設該等輔助夾持單元5與該卡扣件7,及使該等夾持面221的外側相隔一間隙的設計,能更進一步提升夾持力道及穩定性。再者,側開式的承載單元1亦可讓使用上更為便利,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及新型說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種夾持裝置,適用於夾持一彈力帶,該夾持裝置包含:一承載單元,包括一接合部,及二相間隔由該接合部同方向延伸的自由部;及兩夾持件,是由具有彈性之硬質材質製成,每一夾持件包括一固定於相對應之自由部內側的固定臂、一與該固定臂相間隔的懸臂,及一連接該固定臂及該懸臂的連接臂,每一懸臂均具有一相反於該固定臂的夾持面,且該等懸臂是朝向該接合部;該等夾持件可以在一夾持位置與一非夾持位置間移動,當在該夾持位置時,該等懸臂的夾持面相互鄰近以夾持該彈力帶,而在非夾持位置時,該等懸臂的夾持面相互遠離。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之夾持裝置,其中,該承載單元的接合部具有相互樞接的一第一樞接段及一第二樞接段,該等自由部是分別由該第一樞接段與該第二樞接段同方向延伸。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之夾持裝置,其中,每一夾持件之連接臂是連接於該固定臂與該彈性臂上,而使得每一夾持件之橫截面均呈開口朝向接合部之U型。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之夾持裝置,其中,每一夾持件之連接臂是連接於該固定臂與該彈性臂上,而使得每一夾持件之橫截面均呈H型。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述之夾持裝置,其中,該等懸臂之夾持面均為波浪狀。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述之夾持裝置,其中,每一固定臂具有一與該自由部相連之基面,而每一夾持面由內側朝外側方向延伸之延伸面與相對應之基面的延伸面形成有一夾角。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述之夾持裝置,其中,該等夾持面均為波浪狀
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之夾持裝置,還包含一設於該承載單元上之握把。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之夾持裝置,還包含至少一輔助夾持單元,該輔助夾持單元包括一固定件、兩間隔設置於該固定件上之第一結合體,及兩分別設置於該等自由部上的第二結合體,該等第一、第二結合體相配合,可使該固定件固定於該等自由部上,並使該等夾持件能穩定地維持在夾持位置。
  10. 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之夾持裝置,還包含兩分別設置於該等夾持面上的阻力片,該等阻力片是由具高摩擦係數之材質製成。
  11. 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之夾持裝置,其中,該承載單元的接合部是與該等自由部的短邊相連接,而使得該承載單元是呈側開形式。
  12. 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之夾持裝置,還包含至少一設至於其中一自由部上之卡扣件,該卡扣件可卡扣於另一自由部上,而使得該等夾持件能穩定地維持在夾持位置。
